Entertainment comes in many forms, from music, to acting, to even authors or radio hosts. All become big stars for different talents and get famous and make big bucks. But there is a problem with all of them, they only run in small circles and rarely do they venture out to meet, people not associated with their craft. Sad isn’t it, if you don’t believe me take a look online and see if you can e-mail a star or chat with one, or approach one in anyway to give them an idea, a song, a book or just to say hello and be friendly. Not going to happen folks, doesn’t matter what you write online, or how you try not a one will see it or respond to you.

              Yet go to any online Social program or service and the big stars are there,but it is only a way way thing. They blog, they write stories and talk to the public in one way conversations. We hear how much fun they had, or what they did for special things to do, or when they fall in love, or create something. are they all self-centered and stuck up, or afraid to talk to everyday people out here? Good question right? Maybe it’s they fear for their safety, so they hide and don’t allow many to say hello. The sad thing is, isn’t it scary to be so famous, people scare you? I know it would be for me, but all that fame, doesn’t buy them happiness, nor does all the money they make, yet you will never see one listen to an ordinary fan, or person online or off the street will you? How that old song go, Parionia will destroy ya. This is why so many famous people die early, they hesitate to meet now people and enjoy themselves like normal human beings, they kill a part of themselves, so they can have the fame and money, and ultimately, end up isolated, surrounded by money grubbing agents and such, in the end, committing suicide or dying from overdoses. It is a sad cycle for actors,/singers, song writers,even authors, check history on it, you shall see.

            So many climb the mountains and reach the peaks in the entertainment fields, only to burn out, or fall off, because of depression and being alone, no one to talk to is a problem for all of them. They all need a window or place to touch the real world and real everyday people, or they won’t survive. They don’t get the common touches needed, no advice from friends, no caring, no loving, they end up lost and desperate to feel needed.Can they overcome it, sure, but only if they make an effort to find someone who will forget their celebrity and treat them as regular people. They need someone to tell them just because they can sing, or act, or write, they are still normal people,and not let them get all tangled up in themselves, so they hurt themselves. and to pin prick their inflated heads, so they don’t get too big for normal humanity to talk to.

OK, writing is a process of putting emotions into thoughts and then editing it all so others can read and understand what you wrote! Once you get what you thinking on the paper or in the computer and edit it, then you have to go through the next process, read and reread to make sure, what you wrote will be interesting enough for someone else.

It’s almost like being a mind reader, because who really knows what will keep a persons interest/ We try to write and create characters, and scenes, and plot people can follow and enjoy, or hate, or that are controversial, but do we really know the minds of our readers? I doubt it, I think that no matter what we write, some shall read it first to see what it says, others may read it because they know you, others yet may read it, because the topic or story line, gets them. Do we really know, not just by reviews or comments, but when we are writing, if we are hitting a targeted audience or not? Again, unless your already a re-known Author/Writer,  you have no idea what subject people will love or won’t love.

 Personally I have written over 6 short stories and published most on Amazon’s Kindle E-Books, yet very few do people read or comment on or even complain about, they sit and collect dust, as I continually look for subjects and writing styles that will appeal top the readers. Seems I still haven’t hit my groove in writing and may never, but I still do it, why no Idea !I think it may all to do, with the stories I accumulate in my head and how, I translate them to paper or computer text. Ah well that is all for today. Maybe tomorrow I will explore other areas.

         Donald J. Trump has won The Presidency of The United States of America and we all know it

          The problem is simple now,he has done so with the help of The Russians. I agree with John Lewis, this man is about to become the first illegitimate President of the United States, and should be Impeached over that fact period. The Russians it is said, were in contact with Trump’s campaign, and worked to stop Hillary Clinton from winning, which is illegal in American Politics.

           I do understand, some will say,I am wrong for saying this, and so.is Mr. Lewis for what he said also, I disagree. No, President, in American History has ever used a Foreign Power/ Nation to win an election and it should be invalidated in my opinion. Sadly, it won’t be, because Congress is now run, by The Republican Party, under whose banner, he ran and won.

             I shall state here, for all to read, the above is my opinion, which I have a right to state under my Constitutional Rights as an American Citizen and my Freedom of Speech. And you may disagree with it, you may comment on it, and you may agree with it also, but it is my right to say it and even write it on my own blog.

