There are many old saying out there, some true, some not, it seems. But, one that always seems to me to come back like a dreadful penny is, a criminal always returns to the scene of his crimes.

A second that gets me all the time is, watch what you say or do, someone is always watching you. Both sayings seem to hold water and not change in truth, or in lasting time.

A few more things to consider, like how people accept or don’t accept apologies, in life from those who make mistakes. All of us are human beings, we all make mistakes, some of us more serious or less serious than others. Mistakes are the way we learn and the world moves ahead, believe it or not. Mistakes have brough us cures, made what we well by creating inventions and devices and more. Mistakes my friends create solutions. So it is no sad fact at all that mistakes happen, whether they be emotional or physical or any other type. It’s what you do once you make a mistake and how you handle it or fix it, that counts is it not?

In recent times and days, many mistakes are being made in major ways by world leaders and state leaders in America. Like the recent reopening of the American Economy. IT should never have happened now the coronavirus is spreading ten times faster, deaths are rising, and it was a failure. So, who is responsible for this uptick and these deaths happening today? Here in America, the problem and the results belong to one man, President Donald Trump. He failed to stop it entering America; he failed to keep it contained here in America. And last but not least, he came out forcing states to open up the economy again, and causing massive spreads and killing more people. For what reason, his reelection is all. Now the American Economy he relied on for his reelection campaign is done, he has zero accomplishments and nothing to run on. It is a sad sight to see.

Now, America must go back and shut down again, it will deepen the recession, take longer to recover, and do more damages to small and medium businesses in the country. The company already feel the pain and suffering from it all and many are grinding to a halt. Where do Americans turn next for Health Care, for food, for housing and more? Tell me America, are you now glad you Elected a Failed Businessman and TV Show Host as President?

Professional Sports has fans all over the world, Major League Baseball, The NFL, The NHL, The NBA and more. While we miss these sports in the coronavirus’s time, we must also realize these are human beings who can catch this virus. I know we all miss Professional Sports, it’s entertaining factor, it chasing of records and its fabulous plays and moments. But, I have to ask, should the Owners and Organizers of these sports seriously be thinking of restarting them in the current conditions? I say no!

I love professional sports; I am a Red Sox Fan; I love the NFl; I am a Vikings fan; I love the NBA; I am a Celtics fan. These are my favorite sports to watch, others love Golf, Tennis and more and the Olympics too. Should these athletes have to be exposed, to the virus just to entertain us? I say no. The health risk to each member or player of these sports and franchises, are human and susceptible to dying from Covid-19. Lets face the facts rushing these professional sports to restart in the time of coronavirus or rushing them back may indeed, take the lives of some of these sports players and heros.

I miss Sports as much as the next fan out there. Yet, do I want to see it bad enough to feel responsible for these players and teammates to get the virus and die? I say no, it should be, at a later date, with far less risk after we find a vaccine. That said, major league sports and the athletes have an excellent reason not to resume playing. NOt to mention filling stadiums or fields, or any arena with spectators would be foolish, not allow for social distancing or guarantee it, and there is no way to enforce wearing masks or washing hands, world-wide folks. We must do this individually and by each person period. Sadly, too many are not listening to reason, and scientific and medical facts, so cities tried to open early and now more will die and get the virus. Isn’t it time for all of us to listen, get masks, sanitize our hands, take showers daily or baths, social distance and stay alive and virus free.The risk far outweighs the benefits of us all being entertained, period.

Let’s talk logic, common sense, and survival.

I say first logic; you have a virus in the air and being spread about by contact, breathing, and closeness to other human beings! So, isn’t it logic since you have no way to know who is a symptomatic and carrying said virus to stay away from other people as much as humanly possible?

Common Sense goes hand in hand with logic folks! Common sense says, oh shit there’s a virus, it’s killing people left and right, the body bags are piling up , the hospitals are filling again and the numbers are climbing. It says to stop the deaths and continued growth and spreading of said virus we take measures and stick to them. So Why, are people not listening to common sense. Why are we not using common sense, and social distancing and wearing masks and wash hands and face and bodies to kill it?

