It’s time, I think it’s time for President Trump to listen to someone else, other than Ann Coulter of Fox Commentary fame. He needs to wake up and realize he has zero accomplishments as President of The United States and numerous defeats and loses. Trump needs to realize, just because Ann Coulter told him, ” Mr. President if you don’t build your wall, you will have no legacy” that in fact he will have none anyway even if he finishes the border fence he is repairing and painting.

If President Trump wants to leave a legacy though he should do two things vitally important to America’s future and the world’s too.

#1) Pass Comprehensive Gun Background Checks/ laws, red laws and ban all sales of military type weapons including semi automatic weapons of any kind. Pass licensing laws for guns and make all who own them register them. Stop the sale of magazines that carry multiple rounds. Shut down Gun Show Sales also. Include Mental Health Checks to own a gun of any kind also.

#2) Rejoin the Paris Accord and start the march to Climate Control. Science is now stating we have eleven years till we hit a climate crisis beyond repair and how far after that, does mankind survive on the planet earth?

President Trump, I know you have your pride, I know you think you know it all, you really don’t. Wake up please!

Why do I ask you to wake up and realize all of this, it is for the people of the world, it is for all Americans, it is for our families and the future of mankind. Let me say this President Trump, when people in the world look back on your Presidency, what will they see and think and how will history paint you? You want to improve the historic look at your Presidency and your life as a man, do the two things above immediately. If not, well, the history books of America will paint you as the Worst President in American History, because you have isolated America from the world, given up our leadership position to others, and failed in so many areas it is sad. Do you ever stop to think President Trump, what history will paint you as in the History books?

I won’t ramble on in anger here President Trump, I won’t chase you around and try to force you into doing anything you do not wish to do. Yet, I will remind you of the following: The Trump family, yes your family has children and grandchildren and will maybe have great grandchildren and future generations, do you want them to have a planet to live on safely, and with an environment they can breath and live in? If, so then start the work on Climate Change and save earth!

Do you want your children and grandchildren and future generations, having to dodge bullets on our streets, to get shot and killed by people with military bullets and their bodies to be torn apart by them? It’s time for Gun Laws, it’s time for banning of all semi-automatic weapons and military weapons from our streets, it’s time for Comprehensive Background checks,Red Laws, and more. Shut down the Gun Show Sales, and the sale of all these military style weapons and large magazines, and bumper stocks.

For President Trump I submit to you this, how soon will it be before a Trump Family member turns up to be a victim of a shooting spree by a deranged and mentally ill person, or a mad man angered over his job loss, or just someone who thinks they are protecting themselves and their rights, that accidently takes out a Trump family member or someone close to you, like a personal friend.?

Pass Background Checks and Mental Health Checks for carrying or owning a weapon now. Pass them, Mr. President and save lives and make American streets safer now! Call Senator McConnell and Graham and all Republicans, tell them do it now!

There is an old saying out there, it goes something like this: We all have regrets, and things we wish we never did, and end up having to live with!

Such should be the refrain and words of all of the Trump supporters and Loyalists who today still support him. As I go to places like hospitals and stores and more, I see people few they be though so far, wearing new Trump 2020 hats and I shake my head and walk away. I guess they don’t mind being the few, and isolated.

I have spoken to many Trump supporters over the last almost three years now and one who is a very good friend of mine. I always ask them the same thing, and I always get the same answer when I do. My Question I ask always is a simple thing, What has Donald J. Trump actually accomplished since being sworn in as President?

You know what I get for an answer and I find it funny,the economy, he made the economy better! My reply is bullshit, jobs are not coming back as he promised people, and on top of all of this, The Economy we currently have belongs to Barack H. Obama and was built and sustained by President Obama over his term.

Now tell me what else has the Great and Glorious Donald J. Trump accomplished besides the so called economy folks? Come on I am waiting………

Jobs nope. bringing back jobs, nope. climate change and improvements nope, Medical Insurance for all nope. Saving Social Security and Medicare and Medicaid nope, he wants them all destroyed. so where are his accomplishments as President please!.

Lets see he has screwed up relations with Britain, Germany, and all our allies. He has tariffed all of the above plus our enemies such as China and others raising prices for all americans for food and other goods. So, no accomplsiments here in these areas.