               As America and the World holds it breath, Trump is getting ready to be sworn in as the President of the United States of America. As it gets closer there are many Americans, worried about many issues involving his taking the Office as well as taking the Oath. Few will say it, but, America is now coming around to it, in their own way, which is why his approval rating has dropped to 38 %.

               His views are bad for Americans and the world in so many ways and he is blind to the fact that they are. There is no way to tell Trump hey, we don’t need a wall between us and Mexico and that isolation for any country is bad, for relations and commence and so much more. Yet he continues to say we will build a wall, sadly, if he does, he will soon realize he has made Mexico one of our enemies on our own land. We have been a Country America for 214 years or more now, and all of a sudden we need a wall, against our southern neighbor, wake Mr. Trump, it’s not needed.

             Next, the killing of Planned Parenthood is wrong too. So many women need help with children, and medical expenses and abortions, and where will they go to get it if you kill Planned Parenthood? Sadly, you and your republicans don’t care do you? So millions of women in America and their children will suffer, because you think it is wrong to help them? That is bullshit, leave it alone!

               If you kill Obama Care/ American Care Act, without having a full replacement to cover the 21 million on it, you are gonna cost the american taxpayer trillions, are you crazy? You best have a full and ready to go health care package ready to replace ACA, if not you will throw so many people into a mess and cost all of us in taxes and more. Each time a person without Medical Insurance goes into a Emergency Room at a Hospital and gets treated without it, it;s is us, the taxpayers who must foot the damn bill! Wake the hell up!

               Stop the twitter rants and pointing of fingers at the News Media too. CNN, did nothing to you and your attacks make you sound childish, idiotic and foolish not only to Americans but to all nations in the world. No President or Leader of any other country argues and attacks the media, they ignore them when they are foolish or wrong. The childish act of tweeting on Twitter for a President and Leader of a Nation is just wrong and you know it.

                 Now onto the more important subject of the nominations you have made to be in your cabinet. Senator Sessions is indeed, too discriminating and prejudiced to be Attorney General, not only do I know it as a citizen but so does the Senate and The House, so I hope you get a new nominee or at least have one in mind when he gets refused.The same is going to happen, more than likely with Rex Tillerson, he doesn’t have the knowledge, experience or ability to hold the position of secretary of State, be realistic, this is a position that is not making oil deals, it’s handling relationship between the biggest and smallest and all in between size nations in the world.This man may be a negotiator, but he is no diplomat. Wake up and get someone who is!

                  Last thing, Mr. President Elect Trump, stop the childish fights with news organizations, leave the damn internet bullshit alone, and move on and get ready to run the nation. I did not Vote for you, and my reasons are very simple, you show them each time you get on twitter, or you attack news organizations. Each time you lose your temper and go off on someone, the way you talk about women as they are belongings not people, the rights you want to tear down and the walls of isolation you wish to build.

                    You promised jobs to all Americans across this land and honestly, I doubt you can do it. Are you going to motivate companies to build factories here? Are you gonna innovate and motivate them? What Incentives will you give them and what tax breaks? and how are you going to get States to work with you in this area, on tax breaks for companies? Each stat has it’s own taxes it applies to companies working in them. Like Connecticut who had the highest tax rates around, minus maybe one other,  they have taxed their manufacturing companies right out of existence. Can you get them to lower those taxes, nope, because the cost of running the state and taking care of it’s infrastructure keeps rising too. So don’t tell me about how you will bring jobs to America, I am like Missourians now Show Me Damn IT!

My View on a Writers Highs and Lows

When growing up and going through Elementary School, no one likes English Classes, and the words you are taught to use in sentences and the punctuation. We all have having to hand write all our works, at least when I went to school in the sixties. Most of us as kids avoided doing our homework and hated writing anything. I wish sometimes I had listened better and learned grammar better all the time. I never figured, I would grow up and go through life and have so many different stories in my head, that I would regret my not paying attention back then!