Survival, as stubborn as mankind has been in the past, we have always come around to what will preserve our lives and human kind. Why are we being ignorant now and not paying attention to the medical and scientific experts? Many prefer to follow Donald Trump’s examples, and not wear masks, and not social distancing, and go to political rallies, why? Someone, tell me, when will it stop, how many more must die, for Americans and Humans worldwide to get it? America now sits at over 124,000 dead from Coronavirus and cases of Coronavirus rising by hundreds and thousands in many states. Now, the American President is holding public rallies in stadiums and attracting thousands who are now passing the virus to one another. by not social distancing or wearing facial masks, why?

Let me say this to all who so badly want to believe in and support the current President of the United States. Why are you doing this? Tell me something, do you have Logic, Common Sense and a Survival Instinct, or are you just sheep being led to slaughter here? A virus doesn’t care if you are Democratic, Republican, Independent, White, Black or Oriental. It only cares what it can feed on and that is humanity and ignorance and without a vaccine it is doing just that.

Research is on to create such a vaccine for covid-19 we all know this, yet we rush out and the virus spreads left and right and more get sick and die. Tell me this folks will you get logical, grow common sense, and act for survival, when the virus hits a family member of yours and your forced to say goodbye and bury them? Will you wake up when you have to say goodbye to a family member by video coverage of their cremation or burial? When will you people wake up out there, death is staring you in the face and you ignore that fact and the precautions, put out by the people who fight it daily, weekly and yes yearly? Sadly, The coronavirus is winning folks, not you or I, but a virus is winning against human kind! Do you understand that, and the more you run around mask less, and don’t social distance, you encourage it, and cause it to multiply and spread beyond measure.

Hello humanity, hello Americans, Hello World, the only way to beat a virus is to find a vaccine for it. Is That clear to you yet, let the medical and scientific people lead the way, do their research and try to curb it and listen to them! No, Vaccine was created overnight, Polio took 5 years folks, stop, listen and survive or the next body bag that fills could be one with your family member, loved one or you in it.

Cornonavirus is real, it’s deadly and there is no escaping or avoiding it folks. Only one solution exists, find the vaccine, period!

Politicians of both parties should be united to fight the virus, not each other. An American President holding rallies for political purposes is just wrong at this time. It shows beyond a reasonable doubt that all President Trump cares about is being re-elected not you or me! We need a President who cares, has empathy, has morals, has ethics and shows he cares!. Trump is failing in Leadership period and has zero accomplishments to his credit. I know, people say he built an economy, it’s a recession folks wake up, I know people say he made the Supreme Court all Conservative, who cares they still voted against him lately didnt they? Did he accomplish building his wall and having Mexico pay for it, no! Did he stop Kim Jung UN and the nuclear missles being built, no, he failed. He failed to stand up to Putin and tell him to srtay the hell out of our elections, the an isa failure in all he does. What kind of an American President leads his followers to the slaughter by holding political rallies during a pandemic?

As we look forward to November 3rd, 2020, we have to realize the election is not over folks, our next President could end up being the one we already have, or it could be Joe Biden. We have to use logic; we have to use common sense and we have to understand America is in trouble, period.

America’s economy is dead, we are in a recession; the coronavirus is killing more each day and spreading again rapidly. So where do we go from here, that’s the actual question, isn’t it?

We have racial unrest and police brutality; we have anger between races, protests in our streets, and foolish, uneducated individuals who don’t want to believe in science and medical advice. We have people who blindly follow a President who does not understand what he is doing and who is incompetent! So what does America do next, that is the major question now isn’t it?

America can stay the course and keep Trump come November 3rd, 2020, watch itself as a nation fall further behind the leaders in the world and laughed at more. The World Leaders want nothing to do with Trump or America, they see Trump coming, they laugh at him and all the bullshit he speaks. They know a fool when they see one.

