OK, Welcome to July 4th, 2023 folks ! It appears to me to be a rainy forecast here in Westboro, Mass., At Chauncy Lake Del Webb Condos. Many, will be preparing country wide to celebrate America’s birth as a Nation and we the American People should be grateful for all we have. For we have peace here in America, people are working again and most have food and shelter these days. Not all though, so we should basically be celebrating yes, but also thinking of the less fortunate members of our country. We as the people should be helping each other to survive and exist at all times, for it is We The People, this country was formed for and is in existance for!

Each year that goes by as a Disabled Veteran that I am, I watch Memorial Day come and go and then we come to the Fourth of July. Barbecues are lit, hot dogs and hamburgers and salads and food flows and drinks too, as we mingle with family and friends at homes, at clubs and on beaches.We laugh, we cry, we giggle and we sigh. Some of us are younger than others of course, that is how life goes, we at Dell Webb/ Chauncy Lake are lucky, for we have reached 55, and we are still alive and able to do stuff we need to do and like.

Some of us walk alot, some ofus sit by the pool, someof us read, some play cards.majong, dominoes, or billards or go out to eat. We tend to do adventures and we tend to try to keep busy as much as we can. Then we must stop and think at times of those who are not as fortunate, the ones who must stay inside their condos or at home whereever they may be. For they are lonely too, some of them need help[ to survive, some of them need someone to talk to or a shoulder to cry on and the more fortunate should be the ones to help them. Selfish behavior is not a good way to go in life folks, offer some ahelping hand, friendship or a conversation, make their days, better. It is not asking for much to say hi, how are you, or do you want to come along, is it, and if you areoneof the unfortunate ones, or were, you would be appreaciative I am sure.

We moved to these condos like Chauncy Lake for the main reason in y opinion of being among people our own age groups of 55 plus. As one man told me here, isn’t at least part of the reason you moved to Chauncy Lake an dthese condos the ability to get involved socially with others? Of course it is folks and we at Chauncy Lake know it, and many encourage it too. Events get planned and more and people come and go, but there will always be some who do not participate. Let me say this to all residents of Chauncy Lake/ Dell Webb Condos here, not all people can take crowds, not all people feel comfortable in crowds or large groups. Others may have a poor opinion of themselves also. They may be touchy to what others say or do, or fearfull of getting involved due to being recently divorced or widowed. Or they may just feel like they don’t belong, so thjey avoid it all. Doesn’t mean they don’t want to be involved, or invited, it means they feel uncomfortable for whatever personal reason they may have. So don’t frown on them, nor should you push them to get involved, but encourage yes, invite yes, but, as the very old saying goes, you can leada horse to water, but you can not make them drink, ok.

As long as all residents at Chauncy Lake/ Dell Webb condos, are polite, friendly and respectfull of one another the community will be fine and grow and form bonds. It is important to remember as we go along, that not everyone will like each other, but as the community grows, it wil be easier to avoid the ones you don’t and easier to get with the ones you do. Not all get comfortable in such a community quickly, some ay never be comfortable here, thus we do havea turn over rate of condos lately that is happening. It will never be permanently the same people always here, people leave for different reasons and we all know this as adults. Some may get divorced and split, some may become widowed and want to be near family, some may want private homes. single ones. Everyone is different and not everyone is made for or can adapt to condo living as it is. Some of us, ended up here, because,family put us here, thinking it best for us, and we agreed at that time. Now some may change their minds and leave due to that.

As, Rich said, who runs the Chauncy55 page, a community of friends and neighbors is what we want to be. I understand his thoughts of positive, and interacting and open communication. It works, if we all give it a try and stay on the same page. The only way, Chauncy Lake/ Dell Webb Condo Community works, is if we respect one another, communicate well, and stick together for any purposes of dealing with the HOA, Upkeep of the community.

While I agree, we don’t need negative here, voicing disagreements or problems and asking questions, should not be frowned upon. Sometimes people just need answers. So in the end, let me say this to all who buy and move into Chauncy Lake/ Dell Webb, Condos, open communication is vital, listening is vital, adhearing to the rules is vital. Yet please don’t misinderstand what I am going to say, don’t tell people who ask questions, not to ask them, don’t tell them they are being negative to for asking them either. It’s wrong to do, tell tjhem where to get their answers, how to get their answers and how to do it, but don’t shut them down, by saying they are being negative, your wrong mor ethan they are then. They need the answers, supply them, or point them in the direction of someone who will and can. Thank You.

July 1st, 2023, almost two years after my wife passed from her cancer, and I am still recieving certified letters from the lawyer who handled our trust. I get documents they have and need me to keep. August 10th, 2021 is when my wife passed, and the anniversary is coming up soon enough. I think about her always, and miss her dearly. I know she will never come back, and I also know I have to go on without her, yet it stays with me. The memories come back and I smile at some, memories are what make life and rememberances worth while.

