November is Coming, Race is On!


     June 1st,2012, day is sunny, cool but beautiful, the flowers are blooming and the 2012 election cycle is well under way. We now have the Incumbant President Barrack Obama vs. The Republican Challenger Willard Mitt Romney. Who shall win come November is still the biggest question currently being asked in America‘s press. But to the American people, I wouldn’t count on Romney to win, his views on religion, job creation, medicare, and Medicaid and social security and Veterans benefits will probably sink him. Not to mention his inability to connect and read the American people when it comes to job creation, manufacturing,healthcare and trade agreements. Then add in the facts concerning him and gay rights and the marriage argument and well you get the picture. He may look pretty when he laughs and talks out the side of his mouth, but where are the facts and plans to make it all work? They don’t exist, and why would anyone want to give the rich bigger tax breaks then they have now? Lets face the facts folks, if America elects Romney it will be war after war, first in policing other nations, then against his own people here at home as he gives his rich cronies tax breaks and doesn’t create jobs.

   America needs a President who will correct and protect and fix what is in place not change it all. We need the Health Care Program Obama put in for our elderly and poor and welfare people. We need jobs he is creating in manufacturing and white-collar sides too. We need Medicaid and Medicare saved and keeping going, we need a way to save the U.S. Postal Service, so first class mail comes to us at home and we get our meds for those needing them. We need to get out of war zones and bring our troops, equipment and service members home to rest here and protect the homeland not police other countries. The time has come for America to reelect Barrack Obama, and give him the support he needs in the Senate and House to push America forward, not backwards.  The time has come to let Obama finish his digging us out of the hole his predecessors put us into, financially, and get us in the black once more. You can’t ask a President to dig us out of a hole it took one before him eight years to dig, without giving him eight to fix it all.

         As you stop and think and look at Obama and Romney, do not think color, race, or even political views, think rich vs poor, think helpless vs affluent, think willing to help all, vs willing to make themselves richer and then vote when you go to the polls in November.

       If you want to know why President Obama couldn’t dig us out of a hole made in eight years in four, take a look at the logjam and blockade the Senate and House has built-in front of him, a Republican wall of rich people trying to get richer is all. Vote Democratic, lets give the President a congress to back him, not fight him. Vote out the Republican Blockers and Blockade in Congress and lets move America to a better future!.

 

We the People,Middle Class and Below or ?


      As the choices for our next President has come down to two men, the one currently holding the office, Barrack Obama and the other Willard Mitt Romney. One Democrat who loves being a Democrat, but who has worked with the other side for his first term, and a Republican Businessman who claims he can turn it all around. In history many have made claims of what they can do, very few every get it done, please remember that one folks.

        As soon as the November Election ends and across America we know who has been chosen, I hope we don’t regret what we did, like we did in 2008. We regretted that one not because we picked the wrong President, but because we tried to check and balance him by elected the opposing party as the congress. Sadly, we screwed ourselves with those votes and it has caused the logjam that is now in Washington.

        Ladies and Gentlemen, presenting history lesson number 1; Do not at anytime if you want the country to accomplish anything at all, put in a congress of the opposite party from the one you made President. The morass that is Washington is our fault, as the voters, we should have known better. On the other hand, it is correct to check and balance  a President or Congress, but not if you want to get off the status quo your on.  Sadly, we did the wrong thing in 2008 by doing just that, and it has hurt the progress of America’s recovery.

      As this Election cycle goes forward, both of these Candidates will have separate ideas on how to improve the Economy, Create Jobs, bring Manufacturing back to the U.S. listen closely please. If either of them talk about cutting Social Security, or letting it fade, or killing Medicaid, Medicare or Disability Payments for Veterans or Benefits, please don’t vote for them. Across America elderly citizens need Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security and Veterans need their benefits and disability payments too, we live on these things because we can’t work. Unless you have an idea to improve these benefits as a candidate I will not vote for you, especially if you cut them, or still borrow from Social Security.

       It is time now, for the over 50 population, the ones who fought for their country, the ones who represented and made America great and the baby boomers of the 1950s and 1960 to have their say for the next four years, don’t sit at home folks vote in any way you can. For this year, this Election will either save Social Security, Disability Payments, Medicaid and Medicare and Veterans Benefits, or leave us all floundering about with no leg financially to stand on and live on. Fight for what is your rights and benefits, we can’t all be rich or millionaires can we?

         The decision must be made between now and November 4th, 2012, do we the people mean we the people the middle class and below or does we the people mean the rich and mighty on top? We must make that choice and decision first and foremost in  this Election.

 

When will the real Election begin?