Where can we find any real accomplishments for Trump to claim as his, I know what Trump supporters will say, The Wall, he is building the wall. No, he is repairing and painting a fence and costing american taxpayers by doing so. He did not get Mexico to build a wall or pay for it. He failed. We the American Taxpayers are paying for his wall or fence whichever he wants to call it. Why Because he failed!. A little clue Trump Supporters, people will dig under, go over, go around by sea to enter America wall or no wall, they will come and get in, the wall/fence is worthless and only a way for Trump to distract from his losing, lying ways. Plus he has angered Mexico and Canada with tariffs on their goods they sell here too.

What I say is ALL TRUMP SUPPORTERS, WHO VOTED FOR HIM, SHOULD ADMIT THEIR MISTAKE, HANG THEIR HEAD IN SHAME AND HIDE!

You know what americans, what we should do, we should give Trump the same and his most famous line of his life, come November 3rd, 2020, You’re, Fired!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there a solution to the climate change problems the world is having right now? Is there a way to make the world a less carbon based place for mankind to survive on? If so, isn’t it a fact that the more human beings on the planet the worst the situation becomes and that population control will have to be a part of the answer?

Mankind expels carbon dioxide, trees live off of it and they produce the oxygen we need to breath and stay alive on, that folks is a fact. My solution for climate change involves some no candidates for President will discuss, why because they are not thinking in the right direction.

First step is as all have said, ban all use of fossil fuels. Which means converting mankind to electric heat, electric furnaces and electric cars or another mode of transportation. In the past we have seen inventive ways of travel, from electric trains and scooters to bicycles in the past, mankind will have to use them to get anywhere if we wish to survive. What needs invented is anti gravity vehicles, that have no emissions at all. I know far fetched right but, mankind is inventive are we not, I have seen flying scooters in France and Europe on television, why not expand that into flying cars?

These are just starts of course and no one can seem to find a way to fund all of these conversions in such a small period of time. Money will be hard to come up with that is sure.

Some are saying use Nuclear Power, problem is the rods folks, mankind can’t get rid of them and they are deadly to humans and the planet itself. Where do you get rid of and destroy them? If you go Nuke Power folks, it must be a nuke power without rods left over and it must be powered by a fuel that can be used up. Is that possible, as Mr. Yang mentioned.

Paying for all the changes mankind will have to make to save the planet we live on will be vital to humanity’s survival. We have to find a way to clean our oceans worldwide, and our air too. The land masses will reduce and the battles for survival will increase and become vicious and intense. People will be fighting over land masses and property to live on and how to defend it for themselves and their future generations. Once the Oceans rise and the water encroaches on the land masses the land masses will reduce by large amounts not only in America but worldwide. So where do all the people go?

I have an idea and maybe I am just a fool or idiot or many will say I don’t know a damn thing but, first and most of all we must stop polluting the planet it’s oceans and air. Secondly we must make new oxygen by planting trees as many as humanly possible. Trees have a major impact not only on the amount of oxygen in our atmosphere but also on using up water and holding land masses together. Plant trees folks as many as you can that will last a long time and grow fast.

The atmosphere must be scrubbed clean of pollution, in order to do so fossil fuels must die, emissions from them must die and in the end it may still not be enough. So we must find a way to build plants or facilities that can scrub and clean ort air for use and recycle it, removing pollutants and adding oxygen and the right air mixtures mankind needs to breath.

I purpose facilities be built, that have a system of , major suction of the air, major filters to capture the pollutants in and then once cleaned the air may be discharged back into earth’s atmosphere for use by mankind. You can call it an air scrubber facility, but it must be built in such a way as we control what comes out of the discharge sides. Am I crazy, I think not.

Think of it this way. Each major continent on the planet needs to build these units and do so fast. Ok first question, where do you build them right? Simple shut down all the oil fields and rigs. Take down all the rigs and build over them, For every oil field in America and each oil producing country, have air cleaning facilities and mechanisms built. That way no more access to fossil fuels/ oil and stop all fracking period for we are stripping the planet of it’s minerals too fast, slow it down folks and change our ways or watch mankind die on a husk of a planet we call earth.

Am I panicking, not really, but the scientist and leaders of the world should be, by all estimates 11 years to a tragic ending for all mankind is a very short time. 11 years from now how old will your youngest child be or grandchild? Where will they live if the land masses are gone, what will they eat, what struggles will they be going through or are we as a human race condemning them to face their end and the end of the only planet known to support human life, for the next closest planet that may support human life is over 350 billion miles away in space, and that one is just a maybe, not a fact proven yet. And How will mankind reach a planet that far away in time?

