America’s Failing Justice System

America’s Justice system sometimes just sucks.  At other times we do get it right. What I think basically, lawyers need to remember the old saying, Keep it Simple!.

Now I say this because i have been watching trials on HLN Television. I started doing so way back when O.J. Simpson was on trial for the murder of his ex-wife and Goldman. I watched in horror as the lawyers for the prosecution got too deep into explaining DNA science and the overwhelming odds anyone else could have killed them. Then watched in horror as he was found not guilty by a simple trick if , If the glove don’t fit you have to acquit!. Simpson walked free even though he is guilty as sin.

Next I ran into the Casey Anthony Case and listened closely as they sat a jury of people with no knowledge or ability to understand what happened. It is apparent to me, Casey Anthony is so guilty it is crazy for her to be walking free. A child died and this woman is free, if she didn’t kill her, it sure as hell looks like she did number 1 and number 2 who the hell else could have and why? Sadly it shall go down in history now as another unsolved murder mystery, yet we all know who really did it.

Now we come to the Trial of Doctor Conrad Murray. Here is a case of a Doctor who is not board certified in anything, being hired by a mega-star entertainer, for the sole purpose of getting him the drugs he wanted and administrating them at his request. That is all Micheal Jackson hired Conrad Murray for and he fooled Murray into taking the position because he needed his milk and couldn’t get it without a Doctor to order it. Now Micheal Jackson is dead from an overdose of  this medication and Murray is up on trial. I firmly belive Murray is responsible for Micheal Jackson’s death, but so is Micheal Jackson also. When you contract a Doctor for 150 thousand dollars a month, you are paying not for his medical advice, but for his abilities to get and give you want ,  Jackson owned Murray because of that, and no Doctor, patient relationship works the way this situation did.

Also, as I look back there is the case of Jon-Bennet Ramsey. A child who was killed for no apparent reason in a house where only her relatives were, and one broken window in the whole place. Yet that case also remains unsolved because of police inadequate action and inabilities. Justice in America is corrupted by money, stupidity, inabilities and more. When shall this problem be fixed? Someone tell me why, Attorneys fail to convict the guilty and the guilty seem to go free more then get convicted?.

Silly to Serious Subjects

If Roger Whittiker said if is for children, he, I believe was right!. If this then that, is an old adage we all use at one time or another in conversation and in passing. If is also one of the smallest words in the world and in all dictionarys, yet a close examination of it’s definition can confuse or ease the human mind. Funny how that goes doesn,’t it?.

Funny things that happen no matter what are next. Like why is it when men and women first meet, everything is laughter and touching, hugging and snuggling, and then sex? You find places and ways to have sex all over the place and all over each others homes and more. Then after years of compatibility and getting it on, ya get married and it all goes south!. The sex goes from, we used to have it in every room and in every position possible to hallway sex and it’s her in her bedroom and you in yours and as you enter the only sex you get is F-U, no FU! Goodnight!

Why is it when ya run into a  store as a man and need a bathroom you hold yourself and job up and down and don’t care what anyone thinks? But a woman runs in for the same thing and ya would never know it they hide it well.

Why is it a woman can shop till they drop for jewelry, pocketbooks, and shoes and clothes, but they can’t hold still to shop for  groceries, tools, or appliances? It’s silly really. We men can stare at a big screen TV or Video Game or Ball Game forever and enjoy, women won’t. Silly things of course.

I once was asked by a friend of mine, How do I get to meet more women? I thought about it for a couple of weeks and watched what he was doing in the first place. I found him with a dating magazine one night, a coffee table full of envelopes and writing letters and using stamps at 41 cents a piece. I asked what he was doing, he said it was a way to meet women.  I laughed at him and told him to save his time and money and take some advise. He said what? I said simple advice for you, 1) Be yourself and do your thing as you normally do. 2) Work your job and do what you love and have fun doing it all and they will find you!. He looked at me and told me I was crazy, I said try it for 30 days and we shall see. Two weeks after I told him this, he was working being himself and having fun doing it and up popped a  woman who asked him out. The end result was, he was with her for ten years and very happy.  It works.

