Have the two major political Parties forgotten?

Halloween 2019 begins with rain here in Connecticut in my area. As kids get dressed up and adults too, it’s supposed to be a fun day and evening for me and for you. Kids walking around dressed up in costumes, adults partying and having a drink together and laughing. It’s supposed to be a fun day for all involved and hopefully it will go off without any violence or deaths.

In the meantime, The Impeachment Inquiry starts to get more serious as more witnesses come forth to testify to Trump’s crimes and his High Crimes and Misdemeanors are now adding up by the hour and minute and being revealed.

The Republicans asked for the Impeachment Inquiry to be turned into a formal one by a vote and they will get their wish today, when the House votes to do so. The committees will then become formal Impeachment Panels, digging deeper and preparing Articles of Impeachment as they go and the public will hear and see all the testimony and evidence as it goes along. For the Republicans it gets to be, Got My Wish Day!

For The Democrats, it begins a long road of hard work and testimony gathering and evidence gathering and writing of Articles of Impeachment. As I see it right now the Impeachment Inquiry can write Articles of Impeachment on Obstruction of Justice, Misuse of Power, Lying to the American People and Public. and many more crimes committed by President Trump including Bribing a Foreign Country using American Funds awarded by Congress by withholding them from Ukraine. The Quid Pro Quo, is real, it’s there in the call and transcripts and testified to by numerous witnesses now and even stated in Trump’s own words in the call, and by his Chief of Staff.

Look, the country is now over 50 percent for Impeachment and Removal of Donald J. Trump as President. It has reached proportions equal to or beyond the same range of Richard Nixon’s days and his Impeachment Hearings. Sadly, the Trumpers as Trump likes to call his followers, will never stop backing him, but, I believe the tide is beginning to turn as more Republicans complain of his acts and words as time goes on. Trump is not an legitimate, or legal President!

Mueller’s report alone proves, Russia interfered in the 2016 Election and they bought it for Trump. It also, gives The Impeachment Process, 10 articles of Obstruction of Justice and Trump has blocked, stonewalled and given then many more reasons for Obstruction of Justice charges.

His denials don’t ring true and the witnesses coming forward to the Ukraine call all collaborate what was said and done by Trump. He withheld funding from Ukraine, so he could get information on a political rival or two. He wanted Russia to get Hillary’s 30,000 emails, now he wanted Ukraine to find them also and investigate Joe and Hunter Biden his rival for 2020. he has gone too far, it is pure and outright Abuse of Power.

Many will say, Trump is innocent until proven guilty and he deserves a chance to defend himself. That is not what the Impeachment in the House is for. The House Impeachment is just a half of the process folks. They Vote to Impeach on the basis of the evidence period, once they Impeach him in the House, the second half begins in the Senate. The Evidence and charges come from the House and the tag of Impeachment then is attached, as it goes to the Senate. When The Senate gets the Articles of Impeachment the Trial begins.

The Senate holds the Trial of an Impeached President, reviewing, reading and debating each Article of Impeachment, which are the charges. Then witnesses are called if necessary and the President can send lawyers and witnesses of his own to refute the charges. When all is said and done it is up to the Senate to Vote to remove or not remove a sitting President.

I submit this to all who would fight said Impeachment and Removal of President Donald Trump, The High Crimes and Misdemeanors are numerous, the proof is enormous, the evidence damning and I honestly doubt in my opinion Trump can survive such a trial and a vote to remove.

But, if he does once Impeached he will be weakened and unable to do much at all as Congress will do it’s oversight duties at a higher rate, than ever before till he leaves the Office of The Presidency.

One other concern has come to mind, and that is what did the Vice President know and why did he not react to the call with Ukraine, or to the Obstruction of Justice charges or anything else? Is Vice President Pence complicit in the High Crimes and Misdemeanors of President Trump? If not what happens if he is forced to take over as President?

The repercussions of what is about to happen in America and its political system, will be far and wide and it will ripple through decades of American Politics and both Political Parties for a long, long time. Why did both Parties not gut check this sooner, why did no one on either side react to Trump’s words and actions sooner? Who is more to blame in this case of a President who has gone rogue without any tethers tied to him, to do and say as he pleases? In the end, when Trump does leave office, whether Impeached of not, how will it affect future Presidents in America? Will Presidents all be able to do as they please in office like Trump has and go their own way? Break laws, lie and cheat the American People out of cash, like he does with his hotels and breaching of the Emoluments Clause also?

If The Republicans do not act and vote to Impeach and Remove Donald J. Trump from the Presidency, they are making a grave mistake for the future. For when a Democrat or Independent President takes the oath of Office, and does what Trump did, they will have no say, for if Trump can do it, so can anyone after him!

In the end let me say this, Congress, the House and Senate both, have a duty for Oversight of the Executive Branch and The President. Both Parties Democrats and Republicans have a responsibility to handle Oversight seriously and to keep the checks and balances in force as put forth by the Constitution and Our Forefathers who created our Nation. If they do not act to Impeach and remove, they will be vacating their duties and failing their responsibilities to the Constitution, the American people too. In the end they will destroy their own powers of oversight and all Presidents will run ragged and free, like tyrants or kings. Is that what Congress wants to allow to happen, is that what we the American People want, to be ruled by a Dictator, Tyrant, or a King? Didn’t we the American People fight for our Independence against England to get out from under a King? Have the two major political Parties forgotten after only 243 years, what America was created for and is about?

Lets not interfere with the next Presidential Election Cycle in 2020.

As October 2019 rolls towards it end, and November 2019 inches closer, so does the Impeachment Inquiry of President Donald J. Trump. As the House gathers evidence and gets ready to hear more each day, others are I am sure preparing Articles of Impeachment from said evidence. The only question that remains is not if Donald Trump will be Impeached, it is when he will be Impeached.

As I have said before, this President, is the worst President in American History and History will reflect it forever. Sadly, what took place in the 2016 Presidential Election was an attack on America by way of the election process, by Putin and Russia and it succeeded, putting Trump in the Oval Office. Russian money and influence elected Trump not the American Voters, they spent millions upon millions, in social media ads, television ads and more, to get their puppet Trump elected.

