11/22/63- The day John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dealey Plaza, in Dallas, Texas. It changed American history and the direction of the world. Now, I sat in a classroom in Elementary School at the time it happened and the teacher had brought in a small portable television set so we could watch the President in Dallas that day. We were shock, in awe and unbelieving of what just happened, as we watched over live television.

Over the past couple of nights, I watched Amazon Prime, and watched the show 11/22/63 based on the book by Stephen King. The show portrays a chance to change history by one man returning to 1960 and changing history by saving John F. Kennedy. It has two sides to it. It was quite a concept by Stephen King to fabricate the story and facts interwoven in the story in such a way. I enjoyed it, for the movie gave some history and then a look at what happens if mankind could mess with history and by time travel.

I personally started my investigation as a child, and it grew into a full-blown one over the years. I read every article, book I could find and even went over everything I can find on the internet regarding it in current days. The people involved that most wonder about, Lee Harvey Oswald, Jack Ruby, James Hosty, and more are all interesting characters of the time. Each has a part of the story, so many conspiracy theories come up. Did the Cia kill Kennedy? Did Cuba or Russia have a part in it all? Was Lyndon B. Johnson behind it? Was Oswald controlled by anyone? Was there more than one shooter and how many shots were fired that day? The questions left over from the Warren Report were huge and never fully answered. So we ended up with two more reports over the years that followed it all up. Each of these recent investigations did find conspiracy behind Kennedy’s assassination existed. Amazingly, yet the government does not come out and say who really is behind it all. Why I guess we shall never know, Cuba was mentioned due to Castro, The Bay of Pigs. Many of the theories were not in King’s book, or this movie though.

The show 11/22/63, tells us messing with time, trying to change it affects too many things in the timeline and screws up what happened in a bad way. So the hero goes back and resets it, for obvious reasons, Harry, Sadie and the world. It becomes an interesting show as it ticks down to the assassination and then afterwards. The things he finds happened after he saves Kennedy, and the reality, doesn’t work. So he must reset it.

11/22/63 has a moral story line, it also has a love story in it. So, if you have time, and need something to watch and you have Amazon Prime, give it a look. My wife had fun and enjoyed it somewhat.

Moving on….

Time for a different subject. I tire of the previous one. Politics is always a major subject in America. politics is now being combined with the Coronavirus, and to do that well it’s just wrong. As all Americans should know, politics is definitely one subject and the pandemic a second, yet President Donald J. Trump, combines both and lies to the American people about both.

He declared the Coronavirus as being done, or not serious, yet the death numbers raise in the world and across America as a nation. He has screwed up anything and everything he touches, but nothing more so than the pandemic that is happening. You can’t fight a pandemic if you refuse to acknowledge it or act to slow it down or control it. Inaction and denial is definitely not the way to go.

The number of cases in America and the Death Toll is staggering folks. Yet Donald J. Trump refuses to do a damn thing about it the Doctors and scientist are working overtime trying to create a vaccine. Yet, the American President refused to wear a mask or do social Distancing until his visit to the Veteran’s Hospital. Being a Veteran myself I know why he wore a mask in Walter Reed Hospital, he had no choice. It is mandatory by law.

The following numbers of coronavirus in America is not fake folks, it’s real wake up!

3.29 Million cases confirmed and 137 thousand deaths in the United States. Worldwide 12.5 million cases worldwide. Now does that sound to you like the virus is going away or is under control?

Sadly, President Trump does not get it or want to get it. His only purpose is to get reelected come November 3rd. 2020. His own protection, Secret Service agents go down with the virus he just asks for new ones. His staff at the White House gets it just to isolate them, keep them away from me, is his answer. He is living in a bubble of protection, in the White House for sure. Reality does not reach this man, does it?

Sadly, the coronavirus has no vaccine, no cure and is live and will only get worse according to experts as we hit the fall and winter months in America. The Doctors and scientist are correct the only way to break its pattern and stop the spread is to wear masks and to distance from others. No one can tell, who has it, it starts asymptomatic. People walk around with it not knowing they have it till later, children are carrying it folks. So, an innocent child playing or walking by you may be a carrier. IT has begun to hit all ages, in all countries, nationalities mean nothing, location means nothing, and I guess President Trump isn’t worried, or concerned he has no national plan to fight it. I can go on, why? No matter what is said, about this subject will change President Trump’s mind or make him react.