I have had many, many Occupations in my life starting with being a newspaper boy, to factory work, to military life, and in each part of my life or occupoation I have stories of those jobs too. And as you grow older you collect stories in your heart and head of romances, some brief, some long, some that worked and some that didn’t. Then you collect memories of events and you color them with your own perspectives of them and try to keep them neat in your mind.

But, when you get to the point of finally using all these memories and trying to write them down as a Writer, well you don’t always do it correctly and get disappointed when others, won’t read them or want to buy them, when you compose them in manuscript form or book form.

A Little info, for anyone who wishes to write, first and foremost, change, the names of the people you write about in the memories you use. Second remember your memories are not always one hundred percent correct as you age, so it is ok to embellish a bit to make it more interesting. LOL !

Writing is like sitting down and pouring out your emotions on paper or in a computer for print and slowly bleeding to death as you do. For without the emotions of each story, or scene you lived, in the words you write, no one will read what you wrote. It doesn’t become interesting until you pull the reader into the story; let them feel the love, pain, misery, hurt, or joy, you felt at the time. Writing is a very emotional experience for most writers and for those who read their works. It’s really a process that can heal you in some way, release you in another or immerse your soul in the words you say.

Each character you create must be unique and different and have its own little quirks and ways. One can be mad, one happy, one smart, one a lost soul, if you get my drift. No two characters can react the same way, or talk the same way, especially if you are telling a story that has many in it.

My personal way to write is not as easy or simple as some others for myself. I like to remember experiences I had or lived through, write them down, even if they are erratic and crazy at time and need to be pieced together to be coherent. It’s the bits and pieces of the memory that I can take and assemble again in words people will understand t hat makes it all possible and a real story. It may not match exactly all as it happened, but you can be sure, I will try to get it all in there in some way so it entices the reader and strings them along in the story.

In a way, Writing is a therapy for me, I don’t know about other writers. I know sometimes I need to write down the feelings, emotions and reasoning I go through just to get it off my chest or out of my mind. The mind becomes like a library of facts, times, places, actions and purposes and I can’t keep it all in so I unleash it in words on paper or on my computer in Word. Writing is like my mind is leaking and bleeding all over the paper and there is nothing I can do to stop it from doing so, till it stops itself. I hope that makes sense to all.

Remember this if you write, one you will bleed it out, bit by bit. Two, once you do remember it is not going to sometimes make sense or be right. Reread it, edit it and reread it again, at least three times. Reword what you have to, make it readable and understandable to the audience you are writing it for. Remember what you write for children is totally different than what you would write for a teenager or an adult, so check all the language and don’t make a mistake on it.

A Little more advice I can give as a writer is this, once you think your manuscript is complete and your done writing, have a person who is not connected to you read it over and make suggestion or point out mistakes. You need a neutral person to give you honest opinions on it, not a family member or friend. They will color their opinions or try to pacify you and that is not what you want as a writer. You can’t get better if you don’t know or understand what you wrote wrong in the first place, can you?

Spell check everything, use a grammar program also if you have one if not, get one. And when you do complete your story, or novel or manuscript, which ever you consider it, remember you still need a hook, for the opening pages, as a preview and one as a hook for the back cover of the book too.

Covers are also a key to a Writer’s Work, the story won’t sell, if your cover stinks and doesn’t represent what is in the book, no matter how much you advertise it, if it is not attractive it won’t get the attention you need to sell it. So many things can make a difference in selling a story, manuscript, or novel/book. So slow down, do it right, make each sentence, each part of your story be felt by the reader. If an Editor or Publisher gets into the book, manuscript or story and gets captivated by it, they will publish it.  So, one other bit of advice I can give out, if you are on a roll while writing don’t stop till you get it all out, don’t let someone, something break your concentration or thought, Finish it first, and then call them back if the phone rings, in the end you don’t want to lose your train of thought, and go sideways with it do you?

Last word, as a writer I bleed as I said, each word, each thought, each emotion ends up in the story, manuscript or novel/book. It can be uplifting for me, or depressing for me, it can be helpful or hurtful, but as a writer, I see it as my job to convey it to the reader in a clear concise manner, and make it interesting enough they can enjoy it, whether it be a comedy, mystery, thriller, biography or even a historic story. The point for me is simple, if it gathers my attention it should also gather their and hold them for the time they read it. I hope you all agree !