I will be home alone for the 4th of July as I usually am, I know nothing about the area I live in and no matter how many time I take a ride to look around there really is not much to do. I took up bowling for a while until I pulled my back and had to stop for a while now. I also play billards with some of the people here in the 55 plus condos I live in, at the Clubhouse. I walk a lot here and at malls when I can. I am not a drinker, so hanging in Taverns and Bars and drinking does nothing for me. I don’t do drugs either so, I basically mind my own business. I talk to neighbors who live here when I walk, but, I am not big on crowds at all, I avoid them. Life goes on day by day and I just do the same things each day.

Walking is one, chatting on computers is another, reading and puzzle building if I am up to it, I also have an X-box, but it gets on my nerves so I stop playing it. Life is boring here at Dell Webb, Chauncy Lake. I think I made a mistake buying here, for it feels like a place those over 55 come to die in, at least to me. Old people walking their dogs is entertainment half the time lol. If my wife who passed could see me now, she would be mad as hell. Yet not much I can do.

At some point, I should get back to writing, but I can’t find the motovation to do so now a days. I can’t find a point in making up stories or poems anymore. I believe what I am going through is actually a type of depression. I hide from people and some here are now calling me the drifter for all I do is walk and walk more. Believe me when I say this, loneliness is bad and a syndrome and it can and will kill, I really think so. I have seen people and known people who committed suicide at younger ages than I. And I have seen others do it in their 50’s. I have watched my Grandfather die of cancer, my father, my mother and my step-father too. I have now witnessed and watched my second wife go from it too. I have had lung cancer myself and I don’t know how I got lucky and survived it, but I did. Now, I think, the biggest danger for me isn’t cancer, it isn’t illness of a physical nature, it may well be the loneliness syndrome and depression. It is not easy to fight it, under the circumstances I have currently. I miss the companionship, the connection, the caring, sharing, and more I had with my wife. I don’t know how to face a dating scene done online sites, or the woke movement that exists these days. There are no single’s groups, or single’s dances near me, either. I am lost in a world I do not understand, and have no idea what to do these days.

So as someone told me today, I drift, I walk, and get called a drifter! How long I drift, alone and survive I do not know, I do have days I think of just surrendering and ending it all. I work overtime, to avoid the depression. It gets harder each day for me. But I drift!

Many in the world, are aging and it is normal to do of course we all do it, no matter race, creed or color. Sadly there are somethings we can not change about aging, physical problems are always a things for humanity, for as we age our body, fails us in certain areas. If we exercise physically and mentally and stay alert we seem to be fine, but even though, we still age and ultimately pass away.

The hardest thing in life is the cycle we go through socially. When young we don’t care much about social interaction, for our youth keeps us strong and going and we do attract each other as humans. As you age more you reach the teen years, then hormones and fermones kick in, in each sex. Physical needs become a major part of life and sex drives us through many years. Yet, once you get to a certain age, even your sexual prowess and needs begin to fade, the drive, starts to disappear. We marry, have children, get responisible and work to take care of our families, that we form.

Then marriage ends for many in different ways, divorce, death happen. After years and decades for many, we find ourselves suddenly alone due to these processes. Some grow apart as we age, we go our seperate ways, we wander, we are all searching for something that works for us and ultimately we find a new love, or we end up single again and alone. This then becomes a struggle to find and search for a companion once more, and for many americans in today’s world, loneliness becomesa syndrome we all face and learn to slowly live with. We fall into a state of being alone, and we fall at times into states of depression, some of us, it is a lite depression, for others a deeper one. The level of depression depends on the interactions we have with others and how we feel about ourselves, as we go along.

Is there help for us as we age, is there a way to stay active and interacting with others? Ageism isa factor few of us realize we are facing, until we try to reach out, to find others to onteract with, in a dating way. Dating as we all know, is how we meet others, and get to know them, on a friend basis, a realtionship basis and a sexual basis. It is also how we make permanent friend sthat help us survive longer in life. We age, we lose our partners, lovers and sometimes friends, and then we wander, and struggle to start over and meet new people.

Now many, belive the best way to get restarted oncea divorce or death occurs and we find ourselves alone is the bar/ tavern scene. But again we run into a problem because, even this scene of dating is geared for the younger crowd. Go to any bar/ tavern and you can see, the active ones are younger, 20’s, 30’s, early 40’s, mainly. When you hit 55 and up, you are looked at as being old, senior, boring. It’s true, you know it I know it and we have now lived it too. We get seperated from the youth, and we settle into a slow, deliberate lifestyle, we pay our bills and get into our own habits and likes and go day by day, plowing ahead surviving.