America right now is not the leader it was and may have to take not years but decades to rebuild its reputation and standing in the world order. As more Americans die from the coronavirus, we still do not have a leader who will do what is necessary to control and prevent the spread of the virus. Nor will he set an example for the nation and social distance and wear a mask either. That’s not leadership, that’s pure foolishness!

120,000 Americans, dead and counting, is not the time to kill the Coronavirus Team or anything to do with fighting the virus. It is time to enforce strict social distancing, hand washing, and the wearing of facial coverings. Instead, we have an American President who is too vain to wear a face mask, and who holding rallies to get re-elected, pulling people into close crowds, with no masks or social distancing and spreading the virus and not caring. And Trump Supporters show up at these rallies with no masks, pack in and then unknowingly take the virus home with them, spreading it further in America. Why and so damn sad if you ask me!

That said, let’s talk about the upcoming Election in November 2020. Do you, as a responsible American Adult Citizen, really want four more years of total failure? The Economy, tanked, recession is here, people are dying left and right from the virus, jobs were not brought back to America from overseas as promised. He failed in getting the wall built on America’s Southern Border. He tried to take the money from the military to build his wall and failed there too. Then Trump gave North Korea’s Kim Jong Un just what he wanted a seat at the world’s table and failed to stop his Nuclear Build-up and Kim Jong Un laughs at Trump and America. Now where are accomplishments that count for the American People and this country from Trump or his Administration?

There is no concrete accomplishments folks period, it’s a sad joke to even try to find any. There have been no accomplishments. With one exception, he made the Supreme Court Conservative and then it voted against him on two counts already. So that didn’t work for him either. He killed Obama Care and left millions of Americans with no Health Insurance or coverage of any kind. Now when you need it more than ever, you have none of what so ever and medical costs still rise. Those are not victory folks, it’s complete and utter failure on Trump’s part. So where are his accomplishments, what has he done in his four-year term as President?

He has accomplished a tax change in the laws to benefit himself and his cronies is all. They get more money and pay fewer taxes, period. There is nothing else he has done that is constructive, or useful to the common American citizen. He fails at every turn he takes. He doesn’t deserve a second term as President of the United States and he has torn the country down enough! It’s time to make him go home!

As the protest over Police Violence continue and people wonder where to get food from and how to stay alive, The President of the United States eats just fine on our dollar and has health care coverage up his ass, provided by us, but the American People don’t! He doesn’t work to stop the spread of Coronavirus or use safety procedures to do so. He instead goes out and holds rallies for his reelection and encourages the spread of the virus so more will die. Sad!

Here is a good one to consider and one that will show you how much of a hypocrite Trump is, he opposes Mail in Voting for all, but does it himself! Now that’s just a hypocrite for sure. He’s racist, prejudiced and discriminating. Yet, his backers and loyal followers show up waving signs and wearing red hats at rallies. Why? What is their reasoning, I don’t think anyone will understand them or they don’t understand themselves? Sad !

Do us all a favor folks, don’t battle Trump or his supporters on the streets or at election rallies, fight back come November 3rd, 2020, Vote Trump Out! Remove the stain of Trumpism from America History!

A brief discussion needs spoken to in America today. The Statues, being taken down across our country, are being removed and destroyed, because suddenly they are being looked at as decisive and discriminating. What are we forgetting here, Americans?

They built each statue to remember certain things in certain eras of America. Yes, I agree that any depiction of slavery should go. What I don’t agree with is taking all down, and destroying them, as you do, you destroy a connection to America’s accurate history and the facts. They depict history in distinct ways, in different eras. So, why destroy the links to what made us who we are?

America is a diverse country now, because of the facts in history. Yes, I know, white Americans had no right to bring Africans to America against their will and use them as slaves. We are talking about different times and people. Today Americans should be more intelligent and more realistic about all in the world and here at home. Ignorance ran rampant back then. People were less educated and fearful of differences and some are still today. Yet, America still has its problems with race and color and prejudice and discrimination, it’s a sad site to see.

I grew up in the projects of the city I lived in as a child. We live close together, Black, White, Hispanics and yes, even Orientals. As a child I had friends of all races, we were kids; we didn’t care about these differences because we all struggled to survive together. It worked, because they overlooked the color of our skins, or the way we talked or acted, kids care less.

