Bill’s Omelet

2 large brown eggs

Half and Half

chopped onion, diced small

Chopped pepper  red or green

Ham chopped small

Pepper jack Cheese grated

Crack two age into a bowl add half and half 9 (don’t over do)

Whisk eggs mixture

Spray a non stick skillet with pam or something equal to it.

Pour in egg mixture, wait one second add cheese

Then add veggies and ham.

When omelet gets solid enough fold in half, press down on it with spatula

Grab a plate, flip omelet from pan to plate and back into pan to finish opposite side

Then slide from pan to plate and add salt and pepper top taste!

Yummy and good for ya, ya can do bacon onside or like I do, Wheat or Rye Toast and Coffee!

I want to tell you a story you will believe,It was a long time ago, and no one will grieve! Pause;

That kiss echoed through the years,I remember giving it to you, to stop your tears.
When we broke, you smiled you see,Said you had to go home from me.
That kiss lives on in my mind,That kiss never died even in time.
Five Years passed by and I saw you again, You invited me over to have tea like a friend,
As we laughed and reminisced, suddenly up came that kiss. I never answered your question you see,
Because I knew you weren’t for me. That kiss still lingers in your mind and yes indeed even in mine.
One gentle kiss that we both shared Yet never once did you or I say we cared.
But the kiss lingers on till the day we die ,And I shall never tell you why?
Yes That kiss lingers on and onnnnnnnnnnnnn, till we dieeeeeeeeeeeeee!

         Salmon ALA Bill

1/2 lbs. of salmon

1 lemon

almonds and butter

1. Oil a flat pan
2. Lay salmon in pan and score the top about a 1/4 inch deep
3. sprat salmon with pam
4. 1/2 teaspoon lemon over top of salmon
5. 1/8 teaspoon butter melted
6. 6 crush almond enough to lightly cover  salmon
7. preheat oven 350 degrees
8. bake salmon for 40 minutes all done and tasty and light!

The Poems of WMM is a little  book of poems by me done over time and compiled into one little book for all to read and enjoy. I have a second also I did called Poems of Lust and Romance, these are all poems meant for adults and romantics and i hope they can be enjoyed by all adults. I do not wish them to be read by children at all, but parents or couples still in love with one another should read and enjoy them fully.

I have also done many other little small books and stories I suspect some will enjoy and others may not. Some are military stories, one is a story of two Vietnam Veterans I met while in the National Guard in Connecticut.

Others are stories of my childhood days and teenage romances that were never fulfilled, and a few are made up murder mysteries. The point is I write, to let off steam sometimes, to deal with emotions other times and PTSD too. So, I try to sell them on Amazon’s Kindle E-books, the purpose of it is also to try to raise some cash to help my cancer ridden wife and myself who had lung cancer survive and keep our home.

We currently are living off of  my Social Security Disability and My Veteran’s Disability Benefits and her Social security payments period. To do so is to live in a limited budget sense and it become difficult to pay the bills here, and to live in comfort. I refuse to sell my home to live a normal life, because we had a fifteen year mortgage and are now in our final year to pay it off. 15 Payments are left is I am correct and it has been our home since 2000.

I do not call myself a professional author or publisher or even editor, but the stories I write are in my head from my living them or fabricating them to survive. A little consideration by some to help us survive would be nice and doesn’t cost much does it when my little books/ stories are priced at.99 cents to 6.00 dollars. But we shall survive most of all, no matter what.

        Families are sometimes funny, different and unique. In my case my family was none of the above with one exception, it seems we were instilled with, being divided, by our parents. My sister and I have overcome this, but, we have 3 other siblings, brothers t be precise that did not.

My elder brother is estranged from everyone in the family in his own way. He grew up protected by mom, and playing sports and running from home. MY younger brother right under me, had a hard time due to his father not trusting him and beating on him so he took off and ended up dead in California at 30 years old, from Aids from drugs. The youngest is also estranged from all because he inherited his father’s paranoia, and thinks everyone wants to steal from him. It is sad to live life without your siblings and trying hard to hang onto to the family you have left.

The debate last night turned into a free for all no one needed to see! IT is the first time I have ever seen grown men attack each other like school kids in a play ground. He said this, he did this, he is that, what the hell was that all about, one thing, take Trump down a notch before Super Tuesday is all. I don’t think it worked but it was one mean double team by Rubio and Cruz on Trump!Did it work only time will tell, truthfully, but it wasn’t a real debate it was a circus and was embarrassing and humiliating to watch. The republicans should be ashamed of having the top five they have running for President acting this way on public television, what does it say of their party? Sad isn’t it folks!

   Well with all that said and the debate over, Super Tuesday is coming fast enough and we shall see what america thinks very soon. I just hope the circus will not come to television again!

