The Impeachment of Donald Trump is done and over with really, now.

His Republicans in the Senate don’t have the balls to remove him from office, they are scared he will send in people to primary them, and call them names publically and scar them, for their own reelections. Sadly, they believe he is their way to stay in office.

I applaud The Democrats efforts to inform the Senate and to bring the Impeachment Charges to the Senate as a whole. The House Managers, especially Adam Schiff, have made fine presentations of why the House Impeached Trump. But you can’t stop fear, or blind loyalty it seems, no matter how good the presentation was.

So, as, the Trial continues today with Trump’s lawyers coming forward to produce his side, I say this, let them have fun. Can’t stop it, so why try anymore it was a forgone conclusion before it started and I knew it, before he was Impeached and predicted it too.

The next Question to come up will be in November, on the 3rd when Americans go to the polls to vote. Will the Election be clean or will Russia and China at Trump’s bidding control it no matter how we vote, like they did in 2016? Will The Senate and House of Representatives allow Trump to do it all over again to stay in Office for another four years? What damages will America, it’s Constitution and It’s Laws suffer and what will it mean for future Presidencies? How about what damages the Senate is allowing to incur on our Republic and our Democracy as we move forward? If Trump can do it and get away with it so will future Presidents and we now head toward a Dictatorship! I will remember this time in history when a Democrat is in Office and does the same thing exactly and it happens with a Republican Minority in The Senate too.

Well as it happens today is my Sixty Fourth Birthday,! I have survived for sixty four years and I have outlived my fathers age, he went at 55, my mother at 59 she went and my Step-fathers too he also went at 59.

I have survived a brutal childhood which includes beatings and verbal abuse by both parents. I have survived a Military Career which went sixteen years, in three branches also. I have survived a fall which ruined my military career aboard ship, causing six herniated discs in my spine. I have survived Lung Cancer also in 2013. And I am surviving helping my wife with her cancer, which is now stage four breast cancer metastasized to her bones. So, we do her treatments every three weeks and blood draws and then scans every 3 months.

So As January 25th, starts of 2020, I want to say this to America, as a proud Disabled Veteran who served well, and has 5 Honorable Discharges from Three Branches. to Trump’s two letters of 4f from his Doctor and no service time at all, I gave my all, I served. I can’t change what Congress will do next or force the Senate to Vote to remove Donald J. Trump. Yet I can ask all Americans to think twice before you re vote in Donald J. Trump as President again. Because if he does get a second term, I firmly believe you all may as well get a subscription to Babel and learn Russian, because Putin owns him and will own America before Trump can finish, a Second Term, as President.

Saturday, January 18th, 2020, As we start today I can’t wonder how a Republican led Senate can hold an Impartial Trial of President Donald J. Trump, if it’s Republican Senators have already said they are not impartial? Also, they took an oath now to be impartial in this trial so, what happens when they show they are not impartial, does the Chief Justice Roberts, react to that and rescuse certain Senators like Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham?

Any other Trial by Jury in America, the Judge would remove the non-impartial jurors to make it a far trial for the defendant, and the courts. What happens here is the question, does Justice Roberts have that ability and will he do it? Or is Justice Roberts a paid performer for Trump?

As the Trial will begin Tuesday the 21st of January, it may be delayed some for bills being put in that concern it and the new evidence coming out about Trump and his involvement in it all. Does Justice Roberts, insist on witnesses? Will he stand tall and make sure all evidence is heard so a just decision can be made by all Senators? What of all the new evidence now hitting the news waves on tv an din papers and radio reports, will he ensure it is seen and heard by all Senators?

I dont’t have the answers to what the results of the Trial will be for sure, but I do know this, if this were in a civilian court either on the Federal Level, or regular level, no Judge worth his salt and the degrees and education he has, would allow biased Jurors to sit and decide the case. Does the same rules apply here in an IMpeachment Trial in the Senate? And if not please explain why not to me!