So what does one do, when you get over 55, if you suddenly single again? We look for social events and activities, and we attempt to get involved, some of us move to condos, apartments and places to live, for the 55 plus crowds. While these places are built for the 55 plus generation, it is many times an adjustment many of us, find ourselves having a difficult time to go through and live out. And even when we do accept it and start to live it, we realize, it limits us in many ways and we age quicker due to it. Sadly, is there a way around it, a place we can go to find that companionship and those relationships many of us wish to stay in and have?

Online dating helps some people, but we all try it andfind out, it is scarey, it is sad, and it seems like desperation for all of us. We pay sites like Zoosk, Match, Our Time, to help us find someone we can enjoy life with. In the end it doesn’t work for all. Many can’t connect, because we have memories, or fears, of being taken for money, or used of abused. It happens believe me, I have lived it seen it and wonder why I even tried it. Again desperation leads us to it, for organially finding someone is for the youth, so what is for the aged, 55 plus? Is there anything that works, not really. Is there anyone out there that can find the answer to this question, I do not know, but, I do know ageism ends more lives then anything else in America. Isolation, loneliness, is a killer for all of us as we age. Our bodies fail us, our minds do too, and we fall into ruts and depression, and that is like a winding hole from which we can not climb back out of, for many. To avoid it all, we must choose what to do about it.

Find a hobby, find a sport, read, write, speak, go to events, force yourself. I know it sounds crazy, I know some are looking at me , going your nouts, you don’t know what your doing or saying, but I do. Once your interactions with others start to end or stop so does your life force. ZDo what you love first, like to walk walk, like to run run, like to draw, paint, dance, write, do it folks, whether you have a partner of not. I once told a very old friend of mine, when we were both single again, don’t write letters to magazines or personal ads, it gets you no where and wastes money and time. The best way to meet someone and find someone is what he asked me for, so I gave him this.

I don’t care if your male or female, what color or creed or nationality you may be. Be you, do what you love, be yourself. Go do what you love to do, be happy doing it, stay active in it and someone will notice you. Your not alone out there looking for love or companionship, many people are searching for it too, but they are attracted not just to looks, the attraction is happiness, joy, it’s infectious and it attracts too. Ever notic ethe more you laigh, the more you have fun at what you do, the more people notice you, why, because everyone searches for interactions, and things to do that makes them happy and smile. people get bored with the same daily routine folks, so do yourself a favor change things up, explore, learn if you can, teach if you can, assist if you can, volunteer if you can. Lecture, entertain, and go to events, stay active. Push it, but never surrender.

We will all if we live old enough, of course if we are lucky, to be 55 plus. If you are lucky enough to reach that age, keep active, walk, run, play pickleball, tennis, golf, dance, do art, hobbies, read, but do what makes you happy. I know I can’t guarantee, you wil find someone if your single again at 55 plus, but I can tell you this much, and it is a simple truth, the happier 55 plus people do what they love and what makes them happy and that helps them find someone because they are themselves. Always be you, be honest, but be open to all. Doesn’t mean love all people, it means be accepting of all, you don’t have to stay and like all, but you choose, and it makes a difference. The more positive, and smiling you are the more people you attract. Period.

One problem I have as a 67 year old widower is a simple one, I don’y really drink. Many love bars, taverns and like to drink socially. I avoid booze or drugs, so that eliminates a place to meet the opposite sex. So, I walk, I try to find places to rea dor write, or even dance, bowl, play billards if I can. I like fishing, but all of it isolates me if I fish. I drive around trying to explore my area, but I live in Westboro, Mass here, you have to drive forever to find anything it seems to me, I am new to Mass and the area. So, I now must try to search, for things to do, places to go in a new area, I have no idea of. You tell people you know nothing of the area your in, your new to it and no one voluteers to help you, it doesn’t work that way it seems. So, one must search when your 55 plus, for places to fit in, none of it is easy as you age. Ageism always comes into play.

Hello June 27th, 2023, I awoke at 4 am today and hopefully will nap a bit, later. Listening to CNN and all the news in the world, at this time.

We start with the political messes in the world that range from DOnald Trump, to Joe Biden and his son Hunter here in America, to Putin and Russia and a revolt there. Each seems to shake their countries, yet, none has changed the public’s opinions it seems. The Russians are indecisive it seems and so are we as Americans.

