Tax Season/Environmental Problems/Politics


    April 2,nd is here folks, tax season has come once more as the 15th looms. Uncle Sam will want their fair share once more and will hit the middle class and lower class with taxes, the upper class will never pay, sadly it is unfair. yet, in America someone has to pay the bills right, well why not take that money mote from the Billionaires and millionaires then the lowly peons we be? And what about our well off and well paid politicians, who are doing nothing in Congress to turn the country around, period, shouldn’t they pay too?

My firm belief is the American Government has protected the rich too damn long and they need to pay their fair share and take some of the burden off the lower classes these days. They jet around the world and country having fun as the worker bees, have a hard time buying a home, eating or dressing and taking care of our kids. Why, is that folks?

The rich get richer and the poor poorer, and in between the middle class gets squeezed for the money they don’t have to take care of it all. Sad Isn’t it? I mean really, how much more blood can you squeeze out of the middle class before there is no more middle class to take from? You tell us, you big ass Politicians who get paid hundreds of thousands a year for sitting on your asses and saying no to everything that could help the country because you don’t like the opposing party and want to look tough and in charge. where are the jobs? when will the economy turn around once more fully? Where and when will we stop fighting wars for other countries? When will America learn as powerful and lucky as we have been, that the first priority should be taking care of our own?  As we go forward in 2015, a year I never thought I would live to see, for I will be 60 in January of 2016, and i have survived cancer now, it seems American Politicians need to get the damn message and take care of our people, country, economy period first and foremost. Stop paying to police other  countries or fighting s others wars, we must grasp a hold on the Economy at home, at healthcare, fix social security and Obama Care and feed, cloth and educate our own and prepare for an uncertain future in this world. The environment is ruined and we do nothing to make it better or to slow it down, why? Are we as Americans or as humanity in the world stupid enough to believe we did nothing to see it fail us or to damage it, come off of it folks! Icebergs melt at the poles, oceans rise, polar bears face extinction as do many animals, as the oceans rise the land mass will deplete also, so it will encroach up the coasts of America as well as other countries too. As the land masses decrease where will mankind live then and the animals and produce we depend on live? How will we feed ourselves and the animals and plants we need to survive? You all tell me?

I know many will think I am just ranting and raving again and I sound like a fool, or like I do not know what I am saying, but, you better look closely folks, because it is slowly happening across the globe we live on.   

Last things for today folks; 2015 is moving forward faster and Obama’s term is coming to an end, and so is Congresses too. as politicians move on and retire and we look for a new leader in 2016 in all areas, we should remember somethings. One Obama tried, he was blockaded and stopped by a Republican Congress, who did so out of spite and anger at losing the White House to him. Two, Congress and it’s leadership needs to be changed period, we can’t continue to allow a Republican Congress or for that matter a Democratic Congress to stop a forward motion in america. Sadly, we have important decisions to make for all of us and the good of our country coming up. Lets not make the same mistake twice folks, if we put a Republican in the White House or a Democrat, lets give then support in Congress to make things happen, or we shall lay dormant like a rug and the country and it’s people will suffer more!

Vaccines/ ISIS/Politics/ Presidential Candidates


     Vaccines, have been saving lives it seems forever and now modern day parents are ignoring how well they work and children are dying. Wake up America, I don’t care if you are the millennial  generation or not, those vaccines are why you survived, because your parents got you them! Don’t listen to bullshit doctors who say don’t vaccinate your children, they are leading you in the wrong direction and actually responsible, for the death of children now. If you have a proven system, why switch folks? Lets be real, measles can kill and has now, because some doctor said don’t use them, he should be jailed for it. In the end, as has been proven for generations folks, Vaccines benefit more the any adverse effects they may have and are safe, use then to keep your children healthy!