      This am, my thoughts return to the Election Cycle of 2012, my reasoning is simple really, what we should do is stop the Republican Primary where it is. These four Republicans have nothing to say, important enough to stop President Obama from winning a Second Term in the fall. Lets face it, they are not running to help the American People, they are running to help themselves really. They all want more publicity and notoriety and have very little actual ideas to turn around the economy, create jobs, save Medicaid and Medicare and Social Security. And what about how everyone is allowing not only our benefits as elderly and disables to disappear, including our Social Security they keep borrowing from, but now they are letting the United States Postal Service go under too. This is becoming a second class nation is it not, now?

        As Congress and the Republicans fight each other and the Democrats too, the logjam that is Washington,DC goes on and on and on and nothing gets done for the people. No new laws assisting the elderly are coming out, no hands off the Social Security, Medicaid and medicare programs is happening, and now no one wants to save the Postal System either, sad isn’t it. What do you do when your own government doesn’t care anymore about anything, you fight back is what!.

        America has its traditions, it has its ways, and it has its real leaders but they are not on the ballots, they are playing puppet masters behind the names on the ballets these days, sad isn’t it. It’s like when you take a secret and whisper it into one ear and then they whisper it into another and finally it gets to the other end of Congress and it is totally changed, it just doesn’t work anymore.

       What we the people should do is one, make all in the House and Senate lose their great benefits, their insurances, their extra funding and lower their paychecks too, why not what do they deserve really, if they can’t get anything done? We still have unemployed, we still have homeless, elderly who need assistance and care, and one hell of a lot more wrong in America. Why do we allow this to continue someone needs to tell the House  and the Senate  wake the hell up. Leave Social Security alone damn it, leave the Medical Assistance Programs alone for the people, get your grubby mitts off of the Postal System too. Stop borrowing from the systems and organizations we all need to survive and live well. In the end we borrow, borrow, borrow from China, Japan and many other countries, then beg and borrow from our own institutions and kill ourselves. Sadly America, we are indeed spoiled rotten, aren’t we?.

        Now, that March is coming to an end, and the numbers show by delegate count, Mitt Romney is winning, shouldn’t something be done to stop the Stooges Show these Republicans keep putting on?  They slap stick, kick and beat each other up and they all know their odds to win the Republican Nomination are shitty. Wake up, give the Nomination to Mitt Romney=Moe and lets move on will you?. Larry=Santorum, Gingrich=Curley and Shemp=Paul all need to get the hell out of this race and end the stupidity of it all, so America can have a decent election cycle and a chance to compare fully Mitt Romney against President Obama, otherwise, there will be no comparison will there?

 

Election 2012


       This election cycle in the USA has been one comedy show after another by the Republicans and continues to be the worse mess I have ever seen a political party run out. Why, do this to yourselves and know in the end who ever is the nominee will never beat President Obama. You gave up way too much time and effort killing one another off, it’s stupid childish and ignorant.

       This  Republican Primary is not an election cycle it is indeed a circus of clowns throwing pies in each others faces, to make themselves look better is all. It does indeed and will forever in my book, remind me of old Three Stooges shorts, attached to movies. When will these Stooges get their act together and all work together to beat one opponent, well maybe never, making President Obama’s second term a great possibility and likely outcome.

         As the calendar flies by and the days and months count down to November, it is highly getting more realistic that President Obama will indeed get his second term and chance to straighten out the economy in full. Will it be good for America or bad? That folks is yet to come, for only time can tell what shall happen next.

      So, as the circus of the Republican Stooges continues to entertain Americans and the world, I wonder when Moe=Mitt Romney, will finally stand up and bang Larry=Santorum, Curley=Gingrich, Shemp=Paul’s heads together and tell them to get the hell out-of-the-way!. If not soon then, there is no real sense in running a General Election for President, the outcome is now a foreseen conclusion. 

 

Break up The Republican Stooges !


Republicans it is time to unite and make Mitt Romney your Nominee and run a full pledged and fledged Election Cycle against President Obama if your going to compete!. The problem with continuing this dog fight between four candidates is you all know you won’t win and are scared of winning really. You believe the country is in a mess and the Democrats are responsible and you don’t know if you can fix it all !. Now that is the truth, is it not, you really just want to make a scene and a song and dance out of this and you know President Obama will kick anyone’s ass you put up there!.

       In American History this little act of a long primary fight is silly and we all know it. It is a delaying factor as well as a factor of saying to your opponent, we can’t decide who we want ourselves so how can we beat you!. In the end this game of the Stooges playing Republican Candidates has to end and to run this all the way to the Convention is crazy and stupid and a disaster for who ever you pick as a party. President Obama and the Democrats will most likely win reelection and take a slate of democrats into the House and Senate with him, at this rate.

