     Across America people cry out for jobs, manufacturing, and ways to make money, yet, they still refuse to do jobs that are regular jobs each day of the week, because the salaries are not good enough to support a family on. Now I do understand that reasoning I really do, yet if you have nothing for a job, isn’t it better to have at least something to bring in money? Why, be so fussy and stupid as to go on zero income because or pride and still not make ends meet each month? I don’t know why some people do this, but they do, refusing to lower themselves to get a restart in an economy that is so bad, people are starving and homeless on America’s streets. Sad isn’t it folks?

Someone must wake up Congress and get their asses moving to build and create jobs, extend Unemployment benefits and give tax breaks to manufacturers across the land once more. If someone doesn’t America will become like Waterbury, Connecticut, a city of empty factories and homeless people begging for coins on corners, and living in cardboard boxes as winter starts once more for 2014. Sad is what America has become, especially cities and towns like Waterbury, Naugatuck and The Valley here. Some will prosper because they continue to push themselves to exhaustion just to survive and pay their bills, many will fail because they can’t push that hard or have too much pride to do so and still many have already failed to do a thing about their status in life. 

A quote comes to mind, when I think of the above all the time, Remember  Nothing Changes, Unless You Make it Change! You don’t take chances and look at avenues different than what you one, you will spin you wheels and never get anywhere!  I have seen people with no hope, find hope and move forward toa better life and I have also seen some who put their eggs in one basket and fail badly. It’s a matter of being open, able to communicate, clean, neat and positive about everything you do. 

America keeps building Malls and Stone and MOrtar building to sell from, but no one has any money to buy anymore! So why the hell are you building malls and more stores, the economy can’t support them? Wake up America!

How many families have any Insurance today other than Obamacare?  How many families have  any money in the bank, or life insurance so their children can bury them properly? How many are over paying for life, car and home insurance out there you tell me folks? Is it right? I don’t think so, but people go without because they know no other way to get where they want to go!

I want to say thank you to all who do read my blog, I know I am not always as articulate as I should be in it, and at times I rant on subjects few can understand or want to hear about, but the point of my blog, is to have my say on things in life, period and to promote my stories, and poems and life in general. So, if anyone objects to what I say in it, feel free to comment as you wish I see them all from the good to the bad to the stupid ones that have nothing to do with my blog.

Now, I want to have a little discussion folks about financial realities in America today. Do you know fewer than 55 percent of Americans have over 500 dollars in the bank?  Do you know, many Americans have no Life Insurance and no money to leave to their children, not even enough money to bury themselves? Do you know how many people are overpaying for Automotive and Home Owner Insurance?  How many americans are out of work today, either without a job and their Unemployment benefits running out and struggling? This is America folks, do we need to see this many homeless, walking our streets, hungry and jobless, struggling in this manner? I think not, but, Americans are  either too stubborn and refuse to take cheaper paying jobs, or to reach out and take a chance on opportunities that come by them and that is sad. Remember something folks, that I believe is true please, God Helps those who help themselves, and if you get off you ass, put your head on straight and are will to work you can do anything you put your mind to and get it done.

Somethings may look like Mission Impossible folks, but they really aren’t! I know people who were hurting for years, lack of funds and jobs and income, and they barely survived. Living pay check to paycheck, week to week, month to month with no way out of the endless rut they were in. Then, someone came along offered them an Opportunity to better themselves, to improve their finances, pay off their bills and get on top. Some grabbed it and went on to become millionaires and others gave up too soon and returned back to the heap of people in big troubles. Which one would you like to be, the one paying off your bills and saving money and getting the vacations, the freedom of time to do as you wish, and to have and feel safe and secure cause you can pay your bills and survive and save too? Or the one that quits or won’t move because you fear taking a chance to improve your situation and position in life?

 Remember nothing changes if you don’t make it change!

As we watch before our very eyes Ebola spreads slowly like a river of blood over the surface of a tabletop, if one spilled it! As panic hits African Nations, Spain and now America, we have to calm down and remember, two things about this. 1) We can stop the spread of it by shutting the United States Borders and cremating and burning all property belonging to those who had it here.  2). Being the nation we are with medical facilities like we now have, we also know we can stop Ebola as shown in the two first cases to come home to America and survive prove. It’s a matter of making the antidote folks and how fast it can be made.  Hospitals must enforce procedures that work to isolate these patients as soon as they show up period.  We must never panic or get into hysterical acts or voices and give in to panic period for we are the only nation in the world with the ability to solve the Ebola spread, so just keep working at it and you will see it die off soon enough as long as we all cooperate and listen to medical advice.