So where do our future human beings go next, how do they survive and what will they do when the oceans rise, the land masses decrease and the food disappears and the air we breath becomes less breathable? You tell me humanity, tell me, what kind of a planet are we leaving our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren or will there be no more future generations, of mankind on earth?

We all want to leave a legacy for our future generations on a personal level we try to at least. As men and women we want to pass down traits, looks, skills and talents, generation to generation and then, we try to pass on material possessions also. we try to leave our children homes, property, or money, or things we treasure, but do we stop and think, are we leaving our children, grandchildren or great grandchildren a plant they can survive on? Will we the current generation of human beings on Earth, strip the earth of all resources and minerals and pollute and destroy the waters and air so badly that the future we leave, will be a dead planet, with no land masses or air to breath? What are we doing people, what are we, as humans doing, to the only place in our known universe that supports human life, we are killing it and ourselves, if we do not, turn it around now.

Greed kills, and ignorance makes all blind to the truth. face the Truth, make changes, act now and save the only planet we have.

Just so no idiots misunderstand it: No one is saying you can’t own a pistol, a rifle or shotgun for hunting, self protection or for use at a gun range. What people don’t want is military style weapons, :IE AK-47s and Ar-15s sold on our streets and being used to murder innocent children, women and families.
The Second Amendment does not say you have the right to own military weapons. It does say you have a right to bear arms, but for the forming of a militia. That is what the United States Armed forces are. So re read the damn Second Amendment idiots and back up.
I guarantee if that next child, wife, father, brother or sister that is shot by a military weapon is your family member you will then want the damn military weapons off the streets too.

The NFL starts it’s one hundredth season tonight as the Green Bay Packers head into Chicago to face the Bears.

Will the Packers Defense stop the Bears Offense, or not?

Many will be watching as the new season gets underway, there are millions upon millions of fans out here for sure and I am one, also.

So, each season I try to watch as much as my life and my wife will allow me to, lol. But, I follow the league and of course my favorite team, which I will not name for this blog, lol.

The purpose of this is a shot at predicting winners and losers in each game for fun! I do not condone nor recommend anyone using my picks for gambling purposes of any kind period, so all understand. What I do is, look at the games, try to figure out who will win based on what I see as the strengths and weaknesses of each team. I am not a pronogisator nor a predictor folks, just a sports fan is all.

First game is tonight, I see a strong Chicago team hosting a Green Bay Packer team that is partially rebuilding. Rodgers is a strong Quarterback and if his o-line holds up he can score points. The Bears have a Quarterback that is good and steady also who makes fewer turnovers every year he plays. Defensively the Bears have a more solid defense than the Packers. I say, Bears over Packers to open the season especially since they are in the Windy city. 21-14 Bears win

The Sunday games begin at 1 pm and are as follows:

Rams vs Panthers-, I see the Rams as the winner in this one based on defense and Goff their QB. Look for a 24 to 7 Rams victory.

Redskins vs. Eagles, I see the Eagle running over and around the Redskins, figure 30 to 10 maybe.

Bills vs Jets- I think and if i am wrong most would pick the Bills here, personally I like the Jets, why, their new running back will run through the Bills defense. Jets Win

Falcons vs Vikings- I believe the Vikings at home will be hard to beat at home and they will have a top 3 Defense awaiting the Falcons. Cousins will have a good opening day. Vikings win

Ravens vs Dolphins- in Miami, I see this as a real no contest here, The Ravens are always a defensive power and their offense is now built up more. Ravens by at least 10 for the win.

Chiefs vs Jaguars- In Jacksonville. Nick Foles will try to win, but the Chief’s defense will get to him. Meanwhile Mahomes will be playing a game of catch with his receivers. Chiefs win opener easily here!

Titans vs Browns, an interesting contest here, The Titans have injuries and are not a stable team right now. The Browns are up and coming and I think can make the playoffs. Browns by 10 is my choice.