I remind all, Hillary Rodham Clinton won the Popular Vote in America’s 2016 Election by over 300,ooo votes!

Sadly, the Americans who voted for Trump, the Trump loyalists, all will deny he is Putin’s Puppet and support him until he is either removed or voted out of office. They get angry, like he is their kid when you tell them, he is Putin’s Puppet and he has zero accomplishments. He has done nothing or accomplished nothing while in office, except to isolate America from the world, lose our place as the leader of the Free World and destroy the moral and ethical fiber of America.

Trump believes he can do as he pleases, because he is President, and he hates anyone who tells him he can’t. He thinks because he is President, his word is law and what he says goes. again a falsehood, he holds dear, to himself.

The United States is a Republic, Mr. President Trump, not a Monarchy, not a Dictatorship, and you are not allowed to be a Tyrant! We did away with all of that when The United States became an Independent Republic and we won our Independence from England, in the Revolutionary War! We are a Republic, run under democracy rules, and laws and our Constitution, of which you seem to not know, a thing about.

Sadly, it seems to me, you either skipped history classes in school or paid other kids to do your homework. You don’t understand The Constitution, you don’t Understand the check and balances system or our government , and you don’t even know geography either, for you have messed up and confused, states in items you speak about, from where Colorado is, to where Alabama is!

I was speaking to Veterans in the West Haven, Connecticut Veterans Hospital as I was a patient there recently, as an in patient. As the other Patients in the Hospital told me regarding you and your Presidency, your a failure Donald J. Trump. They disapprove of you, your mouth, the fact you have four letters of being 4f and never served for bone spurs and now being the Commander in Chief of our Armed Forces. I agree with them totally, your a coward and a draft dodger who’s daddy kept out of serving his country.

It is not the only thing Veterans are angry with you about, but it is indeed the biggest. You screwed the pooch on the economy, it was never yours, it belongs to Obama and his Administration and all you do is claim it as yours. You promised to bring jobs back from overseas, never accomplished, your promised to revive the factories and auto industries failed again. You can’t even keep the hospitality and retail markets strong as stores and malls are now going under and disappearing country wide.

You attacked Obama Care and basically killed it and you promised a replacement for it and it never came into being, again a failure. Millions of Americans who are elderly, disabled and unable to work now have no health insurance and you still have no answer for it all. Why is that Mr. President?

The above are just a few things I am pointing out that are obvious enough for all Americans to check for themselves.

Your so called wall, you were going to have the Mexicans pay for on our southern border is a failure too. So you repaired a few hundred feet of it and painted it, claim it is being built, but, the Mexicans aren’t paying a dime and never will, Failure again!

I remember a statement from you President Trump before you were put into Office, “I will be so busy in Office, I won’t have time to play golf!” Guess what another lie, you have more hours on the golf course than any President in history now. Sad!

I still fully believe and fully agree with Hillary Rodham Clinton, when she looked at you and the American People on television during your debate with her and told you to your face, ” Your Putin’s Puppet! “

Your a weak man Trump, a sad man, who has failed at all you do, bankruptcies follow you around like a dog carries a bone. It’s sad to see.

What I find even funnier than all of the above Mr. Trump, is you’re so vain also, that at seventy some odd years old, you still use a comb over to hide your bald spots! That’s as sad a statement as any about you! You can’t even admit to losing your hair in your seventies and earlier like so many men before you have, it’s sad.

Well, the lies continue, that started the day you entered office and claimed your Inaugural Crowd was the biggest ever through Sean Spicer, till now.

Your a coward and a draft dodger, Donald J. Trump, a Con man and a liar Donald J. Trump, a cheater and a womanizer and harasser too. Add in all your High Crimes and Misdemeanors as President, the Mueller Report and now the Ukraine Fiasco you perpetrated and what we have is the worst President in American History.

Andrew Johnson was Impeached but not Removed by one vote in the Senate, for firing Edwin Stanton.

Richard M Nixon, was Impeached and almost removed from Office by the Senate and was at least man enough to Resign the Office of The Presidency for the good of the Nation and to save his own ass from prison.

Bill Clinton was Impeached for a blow job in the Oval Office and Whitewater and he stayed in office.

I remind all who read this Donald J. Trump committed worse crimes than any of the above three Presidents who went through the Impeachment Process in the past. His High Crimes and Misdemeanors include, Collusion with Russia to win the Presidency, Obstruction of Justice 10 times in the Mueller Report and numerous more times by refusing to cooperate with Congress and refusing subpoenas. Then add in the Ukraine Situation filled with Quid Pro Quos and more and the lying, dodging and avoiding of all question regarding it. If there was ever an American President who should be removed from Office for High Crimes and Misdemeanors it is President Donald J. Trump.

I hope it can be accomplished soon and fast, before we get into a new mess and it interferes with the next Presidential Election Cycle in 2020.

It will be an interesting piece of history to watch!

As October rolls toward becoming November, we watch and wait as the Impeachment Inquiry into President Donald J. Trump continues.

More and more information is coming out from witnesses, who watched the President make his Ukraine Phone call and take the action to withhold funding for Ukraine’s defense against Russia, to get information on Joe Biden, his son Hunter.the company Hunter worked for and Trump’s search for Hillary Clinton’s so called E-mails and the server, he swears, she sent overseas. The questions in all of this is so simple most Americans do not get it, it is being over complicated by the House and Democrats really. The fact is this is an American President who can’t believe he got slapped around in the 2016 Election by a woman candidate in Hillary Clinton and actually lost the popular vote to her by over 300,000 votes, is paranoid, obsessed, and scared shitless of Joe Biden as an opponent in 2020 and now he is panic stricken, hiding, distracting, disassembling, distorting everything he can, while he is also, obstructing witnesses and and testimony asked for by The House.

Will President Donald J. Trump be Impeached in the House soon? I think with all the evidence, statements and facts being accumulated and compiled, The House has no choice but to hold at least a week or two of public testimony for America to see it all. Once that is completed I am sure the Articles of Impeachment being written will come out and he will indeed be Impeached.

October is rolling along as I said and The House and Democrats who are running this inquiry have to realize, we shall be within one year of the next Presidential election in a few days. So, speed and accuracy are vital in this search and completion. To interfere in the next Presidential Election cycle will piss off many Americans, so I recommend you move this along and through.