Let’s say this, as the days and weeks and months tick by, the virus will spread and the death tolls will rise, and President Trump will be holding public rallies. I know for myself I would never attend one, in the coronavirus era we are in, and I am hoping many won’t either. For every time you attend one with no masks being used, or no social distancing, you take a high percentage you will get the virus, which spreads not just by contact, by air as well. All you Trump loyal supporters can support him all you want, and I don’t hate you for it, I disagree with you, but, please listen, you don’t need this virus it kills. I may have differenced with President Trump and his supporters politically and not want him reelected, but I do not wish anyone to come down with the coronavirus period, not even my worse enemies.

Onward life must continue is all I can say. Life is a struggle enough to survive these days. I have enough worries and so does the everyday man and woman in the world. We all have family, we all have medical problems, financial woes, bills to pay and more.

Some have additional problems including me, I have dealt all my life with things from childhood and more. I can list them, but why, when the major ones will never be told or said out loud. But to show what I mean, it starts with PTSD from both childhood and military life. It goes on, to back injuries from the service, surviving lung cancer and having to take care of cancer patients to watching them die from it. An addition of an American President without morals, ethics and empathy, or brains enough to see this pandemic makes matters worse. The country is in a recession, people struggling to survive, to eat and keep a roof over their family’s heads. Trump believes the world centers around him is all, for he has always been the blessed rich kid daddy gave his fortune to. He is a spoiled rich kid with some serious sociopath problems, who got elected to the White House. Just read the books on him, his behaviors, and even his own niece knows it and tells us all. I don’t need it, don’t want to hear it and just want an America that is led, by decency, brains and smarts enough to feed and get jobs for it’s people. One that can make logical choices and one who listens to advisors and doctors and science not just doing as he pleases.

Don’t Re-elect Donald J. Trump!

Story of O (French: Histoire d’O, IPA: [istwaʁ do]) is an erotic novel published in 1954 by French author Anne Desclos under the pen name Pauline Réage, and published in French by Jean-Jacques Pauvert.

Now, please remember when you read any of it, it is a fictional story written by a woman, who wrote it to impress and keep her older lover. Her purpose was to keep his interest, because she loved him, yet he was a married man. So it is also a story of cheating, as well as of romance, BDSM and D/s in a vivid female imagination. As the author herself said in the last interview she had, it was just story, not real. The film dates unique versions also, at different time periods.

Many people read this Story of O novel and watch the movies. What was never intended and should never be done, is this story used as a basis for any operation or modern usage, in real or virtual life. The dangers of using such a Novel or film is highly apparent in and of itself from viewing or reading of said Novel. The acts performed in it should never be done to any woman. The Objectification of the female body and the pain inflicted, plus the emotional abuse it does to the female psyche, is unbelievable. The story tells how this woman is through the force of pain and beatings made to break down and then build herself back up in the hands of her holders. The ending itself, in the book, show two ways it could have went. One O is cast aside and goes on to a different master and life and lives. In the second she is cast aside, depressed, sad and lonely and requests permission to commit suicide, and is granted it by her former lover and does so.

Yet this Novel and Film is being used today in different ways in online sims, in Second Life, a Virtual World. Sadly, susceptible, vulnerable submissive women, who are lonely at home and can’t get what they want in actual life, get drawn into these sims. Then these sims try to recreate The Story of O Plot and use it as a basis for teaching The D/s/ Bdsm Lifestyle as an Educational Opportunity. This is in my opinion, abuse, and luring in and controlling innocent women for personal sex and Bdsm/ D/s acts on the Internet, a crime. Just because it is on the Internet and through a computer monitor, does not make it ethical, moral or correct behavior by these people doing so. A gullible, susceptible, submissive woman is easily persuaded and easily convinced to go along. Here is the danger as I see it. These women, submissive in nature and lifestyle, follow Dominant’s Orders and do as they are told. So they are sitting at home, looking at a computer monitor and mirroring what they are told to do, as their avatars do it. Then, when the so-called Master or Dominant tires of them or is done, with them, the woman can get ceremoniously dumped and pushed aside. That leaves them in the same shape as O in the story of O, and depressed and maybe suicidal. so when they commit suicide at home, who is responsible, you tell me?

