Good Morning America, how are ya! Yes, I know it isa line from an old song lol, but, it still works, doesn’t it? Anyway, It is January 7th, 2026 now and, I have things like many others my age, I am heading to 70 years old in a few weeks or so, that affect my life and health. Yet, as we age our bodies react differently for each of us, due to the ways we eat, exercise or live. So, for each of us as humans, we grow to learn we have our fralities and health problems no matter what we do. So we combat them, by way of Doctors and treatments and pills and we keep going, until we can’t of course. But, isn’t that the story of life folks?
Anyway, the cold has moved into Massachuetts here and that is normal for January here. Dealing with the news there days alone is enough to raise one’s blood pressure and more. The Ukraine/ Russian war sucks and there has been no progress in ceasing it. And no matter what our American President says he intends to do, he is getting no where with the Russian President, in ceasing it. So sadly, millions of people, from both nations, die daily.
In America we have our own problems that are intensifying daily. The Political mess is damaging to our reputation world wide and our position. We are laughed at and scolded due to mistakes and uncooperating proceedures and diplomacy with our allies and enemies is falling apart. The Epstein scandal is ruling America and the files are not being released still, and this itself is a major problem. On top of that, we have an economy that is faultering, and puttering along and declining daily. Jobs disappear, tariffs go up, the cost of food, utilities, housing go up, also. The Markets jump up and then drop and go back and forth based on the tariff situation. It’s a crazy world right now, of unstainability.
Having an American President who wantts to take Greenland, is not good either, I don’t care if he says, it is needed for national security, it isn’t ours to take, it belongs to the Danish People. we have no right to do so. We had no right to enter Venezuela and take down Maduro either. It is none of our business, how a country runs itself, and who governs it and how, unless they threaten or attack the United States.
Now since when can an American President, do as he please in attacking a sovereign nation, without Congressional approval? What is Trump’s plans for the country he did this to and why was it done? Look if it is an oil grab, it means nothing in the end, for the oil will burn up and be used. IT is all about oil and money then, nothing more. we have no business in Venezuela, or Greenland, they did nothing to us. You want to do something thats good, take out Putin if ya can, and stop that war, and save lives. But to attack our own allies with tariffs, or military might and threaten other nations, with invasion is not the American way, and should be stopped by Congress. Even, Roosevelt, had to get Congress’s approval to enter World War 2 folks, and the Nazi’s were aggressive. Listen, no President is a King, and Trump is now crying if his party doesn’t win the Mid Term elections he will be impeached. He is right and if he is Impeached he deserves it, in my opinion. No America President, should be talking about Annexing Greenland or taking it over with military might. No American President should be attacking any nation without Congressional Approval. why is this being allowed by Congress? Simply put folks, Trump owns Congress and they are afraid of him period, and they refuse to reign him in. They are all Republicans and owe their jobs to Donald Trump and don’t want to be ousted from office, or face a primary, against Trump appointed people. Look folks, there needs to be term limits on Senators and Representatives, put in place. Having the same people for over so many years, doesn’t work, it gets us into a quagmire and destabilizes the country, and more.
I wish, the Forefathers of America were here today. If they were they would have never allowed a convicted felon to become President. They would have ran his ass out of the country, tarred and fethered him too. They would be hanging their heads in shame if they were here today. Trump is an unstable, man, in many ways. Menatally, and physically, and unbalanced. yet, the American people are doing nothing to stop him, from destroying America and our position in the world. when will Congress wake up, when will the House and Senate finally go, enough? I believe Americans need to educate themselves, they need to stay informed and we need to make better choices as to who we elect to our political, offices and government. If we continue to put in power, the types of people we currently have, American Democracy and The Republic shall fall. we need better representation, in the Senate and in The House and Congress needs to reign in The President and limit his powers! If not then we are no better then a country living under a Dictatorship and America was never created for this purpose, of pleasing one man, or one party. The Constitution says, We the People, not we the followers of one man! I remind all, We The people fought the American Revolution to get out from under a King, not to become a Kingdom of one man again on out own soil!
God Bless America, and we are lucky to have all we do, but, the current President is not the wya to go folks! He needs Impeached and removed, And if you can’t find a reason to Impeach him, he should be removed under the 25th Admendment! Period! He is a danger to America, and the World!
