Divorce is a killer, socially, mentally, stressfully and tension wise for both parents, no doubt about it. Women complain they have to go back to work to support themselves and the kids they got left with, well working is something you will have to do anyway, women, if you were alone without kids. Then, you want alimony and child support, that can get outrageous in the dollar signs for a man to give out, crazy folks. I know these things cause my first wife tried the tricks on me, to run me broke and bury me, when we divorced.

           Men, when she says divorce, first thing to do, is record her saying so, get her on tape, asking for it. Second make sure any verbal threats against you by her, regarding your safety, your wallets safety, are recorded. That way you can, show the courts through the recordings what really happened and who is at fault.

             In my case my ex-asked for the divorce gave no reason cause she was hiding her past, being abused by her father growing up. The sad thing is it had nothing to do with me, so make sure you record what she says on your cell phone or any device you can. cause when she gets to Divorce Court she will lie her ass off about you, what you said or did and anything she can, to get more money from you.

            Next never ever hit her or call her names or yell at her, if she brings up divorce or during your marriage. If you do, she will use it against you in court and drain your wallet again. Remember the court, no matter is it is Judge or Jury, regards the female as the weaker sex, and weaker personality, don;t be stupid, polite, curious will get ya further.

           All women want the men/ husband to pay the following for divorce, court costs, filing costs,child support if children are involved/ and if they get greedy alimony too. Number one protect yourself men, learn how, get great advice from a prior divorcee, or a damn good lawyer. Don’t let her bury you, fight back carefully, and with equal vigor. If you have no income when you go to court, they can’t slam you with high payments. remember that.

          My ex took my children, everything we had in a home, before divorce, with the exception of the home, which I ended up paying off later, plus tried to ransack my wallet for child support. I did somethings to stop her, and I know in my heart and mind I did what I could to survive, it all. Not to hurt her or my kids. The point as my divorced parents said, was not to let the better half, run you broke and make you a street person. Yeah I know, you disagree with her, and her with you, you fight over how to raise the kids, who can do what with the kids and when, all of us divorcees on both sides of the equation do so. But men you have options if your smart, or if your too broke like I was.

          First, I refused to pay for the divorce period, I stated to her lawyer, I didn’t ask for it, so I am not paying for it. Second she went to court in her home state and filed saying she had no money for divorce, they then tried to bill me for the bill by letter to my parents home address, I said no money, no job, so the state she lived in, footed the price of the divorce and sent me a copy when it was done.

           Next, she tried to get me with absorbent child support payment requests, I couldn’t pay, no job did I have. So, I went first to The Veterans administration as a Disabled Veteran and got copies of my Disability Discharge saying, I can not work. so when I went to court in my home state, I could produce them for the Judge and court and get minimum payments from the court, which I did. Now, remember most women will refiled to raise child support if it isn’t enough for them, if they can, in my case she never refiled and was stupid. Sorry but honesty, is the truth in all ways, her mistake.

            I can count my best moves as 1) being prepared 2) At the time being out of work and having no income for any support payments. 3) Leaving the State I lived in with her and coming to my home state.

            My saddest moves for the divorce were as follows: 1) I left my two children behind, but really had no choice, I couldn’t raise them on the streets of my home town, as I begged for food and lived in a YMCA. 2)  I lost contact with my children and they were told stories behind my back, and they were told I walked out on their mother and them, lies. 3) My ex took her abuse and sexual problems to a new level, by convincing my eldest I abused her, lies. So I had court costs their in another state, lost four months of my life in jail due to lies. Women are vengeful as a species I think and my ex was no exception, I had to prove and fight to get out of jail and have a conviction for a crime I did not commit, overturned and thrown out. I did it by never giving up. So, I stayed away from my children and i really don’t know them to this day, for I will never take a chance of living in the same state they do, due to the false accusations and charges. Plus I do not trust either child of mine, due to the whole deal.

          So, in the end, my ex-got minimum  child support and to keep the two kids, I got my freedom to rebuild, by staying out of courts, period and leaving it be. Do I regret any of it, not anything with the ex of course, but with the kids yes. For in the end, they will never really know how much I loved them, and still do to this day ! Plus I am older now and I can not take the stress of dealing with them, and need to take care of myself.  My kids when I talked to them called me a sperm bank donor, told me they hated me, never wanted to hear the truth and tried to use me as ATM Machine just for money. Plus, both are married on their own now with kids and that’s that.