I can see an Impeached Trump in the House no doubt due to the Democratic majority there, but The Senate could be a different question. Unless the Articles of Impeachment written in the House are extremely strong and well written and the evidence strong as hell the Republicans will try to protect Trump. Everything that is written and presented to the Senate must be proof positive of Donald Trump’s guilt in each Article handed over, for it to work, they have to be written clear enough so the Republicans can not deny he did these things. Otherwise, The House and The Democrats have wasted the time and money of the American taxpayers and that will anger many, and they can lose at the polls come 2020.

Do I think Donald Trump can win re-election in November 2020? My one word answer is no. As the Polls now show over half of the American People now believe Trump is Guilty and should be Impeached and Removed from Office. What is stopping it all, I believe Americans are afraid of Mike Pence becoming President for even one year. To go from Trump to Pence is scary and unbelievably bad luck for America if it happens, but Congress is strong enough to hold Pence who we all know is a religious zealot in place to one year. So let’s get the Impeachment Inquiry finished, Let’s Impeach Trump, and then let the Senate decide whether to remove him from office, put it on the Republicans now Democrats and lets see what they do, with an election one year and a few days away.

The Republicans need next to feel the Pressure, face the Articles of Impeachment your sending them and then hold a public vote and show whether they back a President who is Guilty of High Crimes and Misdemeanors or not, so the American Public can watch them vote. Let them Vote on each Article and discuss each one on public television for us to see, and see who still supports Trump when it is done and over. It will be an interesting piece of history to watch!

Fifty percent or more now want President Donald Trump Impeached and Removed, it’s time Republicans!

Here is what amazes me about the current situation with President Donald J. Trump and Impeachment!

They Impeached President Andrew Johnson for firing Edwin Stanton, as Secretary of Defense. Yet he was not removed from office.

Then Richard Nixon, Watergate, and more and they Impeached him for all of his crimes and in the end so he was not the first to be removed from office, Nixon stood up and resigned to protect the Country and Prevent further damage.

Next came Bill Clinton, the Republicans, screamed and yelled and swore Clinton had to be Impeached, for what, a WhiteWater Land deal and a blow job in the Oval Office?

Now let’s talk Trump! Lied from his first day in office and ordered Sean Spicer to tell all America his Inaugural Crowd was the biggest in the Nations history. Lie!

From that day on Trump has been lying to the American people on an average of 12 lies per day or more.

The Mueller Report produced, proof of Collusion and Obstruction of Justice against Trump, then he is still not impeached.

Now, After 34 people were arrested, tried and many convicted, Trump remains President as his cronies and his helpers pay the price for all he has done. Why? What mysterious power or cover does Trump have or pull over these people for them, to give up their lives to serve prison time, for him?

Lindsey Graham, ranted, yelled and screamed for the Impeachment of Bill Clinton, in the 90s, now in 2019 he just ignores Trump’s crimes and backs Trump period?

Now we have the Ukraine situation, a sitting United States President has taken it upon himself to deny military aid to an ally, to battle Putin and Russia! He asks for a favor in return, that The Ukrainians investigate Joe Biden and his son Hunter, and find a server that does not exist in Ukraine? And that folks is indeed a Quid Pro Quo no matter how you look at it!

What I have failed to understand and I am sure many Americans are thinking the same thing right now, how long can this go on before it interferes, with the 2020 election cycle in America? What is being done to protect our voting rights at the poles? Russia is already, doing what it did in 2016 again, how do we stop it all? And who will stop it, because Trump won’t. it’s his assurance he can get re-elected, Russia will buy it for him!

There is a problem in American Government and politics. The current system is set up to balance the three branches, with as close to equal members of each party as possible. The problem here is the House belongs to the Democrats and the Senate to the Republicans. The Republicans in the Senate are working overtime, twisting themselves into pretzels to defend and protect Trump from his own crimes. It has to stop, Republicans, because the longer you refuse to act and come out about it all the worse it will be for America.

I watched The Nixon Impeachment and Clinton’s too, what I saw was brave men and women of the Senate and House who stood up in each case and were not afraid of losing their seats to vote to Impeach after they saw the evidence. They had guts, they were patriotic, they were men and women with brains and souls, who understood the Republic, our democracy comes first and no man is above the law. They stepped up, they fought back against President’s who did wrong, whether it was for moral reasons, ethical reason or for the point of crimes being committed. Do the politicians of today have the guts to do so? It doesn’t seem so, today!

I watched Barry Goldwater take on Nixon, I saw Howard Baker stand tall and lead to Impeach Nixon. I saw others stand tall, united and Impeach Bill Clinton for lesser crimes, then Trump has committed.

What’s wrong with Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham and others, and how about a bunch of representatives breaching Security on Capitol Hill to break into a Committee hearing! Cell Phones on their persons, no thought as to how they are putting America at risk, so they can act like Trump’s big loyal base and try to stop it all?

Each Member of the House of Representative who stormed the Secure Room, should be Censured and Removed from Office, because they know the rules, the broke the rules and regulations regarding that Secure room and put America’s Security at risk doing so. These Republicans got stirred up by Trump and led by a Representative Matt Goetz, and they followed him blindly into a secure room, cell phones in their pockets knowing all the rules and regulations. Censure them, Remove them from Office, for they let their passions and anger overcome their brains. We need to be safe no matter what, any Security Breach such as this one needs to be addressed and punishment dished out.

In the end let me say this to all. We need paper ballots in all elections, we need the backup of being able to hand count them to ensure the results. Any electronic voting machines should be shut down for 2020 and all future elections until they can be correctly protected. Our Votes are what determines America’s future, not Russia, Ukraine, China or any other country!

If the Republicans do not Impeach and Remove President Donald J. Trump, they are enabling him to sell America to Russia and use our government for whatever purpose he sees fit and make unilateral decisions by himself. Whats next, is he going to decide someone is attacking America and go push the Nuke Button? are The Republicans going to let that happen too?

All of us have families, loved ones, and generations to come after us. We can not remain free and independent and a Republic, unless all stand up and fight back, including the Republicans. The numbers and percentages are now here, fifty percent or more now want President Donald Trump Impeached and Removed, it’s time Republicans!