Some of these sims, online, teach from this Story of O and discuss it, like a lesson in BDSM D/s. It’s dangerous, deadly, for the submissive women who are convinced to believe it. It was never intended asa teaching tool, nor as expert advice. It was written, as a romance novel, with BDSM tendencies added in to please the man the Author loved, period. Its Fictional folks !!! Not real.

July 8, 2020- Americans face a pandemic that is not only killing us, but the world and the economy too. Cases of coronavirus rise daily as more people become infected with it. It is spreading in droplets in the air, by touch, and the American people seem not to want to listen to guidelines being put out by medical and scientific professionals.

Some are choosing to listen to Donald Trump, the President, and ignore all warnings. Terrible choice, people!. The choices you are making to run around mask-less, and not stick to social distancing guild lines and suggestions to wash and sanitize, is killing people left and right. Why can’t people see this? I think some should notice it and wake up soon, because if you don’t it may head you for death. Death is something no one recovers from folks, this isn’t a zombie novel, or a make-believe story, this is reality hitting us all.

Yesterday, America’s recorded numbers for recent cases of coronavirus in the United States rose to over 60, 000 cases in a day. Over 60,000 Americans came down with coronavirus and our medical systems and hospitals are filled with recent cases. States are running out-of-hospital beds, respirators and medical personnel to care for these patients. The Medical Staff, doctors, nurses, nurse’s aids and technicians to run the diagnostic equipment are now coming down with the virus themselves. They are now becoming patients themselves, yes they are going from heros to patients some over night!.

Who will then be able to take care of all the patients out there, who will man the hospitals, emergency rooms and clinics? You tell me America?

That said, I remind all that President Trump had a chance to react to the virus before it hit us he failed to. He started denying it from day one and still does today, as death totals now climb into the one hundred and thirty-five thousand range. He denies any responsibility for it, and he refuses to acknowledge it or wear masks, so the public will follow his example. So, he is leading not only his Trump followers down the path to catching the virus, but young children, as well.

President Trump, wants to keep pushing to reopen the economy and now wants American Parents to send their children back to school in the fall, in August and September. So you’re going to send your children daily to school and a breeding ground for coronavirus each day, with zero protection, never mind the dangers to the teachers and administrators. How many teachers and students will then suffer the virus and possibly die?

Mary Trump, the President’s niece, in her book she wrote stated some facts that should hit home with Americans. 1) Donald Trump is a sociopath. 2) Donald Trump paid to have his SAT Test done by someone else to get into college. Interesting enough yet, folks? 3) Donald Trump is a pathological liar. 4) Donald Trump has no moral or ethical grounding, period. He does as he pleases to get what he wants.

All the above said. Donald Trump’s niece proves what he has shown since he got elected to the Presidency. He has no agenda for the country, he accomplishes absolutely nothing and his only care right now as he faces a November election date is ” How Do I Get a Second Term?” That is his only concern folks, if, he was worried, about the virus he would react to the damn virus, he doesn’t.

He hasn’t done a damn thing to earn a second term as President. He has failed at all he has attempted to do, period. There will always be Trump supporters out there, they are the die hard blind loyalist he has. They blindly follow him no matter what he does, and will like good little robots and loyal followers vote, for him come November 3rd, 2020. Sadly, you can’t change their minds, because they are like zombies in a terrible movie.

Well, President Trump will do anything he can to stay in Office in any way he can. We all know that now. Even some question when he loses the Election, if he will leave the White House, that should tell you something.

To harp further on Donald Trump’s failures, his incompetence, his lack of logic and common sense and his inability to lead or empathize with others is really a waste of time. To talk to Trump supporters and ask them about why they support him they don’t even know, sad, isn’t it?

I know his numbers in the polls are mighty low. He is dragging down republicans ticket wide across the country. His chance at re-election is low and almost not real and ugly. He knows it; The Republicans know it, the pollsters know it, yet he persists and will try to win a second term. He does not understand why he wants a second term or what his agenda for one would be, but he is running.

Anyway I think you get what I am saying here. In order to save America for our children and future generations, we must now admit, a Second Term for President Trump would be a disaster! We need to Vote Him Out, come November 3rd, 2020, in any way we can!. Americans want to survive and get ahead and live again, Vote Trump Out!