              So, if you get told, your wife wants a divorce, make sure you ave no job, file as an indigent, with no income, make sure you have proof you can’t work and get the hell out of the state she is living in. Make sure the Judge knows when you go to court you didn’t ask for the divorce, and you did not wrong, no infidelities, no affairs, and no violence at all. And don’t ever look at a Judge and tell them you won’t pay child support of some kind, they will triple it and bury you if you do, say what I said and say it honestly, I had the pleasure of making them your honor, I will pay what I can. Husbands and Dads, are no money making machines, we suffer thru these divorces too, and the courts need to know and recognize it all.

              One more thing men, I know, like me, you love you child or children, but stay off the phone and away from the ex-wife during the divorce and after it too. If ya don’t she will start a vengeful vendetta against you and try to get ya jailed or convicted of some false crime. So, run for cover, don’t ever turn back, and remember, you too have rights in a Divorce Court, but only if you are careful, smart, and resourceful.

 

 

 

         We are headed to 2017 folks, and so many famous people have died in 2016, the list seems huge this time round. Voices in music, writing, news and politics, all silenced in 2016, because their time was up, said Mother Nature and the only one who, who messes with Mother Nature is Father Time and he stops for no one. So the world and humanity will forge ahead into 2017, no matter what, and mankind will have to clean up it’s act, or kill itself off on this planet with a century. We are killing off the animals to eat, eating the plants at a rate beyond compare, and pollute the oceans, lakes and water sources, faster tan the earth can produce them. Is mankind, who has figured how to go to the moon and maybe Mars next, figure out how to save the blue marble in space called it’s planet, Earth? It’s a thought all humanity should be thinking over and solving, and all the stupid spying, bickering and in fighting between nations should stop, and join together, to survive.

              Next Subject: I have continued my writing at least for now, my latest I turned into a small book through Amazons Kindle Books and E-books too. Now I know, I am not the worlds best writer, so I try to write simple stories, and edit them,then try to sell them.              We now have 2 days left to 2016, which many are saying was one of the worst years in american history, due to famous deaths, the economy, wars in the world, and lack of jobs in the USA.  medical advances have slowed down and so has the research requirement to beat deadly diseases.

               Americans have elected a president who is a billionaire to run the country with his billionaire and millionaire buddies and friends.Will they work to enrich the country and improve it, or will be a four year term of enriching and helping themselves get richer? You tell me people for what I see, is just not right so far.

           When I was younger my step-father used to tell me, politicians are sneaky bastards who will do what they want once in office. Well, president elect trump is already, threatening our Social security and Medicare benefits we all need and the Republicans want to kill Obama Care one day one of the Administration. The sad part is this if they do all three of the things above at once we will have a poor population at the soup kitchen of over 30 million people easy, begging for meals, medication and places to live. Trump is one of those guys my mother, who was french Canadian would say, speaks out the side of his mouth to distract you and, does different shit while he does, to destroy you! While Donald J. Trump is gearing up to take office, I want all who voted for him, including all, 270 electors or a little better to realize whatever happens and whatever he screws up, is on you for voting him in!

        2016, has taken many famous people from us and I am sure a few more will also die before January 1, 2017. We the Children of the Baby Boom, are coming up in age and advancing toward our endings and we all know it. The latest to go, Carrie Fisher, who died before her own mother Debbie Reynolds, sadly, proves the point. Slowly all will die eventually of course for no one lives forever, although I praise and admire the ones who made 100 years old or older, I have seen.

           I am 60, like Carrie Fisher was, I lived a rough life in many ways, I had a mother who hated me and tried to give me away, a step-father who beat me in so many ways, I wouldn’t o anywhere with him anymore, sadly that is how it was. My siblings are almost as messed up as me, I am the black sheep of the family and always was.

           My Elder Brother, is in his own world, lost and worried about dying alone, he has been through two divorces and lost a son. He is what I call the introverted one, quiet, low spoken and hides inside himself how he really feels.