The four o’clock games are as follows:

Colts vs. Chargers- The Luckless Colts will try vainly to show they can still put up points, but The Chargers defense will be too much for them. Rivers for two TDs and I say one running for Chargers. Chargers 21-3

Bengals vs Seahawks- You go into Seattle and try to beat the Seahawks and your the Bengals, you may as well just phone this one in. I don’t see the Bengals as a challege at all, Russel Wilson for 3 tds by air here, Seahawks 24 to 6 over Bengals

49ers vs. Tampa Bay- This one could be a toss up game, why, all depends on Winston and his play. The 49ers will have their starter back at QB and he will be ready. Defense may determine this game, I think 49ers are better by a bit. San Fran 14 to 10

Giants vs Cowboys- Giants and Eli will have one hard time in Dallas, the Giants Defense will have a harder time stopping Dallas’s rushing attack, Dallas 28-10 for the win.

Lions vs Cardinals- Murray will be ready, but will the Lions Defense get to him is the whole story here. Stafford is a great QB, and can produce against Cardinals defense. In a close one count the Lions the victor here, 14 -10 I think.

8pm Sunday night

Steelers vs Patriots- Say hello to Tom Brady in New England folks at 42 and still throwing, Brady will be in this contest. Roethlisberger is a damn good QB in himself and this could be a shootout. Who has the better defense will determine this one and I predict it will be a close one. I hate to say it but, Pittsburgh by a field goal to win.

Monday September 7th

Texans vs Saints- Look for the Saints to put on a show here. Brees is ready to rumble and wants back in the Super Bowl. The Texan’s Watson is not up to par health wise and not as good as Brees. Saints by 14 over Texans

Broncos vs. Raiders- Flaco will throw for yardage and score in this one, maybe two tds. As to the Raiders, Jon Gruden will be searching for a defense to stop opponents in my opinion. Broncos win, I believe 14 to 3.

So there you have my opening picks for the NFL Season, I do not want anyone to depend on my picks, I warn all, don’t use them to gamble please!

It will be an interesting season for sure this year, for the Favorites will always be New England, Kansas City, Dallas, Rams. Chargers, Bears, but time will tell what happens. enjoy I say, the NFl is always an adventure.

Labor Day weekend has passed in 2019, the children are back in schools and the year is advancing quickly toward the coming 2020 election cycle. As it does, how many families with one or more child are worried they may get a call one day, that their child is trapped in a school, with a shooter loose?

How many Americans have the above worry as parents in America? How many worry when they go grocery shopping or shopping at a mall or a store that a shooter could be waiting to come and shoot people randomly, for some stupid reason or because they have a mental illness or are angry over something? How many Americans are now scared and living in fear of guns of all types, and worried their lives or the life of a loved one may disappear suddenly, leaving them alone to grieve?

These are the questions Americans must answer regarding guns in America now! These are the worries of Americans and concerned citizens of our country, and my question is this, Why do Americans need to fear these circumstances and stand around and allow Congress, The Senate and House of Representatives and the President, to not act to create stiffer background checks, red laws and mental health checks for owning a gun? Why don’t we have licensing requirements for owning guns, why do we have military weapons being sold on the streets, why are there no ways to stop Gun Shows, Gun Shops, Gun Lobbyist, The NRA, and street thugs from selling or buying military weapons and doing as they please, shooting innocents on our streets? Why can Senator Mitch McConnell the Senate Leader, stand before us all and say I won’t put a law or bill before the Senate, regarding background checks or gun laws unless President Trump says, he will sign it?

Don’t you think President Trump should pass background checks, red laws and mental health checks to own a gun? Don’t you wonder why they aren’t doing this to make America more safe? I know I am wondering, what it will take for President Trump, Senator McConnell and Speaker Nancy Pelosi, to get together and hammer out responsible and much needed gun laws and requirements, aren’t you? How many more Americans must be shot and killed before they react and move, upwards of 85 percent of Americans want it done, so why isn’t it being done?

You want to make your streets safe again, you want military weapons gone from them, you want to be able to feel your child is safe in school and you safe to go shopping again? Or to a concert or beach or Mall again?

Look up your Representatives, your Senators, Your Governors and your Mayors folks, Call Them, Petition them, demand BackGround Checks and Mental Health Checks to own a gun! Demand Red Laws Now!

Or the next child or person you see shot by a military weapon like an AR-15, or a AK-47 and torn to ribbons and murdered can be your family member, you friend, your relative, or child.

Wake Up, Fight back, Make the Senate and The House and The President react and get it done. Everytime they speak, ask them for gun laws, background checks, red laws, ask them for mental health checks to own a gun! Don’t let them stand at a mic on television, radio or at a political event or on the streets and talk, and ignore it, force it into their conversations and keep the pressure up.