That all said and done, for I am not a doctor but a citizen of this country I must turn my concerns to Congress and their lack of movement period. Sadly this Congress will go down in history as the worst in the United states History, we the American People now know this. We need to change it folks come November 4th and the Mid-term elections here.  While our men and women fight battles across the world policing other nations, our congress does nothing to help them. They need equipment if they must do the jobs they are doing, they need training too. But most of all, as Veterans across the country will tell you medical and physiological treatment are needed big time too. We can’t let Congress destroy Veteran’s benefits, or Veteran’s Hospitals, nor can we let them carelessly attack Social security, Medicaid and Medicare either we all don’t make over two hundred grans a year, we served or paid into Social security and now some want to kill it, kiss my ass! People in The United States for decades now since Social Security was invented and put in place have paid billions into it and not Congress says elders are on the dole in America! Kiss our asses you stupid bastards, it was invented for elderly people to have a substantial way to survive after retirement, don’t kill it increase it. 

Don’t try to remove Medicare or Medicaid either you assholes! Stop right where you are and cut your own salaries of which you are not earning a dime of these days.You want to save money pull our military back home, stop giving away and leaving behind our weapons, and our money to other nations. Stop Policing other countries and putting us in losing positions. Wake the hell up Congress your pissing us all off with your lackadaisical attitudes, and your stupidity. How long do you think Americans are going tos it back and let you earn money from weapon deals, political endorsements, and backing of organizations that you back just to make money from or get power from? Wake up, now or get the hell out of office and  let us get a person in who will work for a living for a change to better America at home and abroad!

     Many and I mean many people in the world suffer from different diseases and medical problems of all types. Those afflicted with breathing problems of any kind need to stay clear of locations where Ebola, might be period. Greater care and isolation procedures must be put into place as quickly as possible to prevent further deaths or infection by Ebola in the USA. I know, if I ever got Ebola it would probably kill me far before the 21 day period was up, my lack of lung capacity would do that to me, since I am a lung cancer survivor and have one less lobe and a third. Between cancer and now the Ebola scare, I am not too sure what chance a man who has survived lung cancer may have, if I were to get ebola. and I sure as hell don’t want to find out, folks ok! As I am sure millions in the world feel the same way as I do, if they have survived any disease that could have killed them, who the hell would want to face another with diminished capacity in any area of their body. The combination of any disease even a cold with Cancer or ebola can be a killer for those whose breathing capacity is diminished folks! Enough said here I am sure on this subject!

Now, I am still writing folks but at a slower rate these days of course, I am working on the story of a hoodlum and his use of fear and stalking tactics, against all who oppose him. When I get to how he fell and lost his way and what happened to him and end the story I will then put it together in a new book for Amazon once more and hope it will sell! In the meantime my other works are still out there on Amazon’s Kindle E-Books for sale. As a Disabled Veteran who served his country for 16 years total and keeps ticking I am always trying to do something to survive financially folks. October 15th,2014,  We are now 21 days, from the 2014 mid-term elections, and the same thing keeps happening in Congress, stalemates!  Why?, when will Americans wake up, you divided Congress in half in the last full election, you have to repair it now! The American People made Congress number the way it is, giving the Senate to one party and the House to the other, was a dumb idea, now we as a country suffer for it all. Wake up, Americans please, changes must be made in more areas than one.

First and foremost remove dead weight from Congress in the form of do nothing people, or stalematers, Get rid of John Boehner first and foremost, he has to go down in history as the weakest Majority Leader and Speaker of The House in History. The man does nothing to change the future, hangs on old views, is against same sex, marriage, won’t move on immigrants, won’t create jobs and is the most indecisive Leader The House has ever had or ever will. It’s sad really, then you add characters like Ted Cruz of Texas who believes his only place in our Government is to disrupt and and take down the American People and plans to better them! It’s a sad place right now for the American People.

 Our economy sucks folks, Jobs can not be found by needy people who are trying to survive in America. People live in cardboard boxes in the greatest country in the world because Congress does nothing to help them. Families standing on corners in mall parking lots begging with signs for food, a place to sleep as winter is coming and for jobs that they can not find. Don’t these politicians in America see what the people see, or do they have blinders on? We need to get innovative folks, creative and make the changes in Congress to push our economy forward, our health care forward, our Social security strengthened and Medicare and Medicaid too. we need people in office that are able and concerned enough to change things.Is america being divided into the have s and have nots or what?  We should find a way to bring back manufacturing, to reeducate blue collar workers for white collar jobs as needed and to extend unemployment more for those who have not. Instead  our politicians are concerned not about the american people here, but in other countries we protect for political reasons only, stupid. Look, I feel pity for nations being overrun by terror groups and bad politicians too, and yes I know we are supposed to be the world leader, how about leading us out of our own problems before policing other countries and fighting their wars for them. Pull back our troops out of Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran and the Middle East, they have been fighting among each other forever and always end up solving it themselves over time anyway. bring that money home and stop policing and fighting over there, put it into the economy here in the United States, use it to educate, create jobs and push innovation and production of American Products for our economy to thrive on.