Final comment for today for all, America has been noted over its lifetime to help every country it can solve their problems, but none of them help us solve ours. Why is it? We go in and fight other people’s wars, we police their countries, we stabilize their nations and governments, but, when we are in trouble all run the other way? Why? Why? Why? History has shown us America that we are foolish and if you want proof of how foolish we be look back in time: 1) World War 1 we jumped in the save the world, but when it was done no one saved us from the Depression did they? World War 2 Again we jumped in instead of minding our own, and  the countries we rebuilt afterwards who were the enemies, Germany and Japan, we helped rebuild just to have them both undercut and hurt our economy today. We jumped in to help in Korea and we ended up losing the war and policing a country that didn’t want us there, we jumped in Vietnam and got our asses kicked for what? Again it was a policing action and for assistance but we failed.

Today those wars and efforts for establishing Democracies and helping to police nations are shifted to Afghanistan and Iraq and Middle East Countries. In the meantime at home here in America,  our people beg for food on the streets, sleep on the streets in cardboard boxes and have no jobs. It’s time America woke up, withdrew from helping so many and helped themselves. The money and resources we spend fighting for other countries and solving their wars and killing their Dictators and Tyrants, needs to be spent here in America to solve our own problems of economic disaster.

Wake up Politicians, wake up Mr. President, Wake up Americans, it is time to start taking care of our own!. Period

Emotions : a Poem

Emotions they say, you should keep in check,
Then you meet a special person,
And suddenly, it’s what the heck!.

They flow from inside,
Feelings you didn’t know you had,
Nor do you know how to hide!.

It starts as they say, as a flirtation,
A chat, a discussion, a fascination,
Before you know it there is,
Just no hesitation!

The feelings flow,
The attachment grows,
And in the end you don’t want to let go!.

How does it happen?.
Why is this so,
Do we want to control,
These emotions that flow?
Or do we just let go and allow one another to know?

It’s a blessing,
There is no way to hide it,
Or cover it with dressing,
SO I say why try?,
As a smile spreads on my my face,
And I smile all over the place!.

Mackey- A Short Sci-Fi Story

Mackey

Hidden inside every human being is that
desire to be loved, wanted and needed, but, some never get that attention do
they?  Such is the case for Mackey  Storm, a boy born to parents in constant  confusion and pain, Mackey believed he was
alright, at least that is what they always told him, yet as he grew older
Mackey knew he was different, then everyone else. His mother seemed to pull
back from him when he was around 5 or 6 years old. Why Mackey never grasped or
understood and his father well he never got close anyway, always busy, working
and doing his own things.

Mackey
began to notice how he was different not from his looks that’s for sure, cause
Mackey was always a handsome lad, with bright eyes and dark ebony hair and a
smile that made others smile back. No it was when people started to talk to
Mackey that things changed. Mackey always seemed to be one step ahead of all
conversations and knew what others were going to say, why, Mackey never
understood.  Mackey was a straight A
student, but he was shunned by the other kids, they sensed he was different.

Mackey
began to realize he was different himself at 5 years old, when his mom told him
no about something he wanted and less than 5 minutes later after Mackey stared
at her, she changed her mind and gave in.  Mackey got the candy that day and every
day.  At least it was so easy for Mackey
he would laugh at anyone having trouble with anything. The other kids would try
again as Mackey said to and the next thing they knew, as Mackey stared and
watched them they flew through it and finished it all correctly. Mackey had
that kind of effect on people, he would reinforce them by telling them they could
do it and wham it was done. Mackey did this to whoever, he could, never hurting
anyone, because he was a good kid.

