The Death of Gaddafi

History has shown us many times over that Dictators, Tyrants do not last nor so they survive when they go down. Now another one is gone, Gaddafi is now dead and gone. As the Libyan people celebrate  his capture and death we all need to remember Dictators and Tyrants liter history and all end up dead.

Along these lines we have in history, Caesar, HItler, Mussolini, Husein and now Gaddafi, and history shows as always these individuals go too far and push too much against their people and the world instead of compromising and changing as the world does.

Each case from one end of the world to the other, shows us all, that no matter what, their form of leadership, does not work. What will happen now in Libya and to that country is still beyond our knowledge or anyone else’s. Of course many of these countries will be moving in to  control Libya and it’s people or at least help them create a government of their own. Which way will they go as a country and people is still yet to be determined. America‘s influence has to be put in of course but the measure of it will be the question. While America tries to influence and help these countries to become free nations and yes we push democracy, it doesn’t mean they will accept it. It is a decision for the Libyan people to make.

I just hope for the world’s sake and the sake of the Libyan people they make the right decisions and go in the right direction. Our influence, America, will be only applied or added if the Libyan people want it.

Politics is still and will always be a ruling area in the world. But it has its limits and so do the Americans and our country as a whole. We can not pressure, push, Libya or it’s people into anything they must now choose what is best for them!. Step back world and let the Libyan people now decide and think through what they believe they need and want next.