The last Generation born in the 1950’s, mid to the end, is now rolling into their mid sixties. A generation taught to respect morals, ethics, and manners and their seniors. Somewhere in the 1960’s things changed, And America went from a, we society, to a, me society. People stopped caring about their fellow mankind and worried more about themselves, just look around as people today in 2020, grab and go I am getting mine, I got mine. What happened to the old ways, when you were sent, to church on Sunday, taught religion and the bible, taught to behave in school and learned what they teach you, without causing problems? What happened to disciplining your child properly, not abusively, but properly and making them learn right from wrong?

My step-father, was an Albanian Born American, his ancestors came from Albania. He took on the job of raising two boys who were not his and then later 3 more children he had with my mother for a total of five of us. I admire the fact he did so and made it work for so many years, they married in 1959 on New Year’s Eve, and they didn’t divorce until mid 1980s’ Now, many will say the divorce they had was needed, others will say it wasn’t. Though they never separated, always together till he died of cancer in October 1990 and then she followed him in October 1991, one year and one day later. So if you count the years they spent together, loving, yelling ,screaming, fighting, raising children and keeping a home for all what do you get for a total? 31 years together, 5 raised children, amid a love hate relationship that was crazy, but, lasting. When my Step-father died in October 1990, I watched as my mother threw herself over his coffin, wailing at him, “Why Didn’t you take me with you?” She knew she was dying already in June 1990, and she swore each of us, to never tell dad.

Different morals, different ethics, and values existed then. We as children were, disciplined, taught to listen to our parents, respect others no matter color, race, nationality, or any other differences. Today, we have racial fights on the streets, protests, a virus gone mad and a country toppling from it place as the number one country in the world and the leader, toward being a third world country, why? Lack of discipline, lack of ethics, lack of morals and lack of caring and attention to details, exists in America sadly. Where and when did we lose the discipline to correct our children, to teach them right from wrong, to take the time to do things right, instead of just the easy fast way, the get it done way, or the ok do as your please way? What happened folks?

This Me, Me, Me society we now live in is killing America, it’s is producing lazy people, it is producing terrible and failing leaders and it is slowly but surely dissolving America, and dropping us into ruin. I remind all, to stop and think of past so-called great societies, like The Romans, The Mayans and others. They rose and flourished and then got selfish and too big for their own good and then tumbled into non-existence, as Nero played! Is this where America is headed? Are we so full of ourselves and do we think we are so great a society and people that we can fiddle while America burns to ashes around us? It is looking that way folks!

Today is July 6th, 2020, we now lead the world in Coronavirus Deaths and cases. Why? Simply, put, because we make terrible choices. we follow poor leaders; we set poor examples and now we must pay for those mistakes, in bodies. As of today, we have surpassed One hundred and thirty thousand deaths from this virus. We still have people running around not wearing masks, not social distancing, and spreading the virus like wild fire!

I ask America, how many more Americans must die before we stick our pride away and listen to medical and scientific facts and fight back? How far are we going to let our current President lead us into the deaths of more Americans, because he refuses to set an example and lies to all? What kind of American President is Trump to do this to the American People?

Well, he has low morals, a total lack of ethics, or empathy or any kind of caring, that’s who he is? The only time Trump will react, is if it hits his own family or himself, it’s the me, me, me society, he represents and is! Sadly Americans are now dying because he will not listen, stand up and do what is right! Is this what you want for An American President?

Sunday. 7/5/2020 — As the fourth of July Weekend passes here in the United states and all celebrate the Independence of the country we live in, so many things are changing, it is hard to see if America can survive. I remind all. They developed America, and put it together on the backs and energy of the American Indian and the African Americans, not the white race. America was built and stolen first from the American Indians.

The American Indian had developed farming and hunted and lived here for centuries before any white man wandered onto the land we now rest on. We are told of the pilgrims and Columbus and such stories of who founded America and got here first; they are stories, folks.

The first people to hit the North American Continent were Vikings, and no one knows for sure if the American Indian was here then or not, because we have no record of any interaction between the Indians and Vikings. The Vikings left and the American Indian was here alone for a long time. Growing corn, fishing rivers and streams and oceans and hunting wild animals for food. As the story goes, it was the American Indians who welcomed the Pilgrims when they arrived. As to Columbus, his discovery of America was far after the Indians were here and is shown, as the founding it wasn’t and he didn’t even reach mainland America.

