To All Connecticut Landlords

I have full photos of all damages produced by MaryAnn Boyne to the apartment she rented  from me for a little over a year. She left dirty cat boxes filled with cat shit, food, and many items that should be and will be taken to the dump.I have 40 photos of it all. On top of this she could not pay the rent and gave us a check for half of it at 378.00 dollars and then stopped payment at the bank tp prevent us cashing it, so she could use the money to move.If you are a Connecticut Landlord please watch out for this woman, she is hysterical, and unbalanced also, in my opinion.