Impeach and Remove Donald J. Trump as President! Isn’t it time to act now Congress?

How far can Congress, The Republicans really let Trump go? How far out and off the main pathway of Democracy and the Republic will The Republicans allow one man to drive the Nation?

Senators like Lindsey Graham, McConnell, and others are nothing but enablers, and they will be responsible for whatever happens, if they continue to keep letting Trump do as he pleases and backing him all the way!

Each person who comes forward and testifies about the Ukraine phone call and all it contained and why it contained it makes the matter that much more important to the United States’s security! Do these republicans not get what happened or are they just sitting back hymming and hawing and saying no big deal?

Sadly we have now had lies from the first day in Trumps Presidency till now, start with Trump telling Sean Spicer to come out and say his Inauguration Crowd was the biggest in American History till, there was no quid pro quo now.

The Mueller Investigation Proved, Russian Interference in the 2016 Election, it proved 10 counts of Obstruction of Justice. It also gave grounds for further investigations into the Trump 2016 Campaign. For the last almost three years the American Public has been paying for those who elected Trump’s mistake of voting him into office.

I remind all, President Donald Trump had almost three years in office, yet has zero accomplishments to his name, zero.

It’s been one lie and crime after the other folks, now the Ukraine call is coming to a boiling head on a hot stove of anxiety, tension, pressure and stress, and Trump himself is so far off the rails I hope someone is closely watching all he does.

So answer me this my fellow Americans, how many more times can Trump break the laws of the land, breach the emolument clause of the Constitution and the Constitution itself and still be allowed to remain in office?

As the White House and the Trump Administration stonewalls The Committees and Congress, which is in and of itself an Obstruction of Justice charge each time they do so, witnesses come forth, testify and two whistleblowers talk and send letters, what of the American taxpayer who is paying for all of this? How many millions or billions will it cost the American Taxpayer before the majority is listened to and Trump Impeached and Removed?

It is getting close to the Primaries for each party for the 2020 election cycle. We shall have to make choices and decisions on who our next President will be very soon. Do we want this Impeach Inquiry and a Possible Senate Trial to be going on during it?

Will America speak up soon, and will the Republicans wake up and realize Trump is burning them down and destroying not only the Republican party, but our republic and democratic ways?

We have lost the Leadership position in the world politically, maybe not militarily yet. Other countries that used to look at us for assistance and help now turn elsewhere as Trump withdraws us from the world stage. He pulled us from The Paris Accord on Environmental change and Climate Control , he formed his own America, Canada ad Mexico Trade Partnership not for the US but to benefit his own business. He is selling Hotel Rooms to the United States Government by have Air Force Crews stay in his hotels in Scotland. He has tried to set up a G7 Summit in his own Doral Resort in Florida only to finely here from Congress he can’t do that! He laughed at law makers and the Constitution calling the Emolument Clause phoney!

To the Senate Republicans I have this to say, you can play protect and defend Trump all day and night if you wish. The American Public is watching closely, we know what your names are, we know what states you represent and all of those out there who are democrats or Independents are listening too and watching. Go ahead keep defending President Trump, and not act to Impeach Him and Remove him, because when you come up for reelection yourself, it will be you who will be removed!

The American Public is not stupid, it may not tell you outright in polls or opinions what will be next, but the American People get tired of not getting represented correctly or listened to and they will react, and each one of you Republicans who support Trump so faithfully and loyalty, and play Tammy Wynette’s Stand By Your Man as you do, better know we see you! Go ahead Lindsey Graham and McConnell and others, do your thing, but as you do, reflection time is coming and so is re-election time, America will speak at the Voting Boxes come November 3rd, 2020, be ready to retire and go home!

At Least fifty two percent of Americans are saying Impeach and Remove Donald J. Trump as President! Isn’t it time to act now Congress?

Stop Trump, Please, This is a Plea, By a Concerned Citizen

I must say this here and now, I have been away from blog writing for over a week, due to medical problems of high blood pressure. A Week in a Veteran’s Hospital is like six months at sea, painful, lonely and impossible to sleep through.

Coming home, I hear all that has happened during the Impeachment Inquiry and it’s hearings and the death of Elijah Cummings one of its Committee Leaders. I face each day with the thought that something may happen to me, and my beloved United States of America whom I served for 16 long years. I fear it is being sold to Russia and other nations by Donald Trump and the longer he stays in Office the further we shall slide toward being blackmailed and controlled by Putin and Russia.

When MSNBC reports, that “If a vote were held by noon today,in The Senate, President Trump would be removed from office and replaced by Mike Pence.” I ask myself than, what is the delay in moving forward with the Impeachment and handing it to the Senate for Trial and removal of Trump from the office?

Look I know digging is still happening and witnesses are still testifying and telling all that has happened, but to prevent further damage to The US Constitution, The United States as a whole and our Republic, someone must stand up in the Republican Party and break the wall of protection the Republicans are providing Trump. Who shall it be you tell me Republicans, will Mitch McConnell break from Trump. maybe Lindsey Graham, Mitt Romney has already spoken out and so have other Republican congressmen and women. So, what happens next America, do we allow a President who is illegitimate, illegal, a liar, con man, and a colluder with our enemies, who has also committed Obstruction of Justice and more sit in the White House till November 2020 and destroy America from within? Where do we go from here and how soon is my questions, to the Democratic and Republicans? When does a change occur and why hasn’t it begun already, what’s the hold up?

Each day I turn on msnbc, cnn and other news networks to see Trump panicking, lying, trying to distract and avoid the truth. Don’t the Senators and Representatives in Office see it too, don’t they realize what it looks like to other world leaders? Don’t they realize how far our ability to lead has sunk and disappeared, how far our economy is in trouble and how many Americans are hurt by job loses, health care loses and more? Why don’t they act now, and get it done before the holidays and we can move on from here to a better America and regain our stature and position as world leaders?