I can’t understand why, a sitting President is allowed to lie so boldly to the American People the way Trump has been for three years and still stay in office! I guess we shall see what happens, but if no witnesses are called and none of the current evidence and photos and statements coming out right now are not allowed then the whole Impeachment Trial is a joke and a lie and a sham. Which means, The Republicans have rigged it all in Trump’s favor to keep him in office, to what detriment of the American People and our laws as a country?

As stores close and cut back. or down, malls are becoming isolated places, and empty buildings slowly. The major stores that filled them file bankruptcy and go under it seems. Macys. JC Penny, Sears and more, gone or vanished. Caldors, gone, it is sad they fall one by one.

The Job Market is not as great as Trump says too. Ask the people of Pittsburgh, Pa. Ask the people of Ohio and the Farmers of Iowa also. It’s not growing folks it shrinking and Trump and his people are lying about it all.

The Internet has taken over and Amazon drives the businesses out that compete with them.

Sadly, variety and sales of items is now a click away on a computer and delivery is many times free or low cost. So, of course those with access will use it, which mean brick and mortar stores are going under and buildings are becoming vacant.

Now we face issues with other countries brought on by rash decisions of Trump. We had no need to attack Iran or het Iraq involved, yet Trump went ahead and killed their General.

No explanation has been given to Congress that makes any sense as to why he did it at the time her did. Best guess is simple, start a confrontation, distract from Impeach Hearings and a Senate Trial and rally America behind him so he can stay in office and try to get a second term. It’s plain and simple really, that’s how he is doing it all.

Sadly, too many uneducated people are backing Trump and in the end he may get elected again, but if it happens, how soon will America be at war again and how many of your children will be drafted or have to die. Sadly, people don’t get it lol.

As America goes down the tubes, because Trump is selling us out to Russia, making bad decisions for no reasons and is already Impeached, don’t you believe like I do, it is time for his Trial in The Senate?

As I see it though certain Senators will have to be recused for the trial to be impartial and work correctly. Senator McConnell the Republican Senator Leader and Senator Lindsey Graham must both be recused they are not impartial and have stated they won’t be either. In any other Jury Trial in The United States Judicial System, a Juror who was not impartial would be recused and that is what needs to happen in this case too, and if Chief Justice Roberts is doing his job, then it must happen here. By Law that is how it should be done.

Let’s set aside certain things here now, America. Trump sent an Air Strike into Iranian Air Space and killed their leading General and now, Iran is swearing vengeance against all Americans.

Trump knows not what he is doing and he may have just put us in a situation where, we may have to fight a battle Americans did not want or condone!

He did it without asking Congress and he never told the Democrats a damn thing and he told very few Republicans what he was doing. In the end he got the General he wanted to get, but at what cost in American Lives will it be.

Iran is not going to sit there and go ok, you got our General and it’s ok folks! They are mad as hell and swear revenge for the strike Trump ordered. So what is next?

Here is what I see happening, 1) Trump has been Impeached already by The House, 2) He faces a Senate Trial with an outcome he can not control 3) He lies left and right to the American People and the World 4) He has escalated tensions and caused stress for all Americans on a world-wide basis. The question is this, what was the purpose of the attack, what proof has he produced to justify it, and why didn’t he tell Congress it was going to happen, before he did so?

I see this as now The Responsibility of The Republican Party and its leaders, you as a party, let Trump stay in Office and defended him in all ways possible and still do to this day and have no guts or balls to stand up to him and stop him from going rogue this way! He should have been stopped long ago, and if this costs American lives and a draft needs to be started, Americans, everywhere, will go ballistic, on all of you.

A Rogue President should have been stopped before this happened and the Republicans prevented it, so they are now responsible for whatever consequences for the actions of their Rogue President they allowed to stay in Office. Period.

So, Americans, I hope all are now learning some facts, 1) Do Not Vote for anyone who does not have any experience in politics. 2) A Degree from a Business College is not good enough when it comes to being President 3) A Failed Businessman, who fails at not one business, his building empire, but also at selling water, steaks and running casinos and goes bankrupt four times is not qualified to be President. 4) No one should be President who has no idea what the military does or how to use them should, be President. 5) A man with two letters stating he is 4 f, disqualified from military service, due to bone spurs in his feet, (which is a lie, paid for by his father), is not a leader. I have 5 Honorable Discharges from Military Service myself and served 16 years. I would never have accepted him as my commander in chief.

