Time has now come for the end of games in Congress and in our Government. We are now 14 months from the next Presidental Election and our next turn at the polls to make a difference in this country we all live and love in. The bickering, political in fighting and stonewalling must stop. It is destroying what is left of the American Economy and I hate to say it, making Americans madder each day.

       Firsta nd formost, the American people should come first toa ll we elect to Congress, our safety, our rights and our benefits should always be preserved and saved. There is no reason for Congress to touch Social Security, to touch Medicare or Medicade, or Veteran’s Benefits. If they do then what the hell did we serve for, or pay into these accounts for, so they can blow our safety nets money and leave us walking the streets without jobs or income. Speak up everyone, white, black, hispanic, what ever race, color, or creed, does not matter, if they tear down our safety nets it’s all over.

       Too many times, I have heard and seen plans to improve the economy and create jobs go south or disappear now. No jobs are comming back unless the American and State Governments do something to bring them back from overseas where they forced them to go in the first place, by over regulations, taxes and tariffs and unfair treatments. Stop it Congress, Stop it President Obama, lets get the economy going again.

       To create jobs in this country,give the companies that moved overseas tax and tariff breaks. Eaven the Trade Agreements around the world by starting to export more then we import once more. Create new products to seel to the world in the areas of electronics, appliances,cars and supplies to build them all.Get Unions to make sacrifices by giving them something in return also.

       When President Clinton left the White House after two terms, he left an American Economy with a surplus. After 8 years of Bush we now have a deficiet and it grows more. Get out of the wars, in Iraq, Iran, Afganistan and anywhere else. Stop providing for other countries welfare and bring it all home to care for our own. America has it’s homeless, it’s hungry, it’s uneducated and ill literates, like all countries. They are without roofs over their heads, standing on street corners holding signs now, Will Work for Food!. We should be ashamed to have people sleeping in cardboard boxes, eating out of trash cans and begging for food to survive. This is America, wake up Washington, wake up Politicians, Wake up America!!!!!!! It is time to end the infighting,bickering,stalemating, and bullshit! The Time Has Come For All of this to change and End!

 

      Everyday I turn on the news, CNN or otherwise and someone has killed another person for some reason or no reason. Is America filled with sick, depressed mental patients on the loose, or, is television and movies, part to blame for this?

        Mother’s killing their children by drowning, shootings, rapists and robbers killing innocent families and more. What is wrong with the AMerican Society we live in today?

         Father’s raping and molesting and harming their own children, killing them and their wives, or wives killing husbands? Is America destined to be a nation of criminals and pycopaths? Sadly what makes this happen in a nation built on Democracy, and a Republic with all the freedoms we have? Sadly no one knows.

         Does something in the American society make thes ethings possible, is it a social disease, a mental disease, or something in the water or environment we live in? I guess we may never know, but what we can do is be as carefull as humanly possible, stay away from strangers, if a family member molests you or harms you speak up to authorities, don’t let them loose because they are related to you, press charges and put them away. American Society does not need thes epeople on the loose, period!

 

        1993 was a year of recovery for me, I was just granted a divorce and beginning to rebuild when I met my current wife. Thank God for that one I was floundering around and having fun, as any single guy would do, but not doing anything to get ahead. I met her dancing at a club one night in 1993 and we have been together since. On September 16th, 2000, we made it official by getting married, yesterday was our 11th Anniversary, one spent in peace and happiness together.

      As mush as I wanted my first marriage to work it didn’t. I think god for bringing me my second wife. A woman older than I, and smarter, plus more loving  then any other I may have found. We do everything together, from cooking and cleaning to gardening and more. It’s a great life when you have someone who likes what you do too.

        Amazingly, time has flown by. 1993 was a long time ago for sure. It funny how the economy and life and things change, but as long as I have my wife, she is my constant that makes me laugh, smile and want to get things done. I gave her a funny card for our Anniversary, it has Fred and Wilma Flintstone in a pop out on the front saying Happy Anniversary inside and telling her she is my rock. It’s true! As time passes on and on and the more I live with her, the more I love her for who she is. Time does pass on doesn’t it, How time can pass by. I thank God for bringing her to me and I pray we shall be together for all our days.

