Mississippi/ Alabama Speak Today!

Today is March 13th, 2012, and the  Republican Primaries continue with still fout candidates on the ballots, why? I find it hard to believe that  the Republican Party ina nd of itself is not pressuring these candidates to suspend their runs. How much of a chance does a candidate at this point who has won no states or only one state have at the nomination, none. Mitt Romney needs to convey to Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich they will get their say at the convention come August and the Party will listen.

Then we run dead into Rick Santorum. Why this man wants to split the Republican Party into two factions is beyond me. Santorum needs to pack his suitcases and leave the race just as badly as the other two really. Sadly he wants to keep pushing his religious views and thoughts on others, and still run on his so called social issues. We don’t need a candidate out there talking abortion, child care, child rights and putting down women’s rights. His views on abortion, and whether women should have a right to one  are so far fetched and out there, we can not go back to the 1940’s Mr. Santorum and treat women like we own them and they have no rights.

As the South begins it’s statement today on Republicans in the race by holding their primaries, they need to focus on the economy, jobs, eating and places to live. I understand the South’s pride and refusual to want to take charity, but in the end, you can’t beat Mother Nature on your own and you can’t beat Father Time either nor can you beat Uncle Sam with it’s laws, rights and ways. VOte for Romney down there and you may get a fair shake to earn your way out of poverty, and pain, anyone else and you may end up not getting anywhere!.

The Republican Primary Season has been entertaining and interesting with so many different views from these four remaining candidates. Now that all of them have had a say and made numerous speeches, attending 20 debates, and drawn out this contest beyond a respectful process, is is indeed time to get together and back one man, Mitt Romney. Face the facts, Mr. Paul, Mr. Gingrich and Mr. Santorum, no matter how you do the math, even magically in the end Mitt Romney has the lead and the race to the finish in hand. The delegate count itself is in his favor as I believe the American public is realizing and so should you too.

If you want a fair chance at The Presidency and beating President Obama, I would reccommend you wake up and back Romney and give him time to debate, and fight President Obama now. Sadly, the foolish pride of people who can’t win the nomination based on their own faults and problems and the way the Republican Party feels about it’s own, will destroy any chances the party has of running a fair race against President Obama.

As Mississippi, and Alabama get ready to speak this evening, they need to realize what I am saying here is correct. Across the USA, these Southerners, are being portrayed as southern idiots or dim witted hillibillies, and I hope they see it on television. The South has to stand tall and proud this election and make the best choice for it’s own reasons. But the cruelity of television and advertising, must have by now stung the people of thes etwo states. They show them on CNN and other channels as toothless, senseless and slow witted people who can’t understand the differences between the candidates. I think they can undertand it all, but are still being disrespected. If your in Mississippi or Alabama you need yo wake up and represent yourselves better to the public, the nation an dthe world and stop these television stations and newscasts from treating you all, as hillibillies and old time rebels.

You may have a favorite Southern Son, in Newt Gingrich from Georgia in this race, but he has far too much baggage to get the Republican Nomination and we all know it. Southern women need to look at Rick Santorum and tell him he can’t stop you from aborting children from rapes and you determine what to do with your body and child not him or his religion. Ron Paul is too old and liberal to be a true Republican and we all know he will never get the Nomination and so does he. He just wants a say at the platform at the Convention. In the end every Republican knows only one candidate has a pig’s eye cahnce in winning the Nomination and it is Mitt Romney, give it to him sooner than later, and he may have a chance or a fair run at the presidency if you let him.

America-Fate or Destiny?

Can we as people change who we are and what is deemed as Destiny in this World we live in? Is there a way to control what happens each day to each of us and make it all work out right, or does fate and destiny control what is to come and happen?

Science would say there is no such thing as fate or destiny, we control our own futures by the actions we do each and every moment we are alive. But is that true or isn’t it is the real question. STop and think just through American History, what could or would be different if we controlled our own futures.

Would George Washington have been our First President? MOre than likely not, due to his war record alone. He was a smart man who did many things correctly, but he didn’t win a battle in war for our Independence until the end.

What of Thomas Jefferson, a man who wrote the Constitution of the United States, yet had faults himself of owning slaves and loving one also. His faults gave birth to the Declaration if Independence and more. He expanded America and gave us hopes for the future but, he was no more perfect than you or I.

Benjamin Franklin not an American President, but a genius in his own right, who invented spectacles, electricity, wrote papers and books and guided the American Revolution by going to France and more. Ben gave up much to be who he was , including his own son and wife in the end, so America could be here.