Veterans are being asked if a war comes up now will you go back in, their reply is no, and Trump’s kids should go first. 6) The Biggest mistake in U.S. History was made when Trump was Elected President in 2016, and those who voted for him, and still support him today, should be the ones to fight his war with Iran now, they voted him in, go support him now!

Years ago when Clinton was Impeached and before it happened, Trump said, Clinton was going to start a war with Iran so he could win reelection, Clinton didn’t do it. Trump did this time, this action of aggression by an American President is wrong, and he did this to distract, and divert attention from his impending Senate Trial of Impeachment Charges.

It’s a sad day for all of America and the world and when the bombs start flying and American kids are drafted and told to go fight in Iran, and they are your children, I hope you remember, Trump did this and the Republican Party let him do so.

Welcome to 2020 folks, my 64th year on planet earth and of life period. The earth is slowly deteriorating, we are using up and mining it’s resources up and at the same time polluting, it’s atmosphere and air supply and it’s water too.

We need to face the crisis, that is climate change and reverse the effects of all we have done, or face the consequences of not having a planet for mankind to live on anymore. If the earth becomes uninhabitable folks, guess what, we have no other planet in our universe, we can reach that will support human life, that we can reach. So guess what happens then, mankind becomes extinct and the planet becomes a dead mudball, like Mars and it is the end of all existence, as mankind knows it to be. People you need to think about what I am saying, because the alternative is just letting it happen and not reacting.

Now, for America we face one of the biggest decisions ever in whether we complete the removal of an American President regarding President Donald John Trump. This is the biggest decision the Senate may have to face in it’s full history of the 243 years we have been a country.

I want to say this here and now, President Donald J, Trump deserves the Impeachment he received from the House of Representatives and the only question is how do we get a fair and impartial trial,in the Senate, regarding him?

The Senate Leader who is a Republican has openly said and so has a second Senator in Lindsey Graham both say, they are not impartial and will not vote for Trump’s removal. Due to these two, the impartial trial, intended by the forefathers in the Constitution, can not be held and conducted properly. Which means, that the American People, will not see an impartial trial, but a biased one, conducted on pure political partisanship.

A Decision now must be made by Supreme Court Justice Roberts, who will have to sit the Trial of An American President, he must decide will the trial be impartial as required by the Constitution, or be biased and unfair to the American People. The only way it can happen is if the Senators who openly oppose Trump’s conviction and removal must be recused from the process. The American Judicial Process is clear and so is the rule of law, no Juror can sit a trial of any individual if they can not be impartial, it happens in trials all across the land we live in, in all of our courts, anytime a jury is picked. So Justice Roberts, must recuse both of these Senators, from the trial by law.

So Americans. we must force or ask Chief Justice Roberts to make the decision to recuse both Senators, McConnell and Graham or the whole Trial becomes a farce of American Justice period and we may as well throw out the rule of law in America and become a communist country!.

Sadly, because Americans made a bad choice in voting Trump in as President, we have to go through a process, that is now making America and its citizens, look like total fools on the public air waves of the world. It’s a sad predicament for all of the United States to witness and the world too, it is teaching Americans humility and killing our pride, as a nation.

Welcome to 2020 Americans, this is the kind of country we have become, one where instead of being united and defending the country and our laws and ways, we have political partisanship rearing its ugly head, each day and in- fighting between the two major parties and our country is floundering and getting laughed at by the world. It’s a sad way to start a new decade isn’t it!

Today being the 28th 0f December 2019, we are now a total of four days from 2020, if you count today ,and amazingly I am still here.

2019 brought the deaths of many famous people and of course some loved ones for all. It also brought few wealth and more just survived it all financially, many found their fortunes gone or taken from them. 2019 was a year of more downs than ups in my book, but to each person it is a little different, I am sure, I just wish the ups were so much more than they were.