As we grow up they teach us things they should never have. Parents have no right to stop their children from interacting with other races, colors or nationalities. It’s wrong, period! American history can not be changed by pulling down statues of famous individuals. So what should we do, instead?

How about facing facts here, if African Americans will pull down these statues and destroy them they should be ready for some revealing facts about their own? From George Washington Carver to Martin Luther King Jr and more, some sports heros and some political heros of African Americans had faults too. Do we go around pulling down statues dedicated to them? Answer that one, folks?

I cannot change History, it can be dealt, with yes. By changing our current actions and how we interact. There is no reason to destroy the past and no way to do so really, so why be so destructive? All of this is a show of anger only and the way African Americans, believe is right to do, to express their anger over all of it. Sadly, it can not be changed but we can only change what we do next.

All of us no matter of color, race, nationality, make up America we are a stewpot of a country mixed and thrown together. As a child, I was out in the backyard of my home in those projects one day, playing with a jar, a cover and bees. I was a kid capturing bees to look at them. Sometimes you’re fast enough to do it and sometimes you’re not. I was unlucky and missed and got stung by a bee. I was young in pain and hurt like hell, so I dropped the jar and cried. Suddenly a door opened up in front of me and this black woman came out to comfort me. She cuddled me and looked at the sting on my hand. Then she took the time to create a mud pack and put it on the sting and draw the stinger out. She comforted me and cared for me like one of her own and cared. Ladies and gentlemen, this was the 1960’s I am talking about here. She didn’t care if I was white or black; she cared a child was hurt, and she came to my rescue. The point being and I will say this again for the world to hear and I want all to understand; we are all human beings, we all hurt, we all cry, we all mourn, we all need to be more empathic, more caring and get along today. For the 1960’s when this happened, this woman was far ahead of many in her era. Why can’t all Americans take our cue from her. She didn’t care, except, she saw a child in pain and helped, period! Why can’t modern Americans of all colors see this and realize we are one nation under god?

Today the death total from The Coronavirus/ Covid 19 has passed 120,000 people in America.

Sadly. there seems be, no stopping covid-19 or, it’s spread in America because of the stubbornness of the American People to stick to medical and scientific guidelines. Sadly, the country is opening up as more than half the states are now rising in Coronavirus patients and cases. Hospitals are filling up again and people just continue to runaround mask-less and not listening to distancing guidelines. Now, why is it happening and do Americans not understand the virus is a killer?

People who are Trump supporters follow Trump’s lead, no mask and no social distancing, so what happens is the virus spreads. Trumps rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma had approximately what ten thousand people in the audience. Of those ten thousand, how many were a symptomatic or with the virus in the first place? How many who were not wearing masks or social distancing caught the virus and are now spreading it across the countryside? Sadly, we have an American President whose only care if himself not you or me. Out of ten thousand how many now have the virus and took it with them home or to their own areas and neighborhoods? We don’t know, do we?

I want people to look at the numbers or deaths and cases of the virus in America on the date of Trump’s rally. Now wait for ten to fourteen days and look at the numbers again, I bet you will see an increase of patients and deaths from the virus of a minimum of 10 percent of the ten thousand at the rally and more. The numbers will also multiply by 10 percent, at least because the virus is spreading for those at the rally who traveled since.

Now I want to say this to those Trump supporters who went to his rally and wore his red hats and waved his signs in a tight crowd. Will you be happy when your relatives or you die from the virus, will you listen then? The numbers keep climbing and Trump tells all; he told his people to slow down the testing for the virus, because the more testing you do, the more cases you find! Stupid, uncaring, ignorant and just plain dumb statement by Trump, period.

There should be more testing, more isolation and social distancing and more mask wearing, not less!

Is there not one person in The Trump Administration, with a set of balls big enough to tell Trump he is wrong, incompetent and pure stupid and killing people? I guess no one has the balls to say it to him, because they are afraid of him and intimidated by him. Sadly, I believe that is the case.