The American Indian owned this land, and they lived on it peacefully. The White man came by boat, escaping from oppressors in Europe such as England. The Indians welcomed these people and taught them to hunt and farm the land, and how to live here. We owe the American Indians.

This said and noted in history is vital. Next we come to the African American population. America’s farming and cultural development comes into play from them. Without the African American Population, we would be short on inventions, we would be short on music, we would be short on harvesting crops and so much more. The harvesting of the cotton crops, for instance, Americans who were white wanted the money from the cotton, but did not want to do the work.

The White man had no right to take Africans from their native land and beat them into submission and make them work for him. They suffered loss of home, loss of culture, loss of families and friends and a loss of a way of life they loved. Shipped to American soil against their will, we sold them as property to cotton farmers in in the country’s south to do the hard, sweaty work American Whites did not wish to do. Then when they wanted freedom like we did from England, we suppressed them, beat them and used them to build our nation and ultimately the Confederacy. Yes Lincoln freed the slaves, but America really didn’t. We kept the African American in a state of poverty and gave them little chance to advance and educate and better themselves. Yes, the White man was wrong, and we screwed up trying to build a country all could have for freedom and liberties we have today. The African American population in America deserves to be fully equal in all ways. They earned it, folks.

Americans, all colors, creeds, nationalities are a blend of one now. We can’t afford separations, because of prejudice, discrimination or racism. That’s pure crap and all should know that by now, we are in the 21sit century. If you don’t know that, then you are living in make believe, fairy take world, or some stupid dream.

When I was a child of five years old, I was a blonde-haired little white boy playing in the backyard in the projects. I was doing what so many kids did in those days, running around chasing bees with a jar, trying to capture them to look at. Now, I went to catch one and missed the bee, and in anger it stung me and I started crying in pain. As I stood there in tears crying loudly, a door open on an apartment next to me. A black woman came rushing out to check on me. She comforted me; she hugged me. She looked at my hand that was stung and then she immediately put together a mud pack and slapped it on the stung location. She held me and the hand and got me to calm down, and then wiped the mud pack off my hand, and there was the stinger, she showed me it. Now she cared enough to come help a little white boy, stung by a bee and that to me showed me, we are all equal, we all care, we all empathize, we all are human, we all bleed and we all cry. It also showed me she was not prejudiced or discriminating, or worried about my color, she was concerned about me as a person, a human being. Interesting right, the year I was five years old, 1961, folks. Does that tell you something? It should, for blacks still could not do many things, and still oppressed, but she cared enough and was not worried about skin color at all.

I love America, because it is a melting pot of nationalities and colors. If I didn’t, why would I have served this country for sixteen years and have 5 Honorable discharges from three branches. I served with whites, blacks, orientals and every damn race or nationality there is. We defended the country together; we didn’t worry who was white, black, brown, yellow, or any other color. The United States Military says do it, you do it, and they don’t care what color you be. They promote those who work for it and prove they can do it. Stop the racial hate, stop the bullshit people, we all bled one color red, we all fight to survive and get ahead and we all should be treated, one hundred percent equal. Period.

Happy 4th of July America!!

For 244 years, America worked for economies worldwide, health organizations, science, the betterment of mankind, and so much more. We grew from 13 colonies to a nation of 50 states. We led at one point or another in every category, possible to mankind, but today what we lead in is sadder than ever before. We lead the world today in cases of Coronavirus/ Covid-19, we also lead today in deaths from all of it too.

I love America; I do, I was born here, raised here and educated and served this country I love. I did Sixteen years of service for my country, in three distinct branches of service. I started in the U.S. Army and only lasted a few months there, because of problems. Yet, I received an Honorable Discharge and moved on. I served in the Connecticut National Guard, and then on to the U.S. Navy. I was given an MOS of Tank Retriever Driver in The Army, then Machine Gunner Scout in the Army National Guard and finally in the Navy I was a Boiler Technician. In each position and branch of service I served Honorably, receiving five Honorable Discharges. That’s how much I love America, so all know.

I was injured in the U.S. Navy; I fell down a metal ladder because of a lube oil spill, and injured my spine, ending up with six herniated discs. I fought the Navy to stay, and that battle took me seven years before I lost it. Yet, I have no regrets for serving my country as a Military Member. I did it because I believe in America; I did it to keep my family and friends safe at home.