By
the time Mackey hit ten years old, he stood 6 feet tall and he was an imposing
figure. Many thought he was tall for his age and they were right.  What wasn’ t  normal were those days when Mackey seemed to
control everything around him and everyone too. It was like a magic spell fell
over every person within Mackey’s eye sight.
He would just watch and see things done the way he thought they should
be. Amazingly, he would stare and his brow would furrow and his eyes became
like two pins of light. The next thing Mackey knew, no matter what it was, came
out Mackey’s way.
When Mackey hit his teenage years at 13, and he noticed girls, he could
have anyone he wanted,   they swooned for him and hung on his every
word.. It was wild to watch for sure, but Mackey or those who knew him never
questioned it, they just assumed he was a popular kid. Never a question was
asked why it was all so, it was just accepted by all.
Then at 16, as most kids do, Mackey began to mature a bit and see things
a little differently and he began to understand this weird power of control he
has.  By concentrating, Mackey could make
almost anyone do anything and he seemed to see into the future too, he could
tell people not to do something cause he could see bad events in the future, in
his sleep.
At 18 Mackey filled out and his weight went up to 220 lbs. and pure
muscle. He never exercised a day in his life, it was natural for him.  Mackey was now a young man, he was strong
physically as well as mentally. Mackey’s predictions of the future, became more
intense and clearer for him. He could now make out faces on the people in his
dreams and he heard names and sounds too. His dreams were now, as good as being
awake.  After a night of these dreams, he
had to go out and find the people in them and try to prevent harm from
happening to them. Mackey saved many a person this way in his 18th
year. He would run to the places he saw in his dreams and find them in real
life and sit and wait until his dream started becoming reality and then step in
and change it, stopping the person from getting injured or killed. Mackey begins
to believe this was his purpose in life, his destiny to help others with his
gift of future sight and control and intelligence. It had to be thought Mackey,
why else would he be able to know and do all he did?  But, it grew tiring after a few years for
Mackey. Something was wrong with Mackey now, but, he couldn’t tell what. The
pattern of seeing, reacting and fixing was slowly wearing on Mackey’s nerves
On Mackey’s 21st birthday, he awoke in a peaceful manner, his
eyes opening slowly as the light from the window hit them and he adjusted to
it. He lay in bed, just relaxed and no aggressive moves or actions did he take,
just   laying   there. Mackey thought finally it is over, no
more dreams, or sights, no one close by I want to control or even will try to.
A peace hit Mackey that day. In his mind all Mackey could hear or see were his
own thoughts, no one else’s .
Mackey’s parents now older and in their 50’s gave Mackey a 21st
birthday party that day, they invited all his friends and relatives, spending a
good grand on it all. Mackey got presents and money and lots of hugs and kisses
and Happy Birthdays. The party lasted most of that evening and into the night,
not ending till 1 am. Mackey was now 21 and he was dead tired, he trudged off
to bed now, and fell asleep.
The next day, for Mackey was weird, he had no more control over others,
his intelligence seemed just normal not high anymore, yet Mackey felt normal in
all other ways. He wasn’t dreaming of anything, anymore, Mackey felt scared too,
for the first time in decades.  Mackey
knew then he needed  help, someone who
could answer what happened to his abilities and powers so to say, why have they
disappeared? Mackey wanted to know but had no idea where to turn for help, he
floundered around looking for reasons and help,  no one came to help him at all.
Mackey awoke on his 22nd birthday and climbed from bed, his
hair a mess on his head, his eyes half-open, and stumbled into the bathroom,
looked in the mirror and froze in surprise. The man looking back at him, looked
like an 80-year-old man!. Mackey screamed and his body shook and shuddered as
he screamed and yelled, help me!  But no
help was coming, Mackey knew it now as he raised his hands to his face and felt
the creases and wrinkles of old age and cried, I am only 22!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That afternoon, Mackey laid in his bed, tired again and no place to turn
to, he closed his eyes and prayed to dream, but, no dreams were to be found for
Mackey now.
6 am, the next morning, Mackey’s friend and neighbor came knocking on his door, no answer so the friend
kept knocking for the next few days, after three days and no answer, the
neighbor got worried and called the police, they arrived within 30 minutes of
the call. As the neighbor explained   his
worries over Mackey’s disappearance and not answering the door, the police
listened . They told the neighbor we will check on him before we leave, then,
headed to Mackey’s apartment.
Knocking on the door and no one answering the Police decided they needed
to look in on Mackey and make sure he was ok. Sending the neighbor for the key
from the landlord they waited outside Mackey’s door. When the neighbor gave the
key to the police, they went in. A smell came from the apartment as soon as the
door opened, causing the police officers and the neighbor to gag at the smell.

In the bedroom they
found Mackey, sprawled across his bed, a skeleton was all they found. Mackey
was dead at 22 years old and all that remained was his skeleton in his bed.
Mackey had burned himself out, by dreaming his dreams, following them and
controlling others, his futuristic visions and powers had eaten Mackey to death.
Mackey self combusted from the inside,
out, is what the autopsy found, and they never found the cause. He lived his
short life helping others with his futuristic visions and his power of
controlling others, Mackey will go down in history as a helper and mankind will
miss him.

The End

BY: William M. McCurrach

Occupy Washington or Congress I say!.

History shows us mankind has had, many different types of inventors and innovators and leaders and more. We welcome the good ones and shun the bad who make mistakes until they correct things and get them right. Well, I believe our political process works the same way as this historical  fact seeking does too. We seek leaders and presidents who have a vision that is clear for our future, helpful to us as a people and who have the guts to push forward their agendas to make them reality.