Next subject, ISIS, it should be fully eradicated from the planet like a virus, or illness that kills. It is the best comparison I can give it. Why would you burn or hang or behead innocent people to just get attention, because you are a sorry bunch of idiots who have stupid ideas and are extremist. You behead your own kind as well as anyone you can get to try to blackmail the world to pay for the furthering of your ideals and beliefs, and you think you can expand this way, forget it. When your own people of the same area and religious beliefs condemn you and want you gone your in deep shit so to say. Not to say the powerful nations you have all, decided to piss off now, England, America, Canada, Japan, Jordan, and so many more. How many nations do you think you can anger and hurt and kill their people, before they all unite and wipe your beliefs, ideals and you off the face of the earth. It’s coming folks, a all out war against an organization who thinks they can out run and hide for as long as they like and continue on, the list is growing of nations that can’t abide or accept this. ISIS will be wiped out, I am sure it is a matter of time is all, like Hitler and his Nazis in World War 2, Isis your day of destruction and end is close at hand. Your all cowards and idealist, killing men and women to further your ideals and bullshit and the world is now tired of it.

Final subject for today, Politics will be ruling the news for the next few years here in America I am sure. the Republicans took both the Senate and the House in the last election and are now attacking Obama Care again and trying to change Abortion Laws and so much more. Do not allow these republicans to take us backwards folks, if they do and have their way, American women will be house slaves and counted as worthless once more. Women are not only, smart, intelligent, wise and capable, they also bear our children and perpetuate the population on the planet. Plus you next American President should be a woman, one who is strong, intelligent, honest, straight forward, and knowledgeable, yes I say elect Hillary Clinton for President and you have a winner in all ways. If you think for one minute Jeb Bush or Rand Paul or even Chris Christie are Presidential material, your wrong. Yes I know Jeb Bush pushed Mitt Romney out, and Rand Paul thinks he is smarter than all of us Americans, and Christ Christie thinks he can run America like he does New Jersey it will not happen. Wake up Americans. Vote Hillary Rodham Clinton in and give a woman with guts, smarts and yes even balls a chance to straighten the mess out.

Election Cycles/ Politics/Fix It!


      Soon enough we will face the Election Cycle once more in the United States and decisions have to be made Americans. We need to decide if we want to keep the White HOuse and Congress, separated by parties or join them together in Unity and get our country working again. It’s a decision for all Americans to make and it starts in November 2014, and must extend to 2016 when our next President will be Elected and in office. Stop and think before you vote, what you are voting for can and will be vital, not only to the world but to each human being who calls themselves American.

We face an election cycle that can define America in many ways, from Domestic Programs and Job Bills to Health Care and Foreign Policy and so much more. Are you happy we are at war with Isis, or we are still involved in Afghanistan and Iraq.  You tell me America? I know for my view Congress and the Republican Party and Tea Party have stopped any advantages, we needed put through, plus they have filibustered us to a dead stop in too many areas. Are we going to saddle our next President with a Congress from the opposite party once more and get nothing moving or done on Jobs, the Economy, Health Care and Education, or will we the American People make the changes needed? Will we make this country better or worse for the future generations of Americans who will be our relatives? The answer is about to be found out between the November 2014 and then the 2016 Presidential Election cycles. Which way do you want to go America, you tell us?

 I know my personal opinions in this are, and I know I am tired of being bogged down, held back, and stopped by a congress filled with people who want to stop anything they can by the opposing party. It deadlocks Congress, prevents any bills, laws or Educational or Veteran Bills from passing, it stops the country from moving forward in rebuilding the economy period and hurts more than helps. We must put in a congress and a President that can work together, not separately, to try to make themselves look better, but together to help Americans better their country and themselves. If you Agree, then I say let’s do what is right for America and make it work!

Yes, I know I sound like a broken record, yes I know I harp on the government not working and earning its paycheck and yes I also know i am right. Yes, we must stop Isis and yes we need to preserve and protect our own country, but must we forever more be the world’s protectors too? Isn’t it time we start withdrawing some man power, weapons and energy from place that want us gone and let them flail about on their own to survive or just out right fail. Why must America be the world’s big brother, protector and savior all the time, can’t we just concentrate on our own country for a while and make it better?

 Now I know many will say I’m a liberal bleeding heart and I don’t know what I am talking about,but, here is where I come from as a Veteran who served his country, did as he was told for 16 years and got injured on duty and am now a Disabled Veteran. Veterans need taken care of, hospitals for them must be manned fully and equipment brought in. Veterans need medical help, physically and mentally and so much more, but the Veteran Hospitals do not have the staffing requirements to keep it up. Fix it please!