 

       Mankind no matter what naturally, race, all of us face our end at some point, yes we all die. As the old saying goes no one lives forever, we all know this but refuse to face it most of our lives. We fight against it and in the end by staying busy and doing what we need to do we live a little longer I believe.

        As I said, we all face death sometime sooner or later it is a matter of time is all. I have always said, you can fight Mother Nature, but there is no fighting Father Time he always wins in the end, doesn’t he.

         I have a belief that we are all put upon this earth for a bunch of missions we have to accomplish before we leave the planet. As we go through life we complete each one, one at a time as assigned to us, except we don’t really know we are doing it. When we complete the final missions we were put here to do, I believe we are given sometime to reflect upon how we did, and look back at why we did what we did, before we face our maker in God. The human body is a husk we fill and animate with our souls, and it too deteriorates over time so we grow older. No one can break the soul though , it will power down in some ways as you go along, it gets less exciting because you have seen more of what is here.

       Personally, I am nearing the area of life where my parents died, both of cancer. My real father died at 55 of lung cancer and my mother at 59 and i am now 55.  So when I stop to reflect, I start to think will I outlive my predecessors or will I die close in age to them? My guess there is no way to really know, so I try to take life one day at a time and do all I can to stay busy and happy and make it last longer.

        When I stop and think of what keeps me going each day when I wake up my thoughts go to loved ones. My wife, my sister, my daughters, my grandchildren and my hopes for them. And what can I do to make them happy and keep them going. But in the end we all can only do so much for those we love while we are alive, it’s what we do.

       Are there things one might still want to do? Sure! Are there places one might still want to see, yes! But the best question of all, you face when the Time For Humans hits is, Did I do what was right and make my family, friends happy and do all I could? I think that is what one needs to look at before facing The End of Time for Humans.

Here we go again with what I call the blame game. The Democrats blame the Republicans for the gridlock in Washington and progress, and the Republicans blame the Democrats for being too liberal. Who the hell cares really, lets move your asses and get something down to help the American People like you were hired to do.

Sadly, everyday I see articles on the news and  in the papers and listen to them on radio as they blame each other for the stagnant economy and no jobs being created. Well you can’t create jobs if you’re using your own job and using it to block any progress can you? It’s a constant he said/ she said between political parties in the American Government and it is taking us closer and closer to depression each day. Wake up folks!

I have said this before and I shall say it once again, whenever the American people vote a President of one party and a congress of another, it only causes gridlock and it has once again. It is a crying shame that America as a country has to suffer for the blame game being played by the politicians. When will they grow up and stop and think what is happening. Gas stalls close to four dollars a gallon, grocery costs rise, jobs disappear, homeless people live in boxes on streets and beg for food to eat. And Congress sits on their asses doing nothing, collecting big pay checks and benefits the american people are paying for? Why? Lets cut the paychecks of the politicians and Congress and the President, pull our asses out of wars we don’t belong in, and use all that funding to create jobs in America. Lets give tax and tariff breaks to companies like Ford and Uniroyal and others and bring them back home to create jobs. And in the end lets stop pointing fingers like little children in The Family Circus in the Sunday Papers, and do something about the state of the United States job markets and economy now!

      Many Veterans like myself suffer medical problems from our careers  we served our country. We depend on Medicare and Medicare and the Veteran’s Administration and it’s hospitals and facilities.

       Personally I suffer from numerous problems from my military days and career I served 16 years. I have 3 discs in neck herniated, 3 discs in lower back herniated, PTSD, High Blood pressure,depression and more. Yet, I don’t go to hospitals unless I am in pain or suffering, I take the meds provided and hang on.

       So, if Obama or any other politician tries to lower or remove our benefits as veterans they should do double takes. American’s service members of both sexes who roam the halls of these hospitals deserve the help and benefits we get. It wasn’t those who did not serve who stood in harm’s way or gave their time and efforts to keep America, Americans and our way of life safe. Enough said there?

       Some Veteran’s Hospital’s like the one in West Haven Connecticut give great treatment and care to their veterans of which I am very appreciative about. But then on the other hand instead of improving the facilities and parking they let it sit. Parking is awful down there for all who go. Can anyone get a parking lot put in?

 

As we all saw on Television and the air waves on 9/11 the threats from Al Queda are not over nor are they gone.  As a country America must stay aware, awake and vigilant against these terriost and their plots. Hopefully we can do so and still live decently here.