As History goes on we have many  who sacrificed and became Presidents, died because they believed in the ideal that became America and more. John Henry,Abe Lincoln, Sam Adams,James Garfield, the Roosevelts, Kennedys, and Martin Luther King JR.. Each man, woman or child who stood for the freedoms and rights all have today in America deserves to be remembered and honored in their own ways. It is the contributions of each individual, that raises the United States each day to the high position we hold in World and humanity, and societies. It’s a gift America can teach the world, that if we the people can stand united and contribute, communicate and make what is America, then so can others do the same for themselves.

This though brings us back to fates, destinies and what can be versus what is and what may be. If we look back in World History, we have the Aztecs, The Incas, The Romans and more, all who rose to great positions of power and strength, to tumble back down into heaps and destruction. Over confidence in their knowledge and positions of power, caused collapses of great civilizations on this planet. America, and specifically the United States, needs not to get too cocky or pushy, or overbearing, or we too shall tumble from the ranks of the best civilizations of the world.

I must remind Americans, first and foremost, before you all forget, it took all nationalities, all colors, all races to form and make what is America today. The color of your skin means nothing, the nationality you were born with is nice but again means nothing in the end, what unites all here is one thing and one thing only, Freedom, Democracy, the right to choose your own education and religion too. America is great and the best in the world, not because we say so, but because it is inevitable with so many participating in this great Republic experiment the forefathers came up with, the result is here to see.

So whether it is Fate, or Destiny, we shall never ever fully know, yet there is one thing the World shall always know, and pay witness to, is, The United States is here and has been now for over 200 years and counting still. When the time comes that America crumbles or falls from its position in societies in the world, there shall always be that one shinning moment, like Kennedy said, Called America.

Embarassing Republicans !!!!!!

Across America there is a scramble and fight going on for the Republican Nomination for President of the United States. As this scrap, scramble, fight goes, we have four so-called grown men making a mess of each other and their party. The Republicans are looking like the Stooges in an old slapstick movie, and it isn’t getting any prettier either. Do they really belive, honestly that the way this is going they will have a leg to stand on up against, President Obama?

It’s become one serial comedy act after another for these four candidates. In my book three of them should pack up and go home, quickly and leave Mitt Romney to run. but like in the old Stooges films, Curley=Gingrich, Larry=Santorum, Paul=Shemp, and Moe=Romney all have their own little comedy bits in this act, they won’t stop playing!.

Listen Curley=Gingrich, Larry=Santorum and Shemp=Paul, stop hindering the only candidate among you Moe=Mitt Romney, or your party will not have any chance at winning period!. Your like a bunch of kids from the Family Circus in the Sunday Papers, running around going he did it, no he did it!. Face reality and lets move on ok. If Curley=Gingrich or Larry=Santorum want a chance at the Republican nomination they should take it in the next election cycle, not now. As to Shemp=Paul, well at his age I don’t blame him for wanting a say at the convention, I would too, for it will probably be his last one.

Larry=Santorum wants to push his ideas and morals on the American people, relating to religion and child-birth and abortion. Sorry Larry, but you are going to fight a losing battle there, abortion and the right to plan a family and the female body belongs to the females. Women need to get together in a public forum or convention and argue out when it is right for them to abort a child or fetus, we men shouldn’t have any say unless the child is a result of a marriage period. I know if I was forcefully impregnated by being raped by someone I wouldn’t want to keep the child either, it just gets hated as it gets older.

Then we have Curley=Gingrich, he falls asleep at events and forgets where he is and why. Come on now Curley, you know you don’t have the energy and strength to be President nor the backing to win either, the money is drying up now anyway for you. Mr. Gingrich all due respect for your past political career and life, but don’t you really think it’s time to retire?

Shemp=Mr. Ron Paul, Sir, I respect your age, your experience and you as a man as I am sure all of America and the World does now, but , if you must stay in this race to the White House, we can all understand. Your earned it by running decently every time you have. You can hold you head high in public and private sir, there is no shame in saying ok, I can’t win the nomination, I shall suspend my run.

I know both Shemp=Ron Paul and Curley=Gingrich are more than likely still running to get their say in the Republican Platform in August at the Convention. Moe=Mitt Romney should by now realize that is what these two want, and should sit down with them and let them have their say at the convention. As to Larry=Rick Santorum, well, he runs just to run and have fun too in my opinion, but his views are not republican views one hundred percent. If Moe=Mitt Romney has a brain in his head he will offer Larry=Rick Santorum something good to step aside and back him for election come November.