Now Today is the Fourth Of July 2020. We live in a different America; it is now one filled with anger, racial tensions, and led by a President who lacks leadership skills, and any empathy or care for anyone else but himself. Sadly, America has dropped from its number one rating in many categories and positions down quickly under the current President. Other world leader laugh at Trump when they see him coming. Trump has killed not only our relationships with other countries, but also our relationships with the science and medical fields of the world. They laugh him at world-wide and America is paying a price for it each day, he is President. America has had 45 President right as of this moment, and not one before Trump had ever destroyed America’s place in the world like him.

He has failed at everything he has done as President, with one exception, he changed the Supreme Court to a Conservative one. He didn’t do that alone, that was the Leader of The Senate, Mitch McConnell behind it all, driving it. He failed to build his wall and stole military funds to build it. The Economy is a wreck, we are in a recession; we are in a pandemic he did nothing to prevent, and he continues to refuse to wear masks or encourage social distancing, so we now have over fifty thousand fresh cases of coronavirus per day in America. He keeps holding rallies and public events, and the virus rages on and spreads ten times faster because of him.

President Trump held a wide open, non-social distancing rally and Holiday Event in South Dakota yesterday. Under the Mount Rushmore, Monument of the greatest United States Presidents ever. These men he stood under gave their lives to America, dedicated themselves to building, creating and promoting and improving the greatest nation in the word and the best democracy ever. I can imagine them looking down from above and shaking their heads in anger and frustration at all Trump has done to America. Trump is lucky for Washington himself, would have had Trump forcibly removed from office, in my opinion, never mind the others on the Mount. Sadly, we suffer because fancy words blinded too many, and lies coming from a failed businessman and ex. TV Host for a game. Words can brainwash and gather and create converts. They create clans also, like the Klu Klux Clan and others. People get incited by words and rhetoric that is false. Proof of this can be found, in world history easily, Hitler, James Jones, and others, who led people to destruction and death. As America moves forward this Fourth of July, we need to think back on the sacrifices or the forefathers of America and why we are here even as a nation and how we became one.

Americans, we can celebrate the 244 years of American History now, because of those Americans who gave all in commitment, dedication and service to our nation and the democracy we love so well and the Republic. Come November 3rd, 2020 the next election of an American President, all Americans, should Vote Trump out, remove his stain and lets go forward, with a new leader, one who has empathy, kill, leadership, and desire to save American and world lives. Not one who cares for no one but himself.

The longer Trump is in office, the worse America will get and more will die. He has no answers for the virus or how to fight it and has no leadership in how to do so. Trump, must go!

Any business in the world, whether online or in the brick and concrete world, hires or accepts employees and customers based on what they can do for the customer and what the social climate is of those manning their business. The point is to find the right people to do what you want done with the customer base you are serving and to advance your business to a profit making one.

So how do you sift through, who to hire, who not to hire and make the right choices and avoid the ones that can be disastrous to your company or business?

First, keep in mind what you built the business for, what its primary purpose is and what you intend it to do. You need a clear, concise business plan. One with an explicit mission statement. Don’t get overly legal about it, but don’t get too lax either. The harder you make it to understand, the worse your chances of it being understood by all the people in the business. Legal terms, unless you’re a lawyer or Judge, can bog down the purpose of your mission statement and all you are trying to accomplish. People don’t all fully get legal jargon folks, they feel oppressed by it and go what the hell is this. That’s the first thing to look at, simplify the rules and the mission, make it as direct as possible and as clear as can be.

Once you have an explicit mission statement that makes perfect sense, it is now time to set up business, so to say. Get the required equipment to do the job. Sometimes it is physical equipment, in other cases it is personnel needed to accomplish said mission. It is now a gathering time in your business, resources are everything, without the correct ones, you will fail eventually, so it must be a constant process of updating to match the day and time your working in the period. Out of date personnel, or equipment, will bog you down, slow the mission and lose you, money and time and any progress.