As we roll toward the election in November, how many Trump supporters will now get the virus and spread it to unknowing family and friends? How many more will have to die, for Trump, the Republican Party and its members and Trump supporters to listen and show they care?

120,000 Americans dead and ore to come and Trump and his supporters believe he is right no mask needed, no social distancing needed, just rallies to get him re-elected! Sad state of affairs for sure!

As maybe 10 to 15 thousand people who are Trump Supporters stood in an arena and listened to Trump spout his rhetoric and stories of his Administration and more, America had the coronavirus cases rise by 33,770. He encouraged his supporters to come to his rally, and better than three quarters of the people there had no masks and no social distancing. Now here is the real question folks, How many of the ten to fifteen thousand people at said rally will now come down with coronavirus? Ten to 15 days from now we will know when they hit the hospitals sick!

How many more will die, because Trump wanted a rally to promote his re-election? It’s a simple enough question right, for we all know the coronavirus is not taking a vacation or anytime off in its spreading agenda. So, let’s use the model of scientific and medical facts. Scientist and Medical specialist say, a crowd of fifteen thousand should have an infection rate of 10 percent. Which means at minimum 1500 more people now have coronavirus, and then they leave the rally and on the way home they stop for dinner, or food or they go straight home and infect people along the way, without knowing they are carrying the virus themselves, because they are asymptomatic. Now, the virus doesn’t care who carries it, it just goes along for a ride and attacks the next person it can as it goes when it spreads. So, how many more cases of coronavirus is Trump and his rally now responsible for? How many more people must now get sick or die, because the President of the United States refuses to wear a face mask and to acknowledge the dangers of the virus itself? You tell me Trump Supporters!

November 3rd, 2020 is coming fast, and I am sure President Trump will hold more public rallies, and more of his supporters will show up. How many rallies will it take, where people wear no masks and do no social distancing and get sick from coronavirus, before people realize the chance they are taking, attending such an event? Add to this, the fact, Trump asked for coronavirus testing to be slowed down, when all scientific and medical experts say the exact opposite should happen!

Is anyone noticing a pattern here yet? Like what is Trump doing holding rallies in the middle of a pandemic? Simple folks, he is more interested in his own re-election than he is in the American People’s well being! It’s selfish, and a case of ignoring medical and scientific facts, and taking too many chances with people’s lives! It’s a sad state of affairs for America and it’s people!

Add to it, at the rally, Trump lies and stretches information and stories and what you have is a mess! Trump’s Tulsa rally littered with familiar false claims! This is a man in desperation mode, and he will do anything to get attention, even put his own supporters at risk to get coronavirus and to die. It’s a sad sight to see, from a President of the United States and the Leader of the country.

Do Americans really understand that the Covid-19 virus is not done? IT is not eradicated, nor do we have a vaccine for the virus, so it is basically still present. Yet, many sit back and charge out into public places, no masks, no social distancing and the virus spreads, and the numbers climb.

We are being driven by politics and political needs, not by science and medical facts. I remind everyone the death toll in America is now over 119,000 deaths and rising daily. 18 states have rising cases of infection because people listened to the American President and reopened for business.. We are being driven now to reopen the country with no cure or vaccine, and because of this the numbers are rising daily.

Yes, the excuse to reopen all again, comes from a so-called push to get the American Economy back on track. But that is not worth the number of deaths we are getting. Many are losing their senior or elderly family members to this virus and we do not base the push to reopen on helping the American People, I base it on Trump wanting reelected. It;s a sad case, for it is Trump who fumbled the whole coronavirus pandemic from the beginning. Doctors, Scientist told him way back in December 2019 it was coming. He blew it off. He failed to react, but the virus did. He is responsible for the number of deaths from Covid-19. How many Americans and people world-wide must die, before we see a vaccine?

How much incompetence can Americans take from an American President is what I want to know? He failed at so many things it is sad to reflect on and the world is laughing at America because of his inadequacies and his lack of knowledge. This man didn’t even know where Finland is, or that South American Countries are not part of America. Come on, folks, wake up here. You have been bull shitted and beaten into believing Trump is so great by a pure propaganda campaign and advertising skills is all.