I have one final push today for all to understand and get straight. When the World trade Towers went down in New York, the Hurricanes hit  in the south, when earthquakes rocked San francisco and Los Angeles or any other natural disaster happened in the United States did you see any other country lend a hand for us?  Yet Japan gets a tsunami,  we run to help them, Italy has an earthquake we are there, South America has an Ebola outbreak and America runs to help. Wars break out in Iraq, Afghanistan, or other countries in the middle east we run in to fight to save them! Do they ever un to save us, nope. Why do it for them? 

 Last Subject Ebola in America! America now faces it’s own Ebola problem as new patients show up at our hospitals and get diagnosed with it. How did we get it here and why? The bottom line folks is we are stupid enough to go battle it for African Nations who can’t, and we accidently get it ourselves, then we come home to cure it cause they can’t over there. Sadly it is our own good nature and caring that has spread it here to us in the United States. We have to make some changes, Mr. President, and Congress! We must first and foremost stop  allowing people from those affected nations into our country by shutting down our borders. Second, we have top establish better protocols for Medical personnel in our hospitals for this virus. we need first and foremost to know all possible symptoms, second have those passed out to all active and inactive medical people. Thirdly, establish isolation procedures to keep the Ebola patient immediately away from everyone else. Fourthly, redesign the protective suit in such a way that it gives sealed full body protection to whoever wears it and treats these patients. Fifthly, we need to build and design contamination showers in all medical facilities, that combine heavy doses of bleach and chlorine water in them so when the medical personnel come out from treating these patients they immediately get washed off before removal of the suits and the suits are destroyed. Sixth, a two man plan or two person plan should be used behind a closed glass see thru door with a microphone to watch them remove the suit and make sure it is done correctly. They can not be let out of the decontamination area until they are fully scrubbed down and rinsed well and all clothing and equipment is sealed in a container. That would stop it from spreading in anyway period.

    The Weakness of America’s response to the Ebola Disease’s widespread path is stupid! Ebola is a deadly disease that kills big time it is now responsible for over four thousand deaths world wide and spreads faster than hell if precautions are not followed. Doesn’t The CDC and The American Government get it, we now have one dead in Texas, another sick there and now one in Boston, Mass. Wake up!

1)Better procedures are needed immediately to prevent it from spreading, not only in Hospitals but in all medical personnel across the world.  

2) The Government must close our borders, to all flights from the infected nations of Africa and Spain and anywhere else Ebola has spread.

3) All bodies whether human or animal infected with the Ebola Virus must be cremated and turned to ashes to kill it period. Including all clothing and belonging of those infected.

4 ) A two person procedure should be set up to don and take off all protective clothing for medical people, with hot showers with bleach mixed in for full effect on killing the virus. Decontamination Showers can be built with bleach mixed in at  full strength. This way it kills the virus on contact and makes it easier to take the protective clothing off.

5) Anyone exposed to Ebola should be immediately isolated for the twenty one day period needed to  make sure they don’t have it.

The longer the United States and other nations do not enforce in place  the above procedures and stop flights from coming in, is the greater the chance it will spread worldwide and kill not thousands but millions in the end.

Make more vaccine, and use it carefully, and find the damn source in Africa where it all started and eradicate it! We can’t afford to be lackadaisical or slow in our response to this  virus or disease! It kills folks and it does not care if you are young, old, white, black, yellow, purple , green or anything else. Clean hands, shower daily, and stay as far away from sick people as you can. Take no Chances, but, don’t panic yet it can be stopped and beaten if done right!

     As October 2014 rolls along, too many thing are going on in the world to mention in one blog post, in case anyone hasn’t noticed. 1)Ebola is spreading it is now in The United states and Spain and who knows where else. Isn’t it time to shut down the borders and eradicate it by isolation and attacking it in return with chemicals and much more? we must protect America, Americans, our children and our way of life.

    Isisl’ progress in Iraq needs attention and needs to be halted by any means possible. These animals, need to be killed off like a rabid animal with rabies. They infect more and their ranks grow, we need to isolate, eradicate and destroy anything that looks like them and all of these cold, cruel hearted bastards. I know no one will agree with me in what I am about to say, but, I believe firmly the mid-east of Iraq, Iran and Syria and the whole area needs reforming with different populations. If Isil can not be stopped by air strikes, America does not want to enter a new ground war, so I suggest find the oil fields belonging to Isis and lets make a damn parking lot out of them and watch them burn, away anyway of financing Isis. Lets flatten the deserts and take the oil for ourselves if we go in and then firmly place America in the middle of the dam area to stabilize it period. That My Opinion, I know it sounds crazy and radical, but so does all these Isis’s bastards are doing. Sometimes, you have to stoop to the level of the adversary to defeat them, like we did with The Nazis of World War 2.