Tell all of them, including President Trump, The NRA has to be stopped, the gun shows must end, the sale of military weapons on American streets must end, before it’s too late and it’s someone you know and love who, you must bury next! Stop taking money from the NRA for your elections and wake up!

My last question here is this that you can ask to President Trump, Senator McConnell, any Republican, or gun supporter out there, Would you write and back better background checks, mental health checks, red laws and licensing and registration of all weapons and ban military weapons from sale on our streets if it is your wife or husband, or child or relative that was killed with one? Would you react then and is that what you are waiting for?

Gun violence is not stopping or slowing down in America! Another report of a boy in Alabama killing five of his family members with a gun and then calling it in and saying he heard shots in his home, then admitting he shot them all. Does anyone else see a pattern here in America, of unneeded gun violence and availability of guns, plus unstable behavior mentally?

In each and every case of gun violence two factors stand out in America these days.

#1) Guns are plentiful and seem available to all ages and people in America and it is happening more and more each day, especially under President Trump’s Administration and time in office! Why is that I wonder?

#2) Racial tensions are higher than they have been since the 1960’s! Under President Trump, who speaks in racial tones, and attacks people of color it is getting worse not better!

#3) Hate, bigotry and anger is growing in America since Trump took office.

#4) Trump refuses to acknowledge Gun Laws are needed, Red Laws are needed, and Background and Mental Health checks are needed before anyone should be allowed to buy a gun of any sort in America.

#5) Military type weapons such as the AK-47 and the AR-15 have no place on America’s streets, and should not be sold at gun shows, gun shops, or privately in America. No American has a right to carry a military type weapon unless they are in the Military period.

#6) I know the Second Amendment folks,; It reads: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. , Nowhere in it does it say it applies to people owning military weapons and using them to kill fellow citizens on America streets.

#7) The Second Amendment was written in an era when America was defending itself from British Invasion and Control, it does not apply to today.

#8) If American Gun Owners read it again and clearly it states: A Well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free state, well, we have a well Regulated Militia Folks it’s called the United States Armed Forces! And they are the best in the World.

#9) The right to bear arms shall not be infringed, There is no infringement or anyone’s right to bear arms if military weapons such as the Ar-15 or the AK-47, are removed from gun shows, gun shops and the streets of America, gun owners can still own pitols and shotguns and rifles for hunting purposes, no one is saying they can’t or shouldn’t as long as they are registered and licensed and past background checks and use then for hunting or on gun ranges for sport or practice.

#10) The Gun Lobbyist, The Gun Manufacturers, the Gun Show Operators and Sellers, should all be banned from lobbying Congress in any way. The NRA should be told to back up, lives are being lost and that they have no right to stop the American People from passing laws needed to protect human life in America.

#11) President Trump said he favored Gun Laws, Background checks and Mental Health checks, then the NRA called and told him that wouldn’t be good for him or America, becaus ethey would cut off the funds to his re election coffers if it happened. so Trump ran like a coward, backed off and now won’t pass background checks, red laws or mental health checks or anything else to stop the senseless massacres in America?

#12) I leave all with a question now, Will Americans let the Gun Lobbyist, Manufacturers and the NRA control guns in America and more innocent americans die, and let President Trump turn a blind eye to the mass killings in America and do nothing, or will Americans finally rise up, and force Congress and President Trump to act on Gun Laws, red Laws, and BackGround checks?

#13) I leave you with one more thought here: If a gunman kills someone in your family or in a politician’s family, such as say, Rand Paul’s family, or President Trump’s family or Mitch McConnell’s family, do you think they will react for your family or their own? And how fast do you think Red Laws and Background checks and licensing and registration of guns and the outlawing of military weapons on our streets would happen if that happened, would take to come about?

#14) I bet you ten billion to one, if a politicians family member was shot by one of these mass shooters, with a military type weapon, like a AR-15. or a AK-47 , That Congress both the House and The Senate and The President would be screaming for gun laws and background checks and telling the NRA where to go in no time. And I bet then they would be rounding up and taking back all the military type weapons from Gun shows,Gun Stores and buying them back from all they could as fast as possible. anyone else want to deny what I am saying?

The National Football League will open it’s one hundredth season on Thursday night with one of the biggest NFL rivalries in its history as The Green Bay Packers take on The Chicago Bears.