The future should be electric cars and alternate transportation, instead of using fossil fuels, Factories should be made pollution free, we need to plant more trees and pray for a slowing of the melting of the polar ice caps. As the ice caps melt and the glaciers, so does the waters rise and take away land masses, mankind can live on, just ask those in areas were it has already begun. There is no denying it folks!

In America politics will continue as normal as the politicians fight over the Impeachment of Trump as President. I will say this as my personal opinion, we have two choices, let him stay till the end of his term and watch him closely or remove him from office. I know his party the republicans won’t allow him to be removed and will fight it til it goes away. In the meantime, we are stuck with a liar, a cheat, and a weak, worthless leader in the eyes of the word who is laughing at us. Sadly, Americans voted him in, and didn’t stop to think what they were getting, all they wanted was to avoid Hillary Clinton, who they deemed the worst person to lead America. Now, because of their hatred of Clinton, we have a worthless liar and cheat in the White House, who is nothing more than what Clinton said he was, a puppet of Putin. But, we can’t change it, because the Republicans will protect him no matter the evidence period. We have already seen it.

So what’s next, as we roll toward 2020, can The Senate make a impartial trial happen in it? NO, it won’t for already many Republican Senators such as McConnell and Graham have already said they are not impartial and will vote against any removal. So, we will get a biased result and Trump will stay in office till the election comes about, at minimum.

What happens in November of 2020, wil be up to the American public and the election which we already know, Russia and Putin and his people are interfering in already. Will the American People protect their rights and their own election and stop other countries from interfering in our elections or let it happen again? It is still be to determined isn’t it?

As we close out 2019 and people celebrate a new year, we will still have to face the consequences of 2019 and all that occurred and all that failed too. Can America survive and carry on in today’s world and still survive as a republic and a democracy against all the outside pressures and interferences? Time will show soon enough my fellow Americans, and I pray that what Franklin said still stands today, We will have a Republic as Long As we work to keep it! Let’s hope we can do so, for the good of our nation and our people!

Other events took place in 2019, but most were overshadowed by all the politics of America. Sadly, we are losing the fight against climate change, we are slowly losing the fight against interference, racial divides, segregation, prejudice and discrimination also. Sadly, we are losing ground in furthering the education of our children, as more parents hand the education of their children to television and video games. We are losing the nutritional battle too, as children are fed junk foods to survive on, instead of us working to increase the production of decent food. It has become a world of convenience folks, doing it the easy way right, not the right way and what is happening, mankind is sliding closer to its demise, in more ways than one. But, people will nay say this and that and carry on blindly without looking at the facts and investigating themselves. letting others make their choices for them. In the end their lack of concerns and care about what happens, will let it all slide to a stop in the future and mankind, the earth to go dark and disappear unless someone reacts!

The choice starts with each American old enough to Vote and decide what direction we go as a nation. It starts with each child who yells for climate change laws and it starts with mankind waking up and caring more about itself and the world we live in.

If it doesn’t start, very very soon, like now, you may as well bend over and kiss it goodbye folks, the world is being ravaged, torn apart and it’s soul being used and removed. The more we tear from it, the weaker the planet gets, the faster the ice melts, the faster the waters rise also, if the waters rise, it’s less land mass for all to live on. The days of plenty are gone, the days of population explosions should end also. We need to slow down over population of the planet now or have no place to put people, folks. Wake up time is here, if we don’t wake up, we barrel toward mankind’s end at speeds we can not slow down or control.

Welcome to the reality of what 2020 brings, Ladies and Gentlemen of the World!

The Holiday Season is upon the world, and it is worldwide folks. All around the world children await Santa’s arrival, for it is the one bright hope they may have.

I am not a religious person folks, I don’t go to church, I don’t deal well with religious people due to the fact, they have an idea in their heads that if you don’t attend their Church, Mosque, or Temple you are not a religious or a caring person, wrong. It doesn’t mean that at all folks, what it means in my case is, I have seen enough of the lies coming from Religions.

That being said loud and clear, I still wish all Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah every year, everywhere I go. For the one main thing connecting all mankind at this time of year is the want, need, to be with family and friends. It is what is important to all I know, for they look forward to it and many return to their homes and family just to be there for these, Holidays.