As long as the Stooges keep stopping Moe=Mitt Romney or trying to stop him from getting the Nomination, they are destroying their party in the eyes of Americans everywhere, by looking childish, foolish and idiotic, like little kids squabbling over who’s in charge in a  game. Games up boys, now, calm down, and behave, or America, will treat you as the spoiled little kids you are and send you to your rooms, whether you want it or not!. Wake up, boys, the clock is ticking!.

Electronics/ Staples

Across the world, people including Americans are getting lazy and fat it seems. Almost every home owns a Television, a Game Console and more, and it is sapping the AMerican Spirit and energy from the people.

So many Gaming Consoles and video games are out, that you go into people’s homes to visit and you find them on and the owners staring at a screen. We have Televisions of all types and sizes, and flat panels too, monitors from computers on and towers too.  Sadly no one has time or the will to even read books anymore, it is all electronic information. My wonder is what is this doing to the children and people of the world?

Is it right when a five-year old child looks at you and says get me an X-Box, or a Playstation?. What happened to the child who wanted a ball, a sled, ice skates or to explore the woods and lands around them? What happened to the child who would read books, yes real books, and even comics for pleasure. What happened to children playing dodge ball, and hide and seeks and  1,2,3 Red Light? They don’t exist anymore do they?

When I was a child our parents didn’t buy us electronic gadgets and games like that. Nor did they encourage you to stare at a television daily. We were told to go out play ball, find friends, explore the world but stay safe. We weren’t babysat by electronic gaming systems, or computers, we were given puzzles and Erector Sets, and building blocks. What happened to Lego, Erector Sets, Puzzles and more?. Today it’s give me X-Box, PlayStation or WII. Sad isn’t it?

Next subject, talking about Electronics and people. I will say this once and it has been true since about ten years ago now, I will not shop at Walgreen ever again and haven’t since ten years ago. The next store to join this list happened yesterday, I had bought a product with a Staples two-year warranty on it, and when I was sold it I was told bring it back if anything goes wrong with it and we will take it and return your money. I was refused by the Store’s General Manager and turned away rudely if I may say so. Sadly Staples is now on my no more shopping list and they will lose more customers I am sure once it gets out.

Staples use to be a decent store with decent people, who knew how to handle customers, properly, Now they have changed their employees and are rude, individuals who don’t care what you bought or how much you spent. When you sell someone a two-year warranty on a product and tell them it will cover the damage to it or failure of it to work, and then they bring it back telling you it doesn’t work, take it back. Don’t argue with the customer and refuse to take it back and make them call the company that made it!. Again, people are ruder than ever before in the history of businesses and ruin companies reputations. Not only did this incident at Staples cost them myself as a customer, it cost them customers they didn’t realize, my relatives, my friends and people who don’t even know me, soon. I guess Staples and their General Manager saved 400 bucks by not taking the Tablet back, but it will cost them thousands on thousands in customers next.

Syria is not our War!

Syria and its problems and the solution it’s government is enforcing on its citizens is wrong!. Innocent people being bombed and shot upon by planes, tanks and soldiers is wrong period. But, so would America stepping in and stopping it be wrong, we are not the police force of the world or protectors of the world, nor do we have the money, manpower, or time to fight the Syrian Government half a world away from us!.

John McCain thinks we should get involved by air strikes and bomb Assad out of office and out of this world. I disagree with the fine Senator from Arizona. We have tried this action in the past Senator McCain and all due respect to you for your service and time in government here in America, but, we are not the policemen of the world!. We had different circumstances in the past, but the same situations, in Korea, Vietnam and we lost thousands if not millions of Americans fighting a war and policing nations we had no damn business in. Afghanistan is now a quagmire in and of itself that America needs to get out of immediately.  So why step into a new mess in Syria and kill more Americans and make more enemies out of middle eastern folks? We don’t need it Senator McCain, get the United Nations to do it and the other MIddle Eastern Nations around Syria to shut Assad down, we can negotiate, and direct, we can not enter the war nor should we.

We have our own war of a type to fight here in America and our own battlefields too. Our war zones is in jobs, manufacturing, trade agreements and putting Americans back to work. Our war zones should be the economy and stopping homelessness, hunger and health problems for our own people not another nations. Sadly, because Americans in Government elected by the people, believe we are the big brother of the world and the super power, we have to help end these conflicts and disasters, we don’t, nor should we!. We don’t have the resources anymore Senator McCain to spend limitless dollars on another countries problems and especially one that doesn’t care two cents about us.

In the past American Presidents have made some smart choices and stayed out of wars we do not belong in and it has paid off for America. In this case, this President is correct, get us out of Iraq, out of Afghanistan and keep us out of Syria, no ground troops or weapons allowed, Americans can’t afford it and rebuild our economy and status in the world at the same time!.