Like the season opener I mentioned here, it will highlight two teams with great reputations over the years and I suspect both to be in contention come December. Yet, as we all know, football is a game folks, it is played at high speed and full brute force is a major part of it. Some players are well over 300 lbs. and bodies clash and hit at high speeds and full force. Injuries will happen, and if you don’t believe it, take a good look at the recent retirement of Andrew Luck, the former now, Quarterback of The Colts.

Twenty Nine Years old is young for a Quarterback to be retiring from the NFL and I do not blame Andrew Luck for doing so, I admire him for it. He did the right thing for himself and his family, he made his money and treated the sport of football as a job he had to do and wanted to do. In the end when your injuries hamper your performance and cause you pain you can not get relieved over a four to five year period like Andrew Luck has, I too, would have hung my shoulder pads and cleats up.

Players in the National Football League should take notice and be aware of the medical conditions of themselves at all times. Doesn’t matter how much money you make or have unless you are well enough to enjoy having it, in the end does it?

I love watching the National Football League Games when I can on Sundays and Thursdays too. The competition is fierce and tough and these teams field great athletes, but they must remember that at times, the money and fame is not worth the lifetime of pain.

Andrew Luck is young at 29 years old and to be retired, but, he has a whole life ahead of himself and he has nothing more to prove to himself or other athletes period. He wants to be healthy again, he wants to have children and a wife and a regular life, and I applaud Andrew Luck for doing what he did. for in retiring when he did Andrew Luck pointed out to all players in the League and in football at all levels, that your life and health and physical well being is worth more than any contract or amount of money someone can entice and tempt you with. It shows, that Andrew Luck at 29 years old was intelligent enough and mature enough to say I have had enough, I have made my money and I am suffering and don’t want to anymore, it’s time to move on. More players should consider what Andrew Luck did, for it isn’t worth it if you get up every morning in pain and anguish, and have to struggle to do normal everyday things, and can’t because of injuries you go playing football.

Football is a sport folks, it’s an entertainment people love to watch in America and around the world, yes a commodity being sold is all. There will always come a time in players lives, when their priorities shift and their health comes first and foremost, and for Andrew Luck to retire the way he did it was smart and intelligent and a way of saying goodbye to a game he loved, without giving up anymore of his health to the pain it could bring him.

With many who retire some go on to be announcers and commentators of the game due to their knowledge from playing it. So they do find a way to make money and a living off the sport they loved to play so much, in the end. Others move on and find other jobs in offices and companies they believe in, in the end, all learn that football is a game, a sport, a passion for them, but it is not worth losing your health to and your ability to live a normal after is vital.

All of the above said about Andrew Luck and his retirement and health problems, is true. Yet it will not make fans like myself or all the others who watch the sport and league stop watching it. We the fans are who it is being played for and for the money the game brings to the players and owners shows that. In the end, players retire all the time and the League keeps going, for it is a gladiator sport that many revel in and enjoy watching and as long as that fact remains, the league will stay in business.

In the end, The National Football League is a business, it’s a profits generating business folks, that is here to entertain, and make money and it does it well, no matter how big the salaries are for star players. Fans will watch, fans will laugh, they will cheer, they will cry and they will fear when their teams chances at the playoffs or Super Bowl rise and fall with each game played. It is a fact of the American sports fans and organizations, it is a fact of life.

So, in the end as a new season begins in The National Football League for its one hundredth year of existence, We all await the battles to come the plays that make us scream and holler and rant and rave and cry even. we all await the tension of the competition and that is what we all love about The National Football League and it’s teams and players.

Onward to a new Season, a new set of playoff games, and in the end a new Super Bowl and a new NFL Champion team in the end. It’s for the glory some may say, others will say it’s for the money, in the end, it’s all entertainment for the masses that love to watch. May all the players do what Andrew Luck did and make intelligent, mature decisions when the time to leave is presented to them. Never should a NFL Player no matter position, or amount of money paid, put their health and welfare and their families well being, at stake just to play a game for money, once injured and hurt and you don’t see a way or time to heal, do what’s right, retire and leave the game behind, it doesn’t last forever it’s for the younger set, not the older set.