That said, sadly at 63 years old, I have had a rough past almost two weeks medically and personally. I have faced my own health issues and my wife’s also. While I have medical issues and disabilities from the military life I led for 16 years, my wife has suffered now since 2005 with breast cancer, now metastasized to her bones and she is stage 4. I suffered cancer in 2013 myself, lung cancer. The point being if it were not for the fact of Medicare and Medicaid for her and The Veterans Administration Hospital for me, we could be dead right now, we most certainly would be broke and desolate for sure. We were lucky I served and lucky she has medicare and medicaid and I was given Medicare through the Veteran’s in case I needed a hospital for emergency care.

Across America there are millions like us here in Connecticut suffering in the same way, struggling thru day by day, week by week and month by month. Yet Trump wants to axe Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and leave all of us depending on it broke and more than likely homeless. I served my country 16 years, starting in 1973, ending in 1989, do the math please, I deserve my benefits, and my wife needs help and needs hers too. Don’t let Trump destroy Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, don’t let Trump get away with High Crimes and Misdemeanors,my God Almighty, Representatives and Senators wake up before your family members become a victim like one of us and you have to pay out to take care of them. Stop Trump, Please, This is a Plea, By a Concerned Citizen, A Patriot, A Veteran who is Disabled and his wife, who are dependent on these benefits to survive and have had enough of Trump and his corrupt, illegal ways and his lies. Help US!

High Crimes and Misdemeanors!

High Crimes and Misdemeanors, are defined in the US Constitution pretty clearly.

The U.S. Constitution provides impeachment as the method for removing the president, vice president, federal judges, and other federal officials from office. The impeachment process begins in the House of Representatives and follows these steps:

  1. The House Judiciary Committee holds hearings and, if necessary, prepares articles of impeachment. These are the charges against the official.
  2. If a majority of the committee votes to approve the articles, the whole House debates and votes on them.
  3. If a majority of the House votes to impeach the official on any article, then the official must then stand trial in the Senate.
  4. For the official to be removed from office, two-thirds of the Senate must vote to convict the official. Upon conviction, the official is automatically removed from office and, if the Senate so decides, may be forbidden from holding governmental office again.

The impeachment process is political in nature, not criminal. Congress has no power to impose criminal penalties on impeached officials. But criminal courts may try and punish officials if they have committed crimes.

The Constitution sets specific grounds for impeachment. They are “treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors.” To be impeached and removed from office, the House and Senate must find that the official committed one of these acts.

The Constitution defines treason in Article 3, Section 3, Clause 1:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Constitution does not define bribery. It is a crime that has long existed in English and American common law. It takes place when a person gives an official money or gifts to influence the official’s behavior in office. For example, if defendant Smith pays federal Judge Jones $10,000 to find Smith not guilty, the crime of bribery has occurred.

What are “high crimes and misdemeanors”? On first hearing this phrase, many people probably think that it is just an 18th century way of saying “felonies and misdemeanors.” Felonies are major crimes and misdemeanors are lesser crimes. If this interpretation were correct, “high crimes and misdemeanors” would simply mean any crime. But this interpretation is mistaken.

To achieve the right balance, the framers divided the powers of the new government into three branches—the executive, legislative, and judicial. This is known as the separation of powers. They also gave each branch ways to check the power of the other branches. For example, although Congress (the legislative branch) makes laws, the president (the executive) can veto proposed laws. This complex system is known as checks and balances.

James Madison of Virginia successfully argued that an election every four years did not provide enough of a check on a president who was incapacitated or abusing the power of the office. He contended that “loss of capacity, or corruption . . . might be fatal to the republic” if the president could not be removed until the next election.

Mason abandoned “maladministration” and proposed “high crimes and misdemeanors against the state.” The convention adopted Mason’s proposal, but dropped “against the state.” The final version, which appears in the Constitution, stated: “The president, vice-president, and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

After the Constitutional Convention, the Constitution had to be ratified by the states. Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay wrote a series of essays, known as the Federalist Papers, urging support of the Constitution. In Federalist No. 65, Hamilton explained impeachment. He defined impeachable offenses as “those offences which proceed from the misconduct of public men, or in other words from the abuse or violation of some public trust. They are of a nature which may with peculiar propriety be denominated political, as they relate chiefly to injuries done immediately to the society itself.

Only three of the 18 impeachment cases have involved a president — Andrew Johnson in 1868, Richard Nixon in 1974, and Bill Clinton in 1998. It’s important to take a brief look at these three cases to understand how Congress has interpreted “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

Johnson assumed the presidency. He immediately ran into trouble with the Republican-dominated Congress over Reconstruction of the South. The Radical Republicans supported military rule in the South and voting rights and redistribution of land for blacks. Johnson disagreed and favored a quick return to civilian rule. The two sides grew increasingly farther apart as Congress repeatedly passed Reconstruction legislation, Johnson vetoed it, and Congress overrode his veto. Over Johnson’s veto, Congress passed a Tenure of Office Act, which required Johnson to get permission from Congress before firing any member of the executive branch who had been approved by Congress. Johnson responded by firing the secretary of war, Edwin Stanton, a Radical Republican. His firing violated the Tenure of Office Act. But Johnson believed the act was unconstitutional. The House passed 11 articles of impeachment. Eight involved Johnson’s violations of the Tenure of Office Act. One charged him with sending orders through improper channels. Another accused him of conspiring against Congress, citing a statement he made about Congress not representing all the states. The last summarized the other 10 charges and charged him with failing to enforce the Reconstruction Acts. At the end of the Senate trial, only three charges were brought to a vote. Johnson was saved from conviction on each by one vote.