  Third subject for today, the elections of 2014 in approximately two weeks. As the elections close in on us and we get closer to determining America’s political future and direct we need to make intelligent choices folks. we can’t keep the Senate and The House in two different parties, nor can we have a President of one party with no assistance from a congress of the other, it stalemates American Progress period, wake the hell up! You want to do something this November 4th, in this election, remove Republicans from office who have filibustered us to a dead stop, a republican Majority Leader Of the House who does nothing, and all who block all progress for America. John Boehner is The Majority Leader of The House and Speaker, yet he allows stalemating of the government actions needed to help create american jobs, improve the economy and health care, why? Should we as Americans have the right and power to get progress without being fully blocked by this man and his political party? We should also dump Ted Cruz and remove his ass from office he is an idiot in my opinion who has destroyed America just to stay in political office. These people believe they are doing what is right when in fact they halt progress, advancement and improvements period and come up with no alternatives. It’s a sad commentary of the current state of American Politics when they can get away with what they’re doing! Period, we the people have the ability to change it all.

Fourth subject- The coming Presidential election for 2016’s pick for President. We all have heard creaks, cracks and weird noises from the Republican Party on candidates they may put up as an opposition to the Democrats Hillary Rodham Clinton. None have her knowledge, decision making process, abilities to manage and stand tall. None of them have Hillary’s smarts, her savvy, her respect in politics and in the world. So who are the Republicans fooling, the bottom line is they have no new ideas, no new candidates, or any ideas to protect the country, improve health care, education, or create jobs, their idea and plan is to let it dig it’s own way out of recession, bullshit! Look certain things must be addressed by our next President, First and foremost, our position in the world must be restored as it’s democratic leader. Second our economy must be faced and improved by creating jobs, investing in improving and creating factories and business and creating products the world must use and have.Our economy sucks folks lets face it, jobs are hard to find, money is tight, brick and mortar stores are shutting down and yet more malls are built for what? Are we that illogical to build malls and stores when there is no money to spend in them. Hillary sees this I am sure. Secondly, where else will you get a two for one deal, a current President and a past in the White House at the same time. Bill will advise her and council her as needed and that is a positive for all of us period. If India and other nations can have a Female President and Leader why not America? Besides if you think you have a Republican to lead better than Hillary Rodham Clinton can, then your drunk, on drugs or just plain sick! I don’t care if rand Paul says he will run, or if Ted Cruz says he might, or any othe republican or  tea Party candidate, there do not have Hillary’s experience, her knowledge or her abilities, nor do they have her resources and resilience  either. So I say Vote HIllary Rodham Clinton and lets move America Forward in Progress and more.

Last Night in Waterbury, CT, at The Palace Theatre, Martina, Mcbride blew the roof off the house, with her singing and band. She is one of Country Music’s Best Performers and proved why she was. He Performance amazed and dazzled many there and made us stand on our feet more than a few times.  Her voice reached the inside of the domes of the Palace and woke everyone in such a pleasant manor it was unbelievable. Young and old alike applauded her performance, and were amazed by a vocal range that is unbelievable! Bravo Martina!!!!!!!!!!! Bravo, you are blessed with incredible talent, incredible personality and style too! I took my 74 year old wife to your concert here and tell me tell you something, she fell in love with your voice, and you! I want to say thank you for such a heart warming, performance and appearance by you, you did what few could do, made us all screw, yell, clap and gave us one hell of a night to remember!

How such a voice, comes from such a small framed woman who is beauty in person and sings like an angel is crazy, you’re a gifted person Martina and we are grateful for hearing and seeing you perform. You brought an evening of music, laughter, pure entertainment to our world in Waterbury here, and we shall forever remember it! God Bless You!

Well, I could continue to Rave about Martina and her performance here but I believe all now get the drift. So Onward I go, Part two of todays blog coming at you!   I have a dream as a Disabled American Veteran and that is to see America stop fighting wars for other countries and just protect our homeland.  Too Many Veterans are handicapped or lost a limb or their minds fighting wars for other countries. Isn’t it time America stopped sacrificing our soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines, to police other countries and instead bring them home to care for our own country? Just a suggestion folks and one I fully believe in!

As many who read my blog know, I write blogs on many subjects and I write poetry and short stories and attempt to sell them to the American Public to help myself and my wife survive. I am a disabled American veteran with six herniated discs in my spine, from a fall aboard a Navy Ship. Some of my stories are Navy related in humor and then some are romantic and murder mysteries too.