        As September 12, 2011 dawns and life begins to move forward, other problems creep up and into the publics mind.  Politics is always central in many minds across America, I say while who shall lead is important, we have to realize that by electing a majority of one party for Congress and then a President of the other does not work. This plan is causing massive log jams and it is not making the President or Congress look like like fools but the voters. As to these two elected parties in the White House and Congress who know not how to compromise or get along or even discuss what is important for the American people, shame on all of you.

      My belief regarding the politicians and the states of our economy is simple, grow up politicians, while you grapple, fight and argue like children over a new toy, the american people suffer. The economy now draws even closer to depression due to your arguements and failures to compromise. Do you really want another full fledge depression to hit us? Wake up now.  Americans need to act also as the people who voted them in. Call them, fax them, e-mail them, push them, shove them and make em go for compromise and work together and get something done now! The longer Americans allow their politicians to play these  little mind games and politician ping pong with the economy, the more Americans will suffer.

       Next leave Medicare, Medicade, Social Security alone, refinance all of them, extend unemployment now, find a way. Leave Obama Care alone and let it be, the fight is over, now make it work for you made it law.

       Finally, lets even the trade field and tariffs and taxes.  Lets bring our troops and supplies and money home from wars we don’t belong in in Iraq, Afganistan and yes now Libya. Use the money you save from policing someone else’s nation and people to feed, provide homes for our own. And in closing leave the Veteran’s Benefits alone and give us our cost of living raises too, we are hurting. Wake up!

I cried for those on 9/11, I cried for those who went to heaven!. I cried for those i thought who might have died, Lord knows how I cried! And prayed for those who came out alive. That day will live in many a mind, and in the end God shall punish those who were unkind.

September 11, 2001 a day etched into the memories of every American who was alive. I watched on television that morning as first one plane then a little later a second hit the towers in New York and the panic that followed. Then I stood in fear as a plane went down in Pa. . I hoped and prayed no one I loved was hurt during it all, and I trembled in my shoes and pants as I heard Pa. for I have my daughters and their loved ones who live there.

              Now ten years later people are rebuilding still from these attacks, as New York and PA. build Memorials and people gather today, we must remain  vigilant and aware of our surroundings and realize too many want to hurt America and it’s people.

             I know across America police, firefighters, Emergency Medical Forces are standing by in case of an attack. As we face the worse Anniversary in our History, we must do so together as one country. It matters not what your color, your race, your religion or ethic background or what you practice as an American, your an American. United is how we must stand and fight these terriost and anything they may throw at us.

              In closing, I must admit myself and my family, and children and grandkids on both side were not touched personally by the attack in 2001. But I still remember standing before my television aghast and shocked as well as crying as it happened!. God Bless those who died, and God Bless those who worked to save who they could. May there never be another day like that again!.

 

             Too many lonely people roam the internet worldwide looking for the impossible relationship that they can not find in their normal, everyday, ordinary lives. They use internet services for dating, chatting, role-playing, in every form from “G” rated to “XXX” rated and find no solution to their problems or loneliness, why is this?

             A close examination of this situation shows that too many people are in too much of a hurry or desperate for attention that they will do anything to find someone. Sadly, what does that say about human kind and people in general on a world, that is over populated as it is today?  Chat programs and simulations are being used daily and nightly, 24/7 around the clock, from Yahoo, to MSN, to Second Life and others, yet people are still basically alone. Why?

           People stop and think one day, when you were young and having fun doing what you really enjoyed, and not trying to be what someone else wanted you to be, weren’t you happier and able to make more friends than? Yes you were!

           I can only tell everyone the same advise I gave an old friend of mine I know over 40 years now. We were both divorced at the time when I walked into his apartment and found him with envelopes and letters all over his coffee table and spending a fortune in stamps and time to write letters to women in magazines. Put the magazines away, save your money for stamps and envelopes. Live your life to the fullest, enjoy your job and life and do what you love most and someone will find you.

             And as my friend of over 40 years now found out, it works. It took him two weeks to meet a woman he spent over ten years with till she died of cancer on him. And then he took the same advise and did it again and is now getting ready to celebrate his tenth anniversary again with a new woman. It works folks for both sexes, be yourself, have fun, do what you enjoy and someone will find you, chats and simulations and the internet is not the solution to loneliness, real life is.