       Politics in America affects more than just Washington, it affects people’s lives at home, medically, and more. It affects people’s work climates, jobs and in the end how they live each and every day. Oh I know all these elections and politicians running around, don’t seem to do much do they for us poor average americans, and your right. They earn big pay checks, have plenty and do very little other than rant and rave and talk. What ever happened to real politicians who get the job done and pass real laws and bills that affect the country and it’s people in good ways?

       Sadly we have Santorum running about making statements he shouldn’t, Romney fumbling things too, and Gingrich and Paul playing along in this adventure show. These four are indeed the Stooges having a squabble over who should lead, it’s a comedy act, the country can do without, folks.

        Even if you Republicans agree to disagree, the numbers show Romney=Moe, will more than likely be the nominee and that the other three, Santorum=Larry, Curley= Gingrich and Shemp=Paul, should finally stop the act and step aside, time is running out now. You can’t settle on a nominee, by keeping the comedy act going this way, nor will you have a strong enough candidate to go against the Democrats or President Obama come November.

       My Message to the Republican Party is simple now, stop the Comedy Act, break up the Stooges, add the pressure needed to make them drop out, and let Larry, Curley and Shemp go home, and give it to Moe=Romney and lets duke out the election now!

 

        

Embarassing Republicans !!!!!!


     Across America there is a scramble and fight going on for the Republican Nomination for President of the United States. As this scrap, scramble, fight goes, we have four so-called grown men making a mess of each other and their party. The Republicans are looking like the Stooges in an old slapstick movie, and it isn’t getting any prettier either. Do they really belive, honestly that the way this is going they will have a leg to stand on up against, President Obama?

        It’s become one serial comedy act after another for these four candidates.In my book three of them should pack up and go home, quickly and leave Mitt Romney to run. but like in the old Stooges films, Curley=Gingrich, Larry=Santorum, Paul=Shemp, and Moe=Romney all have their own little comedy bits in this act, they won’t stop playing!.

       Listen Curley=Gingrich, Larry=Santorum and Shemp=Paul, stop hindering the only candidate among you Moe=Mitt Romney, or your party will not have any chance at winning period!. Your like a bunch of kids from the Family Circus in the Sunday Papers, running around going he did it, no he did it!. Face reality and lets move on ok. If Curley=Gingrich or Larry=Santorum want a chance at the Republican nomination they should take it in the next election cycle, not now. As to Shemp=Paul, well at his age I don’t blame him for wanting a say at the convention, I would too, for it will probably be his last one.

        Larry=Santorum wants to push his ideas and morals on the American people, relating to religion and child-birth and abortion. Sorry Larry, but you are going to fight a losing battle there, abortion and the right to plan a family and the female body belongs to the females. Women need to get together in a public forum or convention and argue out when it is right for them to abort a child or fetus, we men shouldn’t have any say unless the child is a result of a marriage period. I know if I was forcefully impregnated by being raped by someone I wouldn’t want to keep the child either, it just gets hated as it gets older.

       Then we have Curley=Gingrich, he falls asleep at events and forgets where he is and why. Come on now Curley, you know you don’t have the energy and strength to be President nor the backing to win either, the money is drying up now anyway for you. Mr. Gingrich all due respect for your past political career and life, but don’t you really think it’s time to retire?

      Shemp=Mr. Ron Paul, Sir, I respect your age, your experience and you as a man as I am sure all of America and the World does now, but , if you must stay in this race to the White House, we can all understand. Your earned it by running decently every time you have. You can hold you head high in public and private sir, there is no shame in saying ok, I can’t win the nomination, I shall suspend my run.

       I know both Shemp=Ron Paul and Curley=Gingrich are more than likely still running to get their say in the Republican Platform in August at the Convention. Moe=Mitt Romney should by now realize that is what these two want, and should sit down with them and let them have their say at the convention. As to Larry=Rick Santorum, well, he runs just to run and have fun too in my opinion, but his views are not republican views one hundred percent. If Moe=Mitt Romney has a brain in his head he will offer Larry=Rick Santorum something good to step aside and back him for election come November.

         As long as the Stooges keep stopping Moe=Mitt Romney or trying to stop him from getting the Nomination, they are destroying their party in the eyes of Americans everywhere, by looking childish, foolish and idiotic, like little kids squabbling over who’s in charge in a  game. Games up boys, now, calm down, and behave, or America, will treat you as the spoiled little kids you are and send you to your rooms, whether you want it or not!. Wake up, boys, the clock is ticking!.

 

Please Vote Carefully!


      February 2012 is ending today and last night Michigan and Arizona spoke in the Republican Primary process and Mitt Romney won both states. As March comes in tomorrow, Republicans may have to begin thinking about regrouping behind their front-runner. If they don’t soon back Romney and push him over the top, any contest or chance he may have to beat President Obama will disappear for sure.