Education is vital in America and we all know it, take a kid from a project or ghetto and place him in advanced education circumstances and you will see a better America for all. The poor need educated too we need educational plans for all economic statuses, not just the rich or upper middle class. Obama care was a start to a free medical care for all, paid for by the Government but it isn’t enough and should be expanded. 

      Farmers need to be subsidized and paid to work and produce for America too, the farms are closing down and can not make enough to stay alive, help them damn it!

 I have many things I can carry on about in this rant if I wanted to, but here is the bottom line America, a President of one party and a congress of another does not work, we must help the President we elect, not stonewall them, so listen up start making changes now in Congress in the Mid-term elections, November is coming!

 

 

Good Parts of America


       Hello America. so many are putting down the American people and Country and Government in the world it is crazy, the American Way is the right way! Too many think wella democracy is wrong and we are too permissive, go tell that to the people of Vietnam, Korea, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and the DictatorShips like the one in Cuba. Sadly, they still exist and will because people are afraid of taking their own destiny into their own hands like the people of America did.

         We have things in America called voting, right to free speech,education for all, equal rights and more. We are actually one lucky country in all ways. Plus we have proven we have the strongest military in the world also and I understand why we help everyone, it doesn’t mean I agree with it though.  Yet as an American you know, you have to accept the position we are in as a nation and people and lead on as we do, don’t we?

          The bottom line about America is simple folks, we can agree to disagree and discuss anything, without killing one another over it, plus we go by majority rules.  And at the same time we recognize the minority has a voice and must be paid attention to also. It works folks, if we all compromise, and remember  the United We Stand and Divided We fall saying , so stay United! America has pride, resources, people and more that believe in freedom and we shall believe forever!

 

 

9-11 Remembered!


 America do not ever forget 9/11, do not ever forget unless we stick together as one people indivisible under God and Constitution, we can be overcome or hurt. That was proven on 9/11 with the dastardly attacks that hits us and the lives we have lost on that day and since from the after effects. we struggle each day to maintain our position as a leader and peacemaker of the world, but we can’t continue to do so forever. There comes a time when America must recoup and withdraw and allow someone else to provide and do the duties necessary to keep the earth going. So, if France, Russia, Italy, England, or any other country has the audacity or strength to stand tall and help Syria and their people do so now! America has helped the world through two World Wars, Korean Wars and Policing, Vietnam and Policing of it too. We have run to the rescue of Iraqis. Afghanistan’s , and many more, who has ever come to America’s rescue at any time, say hello to France who helped us way back in out Revolutionary War. We repaid them many times over and ever rebuilt Japan after their deadly attack on Pearl harbor and our Retaliation for it against them. No other nation has been so damn generous as to forgive and forget those who attacked them and rebuild them too. Isn’t time we stopped saving the world and save ourselves here at home? 

Honesty/ Serving/Micheal Brown Jr. case/Ferguson, Mo.


    Honesty, is the best policy, I was told that from the first time i could understand it till the day I left home to join the service. But while honesty is the best policy so are morals, ethic, common sense and logic. There comes a time when it is best to just stay quiet instead of  speak, when it is better to leave than stay, when it is better to give up and surrender than fight on.  What you say would prove these points, simply, America’s involvement in Korea, and Vietnam, wars we had no business in and we lost many honorable people in. sadly America  keeps playing police force to other countries in the middle east and else where, we never learn our lesson it seems. Screw politics folks, lets think of the men and women who serve to protect and defend their country only to end up dead on others soil. It has to end soon American Volunteer to serve their country and end up dying in someone elses country and dragged home in a box, sad isn’t it?

      As a Disabled Veteran, who served 16 years total between three branches of service i know what I am talking about. I served U.S. Army, U.S. Army National Guard and then U. S. Navy, I did as I was told and served honorably, only to be injured aboard a ship, and then transferred to a Naval Hospital in Germany and diagnosed with six herniated discs in my spine and then fighting to stay in for years before they put me out.  I am now a Disabled Veteran with a degenerating spine, PTSD, Depression, sleep apnea and so much more,  I awake in the middle of the night screaming in my sleep and jumping up at time. Yet I believe in America, I believe in serving my country and defending it, and I didn’t do it for me, I did it to defend and protect the ones I love here at home in America my family, friends and those I love. So, don’t tell me about, the United States needing Americans to serve I did it. What is sad is the state of the American People and the country I love when I see these protests an, with screaming, throwing of cocktails and bottles and more in Ferguson, Mo. Why folks, I understand the parents of Micheal Brown grieve their son and his death at the hands of a Police Officer and I empathize with them in every way, but these demonstrations and protests are far out of hand. No looting of stores and buildings are needed, no breaking of glass or fighting with police is necessary, You all have made your point now, the law and enforcement organizations are now involved and investigating it all. Isn’t it time to stop and let justice and it’s wheels start working to get to the truth?