High Crimes and MisdemeanorsHigh Crimes and Misdemeanors, a reading on the meaning of this strange phrase that is the grounds for most impeachments and an activity in which students determine the outcome of hypothetical impeachment proceedings. The U.S. Constitution provides impeachment as the method for removing the president, vice president, federal judges, and other federal officials from office. The impeachment process begins in the House of Representatives and follows these steps:The House Judiciary Committee holds hearings and, if necessary, prepares articles of impeachment. These are the charges against the official. If a majority of the committee votes to approve the articles, the whole House debates and votes on them.If a majority of the House votes to impeach the official on any article, then the official must then stand trial in the Senate. The Constitution defines treason in Article 3, Section 3, Clause 1:Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. For example, if defendant Smith pays federal Judge Jones $10,000 to find Smith not guilty, the crime of bribery has occurred.Prior to the Clinton investigation, the House had begun impeachment proceedings against only 17 officials —one U.S. senator, two presidents, one cabinet member, and 13 federal judges. Two of the17 resigned from office before the House voted to impeach.Of the 15 impeached, the Senate voted to convict only seven — all were federal judges. The Senate dropped the case against the senator, ruling that a senator could not be impeached. One judge resigned from office before the Senate voted on his case. The Senate voted to acquit the other six officials. In all the articles of impeachment that the House has drawn, no official has been charged with treason. (The closest to a charge of treason was one federal judge who was impeached and convicted for siding with the South and taking a position as a Confederate judge during the Civil War.) Two officials have been charged with bribery. The remaining charges against all the other officials fall under the category of “high crimes and misdemeanors.”What are “high crimes and misdemeanors”? On first hearing this phrase, many people probably think that it is just an 18th century way of saying “felonies and misdemeanors.” Felonies are major crimes and misdemeanors are lesser crimes. If this interpretation were correct, “high crimes and misdemeanors” would simply mean any crime. But this interpretation is mistaken.

The Origins of the Phrase To better understand the meaning of the phrase, it’s important to examine how the framers of the Constitution came to adopt it. At the Constitutional Convention in 1787, the framers wanted to create a stronger central government than what existed under the Articles of Confederation. Adopted following the American Revolution, the Articles of Confederation provided for a loose organization of the states. The framers wanted a stronger federal government, but not one too strong.

This complex system is known as checks and balances.Impeachment of judges and executive officials by Congress was one of the checks proposed at the Constitutional Convention. The impeachment of judges drew widespread support, because federal judges would hold lifetime appointments and needed some check on their power. But some framers opposed impeachment of executive officials, arguing that the president’s power could be checked every four years by elections.James Madison of Virginia successfully argued that an election every four years did not provide enough of a check on a president who was incapacitated or abusing the power of the office. He contended that “loss of capacity, or corruption . . . might be fatal to the republic” if the president could not be removed until the next election. With the convention agreed on the necessity of impeachment, it next had to agree on the grounds. One committee proposed the grounds be “treason, bribery, and corruption.” Another committee was selected to deal with matters not yet decided. This committee deleted corruption and left “treason or bribery” as the grounds. But the committee’s recommendation did not satisfy everyone. George Mason of Virginia proposed adding “maladministration.” He thought that treason and bribery did not cover all the harm that a president might do. He pointed to the English case of Warren Hastings, whose impeachment trial was then being heard in London. Hastings, the first Governor General of Bengal in India, was accused of corruption and treating the Indian people brutally.Madison objected to “maladministration.” He thought this term was so vague that it would threaten the separation of powers. Congress could remove any president it disagreed with on grounds of “maladministration.” This would give Congress complete power over the executive.Mason abandoned “maladministration” and proposed “high crimes and misdemeanors against the state.” The convention adopted Mason’s proposal, but dropped “against the state.” The final version, which appears in the Constitution, stated: “The president, vice-president, and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”The convention adopted “high crimes and misdemeanors” with little discussion. Most of the framers knew the phrase well.

Since 1386, the English parliament had used “high crimes and misdemeanors” as one of the grounds to impeach officials of the crown. Officials accused of “high crimes and misdemeanors” were accused of offenses as varied as misappropriating government funds, appointing unfit subordinates, not prosecuting cases, not spending money allocated by Parliament, promoting themselves ahead of more deserving candidates, threatening a grand jury, disobeying an order from Parliament, arresting a man to keep him from running for Parliament, losing a ship by neglecting to moor it, helping “suppress petitions to the King to call a Parliament,” granting warrants without cause, and bribery. Some of these charges were crimes. Others were not. The one common denominator in all these accusations was that the official had somehow abused the power of his office and was unfit to serve.

They are of a nature which may with peculiar propriety be denominated political, as they relate chiefly to injuries done immediately to the society itself.”For the more than 200 years since the Constitution was adopted, Congress has seriously considered impeachment only 18 times. Thirteen of these cases involved federal judges. The “high crimes and misdemeanors” that the House charged against these judges included being habitually drunk, showing favoritism on the bench, using judicial power unlawfully, using the office for financial gain, unlawfully punishing people for contempt of court, submitting false expense accounts, getting special deals from parties appearing before the court, bullying people in open court, filing false income tax returns, making false statements while under oath, and disclosing confidential information.

Only three of the 18 impeachment cases have involved a president — Andrew Johnson in 1868, Richard Nixon in 1974, and Bill Clinton in 1998. It’s important to take a brief look at these three cases to understand how Congress has interpreted “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

Andrew Johnson Andrew Johnson was the only senator from a Southern state who stayed loyal to the union during the Civil War. President Abraham Lincoln, seeking to reconcile with the South, tapped Johnson, a Democrat, as his vice-presidential running mate in 1864. When Lincoln was assassinated at the war’s end in 1865, Johnson assumed the presidency. Johnson was saved from conviction on each by one vote.History has not judged well those who brought the charges against Johnson. The charges are generally seen as politically motivated, based on the extreme disagreement over Reconstruction between Congress and the president. They are not viewed as “high crimes and misdemeanors” worthy of removing a president from office. Most commentators look on this impeachment as a severe threat to the separation of powers.

 Richard Nixon
The next presidential impeachment case did not arise for more than 100 years. Before taking a look at the Nixon impeachment case, it’s worth examining a famous comment made a few years before (in 1970) by then-Congressman Gerald Ford, who would later succeed Richard Nixon as president. For years, Ford had urged the House to impeach a liberal justice on the Supreme Court. Although Ford’s attempts failed, he uttered memorable words about “high crimes and misdemeanors.” He stated that “an impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history.” Ford argued that “there are few fixed principles among the handful of precedents.” In one sense, Ford is right. If the House votes articles of impeachment, the vote cannot be challenged in court. The Constitution gives the House sole authority over impeachment. So if the House votes articles of impeachment for any reason, the official is impeached and must stand trial in the Senate. But in another sense, Ford is clearly wrong. The framers of the Constitution did not give Congress absolute power to remove judges and executive officials. It wanted Congress to use its impeachment power only in extreme circumstances, when an official had committed “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” The separation of powers depends on Congress limiting impeachments to these cases.