OK so, we can’t change the minds of pure Trump Supporters for they are blind, loyal followers who would follow him over a cliff if he jumped sadly. They run around in Red Hats and back Trump because they do not understand the truths and when you hit them with it, they will fight back. It is really a sad sight to see when you witness it in person, especially; they look at you like a rabid dog with rabies and counterattack like animals, instead of logic and common sense. It is one of the saddest sights ever seen in American History.

Trump’s record as president is one failure after another, and they laugh him world-wide by the Leaders of other nations. He failed in North Korea but gave their leader a seat on the world stage and never stopped his build-up of nukes. He failed at building a will on the Southern Border and having Mexico pay for it. They laughed at him. The wall is a ploy and not needed and anyone with any education will tell you so. 600 miles does not make a wall on the American / Mexican Border nor does repainting it. IT’s a waste of taxpayers’ money period and for sure.

His record of failures is larger than any of any American President in our country’s history. Yet his backers will scream at you he made a great economy, it’s a lie, and the truth is it was President Obama’s Economy and Trump inherited it when he came into office. Trump believes the stock market is the economy, it isn’t folks; he does not understand what the word economy means or anything about economics.Ask him a pointed question about what the economy really is or how it should run or operate, and he will point at the Stock Market and say see that’s it and it’s numbers are great, lol. He does not understand at all. Sad.

Now we enter the last stage of his four years in office, he has zero accomplishments, an economy in full recession, he did not bring back jobs from overseas, he’s killed healthcare for millions, and produced nothing to replace it at all. He spouts about how bad the Democrats are and can’t even walk down a simple ramp anymore. The man is of poor mind and poor health folks, and incapable, period.

He’s racist, and his views and ideas are non-existant, and so offbase it’s sad to listen to him.Yet the ones who backed him in 2016 are still his loyal supporters, I wonder what makes them so loyal to him?

How far by the wayside and out of the mainstream and out of the leadership position on the world stage has Trump Taken America? You tell me America, is this what you want to slide backwards, into a second or three world nation? I would hope not, November 3rd is coming faster than many will expect, Vote Trump Out! There is no excuse for incompetence of this proportion! America once proud and the biggest leader on the planet has just under four years of Trump fallen from the Leader of the World to an also ran, country falling toward third world status. Sad!

I want to discuss today an item I ran in to, this week. Called resistance to change, the refusal to see something changing, due to time, or due to the need to change to make it better, that does not happen, because of rules, regulations and traditions, put in place and held for a long time. We build this resistance on the adage and thought of it’s working already and has been for a lengthy period, so we won’t update it. I heard this many times from people who own sims in Second Life and who believe they are right, just because it’s their sim and it has lasted as is so long.

There are two sides to every argument and thought mankind has ever had. And in the end, only one can be right, I know. When you write excessive rules, regulations, traditions, creeds and people who are everyday people walking in your club or business, can not understand what you are writing, due to the language it is written in, then you have a problem. Those coming in are not all Lawyers, Officers in the Military of any sort. Nor are all college graduates, with degrees of any kind, especially, in a BDSM or D/s program.

When you finally realize and start to make changes, because you see problems and results you did not want to see happen, you have to sit back and wonder how did we get here and what did we do wrong to get these results and how do we now go about changing it to correct it so it doesn’t happen again. To fix it all, one has to stop and reevaluate what you have already and then be very careful about the changes you are trying to make, for they have to be in plain English and clear without scaring away the people you already have in place. Otherwise it will tumble down and fall apart and you lose all you have built up over time and effort.

When you members sit before you or in discussions without and debate whether they understand the rules you put out, because of the language they are written in and say, make it simpler, make it easy to understand for all, and stop adding more for people to do, and making it not fun anymore, it’s time to back up and figure out a different way to achieve what you want to do.