 

Thoughts of World, War and Home!


     Another Day begins in 2014, and more keeps happening world-wide. Each day a new attack from someone on someone somewhere in the world. These who believe war will earn them something are wrong, unless that war is based on principles of peace and necessary. Sadly, we shoot each other and kill each other like fools over a border line, a religious quote, a belief, or in anger, each minute in the world someone dies, who shouldn’t due to it all.  Wars are foolish, unnecessary, and ruthless, for more innocents get killed and all we do is watch in horror. America tries to defend and protect and police the world against evil, but in the end, ever the greatest nation in the world, must stop doing so and take care of its own people.

America is not made to police the world, but we are here as a country and people, because we believe in what is right and that all men are created equal. We believe there is no reason to attack another country just because of religious beliefs, or political differences, we do what is right and we may walk away from such people it is our right as a nation. Policing the world failed for us in Korea, it failed for us in Vietnam, it will fail where ever we try to do it, for we are not the world police folks, and people have differences we do not belong in. We use our military to influence and push other into a better direction, isn’t it time we realize, we can’t afford to keep doing so. Afghanistan, The Sudan,  and others across the world call for our help knowing we have military might and political pull in the world, but is it time we stop, pulling others fat out of the fire so to say. What can we do is North and South Korea  fight it out, nothing folks, we are too far away and too smart I hope to do that one again. If you want to help the world and the people in it Americans help the children who will one day be the leaders on the planet to understand and survive, so these wars will not happen again, educate, teach, live peace.

       As 2014, goes further along we are now 5 days in, and I see no change in America’s stances on many things and yes, I am an American Disabled Veteran folks. I did my job for 16 years in the military lived my life my way and did as ordered. I firmly believe in America, protect, preserve and defend, I didn’t stay in the military for that long of a time to not care, I stayed in not for myself, but for the love I had for my family and friends back home here. Some Americans have the opinion that American Service members stay in just to retire and get the benefits from it, others do not understand, as military members we do our best to stay alive out there, but we do so for those we love back home. We get killed and hurt and injured, and then we come home to a country that has moved forward, elected a new President and been taken in a new direction, and we feel left out or lost, because we can’t assimilate to the society we left behind anymore. So we suffer depression, anxiety, pain each day and we smile through it all, until we feel abandoned and forgotten by the same people we fought to defend and protect. Then as the depression builds, in loneliness, one day they find us dead with a gun in one hand and our brains blown across some floor. This is what happens to men and women who serve who can’t live anymore because of PTSD, depression and anxieties and they can’t reach out and find a way to fit in anymore, because they are no longer equipped to do so. Sad isn’t it folks but true, look around and you will see us, struggling on a street corner, living in a cardboard box on a street alley, asking for donations so we can eat and sleep in warmth, heading to churches for help and to talk. We are Americas Veterans, we are the survivors of battles you all sent us in to fight, and we did so proudly, not for ourselves, but for Love, Honor, Country, Family and friends. So, when you walk into a Walmart, or shopping mall or plaza and see a scraggly person, in old uniforms or dressed in flags hobbling around and hurt, and hungry, many of them could be us, the Veterans you asked to serve and did so proudly only to come home and get overlooked.

I have other beefs and rants too of course as a man and a person, but none more than the above. I don’t agree with all that our country does, but I do have the following thing to say as a final rant for today. If America were to pull out of all war zones and battles and policing actions, bring home all weapons, military and money, and put it into the American Economy and making jobs for all and educating Americans, wouldn’t America be so much better off? Think of the money we spend to fight wars and police other nations and people and how many billions we use to do so and what it would do for our own economy and country if we invested in ourselves instead of it all? Amazingly, you would find an economy today that would be growing instead of puttering along, the jobs would open up more and the wheels would get greased that we need to fix, Obama Care, to fix Job Markets, to fix many things, yet we continue to fight wars for others! Sad aren’t we folks, we sometimes look too far outside and ignore what is inside our own country and needing help.