Trump still leads the Republican Parties race for the presidential Nomination, for 2024, but reality must set in soon, as verbal tapes of him talking to thers without any clearances, about secret documents. I am a disabled veteran folks, and let me say this, no time in American History has a Presidential Candidate or Former President ever done what he has and still stay popular. As a Disabled Veteran, who served for sixteen years, I can’t see how Americans are allowing Trump to run again and still backing him. Why? People like Jim Jordan, Taylor-Green, Cruz, and more, all on the Trump wagon backing Trump, why do they still back him, someone needs to ask pthese people and others like Lindsay Graham why? Never in American History until Trump now has an American President ever been Impeached twice in one term, Been indicted twice since leaving office, ran an insurrection against his own government and a riot, tried to block certification of an election and overturn one too. No President has taken so many secret and top secret documents home, hid them, shown them to pthers without any security clearance, talked about them and laughed at America like this. I do not understand, how Americans are allowing this man to run for the Presidency again, he should be in prison, for treason and espionage.

As the Republican field of candiadates for President grows, I find it sad, none os them have the balls, guts or ability and brains to stand up against Trump. They run like cowards from him, they avoid saying anything bad about him, they ignore all he has done and still back him. He is like a messiah, and he has these people conned, mesmerised, and hyptonized into following him. They, follow him blindly, like little puppies, and he will lead them to defeat again, and ruin not only himself, but the Republican Party and their chances at ever winning the White House again. Blind Loyality can be seen daily on tv by Trumpers and his followers as they chant his name and deny all he has done. It is the saddest thing I have ever seen in my lifetime, in politics in America. Republicans should be running from Trump, not to him.

As to Russia, let me say this, Putin is not going to allow this rival to just disappear and reappear anytime he wishes. He has calmed the revolt yes, but, all who watch, have to know Putim will eliminate his opponent, sooner or later. Or Putin will be toppled and replaced, he knows it.

We face climate disasters and more as humanity as temperates rise, water starts to disappear from the planet and tips our axis. What we are facing in evironmental problems, we brought on ourselves. We deplete our resources, we use up everything too fast,a nd we disregard warnings. What we burn up, use up, will take generations to replenish. We are killing ourselves off, with over use,wars, and pollution. Heat waves, fires, smoke, air quality sufferes and mankind is forced into face macks and oxygen masks too. Long ago, we were warned of the dangers we now face, and no one listened then,a nd no one is listening now, so as each generation is born, more resoures get used up, more pollution happens, and even our axis of the planet changes. No one wants to admit mankind is killing itself off, but we are, andno one is stopping us from doing so, or waking up. By the time mankind realizes all we are doing to our planet, we will be facing the end of humanity as a whole, because we shall destroy the planet we live on and use up all resources.

I know as we age, many of us lose our health, and health cost rises. So we tend to try to stay healthy as we age, by walking, staying busy, playing sports and such. We try to extend our lives by changing diets, eating better and filling our bodies with vitamins and more. It is a process that we all actually fail at ultimately, for we all die in the end. I also know, we try to not shrten our lives, but diseases are on the rise, cancer still abounds and kills many daily. We over populate the planet too, agree we all have a right to continue our family lines, but please do so in reason. We don’t need families of large numbers, I uderstand one child or two, but no more 10 kids please. Use borth control. We as humans tend to overdo everything and use everything up, we can’t keep up with the demands.

Let me end this with a simple question, for all Americans, we have had now 46 Presidents. Out of 46 Presdients never in American History has one been Impeached twice in One Term in Office, Indicted twice since leaving office and more coming,Ran an Insurrection against their own government, riots and more. Never have we ever had a President take Secret Documents and show them to thers who have no clearances for them. At least 7 cases brought against him and accussed of rape too. SO, here is my quesion America, Why are we allowing Donald J. Trump to do all of the above, and get away with it all? Tell me, Americans, what kind of a hold does DOnald J. Trump have over the Republican Party, that the whole party is scared of him? Why?

A little something that has gotten to me in someways and has me wondering in others. Tell me something please, is it not true, We are born into a family unit, we get raised in one too. Then when we reach a certain age or point in life, we seperate and stumble through finding our ownself. Then we start building a family unit of our own kind, in the best way we have learned how, and we work at trying to make it all work, for our good an dthe good of our spouses and children. It doesn’t always work so we end up with divorces or seperations, or we lose the one we love to disease or accident or illness beyond our control. When these happen, we end up alone and have to find a way to start over on our own, in our own way.

We hesistate, we stumble, we hide and we try to ease back out there into a dating scene. Only to find it has changed, it doesn’t work the way it did in the 70’s, 80’s or 90’s. Time has brought change, now a days. In the 2020’s, it is now 2023, it is all online dating sites, people are more cautious, and scared, so, it is harder to meet anyone. On top of it, there are more divorcess. and widows and widowers than ever before in America. More of us end up single due to accidents, diseases, and illnesses like covid and cancer. Sadly, it is happening to many of us. Then because of the way we lost the spouse , wife or lover we had, we get reluctant to start over or get involved with someone else due to guilt, remorse, grief, or fear.