            Me, I am the extrovert, the one people think as funny, or sentimental and foolish. I lived on the edge all the time running away from violence, beatings and screaming. I dropped out of High School and went in the Military after getting a GED. I ended up serving my country for a total of sixteen years, in The Army, Army national Guard and The The U.S. Navy. I had two daughters in my first marriage, divorced, went back to school, graduated college at 40 years old. married again and still am today, 16 years later.

         My next brother under me, died at thirty years old from Aids brought on by drug usage.  he changed his name and left home at a young age, because his father beat him silly. He is buried now in California.

         My sister God Bless her was never beaten by either parent, but she was spoiled by her father, protected by her brothers, and always argued and fought with her mother. She has become a beauty and a princess in a way, has three children from two marriages and is an enterpenaur in her own right. God Bless Her for all of that.

            The baby of the family, is a boy, who is artistically talented big time and a character in his own right. he is also, paranoid, in many ways, and has now been married at least twice without kids, as far as I know these days. Thank God we the four are still alive, but, we really don’t know one another over all and we struggle to even speak in the same room.  Which of us will go first, is beyond me, but, as the year comes to an end, and these celebrities we have come to know start to die off, I wonder which of us is next, and basically, I believe it could be me. Yet I carry on and will as long as I can. For Black Sheeps don’t die young we fight on!

Happy Holidays to ALL

        It is Christmas Eve 2016, Another year is going by slowly and many will be exchanging gifts and laughter and joy starting tonight thru tomorrow. For those doing so, I wish each and everyone, a Very Merry Christmas and that you all get what you want, material wise!

             I remind all tho what the Holiday is about for many world wide without money, or someone to exchange gifts and party with. It is about a Savior, who died on a cross for all of us and to wipe out our Sins and take them with him. It is about the joy of giving not receiving, even thou we expect a two way street on this one. It is not all about getting material things in exchange for giving them, it is about emotionally giving, morally exchanging and comforting each other through all pain and suffering too.

                   So, here is what I think we should all do on Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and into the New Year. We should all be warmer to one another, treat each other like a sister or brother, listen to each others prayers and needs and then as best we can try to heed. Listen to the pain of others, who have lost sisters, brothers, fathers and mothers, help them bear their pain. For only the love we give will always remain.

             So let me say this on this Christmas Eve, of 2016, and to all who grieve, remember the loved ones that you lost, and remember those left behind too. But stay prepared for tomorrow and let life, and love and honesty and truth, carry you through!

        America is slowly fading in the midst, our way of life can not resist the pressures and stresses placed upon us. There have been countless kingdoms and more on the planet earth, Ancient Civilizations that have faded from existence and died off will we be one too?

               The Incas, The Aztecs, The American Indians, The Romans too, all had powerful nations with many resources, and all have died away. Why, because they got too big for their britches, or, they got too drunk in their power and believed no one could equal them. By doing so, they defeated themselves and that is sad in the world’s history these days.

             The American Public and Democracy, must thrive to survive, but as it does it must grow and bring others along with it, spreading it’s ways and thoughts to the world or die off in isolation. Borders are fine for all nations and this includes American it is also a fact that countries that expand too far also die off, for you can’t make everyone happy and content under a system you believe if they don’t

              As we move forward into 2017, and leave behind the Obama Era and his Presidency, we must face the reality or the Trump era beginning, and what it may bring. What we are about to enter is a  throw back era to 20 to 30 years ago without the same economy or social environment to help us. So we must settle for what we have and realize Trump will disassemble a lot of it, and try to install his beliefs and ways on the American Public. I must remind the Trump people and the President Elect, this is not the old days of the 1950s and 1960s, Please don’y try to redo what was done back then it won’t fly in the world economy we are in today.

            Also, Mr. President elect, I would recommend and ask you to not reduce Social Security the Elder American People depend on, nor should you touch Medicare or Medicaid. You wish to replace Obama Care because it doesn’t work and is costing too much, but I tell you Mr. trump before you do, you better have a replacement program with better coverage and affordable in hand and implemented before you do, or the American tax payer and the middle class and below will be without. Wake Up Please!