Ok, enough ranting today, it is Sunday a Fun Day as my baby sister always say, It’s a Sunday to pray as you please to what God you believe in, it’s a Sunday for family, friends and lovers to unite. It’s a Football Day in January with two games played yesterday and two more to go today for WildCard Weekend in The NFL. One thing Americans like to watch sports of all kinds, Football, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey, and more, yes even Golf, why I don’t know one whole of that one and I sleep.  But, people are different every where ya go and we love our sports.  So Sunday is usually sports day here in America, although the women hate us for it lol. We do it anyway, and love it us men at least. Traditions just die-hard for sure and we pass them to our children each day we live, this is just one of them.

My closing today is a little different folks, I as a Disabled Veteran believe in my country and our freedom of speech and appreciate it greatly. As all of us should for we fought for the rights we have long ago in history against the British and Won. I believe in our right to bear arms too, but, I don’t believe in the right to bear military weapons in our homes, on our streets or not protected and safety on and stored properly so our children will never get them. You want to hunt animals fine, you want to go shooting on a range fine, you have these rights, but you do not have the right to take a firearm to a public place and start shooting people because your mad or depressed or sick.  We need stronger gun laws to protect our children, our citizens and more, not to protect the people who shoot people, Ok! Enough said!

 

 

Holiday Season, Children/ America


     Holiday Season has approached folks, it’s almost Turkey day and then on to the Christmas and New Years Holidays. The stores are preparing for the Black Friday Sales and the mad rush of shoppers once more. I think they may be surprised at the amount of people they get, for I believe it will be less than they expect. The Economy is tight, the job market sucks and than we throw Obama Care costs on top and wala a problem. Too many stores are already shutting down and disappearing in America due to the lack of money going around, the lack of customers due to lack of jobs that pay. Connecticut suffers each and everyday from all of this as you go to it’s stores and malls you find empty buildings for rent or spaces. People are asking for heating assistance and food assistance left and right, donations are getting around to giving out a lot more requests. Sad isn’t it, in a state where the economy counted on Government contracts for shipbuilding and weapons, and factories, we now have very few left. We need factories folks, we need more government contracts at our weapons and shipbuilding plants. We need help in Congress and the Senate and people to push for our survival as well as the country. 

America has never had cities in bankruptcy before and all that happens is we see stories and reports on Television and the radio telling us how Detroit is underwater and fighting to survive. The car companies had to be baled out to survive and we are getting small ghost towns here and there. What is wrong with America folks? We are lazy, in too many ways and teaching our children how to watch television, listen to music and play video games, instead of instilling a work ethnic in them, build kids build, build a business, a company, manufacture something worthwhile, lets invent,fabricate and make life better by creating in America. A few decades ago in the 1970s a saying was invented in America, Be American, buy American, we need to bring that back. Support our companies and businesses here and stop buying other companies stuff. Support American Businesses, American Farmers, and lets move America ahead not to a wreck of a place that ends up a tale in a video game in the world.

      Teach the fundamentals once more, reading, writing, arithmetic, take away the electronic games and computers from children, give them a book and make them do chores once more. If the misbehave, punish them and if they get too far out of line and hurt someone, show disrespect, or throw a tantrum them spank em if you have to, but teach them right from wrong. America has become a world of don’t hit your kid or we will take them from you, that is crap, no one took me from my parents when they beat me and my siblings half to death, why make it worse by being too permissive folks. Do your jobs as parents, discipline and correct and teach your children and watch they don’t hang on the streets at night, make them come home at a decent time once more, tell your boys to pull their damn pants up and act normal or stay home, don’t let your daughters go to parties without being watched, there are too many crazy people who may snatch a child up and destroy them. Lets fight back, by Taking command America and controlling the bad and making it right and good once more!