Then we are now faced with the woke movement, and we don’t understand it. I have no understanding of the woke movement, nor do I get dating sites either. I am now 67 years old, I lost a wife I wa swith for 28 years, now two years ago. I have tried dating sites, such as Zoosk, OurTime and Match. Problem is I don’t know what to say for a profile, how to answer the crazy questions. I did it once and ended up in a few situations, I didn’t understand or what to say or do.

So I gave up on dating sites and thought well, maybe it will happen oraganically, just by me meeting someone one day doing what I must. No luck really for me, so I said ok what do I do now. I gave up for a while and stay alone now, and think to myself it would be nice to have a companion to spend time with, but I also know it is not easy to do at my age and in the town os Wetboro, Mass where I live now.

I live in a community of 55 plus people, in condos. I will not date someone here in the condos, because of a simple fact, people talk, it’s dangerous to do. You go out with someone here and it doesn’t work, then people talk and you end up an outcast because of it all. No fun there folks.

So, as a 67 year old man, living in Westboro, Mass. here, I end up walking alot, alone and living alone period. I am not a bar fly of any kind, I don’t really drink. Westboro is a town made up of banks and churches, stores and bars, for entertainment there isn’t much. Being 67 causes a problem also, because, of ageism period. Nothing is geared here for people 55 up really. So I walk, walk malls, walk around the lake, there isn’t really much more is there?

I bowled for a while, and I play billards here in the clubhouse of my condo community. BUt boredom will get me I know that much, building puzzles, watching tv, and reading books is all I have left. I do write blogs now and then like this one, or on politics. I just have to admit, there is not much for me anymore. I don’t have a wife to talk to, to communicate with, or to have asa companion and I miss it all. I know, not how long I can go on alone this way, but time shall tell. Loneliness is actually, a syndrome in America and especially here in Mass, many suffer from it, I am told. Sadly, I just never knew when I moved here it would be affecting me, but it is. I live with it daily. I shy from big parties or events, I can’t handle big groups anymore. I like people but, I get overloaded if too many so I do not attend crowded events.

So, I ask now, is there a way out of the vicious cycle of loneliness I feel I am in? And if there is where is it, how do I find it and where do I look? Is there an answer to it for me and others like me, who are widows, or widowers, or divorcees, 55 and up, in Westboro, Mass?

I welcome all answers or suggestions, for I know I am not alone really, for I see myself, but I also see others, in the same predicament, so there must be a way out of the loneliness syndrome, right?

As of around 1pm est today, Donald J. Trump must report in to the Federal Court in Miami Florida to face Felony Charges there are 37 different ones. I have heard all the arguments now from Republicans like Jim Jordan and now another Republican from Florida and more. So let me address a few basic facts here.

1. There is no period of time for an ex-president to go over or keep documents once he leaves office. Read the act folks, it says at 12;00 pm, once the New President is Sworn in, all must be turned in by the Ex-President.
2. Secondly, what was Donald Trump doing with these documents, why did he take them, what was he doing with them, and whom did he show them to?
3. Why didn’t he return all the documents when asked and why did he move them around to hide them?
4. Sadly, no Republican has the answers to the above questions, neither do I or you. Yet, Republicans need to read the full indictment and so do the American people. If you or I, common Americans, took one secret document out of the capital, house ofr senate, we would be in jail within 24 hours once caught. Remember Algir HIss and Richard Nixon folks, you take documents that are secret or above, you need to be tried as a criminal and possible traitor or communist.
5. There are many false statements now flying around by Republicans out there. They are mistsating and lying a lot to protect Trump. They can do that, we have the first admendment I agree, but, don’t miststate or lie please. Base what you say on facts you all have responisibilty to speak the truth to the American People and get the facts first. Let it Play Out!
6. I am a Disabled American Veteran, I served my country for many years and I was injuried on duty. I do not agree Veterans are suckers, nor do I agree with a President hiding top secret documents, that can put at sake the safety of my nation and it’s troops.
7. Stop the referances to Hillary Clinton, Mike Pence or President Biden, there is a line here to consider. No charges were pressed against Clinton, why because she cooperated. No Charges on Pence why, he cooperated, Biden the case is under investigation. Big difference here, Trump would not and did not cooperate at all. Obstruction is huge.

Let me finish this, for my own opinion and as a Veteran. I do not believe Trump in anyway. I know people will cry I am an Anti-Trumper, and more, but in the end, why would anyone support a President, who basically put at risk the security of his own country? He was the President he knew the laws and regulations and rules, he took the documents anyway. He hide the documents, he refused to return them. Enough already, in my opinion he is the most corrupt President in American History, and deserves to be charged and indicted and given a trial by a Jury of his peers. Lets see what happens.