In 1972, Richard Nixon won a landslide reelection to a second term as president. During the election, burglars, with links to the White House, had been caught breaking into Democratic headquarters at the Watergate Hotel in Washington. The burglary drew little press attention at the time. But it would lead to events that ultimately brought down the president. Nixon may or may not have had advance knowledge of the burglary. He probably feared, however, that its investigation might uncover evidence of political spying and the illegal use of campaign funds on the part of his administration. So he took an active role in obstructing the investigation. He discussed raising hush money for the burglars and enlisted the FBI and CIA in squelching the investigation. In 1974, the House Judiciary committee voted three articles of impeachment. One accused Nixon of obstruction of justice. Another accused him of abuse of power. The third charged him with contempt of Congress for defying the committee’s requests to produce documents. Nixon resigned the presidency before the whole House voted on the articles.

The committee had declined to vote an article of impeachment against Nixon for tax evasion. The committee did not believe this was an impeachable offense. It based its conclusion on a staff report, “Constitutional Grounds for Presidential Impeachment,” which the committee had ordered prepared before beginning its investigation. This report traced the history, precedents, and grounds for impeachment. The report concluded:
Not all presidential misconduct is sufficient to constitute grounds for impeachment. . . . Because impeachment of a President is a grave step for the nation, it is predicated only upon conduct seriously incompatible with either the constitutional form and principles of our government or the proper performance of constitutional duties of the presidential office.

Bill Clinton Bill Clinton was elected president in 1992 and reelected in 1996. During his first term, an independent counsel was appointed to investigate Whitewater, an Arkansas land deal involving Clinton that had taken place about 20 years previously. The counsel’s investigation later expanded to include scandals surrounding the firing of White House staff in its travel office, the misuse of FBI files, and an illicit affair that the president had with a White House intern. In 1998, Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr issued a report to the House Judiciary Committee. It found 11 possible impeachable offenses, all related to the intern scandal. Based on the independent counsel’s investigation, the House Judiciary Committee voted four articles of impeachment. The first article accused the president of committing perjury before a grand jury convened by the independent counsel. The second charged him with providing “perjurious, false and misleading testimony” in a civil case related to the scandal. The third accused him of obstructing justice to “delay, impede, cover up and conceal the existence” of evidence related to the scandal. The fourth charged that he misused and abused his office by deceiving the American public, misleading his cabinet and other employees so that they would mislead the public, asserting executive privilege to hinder the investigation, and refusing to respond to the committee and misleading the committee about the scandal.

During the Judiciary Committee’s hearings, experts testified on what constituted “high crimes and misdemeanors.” The experts called by the Democrats argued that none of the allegations against the president rose to the level of “high crimes and misdemeanors.” These experts echoed the reasoning found in the 1974 staff report and Professor Charles Black’s book on impeachment.
The experts called by the Republicans disagreed. They pointed out that federal judges had been removed from office for perjury. They further argued that the president had taken an oath to uphold all the laws and he had violated his duties as the nation’s chief law enforcement officer.

The Above shows the facts in each Presidential Impeachment that took place in The United States of America over it 243 year old history. Now, here is my question Ladies and GentleMen of America, Did Donald John trump as President of The United States of America break the laws, and regulations and rules of the Office of The Presidency? Is he more guilty then Andrew Johnson, Richard Nixon, or Bill Clinton? I believe he is far beyond any of these three Presidents and their behaviors and crimes and misdemeanors. His acts and performance as President of The United States is criminal, abuse of power, lying, colluding with Russia, and now committing a quid pro quo, in the Ukraine Situation. His crimes are numerous and I submit to the Congress this, If Andrew Johnson could be Impeached for firing Stanton, if Nixon was Impeached for Watergate and Clinton for Whitewater and an affair, Then Trump must be impeached!

The question is no longer did he do it, it is now when will Congress act as whole and remove him from office and save the Republic and the Democracy created by our founding fathers!

Lindsey Graham said it during Bill Clinton’s Presidency, Impeachment is not a legal act , just based on legal laws, it is an act that is political and to be decided by Congress, both Houses. When a president goes off the rails, refuses to deal with Congress, does his own thing and steals from the American People to fill his coffers it’s impeachment time. When a President lies to the American People 24 times a day it’s Impeachment Time, When a President openly breaks Emolument Laws, and boldly flashes it out to the public it’s Impeachment time. When a President calls a leader of another nation and withholds weapons systems, to get information on a political opponent, it’s impeachment time.

Parts of this article came from Wikipedia and Other Sources! My Intention is to show the American Public, why President Trump should be Impeached and Removed From Office, vs the Three Other Presidents in American History and the charges they faced, vs what he is currently facing and amassing as crimes himself.

Save America, from destruction from within.

The Trump Circus and Assine Answers, Group is still in Washington, DC, and still in power! Crime after crime admitted to and proven, and more coming as each person testifies before Committees in The House of Representatives.

My question is a simple one America, how much more will the House let Trump and his cronies get away with, before they write the Articles of Impeachment, make a very strong case for removal from office, and send it to the Senate?

I understand Nancy Pelosi’s predicament in this case. She is facing a Republican Senate that is totally reluctant to call for President Trump’s removal, even if he is 100 percent guilty of all crimes. In order to Remove Trump the Senate which is the actual trial part of this Impeachment process, must be convince beyond a reasonable doubt before and trial, so when it comes down to it the Republicans have no choice to Vote for Removal. If The House slaps the Senate with the right Articles of Impeachment and they are written correctly so no denial will work, even the Republicans will have to vote to remove Trump and his cronies.

More and more each day of the week that passes, the information and crimes and more come out as each witness testifies and it gets documented. As it happens the American Public will get fed up and revolt if The House does not act soon and it wil be worse once the Senate does not react. Do the Republicans understand yet, what they are dealing with is not a one sided fight against Trump yet, this is not partisan politics, this is a serious problem that is destroying America’s leadership in the world, it is destroying and eroding the American economy and the world’s too and Trump is abandoning allies who helped fight ISIS, and leaving them to die at the hands of their enemies. How much further astray and off center and far out can even the Republicans allow Trump to go as President? He is already sacrificing our national security!