What causes the above problems, over one thing. 1) Resistance to Change occurs when an organization or the owner of said organization, is stuck in one thought, one way of doing things and can’t see a reason to go a different way. So you have to show them the reason to do so, first, then show them a solution to what the problem is and how to implement it.

Bureaucracy grows over time, and it even interferes in Government’s operations. IT slows down processes; it gives people hoops to dive through, and so much damn red tape, they finally surrender to it and give up. Sadly, this slowly erodes and destroys the organization from within, by causing internal fighting, arguments, bickering and misunderstanding in said organization. How do you avoid it if you make changes then?

The answer my friends is not blowing in the wind as Stevie Wonder said, the answer is in listening. Listen to your people and act accordingly to correct the situation or it will damage what you set out to create. Destruction of your creation is not what you want, you want to change it yes, not destroy it, so listen. Recently, a friend of mine was advising me, and gave me some advice, I think needs applied here in this case..

Becoming an Active Listener

Pay Attention. Give the speaker your undivided attention, and acknowledge the message. ...
Show That You're Listening. Use your own body language and gestures to show that you are engaged. ...
Provide Feedback. ...
Defer Judgment. ...
Respond Appropriately.

Now the above works in businesses and in personal relationships too. Now, in a venue such as Second Life, which is a glorified game, listening to your members is vital. The difference between adding or losing members is listening to all they say and adjusting appropriately. When you have members saying, too many rules, too many assignments, make the language of said rules and assignments easier to understand and clarify, then the verbiage and written language and size of the words you are using is wrong for the audience you have watching and listening. So reword it, it won’t kill you to take out the legal wording and bring in common sense language to explain will it. There is always a way to make it easier to understand, and easier to adapt to.

When people go, your changes are too messy, too long, all can’t understand the rules, or they say if you make that change I won’t do it, you have a problem. So what do you do, create more committees and panels to to fix it, and they only make it worse, by doing it and not listening? Listening is vital in business, listening is vital in marriage, life and yes, any other activity where people are included. Listen first. Humans react to excessive rules, excessive work, excessive behavior from those who are bosses. Wake up Listen, that’s where changes begin to happen in relationships and operations in the world. A Blind man can not cross a railroad track alone , or a river or ocean, it takes a crew to sail a ship: it takes enlisted personnel in the service to get the job down, not the Officer yelling and giving orders. I can give a simple example in this way: the United States ordered an attack on Iraq, to rid the world of Saddam Hussen. When that attack was order they gave a mission to General Swatzkoff, go to Iraq and find Hussein. Swaztkoff wasn’t told how to do it, just do it, he had to make his own decisions on tactics, how to advance, and in the end how to reach the aim and submit the plans for approval and then move ahead. I mention this because you can’t as a Leader operate as an island unto yourself, nor can you make all the decisions by your self. It just does not work that way. The way things get done is a mission is given, and an objective is there to complete, what the Boss, President, or General must do is listen to options and ways to reach the objective, but do so with objectivity, impartial vision and with their own knowledge. When a plan falters or falls apart, it is the leader or boss or owner who must step up, review, re-evaluate and correct it, not the pack of individuals in middle-level positions. That is creating bureaucracy where there is no reason for it. Too many cooks will ruin the stew here, too many opposing views will only confuse the way to a correction.

You want to correct it, and make it work, then you need advisors who can see the issues, present them to you, without being intimidated or scared of you and repercussions. If you look down on them because their ideas do not meet what you want, it may not be they are wrong for speaking up or out. It maybe you didn’t make it clear what your aim is to accomplish. Clarify, don’t put down or push aside, include, and encourage and not discourage or put fears in anyone. Be careful. You want it fixed, ask the right people, sometimes there needs to be a change in the peeking order to get a clearer view of the picture and what really needs done. Keep in mind, times change, needs change, demands change, wants, needs, desire change and so do people. And keep in mind fresh look, may be best through fresh eyes, listening to the same people who got you into your rut, you’re into, or who set the rules with you that caused the problems in the first place, may not be your solution. Fresh views and visions, change the world for the better daily, make it change yours too.