We celebrate Life, We celebrate family, loves and friends. We celebrate togetherness, we celebrate being alive each year we live.

I personally used to love Christmas as a child, for we would look for the gifts we were given and never stop to think how we got it all or from whom, we just accepted it and enjoyed it all. Then as you grow up, you learn there is family and friends who care and give to you and you give back. It becomes a cycle each each, and a tradition so to say. And that folks is some of what it is for a Christmas to work see.

I have written many things as Blogs, and poems and even little books over the years, why because it is what I do, express myself in my writings at times better than I do verbally or in person. In person, a person can be bashful, scared, shy to say something, but there is a freedom to write what you feel and it is easier.

I have written Christmas Stories and I never say they are classics or famous at all, just that they have a meaning to me is all and I like to share them.

Christmas Morning

Christmas Morning is here, children awaken, and you can hear them cheer!
They jump out of bed, they run downstairs, they check the presents and yell with cheer!
They poke each present, they shake them you see, asking if they are for them, you or me!
Each has a dream of what they want most, some want toys, some want clothes, some want money too,
But then there are some you see, that want what Santa or Money can’t buy,
A healthy mother, a healthy father. A family of siblings full of love and health,
Simple things like a hug, a kiss, a look of caring and sharing, can go so far,
For in the end, that’s all man had, for the baby under the Shining Star!
Yes, Christmas Morning has arrived, a day for all to see,
Jesus died to save us all, and gave us love and hope to cherish,
Even, peace you see for at least a time,
Yes remember, it’s all about love and peace and joy.
For every girl and boy!

Yesterday December 18th, 2019, for the third time in American History a United States President was Impeached by the House of Representatives. No matter how you look at it and no matter how you argue it, it was not the Democrats or Republicans who brought it upon our nation, but the man elected to the office, Donald John Trump.

I have listened to all the proceedings and speeches in the Impeachment Process and on television news everywhere, in the end Trump himself caused his own Impeachment.

Agree or disagree with the Articles of Impeachment or the way it was done and finished yesterday, it is not the Democrats fault, nor is there a reason to blame them, and the Republicans and Trumpers who back Trump, are being foolish to point fingers and make threats against the Democrats or future Presidencies, period.

In the end if the Republicans believe threatening the country with future Impeachments is a smart or intelligent move, they are wrong and so is anyone thinking in the revenge or vengeful mode. It’s a sad statement on the intelligence levels of those that do so and shows their gullibility and simplicity in thought and in the usage of their minds. never mind the fault of logic and reason they are showing by blindly following a man who broke the Constitution, the Laws and put American Security at stake in doing all he has done.

I have heard the anger, the vitriol, the screaming, the argueing, and the emotional outbursts across America. Who caused the divide in America, who caused the anger and the vitriol, who started it and made it grow and made us the angry and mad country we are today, after Trump’s Impeachment, Trump that’s who,

The Democrats are not responsible for Trump’s breaching of America’s trust, his breaking of the Laws and his Oath of Office, or the Laws and Constitution, Trump is period. To see Trumpers angrily screaming and shouting because he was impeached and saying they will get even is childish, foolish and immature behavior on the part of the Senators and Representatives who back Trump. They look like schoolyard bullies who lost a fight and can’t wait to get even, which is foolish, childish, immature and most of all detrimental to the Constitution, The Laws of the Land and the country we all love and live in. It is a disgrace, a shame and in the end embarrassing, for the world to see what Trump has done, how he has undermined the Constitution and our laws and how in the end The Republicans are acting like children and looking now to fulfill a vendetta. What will those who we lead and those who follow us and our example think of all of this?

We need to pull ourselves together again, we need to bridge any partisan divide and realize what is really happening here, it is a division that can ruin the country, the laws we have in it and the reason why America became a country in the first place. Our forefathers, wrote the Constitution and The Laws the way they did to stop anyone one person from becoming a Dictator or King or Tyrant, it is vital we remain a Republic and a Democracy in order for the United States to survive and go on.