Between the Climate Crisis, the pollution of the air we breath, the pollution of the waters we drink and massive garbage dumps into our oceans, mankind is killing the planet we live on and the only atmosphere, mankind has to live in! I remind all that mankind will have to travel over 300 billion miles to even find the nearest planet that can support human life and even that is not confirmed as of yet. So what the hell are we doing to our planet as we strip it or all resources and pollute it’s air we breath and the waters we drink, and as we watch it burn the only real suppliers of the oxygen we breath the trees and forests of the world? If mankind as a species wishes to carry on and survive, we the human race must make immediate changes in how we do things! We have stripped our lands of minerals and ores, and polluted our rivers, streams and oceans, plus used radiation weapons on the surface of the world we need to survive on, what is wrong with humanity?

Now, I think I have made my point on the Climate Crisis on Planet Earth. As Hurricane Dorian devastates lands and islands this week, we must wonder why the weather is changing so rapidly and dangerously. We must face the truth, that we are attributing to the changes and making matters worse as we keep destroying, polluting the planet that keeps us alive, are we suicidal? Answer that one mankind if you dare or can?

Subjects for upcoming Debates. 1) Gun Control in the United States. It has to be addressed and it has to happen now the death numbers are growing and gun sellers know it also. The Gun Manufacturers know the problem, the NRA knows the Problem and The Gun lobbyist do too. The Democrats know the problems and so do the Republicans folks, so why is no one moving to stop it all?

Let me answer the question on guns of the military type this way for all of America; The Second Amendment of The constitution does not cover this day and age. It was written in an era of American fear,America needed it to make sure Britain or any other country would not come to our shores and steal our land or try to make us a part of their kingdoms. Those days are long gone folks. Let’s make that clear.

I understand the Constitution well and the Amendment also, I want Americans to reread it again and remember theera it was written in. Here is the key phrase from it quoted for all to see: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

The era was different when it was written as were the circumstances. That’s the first thing to establish here and agree on. The Second thing is clearly written in the statement:” A Well Regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free state”

That was and is established by the United States Military, period, already. The Armed Forces of America are the greatest in the world period and they have access to all weapons for military purposes and to keep the United state and each state in it free.

As to part three of the same statement,: The Right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed. This was not written so Americans can buy military weapons on the streets, it was intended for personal protect of family and home and hunting of game and food in the era it was written in. They did not deal with military type weapons of today and they had no idea the power or danger of such weapons would bring to the streets of a modern day America. They were speaking of handguns, pistols or shotguns and muskets folks. not weapons that can fire multiple rounds at high rates of speed and with the kill power to take down elephants or more. No one is saying a gun owner can not own a shotgun or rifle designed for hunting game or a pistol for personal protection of family and home. These were the weapons the amendment was written for, and all weapons can be used on gun ranges for practice or spot, we all know that.

Nowhere in the Second Amendment does it say the Gun Manufacturers and the Gun Lobbyist and The NRA, can sell military weapons to citizens without Background checks, without Mental Health Checks or Red Laws! It does not saw Gun Shows can sell military weapons to anyone who wants them, without checks nor does it say military weapons should be owned by civilians. Does it?

The problem here is this simple and clear now, The NRA, The Gun Lobbyists and the Gun Manufacturers have money, that money is being funneled into political campaigns of individuals who are running for public office like President Donald Trump. As long as These organizations named above are allowed to continue this practice of funneling their money into these campaigns, guns laws will be put aside. In the meantime Americans will lose family members to people who have no business handling or owning military weapons on our streets mre will die. The politicians like Trump will continue to stay on the Gun Manufacturers, lobbyist and gun sales side as long as we the people allow them to put money in campaign coffers. It has to stop now!

Let me say one thing here, if one of the victims of Sandy Hook, El Paso, Dayton, or Odessa, or any other mass killing would have been a Trump family member or a Pence family member or a McConnell’s family member or any other politician’s family member, do you think, they would not be passing Gun BackGround Checks, or Red Laws or Mental Health Checks? Do you think they would still be allowing gun show sales then? You can bet your ass, if one victim was a Trump, a McConnell, a Graham or any other Republican in Congress, the gun laws would be flying through Congress both Houses and becoming laws!. And they would all be firmly and forcefully enforced also. The killing of people on American streets by military weapons is just morally, ethically wrong in all ways. he only way to make it happen America, is for all Americans to call their Congressperson, their Senators and keep the pressure up to get the laws passed and the weapons removed from the streets. Pressure, call them, push them and dont let up, for the next child, or person shot to death by a AR-15 or another military weapon could be your relative or friend or even you!