We are quickly closing in on a year till November 2012. Americans, I think it is time to start comparing candidates for the biggest office in America and the world. As I look at the choices it is looking like we will be given, we are getting no clear answers from either party, on how to turn around the AMerican economy, create jobs, handle Medicare or Social Security. All Candidates are dodging the main issues and skirting around the edges pointing fingers at each other, instead of sitting down and solidifying a way to fix what is broken. Sadly this is how American politicians play the game up until they get the Nomination of their party. It’s a game of do I look Presidential enough and make no major gaffes or mistakes to get to the Convention.

Well, before we send a Candidate to their convention in this case on the Republican Party side, we need to look closer at all of them. The list shall thin out soon enough I am sure, because one by one, they will eliminate themselves. I believe this will come down to the Mitt versus Rick show in the end. Two men of different faiths, but also of some different views on some issues. I will not pick one because both are still very vague on what they will do in key areas. I do offer one bit of advise to the American People who must vote in 2012, Obama at least made good on some promises, he took good shots at trying to fix key issues, but at times other issues fell to the wayside. A President has to be able to make decisions on what to do next based on priorities of the American People not his own priorities or his parties, ok. So, we need a candidate who will put the American People first, jobs, economy, medical care and costs, including Medicare, Medicade, Social Security and HealthCare  period. Plus a President who can and will compromise when needed and a Congress that will too for our better, not their own.

As October of 2011 moves on, more and more Americans are losing their homes, going hungry. Begging for food for work on the streets, living in cardboard boxes and sadly the winter approaches us again. Many senior Americans will need help to heat their homes and the States are going broke also. When will we do something is my question for Congress, our Senators and  Representatives? What does it take to get you to move through some kind of rescue for Social Security, some kind of rescue for and plan to create jobs, some kind of help for those in need, instead of thinking of yourselves and your own political asses?.

Across America people are now forming Occupy this or that protests. They want to occupy Wall Street, or a State. Wrong place folks, you want to have a protest that will have some effect and make Congress move maybe, Lets stage a A Occupy Washington MOvement and Protest and set up a Occupy The Senate and House of Representatives movement and drive these none caring, slow-moving, selfish people we elected out of their seats, and back home where they belong and elect someone who will compromise and work things through for the American people.

The Burner Man, A short story I wrote;

The Burner Man
By: William M. McCurrach

When you stand back and watch a boiler man
work the burners during a drill or a deployment, the intensity and tension can
build. The heat level in a fire room aboard a naval ship is intense at times,
in warmer climates, it can reach 120 degrees, yet that burner man must sit and
stare at those fires, in case they do go out. He sweats as he stares through
that glass view port, hoping the fires will continue to burn, the front of that
boiler a few feet from his face, the air register flapper valve stands in the
open position and the fuel valve is wide open. On a 1200 pound D-type boiler
six burners can blaze at once. In the background he can hear the pumps and
blowers whine and the steam reducers hiss. He stands under the fluorescent
lights as they stay bright, his feet in his boots hot, and against the metal
deck plates, with diamond shapes in them. His hands and body become a blur of
motion if the boiler fires should go out. His job is to secure the boiler front
as fast as possible, I know I lived it. The call for more steam by the bridge
to feed the engines can come at any time, and he must stand at the ready.
He stares at the burners or he read his manuals of operations and
emergency procedures. He has to know all the reasons a boiler may go out and
why and what to do. Where is the emergency fuel cutout, the upper level man
watches the blowers and pumps and water levels if they go low, emergency
shutdown can commence. The burner man must be ready.  What do you do for high water, low water,
ruptured tube, loss of feed pumps or any other vital equipment.  Ruptured fuel lines , loss of fuel pressure
and so many more. The men on the deck plates must be ready. These Boiler Technicians
are vital to the ships the Navy has, and they are the blood and strength of the
Navy in more ways than one. They are the primary Engineers without whom no
steam-driven ship can move, nor can the Navy fight without.
As a burner goes out this burner man reacts quickly pulling emergency
fuel stops, closing registers and fuel valves and stopping the oil from flowing
into the firebox of the boiler. His body and forehead soaked in sweat as the
heat rises in the fire room, because there is no steam to power the generators
now and the air vents go dead. By the time the burner man finishes and drops
the six burner barrels on the deck plates, his body aches and the sweat
drenches him. Yet, as soon as the reason for the shutdown is found and fixed he
stands ready to do it all again. Yes sailors do complain and yes they get angry
when things go wrong, but, in the end it is the man on the deck plates, that
burner man who makes sure no one dies in a fuel explosion or worse. He makes
sure his ship does not stay dead at sea as a target for an enemy, missile  or
torpedo.
I know this burner man, this man who did this and kept his ships moving
and did the job well. He paid his price in the end, due to a fall down a ladder
of 24 steel rungs. But he survives each day knowing he did what was right, with
6 bad discs that make it hard to sleep at night. And if you see him, walking
through a store or down the street one day, and he is stooped or walking funny,
don’t laugh at him, he is a Disabled Veteran today and proud he served the USA.
The End