June 9th, 2023, The Federal Indictment of Former President Donald J. Trump has happened!. He is Indicted on 7 counts doing to do with the Documents case. Just a few things that I have to say here on this case and news as it has hit us all. 1) The Department of Justice would not indict a Former President for any crimes unless they had proof and were able to prove their case in a court of law. 2) Donald J. Trump brought these charges on himself no one else is responisible for it. He took the documents, he hid the documents, he refused to return the documents. 3) They are saying they will say they are defending him by saying the documents were copies, wrong read the law, copies are not to be taken either under it. 4) These charges come against Trump not for political reasons as they want to say, if he had returned the documents and worked to do so, the charges would not have happened. 5) Republicans want to defend Trump and attack Biden to distract from it all, not gonna happen. 6) A point to make here, Republicans want to attack JOe Biden and blame him and dind a way to Impeach Biden, problem for them is simple, IMpeach Biden ifyou wish if you think you can, but, please be prepared for a President Kamala Harris to take over then, go for it.

The simple facts here are, 1) No American President has ever been Impeached twice in Office except Donald J. Trump. No ther President has ever started a riot/ seditition against his own governement while in office. He Then lost Relection, refused to accept it and slinked out of Washington. No President has taken so many Top Secret Documents home and hidden them then refused to return them. A fact there is no Presidential Clearance or Security Clearance to have said documents once he is out of office. He did noit follow the proceedures to declassify the documents, no paper proof of it exists, if it does it has not been provided or shown. Questions to be answered, why diod he take said documents, what was he doing with them, who did he show them to and why? It is now a National Security Issue.

So, in ending let me say this, The Republicans are backing a dead horse here that will cause them to lose once more in the House and Senate and The White House come 2024. Trump is charged 34 times in NY, 7 Times in the Federal Case, has the Georgia case still coming and more. Can you really believe he is worthy of being President again and does America want to take that chance? He should be forced to drop his run for President!

The Republicans are chicken and scared, of crossing Trump and his people, thats all it is. And unless they move on from Trump they will not win in 2024 at all. If Trump does win, then the Republicans are idiotic, foolish and assine. They want to keep defending a man, who is defaimes women, attacks them, has to pay them and loses in court. How can the Republicans make him their nominee, it would be foolish and a disaster. Sadly no American President has ever been Impeached Twice in Office, caused and icited an insurrection against his own country, lost relection, taken top secret and secret documents home and hid them and then refused to return them in American History. Now he is facing 34 charges in New York, a coming case in Georgia and more. He is Federally Indicted on 7 charges.

One last point I want to make to Republicans, you want to try to Impeach Joe Biden and attackhim and force him from office? Go right ahead, I will watch as you then face the reality of a president Kamala Harris. Go for it! I will watch!

June 1st, 2023, has arrived and I am up early again as usual. The weatherman says the day will be sunny and 80 outside here. I thank god, I am alive, but, I also know, life is not easy either, for everyone including myself. Life is a day by day struggle to survive, for all of us in our own ways and some of us, will not survive, yet I also know that is the cycle of life on this planet for all human beings.

Well, being 67 years old with health problems and limited income, is not easy in today’s America. What is rougher is being 67, single and retired, and living on social security and disability payments. Prices of food go up daily, bills do too for utilities and gas for cars. I buy only what I need to survive and eat once a day, maybe twice on a good day. I watch the news on the election coverages. politics, the economy and in the end even the current ongoing war. I shake my head at the foolishness of those who want to Elect Trump once again as President, why? The man is being charged in 7 cases, and in legal trouble, beyond control. Now he is caught on tape, talking about the Secret and above documents he took home from the White House when he left. What wa shis purpose in taking them, what was he doing with them, and who was he going to show them to or sell them to? At some point, the American People and it’s government must come to realize, no President or person, can just declassify documents on their own! There is paperwork to file, and proceedures to go through. He did none of it, in anyway. So what happens now, can they charge him for espionage? I think they can.

As to the Presidential Race for 2024, it is becoming a circus on the Republican side, so many candidates and such a rush. Let me say this to the Republicans, your just making yourselves look like children on a playground jockeying for position, stop and think about it. Also, do you really believe that a man who is facing a barrage of legal cases and charges like Trump is, to lead your party? He is old, he is illegal and in legal trouble and in the end, he is sad.

Now we face the Debt Bill which just passed the Debt Bill/ Budget to the Senate, knowing full well we can not allow a failure here. It will be up to the Senate to get it to the president’s desk on time and fast. America is the only country to do this shit at the last moment and we look like we are stupid to the world. What country, argues yearly over paying their damn bills, those that fail is who. Lets get our shit in one sock Congress, House, Senate and President and get this done on time, the world is watching!