            

        POLITICS is becoming a joke in America! They should all be taught one basic lesson folks, and that is they can’ get elected without solutions and plans and figures needed to advance their plans and ideas!

Donald Trump is definitely looking like the Republican Nominee for President at this point and if you look closely it will be just almost impossible for Cruz, or Rubio to catch him. Sometimes, you don’t get what you want Republicans and you have to accept who you get. It is rough isn’t it?

 On the Democratic side it definitely looks like Hillary Clinton will get the Nomination. Now Mr. Sanders may give her some embarrassing moments along the way and have his stay at the convention, but in the end show me a way he can get the delegates he needs and I will say differently. Now be logical at this point in time it is time some candidates get out of the run for President, so we can see the front runners who are left on each side go head to head,it will be interesting then.

Next lets, talk the right of the President of The United States Nominating a Justice to the Supreme Court. Congress has it’s responsibility in this matter as does the President and no way they should not look at one Nominated by President Obama. Your gonna leave a vacancy in the court just so you can control who it is going in? Thats crap and the Senate know better. . They  will have to hold the hearings and vote on whoever President Obama puts up period wake up. There is no precedent for any other action if a Nomination is made. Talk is cheap folks and many this election year are talking crap and thinking they can do things they want their way, bottom line, the Fore Fathers laid out a Constitution just for these reasons.

I have what maybe the best question of the current election cycle, why the hell would we really want a wall between us and Mexico? Why the hell do we really need one now, when we have never needed one before? It’s silly, no matter how many illegal immigrants we get coming thru, Mexico is not our enemy so negotiate with them and stop the people crossing the border in a legal way that will work between the two countries. Open communication will help in this situation and we all know it so wake up.

Health care in America is my next point here, whether it is Obama Care, Medicare Coverage or some other plan, remember you politicians gave us the current set up and if you change it ya better have something in place to instantly coverage all currently on it. Millions without health care in america will be an instant mess and we all know it. Whats wrong with doing what other countries have done, and giving coverage to all like they did in Canada and other countries? Simple, no one is gonna make big profits that way is all, and america can’t have that can we?

I have watched all of this go on in this political cycle in america and I am ashamed of the Americans running for offices. You have looked like fools arguing in public over things that have no place in public. Our security and defense of our country, the size of our military and more is broadcast all over the world, do you see any other country doing that? Nope! Sadly, we get too caught up in ourselves in America and we don’t stop to think of what comes out of our mouths when we run for office do we politicians, you should be ashamed.

 

 

 

       Sadly Politics 2016 has turned into a bashing competition on the Republican side as Donald Trump jumps all over his opponents and they attack one another over bullshit attacks. The issues that need addressed, dont get done at all. Sadly no real solutions have come out of the republicans no firm plans no nothing.

The Answer to fixing the immigration problem is build a wall according to Mr. Trump, well how, who will build it, pay for it and will it really stop the illegal immigrants, no. You can’t deport all of them either it would cost too much to hunt them down and transport them out. Wake up!

Obama Care you want to kill it and replace it with what? No firm ideas here either just vague responses, no numbers, no solid ideas on improving it either, it is sad how the republicans get away without giving firm numbers or plans isn’t it? Sad really!

I hate to say this bu the republicans don’t even have a firm plan on how to breach and do away with the racial divide in America. And yes I do believe it should be over come and destroyed so all get along.  what many of these discriminating people on both sides forget, is 1) we are all human, 2) we all bleed, and die the same and we all deserve the same exact treatment and rights.3) which means equal rights on all things folks. Wake up !

We don’t want wars anymore and all of us agree on that basically the only problem is how the hell to get out of them and stop ISIS and the other radical elements in the mid-east? Get a solid plan together to encircle them, trap them leaving no way out and eliminate and capture them all.You can’t leave them a place to run, if you do they will be back faster than hell can burn.

 

The democratic side at least is coming up with ideas and numbers. It is looking inevitable Clinton will get the Nomination here and Sanders will have some say at the Convention.In the end it will probably be Clinton Versus Trump and Trump can’t beat her, at least I doubt it. So lets clear the circus up, and get on with it all.

Jeb Bush did the right thing by suspending his campaign and so did the other Republicans, now, Mr, Carson, Mr, Kashich, let Trump,and Rubio And Cruz duel it out so it can come down to two. Then we can let the American People choose and the Conventions confirm and see a head to head race. Lets stop pussy-footing around here!

Get a half pound salmon slab

Half a cup of almonds

lemon pepper seasoning,

half a lemon

flat pan the salmon

spray with pam lightly

score the salmon long wise, depends on size how many times

now, add almonds to taste and then add lemon juice and seasoning

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, ready, tasty, lite and healthy!