Jumbled Thoughts of World and Family

The world as a whole has many problems as we all know. We have climate changes, we have weather upheavals, we have hunger, homelessness, and illnesses. So why do people, tend to try to kill each other, when life is far too short in the first place? Good question, would be the answer I would expect from most.

Sadly, humanity is the only species on the planet that continues to kill themselves off, and not think twice of it. We have killings, murders, wars, and more, and it proves or gets no one any where does it? In the Middle East, countries put up barriers between one another and fight for land still in the modern world. I believe the fighting should end and the people doing the fighting should realize they are really all members of the same family of people. Sadly, this won’t occur in my lifetime, but I think they should begin to look at it in that light at least.

Historically speaking and factually speaking, too many nationalities actually do come from the same backgrounds and places in history and cultures. But no one wants to admit this and it becomes a great issue to fight wars about. Very sad indeed. Violence as one man said, only begets Violence and it goes on perpetually, until one half either dies off or the other is killed off.

Wars have been fought since the beginning of the world and will always more than likely be with us. But the reasons to fight wars, we should look more closely at and eliminate. Sadly that will never be done either, because mankind in general lets emotions rule them not intelligence.

Next subject, in my life and family, separations exist between siblings because of past acts and animosities. We fight over who was right as a parent, who was right or to blame for what when wrong when.  Who ignored whom, who wasn’t there to help who when needed and much, much more. I think all families do this, it is a matter of degree and how far one can keep it going that matters in life. I am now 55 going on 56 years old, I have now out lived my real father’s age, and I am closing in on the age of the death of my mother and my step-father who raised me. Yet, animosities, anger, fighting and brutal separations between siblings still exists. I don’t think it will ever disappear or be handled and straightened out by any of us. I think it is so ingrained in us from childhood and since, that it has become an internal part of who each of us are. Is it the same for all families I don’t know, but I do know after so many years of it, we don’t change our ways.

Not too long ago, I ran across a nephew actually I did not know I had. He lives in the south and I came across him on the Internet. He wanted more information on his father, my younger half-brother. I thought about it for a bit before I gave him information and tried to help him learn of his family. I think it made him happy to be included by me, and those of us open enough in my family to accept him. I think, no matter where you may be, no matter who you may be, no matter what your situation or status in life, you always will need a family base from which to start from and everyone wants to know, who their parents are and from which they come and they have that right. So I help where I can and it is all I do.

Complaints, and Rants/ and Facts

Sometimes, bitching, moaning, ranting and raving is not worth the effort, nor the time to do so.  We do so much complaining at times, everyone tends to tune you out and walk away. It’s a fact of the world so to say, if you complain too much you’re a whiner. But if you don’t complain at all you’re a pushover, and you get run over and slammed about. So there is a thin line between the two isn’t there?

Well, onward, and upwards as they say. Or as we said in my Navy Days and I am sure they still do today, Haze Grey and Underway.  Life goes on each day and either you’re a part of it or your gone.

As I listen to my coffee pot, beep at me after it ground the coffee and drip made it, I wonder if the world is ready for 2012 and the economy that is coming to unite us all. It seems slowly but surely we  leveling out in economic levels, and slowly coming to terms with it all.  The only advantage we have over other countries are the resources we have in hand to us.

America has the resources of the ability to educate its people, the knowledge of its own land and its massive creativity abundant in its people. We must work at expanding our knowledge, our inventiveness, our innovators and expand our abilities to create what other countries and mankind in general needs, or slowly watch our own country fade from glory and existence.

As to the political world in America and the choices we will be given in the 2012 election, let me remind Americans that, 1) It took the Republicans 8 years to bury us economically, and they will do so again if allowed. 2) The Democrats haven’t dug us out either, so we have very little choices left. 3) The longer we allow congress, both houses to gridlock and standoff against one another, the less we will accomplish and move forward. Sadly it is gonna be up to the American People shortly, to either change what is happening by voting out those causing the gridlock, or to live with it and watch us sink further.