 

 

Veteran’s Day


       It’s Monday folks and the beginning of a new week for all, ,but it is also Veteran’s Day once more.  It’s a day all should stop and thank that person in a military uniform for their service and their bravery and pride. It’s a day we should all remember they gave their years of their lives to protect all of us, each and everyone, who lives in America. Veteran’s day makes one pause even if only for a moment, as you think about the freedoms Americans have verses others around the world. It is our Veteran’s who provide that, and more, defending and supporting and working to make America better each day and night they serve. So when you walk down the street and see a Veteran with a missing lef or arm, or eye,, or anything else you may think of, or one who can’t stand up straight, or has PTSD or other injuries you can’t see. remember they did what they did, serving not for themselves but for all of us you see!

I am such a Veteran who did 16 years in the Military Services, serving my country to keep us free and with the rights we have each day. I suffer each day myself with 6 herniated discs in my spine, PTSD, Sleep Apnea, Nightmares that wake me in cold sweats, Depression and Anxieties from it all. Yet I would never change or give up one moment of the time I served for it did what I wanted it to do, protected those I loved here at home. 

Back near the beginning of my service I choose to serve in the Connecticut Army National Guard in Naugatuck, Connecticut my home town at the time. We did the two weeks per year in the summer routines and the drills. We served proudly and with dignity and honor for sure but we also had good times.

I knew a couple of special men in that Unit who I became friends with in many ways and who I served under. Their names were Armand and Louie for safety sake no last names are allowed here. Both at the time were Vietnam Veterans and suffered from their own problems as Veterans of Vietnam. So I wrote a story about the two of them, I called National Guard Heros, and Posted it online on Amazon’s KIndle E-books for all to read. Generational Differences and Why America Fails


      Changes it seems happen everyday and they call the changes advancements for mankind”s sake. Some I agree with entirely, like medical advances in machinery or medications or even physical therapies too. But the changes I disagree with are the ones our society and us as human beings, bring upon our own social life and family lives. I know it may sound silly, but the truth is the truth and as my parents would say, don’t bullshit me, or the world just tell us the truth and let us carry on.

Generations come and go like style sin the wind, but families in America change the way they raise their kids always. In my life time I have seen Americans family lives and styles change so much it is crazy.

As a child I was lucky to get Christmas Presents of clothes and regular toys or games. They usually consisted of clothing, board games, maybe a bike or sled or an erector set or microscope. A book was always a good thing too for quiet rainy or snowy days. But those things are not the same with today’s children for sure. They need to have electronic things, get me an X-box, or a PS3 or a Wii, or get me my personal PC. They want big screen TVs, HDTV, High end cable access for HD and Internet and more. A Little spoiled tain’t we kiddies. Then they want to bill mommy and daddy after they leave their home and family and start their own for dental and medical bills, like we are all Donald Trump or something!.  What’s with these kids today?

When I was a kid, no parent would put up with lying, stealing, cheating or disrespect either.A child knew they would be smacked upside the head or given a spanking for doing something wrong and that fear, made them fly right, not wrong.A parent didn’t care about will my child divorce me and leave my house, the kid didn’t have that right. What is with the world today?

Generations come and they go, the older generation that had recently mostly died off in America was the one raised in the 1930’s, and 40s. They were brought up with less and suffered somewhat economically and fought for everything they had. Then came the children of the 50’s and 60’s that  raised their children with more permissiveness then ever before and they grew up to be spoiled this new Generation. Then we get to the 70’s and 80’s Generation, the most disrespectful and crazy generation yet in American history. They disrespect their elders, they talk back to their parents and argue and fight with them and they want everything instantly, right now. Bullshit kiddies, not goanna happen. 

As I grow older myself, I see kids in stores crying and arguing for toys and electronics we never thought of having. You ask a kid today if they read a book, they will look at you like you are crazy, and tell you  they play video games watch TV and that’s it. Electronic Games, Video and otherwise are ruining out children really. They make them couch potatoes, and idiots in logical areas.   Most kids  today you ask them to shovel a walkway or to use a hammer or screwdriver they have no idea how to. Why, because we let them do as they please and a growing child is like running water it searches for a weak spot it can go thru and goes there to face the least resistance and the easiest way to flow and grow. Generations and times have changed indeed and so has America and the worlds children too.

Why are other countries like China, Brazil, France, Spain and Canada, out doing America on the open market and economically now? Just look at the permissiveness of the parents of these children who were born in the 80’s and 90s and onward till now and you will see, sometimes we all need to remember the old cliché, Spare the rod, spoil the child!.