Being a Disabled Veteran on Disability Pay and Social Security is not easy in todays America. Nor is being a senior citizen! Society is geared to the youth here in America, no one stops to think what to do for the ederly, the world is running at a fast pace and leaving their elders behind, ignoring us all. Let me say this to America, when you push people aside or ignore tham due to ageism, you also push aside experience and knowledge that you need to gett hings done right.People don’t stop to think as they do so, because the world is moving quicly all the time, but you have to know, knowledge and experience helps you to move foirward and avoid pitfalls. Don’t shun and ignore, the elders, our experience is vital and good for the country and society.

As I age, I notice many things that go on in the world in America. Ageism is just one of them. As we age many of us go through health matters, we go through bouts of depressions and highs and lows, but the largest thing is we become isolated and alone. Our life long partners die off as we all must do, and we end up living alone. We end up walking, alone, living alone and searching for ways to live our lives. American Society is not geared to take care of and provide for the elderly at all. I think what many do not get is, the senior citizans of America have knowledge, Wisdom in their hands and America is wasting it, and ignoring it all. We as a country will regret this, in the future I am sure. I just hope for all of America, we do something about it soon. I go through thoughts about why don’t towns, cities and states and the country, creat more for seniors to do and meet other seniors. just because we are older does not make us useless, we can contribute and want to. We need things to do, places to meet others our age, and events to keep us alive too.

Let me say this, I lost my wife back in 2021 to Cancer, I am a Disabled Veteran, and alone in the world. Now I know, it is not easy to find a partner in life, but many of us are alone as widows or widowers. We go day by day hoping and doing on our own, we would rather have someone to share life with, but, we are also older and know it. Is there a way society can help their elders, maybe, or maybe not, but I believe something should be done to help us. We don’t fit in many places, and as we age, we find ourselves just trying to survive. Make it easier for us will you America, and never forget, we didn’t get to retirement age, because we were foolish or stupid, nor did we get older, but not navigating the world to do so. That experience should not be wasted if you ask me, yet it is daily. It’s a sad fact in America these days.

One last thing to bitch about for me. Listen carefully please. Even though I am an elder these days, I realize, America needs a younger ;eadership in the White House. Biden and Trump are both now old and shouldn’t America have a younger President? Don’t we have a man or woman, who has the ability and leadership skills necessary, in their 50’s or 60s? Do we really want 80 year olds running the country? Ah, I am proud of being an elder yes. and we who get here, are proud of it, and yes we are not, lost or dead I agree. But, America does need a touch of vitality, and youthfullness in the White House, don’t we? You tell me America. Please?

May 30th, 2023 has arrived and Memorial Day has just passed for all of us in America. Cookout and pool parties have started for the warmer weather days. In the meantime, Congress is playing chicken with the American Debt and it’s Budget. They know full well if they don’t pass the Budget by June 5th, 2023 America defaults on it’s Debt, and our credit rating falls, and the American Economy goes south as does the worlds. If that happens ladies and gentlemen of America and the world, so many will suffer, there may well never be a recovery for America, a recession will go into effect. Sadly, so many Americans will suffer as will people of other nations that America will never be forgiven for it happening world wise, we shall fall from leadership in the world.

That said now, I as an individual can not make Congress pass the bill, nor can I make it not pass the bill. But, if I were a member of the House Republican Party or the Democratic Party, I would stop and think not of whether my party got all it wanted, but, I would think of stopping what could happen to so many poor, innocent, middle income and lower income people and the world. Do you really want to be responisiable for dropping the world into a recession or depression? And do you think you will survive as a politican? I doubt it!

That said, lets go on, and leave the politics to the politicians and hope. As to me, I live day by day and survive is all. My typical day is rising early at 5am, getting coffee, staggering about with a numb and painful back and left hip to start the day. I end up watching television for hours till the pain, subsides, and watch the world go by. I have never in my life been handsome, popular or rich, but I survive. I never expected to live beyond 40 years old, but here I am at 67. I have six herniated discs in my spine, I suffer from diverticullis, on and off constipation and more. PTSD from childhood hits me, as it does from my military years. I basically isolate myself, because I do not feel comfortable around other people, I just feel I do not fit in. I avoid large groups, I shy away from women, because none can replace my wife and I know I am not a loveable man for them.