Now to close this little rant so to say, I give you the following information to consider and think about. A supreme being whether it be a God or otherwise created us all and put us on this planet and blesses us with the time we are here. I give you this to think about after that. Time for humanity is short indeed, and we are placed upon this planet to complete certain missions which we are not fully aware of, that have been programmed into us from birth and the moment of conception. As we complete each mission, through the natural process of our lives, we slowly wear down and once we complete all we are to do in our short lifetimes, we return to the place from which we came. So remember each day that from the moment of birth you are actually slowly dying and do not have limitless time on this planet to do all you want, need or feel you have to do. So live life to the fullest, each and everyday.

Sad Endings

Steve Job’s death yesterday from cancer is a sad occasion not only for Apple but for the overall computer industry. His vision, innovation, style and salesmanship was beyond normal bounds. His inventiveness brought items of immense popularity and growth for the world. His devices spread words, programs, knowledge and joy. God Rest his soul!. It was indeed a sad ending for a great mind and man.

Time shall illuminate Steve Jobs, life and his contributions to Society and the World, as a visionary, along the same lines as Thomas Edison, Ben Franklin, and many other greats who gave to the world great gifts, and expanded mankind’s knowledge and joys.

Next we still find another sad ending, being looked at and investigated. The End of Micheal Jackson, his music and contributions to the world and the music industry. Sadly, in Micheal Jackson’s case he contributed to his own demise and death in my opinion. Now opinions are varied on this matter and many will say I am crazy, but, Micheal made his choices and chose his life. He was 50 years old when he died, he didn’t have to hire a Doctor like Murray to get him drugs and administer them to him, he choose to. He asked for these drugs, requested them and got himself into the addiction that led to his death. Yes, Doctor Murray should have said no, I won’t participate or help you get your drugs, nor will I administer them to you, in any matter means or way. But more than likely Micheal would have found another doctor to do the job, and paid him more to do it. Sadly, the demise of Micheal Jackson only compares to the demise of Steve Jobs in one way, both were very talented, brilliant stars who shined for too short a time on this planet.

Micheal Jackson’s Demise!

Each day I turn on the Television and there is the Trial of Conrad Murray for the Involuntary Manslaughter of MJ.  I wonder, if this were an average american male age 50 who died and did so due to drug usage, would we care so much, or even bother to televised or talk about it all?. Lets face the facts the only reason the case is so public and watched so much is who the victim is. Micheal Jackson had great talent as an entertainer and performer yes, but is it the world’s place to be so deep into his private death?. What right does America or any other country to dig into someone’s private life this deep?.

As the case against Conrad Murray rages on and on, and people point the finger at one another for the death of Micheal Jackson, we should really step back and point a finger at Micheal Jackson himself. No one pinned him to a bed and forced him to ask for these drugs. He paid a Doctor to administer these drugs to him because he wanted them and was addicted to them and he did nothing to stop it himself. He wanted the drugs he received, he paid Murray to be his administrator of these drugs and to help him get them, it is very, very obvious.

While Micheal Jackson’s entertainment value as a performer, singer, writer and dancer will always keep him in the minds of the public and history, his demise, will also live on as a reminder to those alive, that with great power and fame comes great responsibility and that includes the responsibility of your own health and welfare. Do not let yourself go and party, do not use drugs and booze, do not abuse your own mind and body like Micheal Jackson did his. His demise is really, his own fault to a great extent, he wanted the drugs, he made an agreement with Conrad Murray to pay him, 150 grand a month to safely administer them to him. So he in the end really paid for his own demise and ultimate death. But as many have said before me, it does not relieve Conrad Murray of his lack of control of the situation, his lack of reasonable care and dedication to his boss, nor does it relieve Conrad Murray of the responsibility of not saying no to Micheal Jackson as a Doctor should have. So, Conrad Murray will more than likely be convicted of the charges against him and the Jackson family will continue to point fingers at others for the Death of Micheal Jackson. In the end though when we all look back at this event and the end of Micheal Jackson, his own worst enemy was himself and he is mostly the one to blame for his own demise. The Jackson’s will never admit or say that publicly, but they too know it, for they tried to intervene and save him more than once. No one can prevent or stop someone from doing what they have their mind-set on to do, Jackson’s demise, was one of his own making in many ways.