       First and foremost, two of these candidates for the Republican nomination should immediately step aside and allow the top two to go head to head. Newt Gingrich is not an idiot or stupid man and neither is Ron Paul, the answer men is in the numbers. All you have to do now is ask the front-runner if he will give you voice at the convention and a say in the platform!. It is after all, all you really want isn’t it Mr. Gingrich and Mr. Paul, you will get your say I am sure.

      In the end it is looking like Mitt Romney will get his wish to be the candidate for President for his party one way or the other. Ron Santorum needs to back up and regroup also, he needs to stop his social issues platform, and get back to the real issues of the economy, jobs and rebuilding. Sadly he wants to continue to issue warnings to women, about abortions, and contraceptives. Or he wants to rant and rave on who is right or wrong religious wise and what they believe in. Religion Mr. Santorum is freedom of choice item in the United States, and you can not and do not have the right to tell anyone what religion is right or wrong to practice. Nor do you have the right to tell American Women, whether or not they can abort the child of a rape or they should be happy to have one. Sadly your religious views and ideas come from the medieval days and we are in modern days.

       As the election cycle goes forth now, and choices must be made as to who shall face President Obama for the Office, stop and think of what you’re doing to your own candidates and what ammunition you are handing the opposite party. This Election is going to decide not only the presidential future and who will lead us, it will decide whether we turn the economy around or we don’t. Vote Carefully and listen to all folks and don’t vote because someone looks good with his wife and kids, or, because they started something and you want to give them a chance to end it, vote for who will really lead us out of the recession and away from depression and back into the black on the ledger. Wise up Folks, Vote Carefully, Intelligently, and Wisely!

 

Odds/ Ends/ History


      Things to do come to mind, each day I wake up and in pain I find, I can’t do this, nor can I do that, work has been over for me for over a decade, amazing isn’t when your only 56. The Naval injuries caught up to me at 46, after I served 16 years in the military, and the back and neck spinal injuries do slow me down. Then I have PTSD from childhood and military life, sleep apeana, and many minor things going on. So, the question really becomes how long does one go on living when so many things keep happening and your own body starts to fail you? No one can tell me anything that’s for sure, then we have the TIA, and a minor stroke that I had a few years back. Is fate beginning to tell me life is short?

        As a Disabled Veteran and one who enjoyed military life in three branches of service, I think did I do right in serving my country? I think I did, and because of it here we still sit, free and a republic and democracy thrives. I would never trade the United States for any other country as my homeland and I don’t think a normal thinking individual would either.

       That said, can someone please tell me what the hell is the deal with this election cycle and why the Republicans can’t make a choice? The Debates and Primaries will continue and the Republicans are still stupid enough to smash and tear each other down and no real clear front-runner comes forth, because of this circus they are running. If your going to bash and stomp on one another,not a one of you will ever beat Obama and The Democrats, you just keep giving him ammo to shoot ya down with in the General Election.

       We have had many subjects I have blogged about over the timeI have been doing this, but, none has been so stupid as recent news reports of an Affair between JFK and some girl in 1963. Americans are well aware of President Kennedy‘s ways when he was a President and years before that in the Navy and more. So why would some woman, come forward now, 50 years after the man is dead? Of course profits to sell her book, money is always the motivation and she claims it is to get it off her chest. She didn’t bother in 1963 to get him off her chest did she, even if he was the President and Married with children!. Sad fact isn’t it folks.

         Then we now have the found audio tapes, of what transpired the day Kennedy was shot in 1963. Tapes, that show he was to go to one hospital not the one he went to. No one answers the question of why that change was made that day, but it was. The Kennedy assassination after 50 years still drives theories, ideas, and points to facts, that it was a plot to kill him. Sadly the law and history can’t prove if the whole thing was a plan to kill him or not and if so what of Oswald, Ruby and others the fingers were pointed at? We shall never know, because our own Government doesn’t want us to know.

        Whether the assassination of our 35th President was a plot to overthrow the Government or not will never be known or released if it is known. The facts that get me is not the assassination itself, which I watched as a child on TV in school. but the history afterwards. Some questions come to mind for me always regarding it all.

         1) Did the failed Bay of Pigs have anything to do with it?

         2) Did the Mafia actually kill Kennedy?

          3) Who really was Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby?

         4) Why did Mafia Kingpins celebrate Kennedy’s death?

          5) Who the hell thought up the stupid single bullet theory anyway?

          But those are just a few simple questions, and believe me, I know my history and many things few realize regarding this assassination. What I don’t know is why the American Government would bury it all? No one will ever understand, because they won’t tell !.

       So as I close this blog today I think not only of Politics, not only of assassinations and history, I think of the past, the future and the search for truth! may we all get the truth one day, and may we live in peace!.