I watch the wars on television and history as it goes by. I have now seen a President Assasinated, A President Impeached and for having an affair, a President twice Impeached in Office in one term and now facing 7 court cases including felonies and a Insurection he caused and led. Yet, that same ex-Pesident is walking the streets free and running to get elected again, while those who did his bidding, now are felons in prison for doing his bidding. I find it sad that he decieved America, he failed as a President and he couldn’t accept it, and Americans still back him, come on folks wake up! The Republican Party has to know, they will lose if they follow him again, he can’t win. If he does, win even the Republican Nomination, what will it say about the Republican Party?

Life on May 30th, 2023, is not as bad as the Depression Era in America was at one time, but, we are morally, ethically, not the same nation that fought and helped win two World Wars. We are not the technically, mentally, morally, ethically, strong nation that led the world for so long. So much dissention, so much infighting, disagreements, and political finger pointing other nations now laugh at us.I submit this idea to those who run for President and Public Offices in America, if you can not lead with honor, mental toughness, learn to compromise for the good of the country, the United States, has lost it’s moral and ethical leadership and you are failing us all. We need leadership, we need a direction, we need to see compromise, we need to see a budget, and the debt limit taken care of and moral and ethical leadership, people are floundering folks, the country is at a tipping point. Fix it now, stand up, be the leaders you were elected to be, pass the debt limit bill, and get it done now.

I served my country because I beileve in it, I did 16 years in three branches, and i gave my time, and dedication to this country. My life is winding down, I am a realist, as are many of my generation who were born in the 1950’s. I will say this to all, the 1950’s, the 1960s, and 1970s, were the best three decades in American history, We had leadership, we had status in the world, we had food on the tables to eat, jobs, we had the best music and products too. As we progressed thru the 1980s till now the moral fabric of America has gone down hill, and so has our status and position in America. When will the generations that are now in political power , step up solve the debt crisis, turn America Around once more and Make it the Nation it was once Again? And I don’t mean, bring back Trump, he is a criminal, and a lousy leader, corrupt facing many charges, don’t be foolish here. America needs to pull up it’s pants, be adults, and pass the debt bill, and act like it cares for more than one political party or the other, care about the country as a whole. Stop playing politics and finger pointing, and the blame game now!

Debt Crisis looms as Politicians act like children pointing fingers at each other in Washington, DC! As the Debt climbs and we run out of money to pay America’s bills and risk our credit rating as well as needy Americans livelyhood and abilty to survive, the two parties point fingers, call names and act like children.

All the politicians come on tv talking about the debt crisis, they smile and talk like they are concerned, if your so concerned lets see you stay in Washington and pass a budget! Why are you all going home on Vacation with a week till we default as a country?

As the debt limit date gets closer McCarthy points at the Democrats, Then Biden points at the Republicans, in the meantime millions of Americans won’t be able to survive, or pay their bills, because you are threatening to cut Social Security and disabilty checks. How many Americans will be on the streets and these politicians don’t care?

I do not care as a Disabled American Veteran, who relies on his Disabilty Check every month and his social security check once a month to survive, as to who is to blame, I want a budget I want my checks, I want to survive. You think, as politicians you can sit there and point fingers and play word games and gamesmanship, to oneupmanship the otherparty? Why? Stop, your both to blame, not just one or the other!

You represent the people in your districts and in this country, you have a job to do, do it. Stay in Washington, work on a budget avoid the default! Now all of Congress and The House wants to go on Vacation, and enjoy themselves while those of us needing our checks will get screwed, wrong, wrong, wrong.

I remind all politicians, you work for us, you should be forced to stay in Washington, you should be forced to work until you do your jobs and pass a budget and stop us from defaulting and make sure the needy are taken care of.

Dear President Biden,

I request you order Congress The House and Senate to stay in Washington until a budget is passed. I request you stop their paychecks, immediately if they leave Washington, and use their paychecks to help pay for the debt, and see how they feel then? President Biden, you must pull the trigger and get these politicians to pass a buidget fast, stop their vacations and paychecks now, make them solve the debt and passa budget! I watch news daily and I hang my head in shame at Congress and the political arena currently at play in America. We are a country built on pride, patriotism and honor, yet politicans act like children and point fingers at each other, sadly, the country and those of us who are needy, get screwed so you can play games? Stop it from happening President Biden, make them stay in Washington, cut their vactaions and their paychecks they work for us. You are the Executive of the American Governement it is time to make a stand and make it happen now before the debt limit is reached! .

In closing let me say this to you President Biden, I served my country for 16 years in three branches, I am disabled and count on my Veteran’s Disabilty check and Social Security each month. Do we who served and protected and defended our country have to be abused and stripped of that which keeps us alive monthly, because you politicians want to blame the other party, stop the finger pointing, solve the debt limit, passa budget and leave Social Security, Veterans Disability and Benefits as well as Medicaid and Medicare alone. America has always paid it’s bills, don’t fail now, get it done, I don’t care what Political Party you are! Do It now?