One of the biggest factors in business is the people you have representing your organization to the public. It should fill the face of your organization with those that most represent what you are trying to accomplish, with a cheerful disposition and demeanor. Yes, they must know what they are doing and where to go for questions or answers needed to get the job done. Books, written rules are always tending toward interpretation and meaning. So, when your writing company Rules, Policies, Creeds, Traditions, make sure they are clear about the requirements you expect matched to get to the ending you desire.

The biggest problem companies face is finding people who know what they are doing, are not out of date on what they are doing, and can be flexible and adjust to ongoing changes. If you want all college-educated employees, then remember you will get an all dry, educated front too, all who come into the place of business will see that. If you want people orientated people, who have hospitality and a friendly outlook and inviting personality then you may go in the right direction. People like smiling faces, they like people open to fresh ideas, they like people who can adjust on the fly, and most of all, people who can learn as they go.

Do your company a favor, don’t claim credit for what already existed ok. Yes use it, and make it work for you, but don’t go telling anyone, we established it or created it if you didn’t. It gives a false statement a front seat on your business and presents to the public a false narrative period. People will see through it fast and veer away.

There is a problem with many companies or businesses, when they go well we have done this forever and it always works. While it becomes the standard of operation, it may not keep up with the day, the age, the environment or climate of the current era of your business. Be open to making changes as necessary folks, or your business falls behind the times, and loses out. Then what you have done is idled, and let things sit too long and any interest in your way of doing business disappears and eventually so will your business.

To find the personnel for your business, you need, you need to look at experience, but you also need to look at their willingness to adapt, to change, and learn as they go. DO they think on their feet, will they go looking for the right answers if needed? Will they be able to help others and is helping others, one trait they have? If not well, what are they there for, just themselves?

Communication is an enormous factor also, companies should hire people not only with the ability to speak, but ones who have learned the ability to listen. Listening is a primary item few people do, do to lack of patience, or a non-caring attitude. Look for empathy and passion, not just one or the other, but both. Listening is more vital in relationships and in everyday life as you go along, and belongs on the front line of any operation or business. Without it, you lose customers and the direction of your business or company. To be successful, stick to the Mission yes, but how you achieve the mission has to be adaptable to the period you’re running it in and you have to change and adapt as you go. Never forget, there are other ways of doing things, be open to fresh ideas.

A friend and I had a conversation recently that I found very interesting. I was trying to get someone to change their mind regarding a decision they made that had to do with me. Each day I would get up and go, will this be the day they say yes, instead of no. Is there anything I can say or do to make them change their mind? So, I would sit and do other things, always thinking about the situation, and what happened and how to correct or change it back so this person would accept me. What did I find out doing this for days and then weeks, simple folks, it’s not worth the effort to bang your head against a wall and get nowhere, all you do is hurt yourself, and get nowhere? It’s an endless battle with yourself, not with those you want to accept you, for they don’t care.

You can’t change the past, nor can you force someone to understand you! It doesn’t matter what happened, who is responsible or who isn’t, all that matters to them is they don’t want you around because you disagree.

The other thing one has to realize, it’s best to move on and forget and forgive, then to keep up a hopeless battle. Why fight a war you can’t win?

What I did was first was try to explain in plain English what happened and why it happened. That didn’t work because of the opinions and gossip and rumors of others, already in this person’s ear. It sets him in his ways and will remain that way, because it keeps him happy, and he gets what he wants from the way he does things. Sadly, he loses people who can help him and what he is doing, because he looks at everything like: “Been this way for 12 years and it works for me and my people, no sense changing, we like it this way, it’s a proven way to work it.”

When you run up against such people, you can try to suggest changes, you can try to help them, or others, but they don’t change a thing and lose ground without realizing it. Apologizing won’t get you anywhere with these people either, I found, they are not interested in hearing it; they become ignorant, stubborn and selfish. Sadly, all one can do is go, ok I did all I can to help you and walk away.

The experience taught me about people and what makes some of them tick. The emotional reasons and lack of logic and common sense in these people, is dangerous. You can’t instill common sense, logic, or an education in anyone who doesn’t want it. It doesn’t work, all you do when you try to is come up against massive resistance and it becomes a fight, you will never win. Like, all logical people you figure out there is no longer any sense in beating your head against the wall. Walk away.

As my parents used to say, ” You can’t fix ignorance, nor can you fix stupid!” And as my friend said recently, she was correct, ” A square Peg will never fit a round hole, stop trying to force what doesn’t fit!”