The Democrats are not gloating and cheering the Impeachment of Donald Trump as President, they are saying no man is above the law, no man has a right to lie, cheat and steal an election or to invite outsiders into our election processes. They are saying Donald John Trump went too far, in threatening to remove aid to a country being attacked by our greatest enemy, he went too far period.

Now I know the Trumpers and Republicans are angry and upset he was Impeached, but in the end it is the best that could have happened for the country as a Republic and a Democracy for it proves the system works, the checks and balance system our ForeFathers put in place still works, and that is vital.

As a person and a disabled veteran, and a voter and citizen of America who pays taxes, I say this to all the Trumpers and angry Republicans, The system worked as it had to work! It was built in to the Constitution for a reason and it upholds the laws of the land and the nation. In the end I ask one thing, do you really think your anger and vitriol and nasty words will help America? No they won’t they will cause more anger, more violence and anger in the streets of America and pull us down in the eyes of the world. That Americans is all wrong and you know it and so do I.

I served sixteen years in three Branches of Service, I gave all I had to Protect and Defend the Constitution of The United States of America, against all threats foreign and domestic, and now the House of Representatives have done the exact same thing. God Bless the United States, may it live forever in the world as the shining beacon of freedoms as it has for the last 243 years!

The Senate and The Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts must now conduct a Trial in The Senate. First act for Chief Justice Roberts, before the Trial begins, Recuse Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham from the trial as Jurors, No Trial by Jury in any Courtroom in America would allow jurors on it who are not impartial and can’t make a decision based on the facts as presented.

Both Senators McConnell and Graham have already admitted they will vote against conviction, and for acquittal, publically. That Disqualifies them for Duty as Jurors period in any court room in America and by all laws on the American books currently in use. Make The Trial a fair one, recuse both of these Senators and lets get on with it,whether Trump is convicted and removed from office or acquitted it must be done in a fair and equitable trial, not a by a jury that is tainted by Jurors already decided to affect the outcome. It would be unfair to the American People period.

So, to Chief Justice Roberts, I say this, ” Do You Job, Recuse Senators Mitch McConnell and Lindsay Graham from the Trial and jury for this case!”

The Trial will be held, the only question is, will it be fair to both sides? It will not be held until Nancy Pelosi releases it to the Senate and she will not do so until it is based on a fair trial for all of America. And it will hang over America’s head, until it is done properly by all involved. Let’s do it Right!

Tomorrow History will be made in America, and in all rights, it will be just and correct to do. For the third time in America’s 243 year history of being a Republic and a Democracy and a Nation, a President will be Impeached for Crimes Against the Constitution and The American People.

America fought a Revolutionary War against a King to win its Independence and to Establish itself as a nation of freedoms that have rung out clear and wide across the world for all to see. A Proud nation and a Proud people We Americans shall always be, we have earned that right. What we can’t have is a sitting President doing as he pleases, disregarding his duties as a President and disobeying the Laws of the Land he is presidening over.

Sadly, for the third time in American History a President of the United States will be Impeached while in Office, he will most likely not be removed because his party owns the Senate and they are all going to back him to stay in Office, period.

Andrew Johnson was impeached way back on February 24th 1868, for High Crimes and Misdemeanors, 11 Articles to be Precise. he wasn’t removed from Office and completed his term as the 17th President.

Next came William Jefferson Clinton who was Impeached on December 19th, 1998 for Perjury and Obstruction of Justice. He too was not removed from Office by The Senate and allowed to finish his terms.

In between Johnson and Clinton was Richard M. Nixon. We all know the Watergate Fiasco that Occurred and how Nixon Resigned from Office, in August 1974.

Now we have Donald John Trump the 45th President of The United States, who in my opinion should have never been in Office as President he has no qualifications at all, or accomplishments of any kind. He worked with the Russians to get the Presidency and since has done all he could in accordance with Putin’s wishes. Yet, The Republicans still back him in all ways. Tomorrow he will be Impeached by The House of Representatives as the first two were above. He faces Charges of Obstruction of Congress and Abuse of Power. He will most likely be the Third American President Impeached while in office. Joining the list of Criminally accused Presidents in American History!