               While I am writing this I have a few minor issues too for you Mr. President Elect Trump, 1) Get a damn haircut and look Presidential. 2) Stop tweeting like a child playing with a new toy, and start working on plans for the country. Your not a sixteen to 30 year old get off Twitter! You now have the greatest podium in the world from which to speak from, use it properly, don’t humiliate and embarrass your people and your country on the World stage. 3) All your billionaire appointments will not pass muster with Congress for one reason or another be prepared to face an uphill battle here. Get back-ups ready, who can fill the positions and actually do the jobs.

              In closing i did not vote for you to be President of The United States of America, nor do I believe at any point, manner, or way are your really Qualified to be President. A Bushiness Degree from Wharton College is not good enough to run a country in my mind and heart. In my opinion you have one hell of a hill to climb to reach the level of  president, and you should know that before you walk into the Oval Office.

                   I can’t change the Election results neither can anyone who voted for Hillary Clinton like i did. But I can say this to the Electors who should have changed it, ya all gutless wonders in my opinion and should have changed it for the People you serve. As the 270 electors who went ahead and voted Trump through I say this to you, you are now fully responsible for whatever this childish acting individual does as President of the United States, you bear the blame for whatever stupid things he will do. so I hope you, can bear the pain and suffering and disrespect he will bring to our country and people, on your souls not mine.

 

 

         OK, folks it is Christmas of 2016, and I want to say just a few things. First and foremost to all who read this, thank you for doing so. Second, Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ! may your Holiday season be filled with Joy, and your children have laughter, every little girl and boy. May Peace .be at your home and in your heart, and may the New Year bring a fabulous start. May the memories of the lost ones you have lost, bring a smile to your face and not a tear to your eyes. May you wake up happy and content with any surprise.

          May any demons that follow you get lost, along the road, and may life let you grow happy and old. May the Season bring you love, happiness and content, just in case you didn’t understand what I meant !

              All I want for the Holidays is what you all shall hear right here ! I want my wife healthy and with me, as we fight her cancer and she survives. I want my daughters to be at Peace and happy with their partners they love and the grand kids to laugh and know they are loved. I also want to remember those who have died, who look down on us all with happiness and pride. I pray all will know the love they deserve, as the new year starts, and we all do our parts.

   Around the world, enemies of the United States, are wringing their hands in happiness and joy, awaiting January 20th, 2017, when Donald trump takes over as the American President. They all await his ineptness and stupidity, and the right to laugh at him.  It is coming folks, business college does not prepare you to be President of The United States. Americans made a big mistake when they elected this man and we all will pay for it I am sure.

       He has no experience in dealing with Politics what so ever or in dealing with World Leaders of any kind. He is about to be bam-bozzled by Putin and many others will follow that example and get over on him. Mark my words, we are in for the four worst years in American History coming up, this is a man who wants to use nukes and can’t understand why we won’t, what did that old show say : Danger, danger, Will Robinson Danger! Well welcome to it America, you choose him!. Sadly we shall watch us fall in world stature and position and economy under this man. Our education standards are already low, they will drop more. The only thing Trump will do is listen to his billionare friends and make more money for the rich and screw the american middle class and lower, mark my words folks it’s coming, if you have a mortgage pay it off, if you have bills pay them off or get screwed, it’s coming.

            I used to dream of simple things, like having a family and being a king. I used to dream of simpler things, like a wife and kids and a white picket fence, a rocking chair for her and I and a life and happiness that would not die. But you see those dreams did come true, they just didn’t last for me. Today my dream is simple again, it’s to care for my cancer riddled wife and to be a hopeful and helpful man. each day to feed her, take care of her you see, and never to worry about me.Are my dreams too much Oh Lord, that, I can’t have them these days?  Or is this just another twist and turn, you throw at me , in the final phase? I be 60 now Lord and I have run my days, my back hurts bad and my breathing is slow, but through all my aches and all pains, I just want to stay with my wife to her dying end, for she has helped me and we did all we did, together dear Lord, is it too hard a request, to stay with the person I love the best? It is so hard Lord to watch one, you love, slowly waste away, headed to you up above! What shall I do once she be gone, and how will I ever really hold on, she is all to me and I to she, Tell me OH Lord, what shall be?