September 1st, 2019, has arrived, and once again America faces another disastrous and deadly mass shooting, in Texas, five people dead and at least twenty one injured by a man with a gun he should never have had. AK-47 type rifles do not belong on the streets of America, they and all military type weapons, should be removed from the streets and should be stopped from being sold in gun stores, gun shows period.

Death has become a common problem now, in America and on it’s streets. People are being killed and injured, left and right because we don’t have a President with any guts and balls to stand up to the NRA and put in place Red Laws, put in place Mental and BackGround checks that are needed to prevent senseless deaths of innocents across America.

Yes, I said across America, the deaths from these senseless and horrific shootings now go coast to coast across our country. What will it take for President Trump and Congress to react and put the brakes on Gun Show Sales, put in place Mental and Background checks to own a gun, and stop gun shows and gun shops from selling military weapons on our streets? We are in a crisis here, where innocent people of all colors, all races, all nationalities in America from young to old are dying, because the NRA and Gun Owners think they have a right to own whatever gun they wish and do as they wish it is wrong, and it is senseless and sad and it is destroying America.

I wonder, just wonder what would happen to Gun Laws, Red Laws and background checks and mental health checks, if just one Congressperson , Representative or Senator or the President lost a child or family member to these guns? I bet they would change their minds then, wouldn’t they folks? Yes it is easy to stand above the fray and the deaths and fight about gun control, when the NRA is lining the coffers for your re election isn’t it President Trump and Republican Congress Members of both Houses.

In the meantime, now hundreds of lives are being lost, people live in fear of sending their children to school, or going to stores. They live in fear of going to parks, or beaches or taking their family out and having fun outings, because they do not know if someone on the streets is carrying a gun and waiting for a target to shoot and kill!

I find so many senseless deaths a sad thing to be discussing and facing for all these families out there who are losing members and loved ones like this, suddenly, because a person is mentally ill, or mad or angry and got their hands on military type weapons that don’t even belong being sold on the streets of America. So why are these weapons being sold, why are they not taken off the streets, right now?

What is stopping realistic and legal gun laws from being put forth and passed to stop this innocent bloodshed and loss of life in America?

What it is is very simple, money, greed and a blind belief these gun owners have of their right to bear arms. So lets start at the very beginning here.

The Second Amendment states:  “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”  While at the time this was written into law, we had been in a Revolutionary stage and becoming a country and it was to prevent take over by the British whom we were fighting for Independence from. Even when written it was looked upon by many Americans both famous and not so famous as a dangerous law and what is happening in America today is why it was looked at in such a way.

We have a well regulated Militia already folks, it is called the United States Military forces that include all the branches, Army, Army National Guard, Marines, Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard. They have access to all firearms necessary to maintain a free country and each state has it’s own National Guard Units also.

I am not saying here, that people can not own guns, I am saying here, people should not be able to own and buy military type weapons used in war zones across the globe on american streets and have them in their homes and have access to the ammunition for them either. They should not be allowed to own bump stocks, and massive magazines either. This is just wrong and not what the Second Amendment was written for.

You want to own a pistol, a shotgun or a rifle for hunting purposes or target practice, I have no problem as long as it is registered and you carry a license for it.

My problem is the lack of background checks, no red laws and mental health checks, and the availability of military type, grade weapons on American streets to just anyone who wants them! It’s sad, it’s destructive, it’s killing innocent people and children and no one is stopping this madness.

We need to shut down the Gun Lobbyist in Washington, , we need to stop gun show sales, we need to put in place background checks, red laws, mental health checks and legal checks. We need to stop bump stocks, large magazines and ammo from being available to just anyone who can buy it. We are letting unstable people get their hands on military type weapons and kill children and other innocents on our streets.

So, gun owners and The NRA and Gun Show runners and sellers, listen to me. The Second Amendment does not cover you selling, or owning military type weapons in modern day America, it does cover Americans owning a weapon in their home for self protection of family and home, not a military type weapon carrying dozens or hundreds of rounds. We the American people have already formed a militia, it is our Armed Forces of The United States of America, we don’t need individual citizens carrying military weapons there is no invasion of America or anyone trying to take over the country. Read the damn Amendment correctly, and you will understand what the Forefathers were saying and why and apply the damn time period. be realistic and let’s save lives and put in place Background checks, Red Laws, Mental Health checks! Let’s stop these senseless massacres now!