Across America, Americans are split over the IMpeachment of President Trump and support has waned some for said Impeachment and Removal. Yet The Impeachment will happen tomorrow of that no one has any doubt. The Senate will have the responsibility of reading The Articles of Impeachment and presenting them ina Trial, which we are being told is being rigged by The Senate Majority Leader, Senator McConnell and Senator Lindsey Graham, Trump’s main supporters.

The Senate has the job of holding a trial once the House does Impeach they decide if Trump is guilty or not and whether he will be removed or not. The Trial is supposed to be impartial and done in such as way as the Senators get all the evidence and Articles of impeachment and witnesses are called to testify. McConnell and Graham and the Republicans are already announcing ahead of time Trump will not be convicted and removed from Office. There will be no impartial Jury folks, that’s right you heard me here, if it were to be Impartial then McConnell and Graham wouldn’t be allowed to take part, for they are biased in the President’s favor even before it begins. They should be removed from the Senate Jury presiding over President Trump’s Trial. by the Supreme Court Justice in Charge Roberts. Read the laws Mr. Supreme Court Justice, the Trial should follow the same rules of justice all American Trials do.

Americans will now watch history in the making once again and those who elected and voted for Donald John Trump should hang their heads for doing so. I remind them he was elected, with the help of Putin and Russia and their interference in the 2016 election, he also lost the popular vote to Hillary Clinton by over 300,000 votes.

He has failed at everything he has attempted to do and disgraced America across the world and been laughed at in the United Nations and in Europe left and right for his stupidity and stances he has taken on climate change and trade. His wall many believe because he says so is being built on our southern border, truth is it isn’t. he has had repairs made to the broken fences and painting done is all and then rushed down to put his name on it ona plaque is all. he can’t fund it for stealing money from the military to do so is illegal ask the courts.

We as Americans, are facing a trying and sad moment in history tomorrow. We as Americans have to wake up and face the fact, the wrong person ended up in The White House Oval Office due to the involvement and interference of a enemy state of the United States of America. Americans need to wake up and take back our own country, we need to save our right to vote, our Democracy and our Republic. We can not allow Trump to use Russia, Ukraine, china or any other nation to control out Elections and or results and our Presidencies either.

I will watch as will the millions and millions of Americans and billions of others across the world tomorrow as The House votes to Impeach President Donald John Trump!

I will watch, and hope all who do understand the whys and reasons it must be done the way it is. There is no pride or honor in Impeaching a President, there is only the sadness and pain of knowing, it had to be done to save the United States, it’s Republic and Democracy!

History must come Tomorrow, and all the word will see America’s shame and pain!

If Impeachment passes the House and The President is indeed Impeached as it looks like will happen, should Senators Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham be allowed to be a part of the process? Is it not a part of the Law and the process that a Impeachment Trial, is supposed to be by a Senate, that is impartial and neutral?

As it sits now, Senator McConnell has openly stated he will work hand in hand with the White House Consul and The President’s men to set up the Senate Trial in accordance with their needs and wants to make it a quick trial and process? What about Senator Lindsey Graham openly admitting he is not impartial on public television for the whole world to see, that is not an impartial jury member in either case is it, Sir?

If you Chief Justice Roberts are the sitting Judge for said Trial of : The United States Vs President Donald J. Trump, then as the Judge you must disqualify, both Senators from the Jury Panel that is the Senate, in this case against the president, in order for the people to get a fair and impartial trial, for the case. Anything less would make the trial a farce and prejudicial to the American People, especially if two members of the Jury are biased already.

As a concerned American Citizen with all my rights in place under the laws, I believe I have a right to bring forth this concern and to request that the Chief Justice of the United States consider the facts here, impartially. If Chief Justice Roberts, does not disqualify both Senators from partaking in the Senate Trial for The Impeachment of President Donald John Trump, then he is being prejudicial and breaching his own oath of Office as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, and allowing the Trial to be predetermined by these two Senators, who already have stated they are not impartial and on the President’s side even before the Trial Begins. That would disqualify any Juror in any other Trial in any other court in The Country and should do so here to both Senators, McConnell and Graham.