When will the Republicans wake up, and see what is happening instead of denying, distracting, and backing Trump up? Because quite frankly, The Republicans are backing a President who is off the rails, and unstable and dangerous to the country and the world we live in!

As Trump and the Republicans, proclaim Pence as completing the ceasefire in Turkey and Syria, it seems to me, this is the first time Pence has been asked to step up and do such an act. Ever wonder why? Look if all are worried about Pence becoming President for a short time, because he won’t save the Republicans in 2020 either, remember this constraints apply and Congress can guide him to the end in 2020. Fear not, but As many will say and now over 52 percent of Americans are saying, Trump must be Impeached and Removed. Congress, Both Parties need to come together now, in this critical time and act not just to remove Trump, but to save America, from destruction from within.

P:S- I am finally home again after a scarey week in a VA Hospital!

He is the most illegal and illegitimate President in American History!

The Trump Fiasco that is his Presidency is far out of control now, it is beyond anything, any other President has started or caused to happen while in office as far as Corruption, Illegal acts and Abuses of Power. His lies continue daily, and the Republicans cowher and hide and lie and divert and distract from the facts to protect him and defend him, why?

We have had The Mueller Report now, filled with clues to his colluding with Russia to win the 2016 election, 10 cases of Obstruction of Justice, now the Ukraine Phone call affair and his Quid Pro Quo, efforts to get information on Joe Biden and his son Hunter for use in the 2020 election cycle. Then yesterday Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani , has two men he is videoed with and talks to constantly who are now arrested trying to escape America on one way tickets to Vienna? Also Rudy had a ticket to Vienna himself, for some reason, guess what it may be?

Giuliani, wanted to be Secretary of State under Trump when Trump was elected, but Trump refused to nominate him, probably due to exposure possibilities. So as others like Rex Tillerson and now Mike Pompeo are Officially Secretary of State, Giuliani is acting as a rogue, off the books illegal Secretary of State behind the scenes as Trump’s personal attorney? Sounds real fishy to me, how come Rudy is contacting other leaders of other nations without official approval of the american Government or no security clearances? Someone please explain that one!

Just like Michael Cohen when it was exposed about the Stormy Daniels payments, we now see Trump Denying Knowing Anything about, everything Rudy was doing! Trump does this to all the people who work for him and do illegal acts for him, so that he can not be pulled down with them. Then, just like Cohen and others they all say I did it at the direction of Donald Trump and no one charges Trump, because the person saying it gets convicted of it. Perfect cover right?

The Forty Fifth President of The United States of America, is a con man, a narcissist, a liar, a person with no morals or ethics and all he cares about is Trump and Money. he has failed at everything he has tried to do as President, he is wrecking the world economy and america’s economy too with his stupid assed tariffs. His so called wall on the Southern Border between us and Mexico is a laughing stock, and just a fence being repaired and repainted, not built. Now he has abandoned the Syrians and Kurds in Syria and walked away from friends who fought Isis and other terror organizations with us, and Turkey invades as soon as he does. Is this the way an American President should act?

I say Declare the Impeachment Inquiry with a Vote Speaker Pelosi, Write the Articles of Impeachment, Then Impeach him in the House and send it to the Senate with a very strong case for conviction and removal from office. Even if the President does not understand the Constitution or the Bill of Rights or the Laws of our land, no man, not even the American President is above the Law. To allow Donald J, Trump to continue to rip and tear at the very foundations of Democracy and our Republic and sell us out to Russia and other nations for political favors against his political opponents is dead wrong and severely damaging to America as a Nation. He is tearing at the Fabric of the Republic and Democracy, selling us out to other countries and destroying or economy and our way of life. It is a sad time in American History and the longer it goes on the worse it will become, we all know it and see it daily.

Put The Impeachment into Action Now, Write The Articles of Impeachment Vote on The Articles, Impeach Trump and then send it all to the Senate and Convict him and Remove Him. He is the most illegal and illegitimate President in American History!

Action is needed not later, but now!

In the past three months, I have had credit card theft happen to me. First one credit card I hardly use at all was loaded up with purchases I would never do or even want and now a second has been hit in the same way. Seems the new plan and way they are doing this is with scanners from a distance that read your credit card information, as you use the card. I reported the first one that happened to Equifax and the other two credit checkers and issuers. Then by doing so, they put alerts on all my credit cards and check them constantly for weird or outlandish purchases and call me when it happens.

Credit Card theft is becoming huge in America and it is nasty for these people steal credit information and run up bills in the name of the card holder and unless you have notified the card companies, you will get the bills. For instance this last one that happened in my case. someone decided to go to Home depot and put over three grand on my credit card alone and then went to other places including even making a donation to the Make a Wish foundation. In the end the false charges to my account went over six grand almost to seven grand. The credit card issuer called me immediately and asked me if I made these purchases and cleared it up with me as fast as possible and issued new cards, telling me I do not have to pay the fraudulent charges.

The crime rates in America are getting worse each day as people get more desperate to survive, Police departments look at you like your crazy when you report these things to them and say well we won’t ever catch them, because they do it all online, usually. Well, then add cyber personnel who can trace them and catch them doing so, do your jobs and don’t just tell me it’s impossible to find them. Do the job, find the criminals and stop them is all I ask the police to do and the credit card companies and the stores also. People using my cards have hit levels of seven to ten grand in purchases on two of them, isn’t it enough for police departments, stores and credit card companies to chase them down and find them? I think a one dollar purchase on someone elses credit card is a crime, it’s not yours so don’t go there.

As people fight to survive drugs invade our streets, break ins are happening, stores get robed at gunpoint and sadly, people lose and some die. The desperation of the people in America is becoming more and more apparent as the American economy slips towards a recession, due to Trump’s tariff wars with other countries. The more we slip the more desperate people become, cars get broken into, homes, and people scan and steal credit too.

We have an America now in a crisis not just economically, but security waise and more. Each day trump opens his mouth and invite other countries to attack our election processes, so they do it to help him advance his political agenda and screw anyone else.

He has worked with Russia now to steal the 2016 election from Hillary Clinton, He is asking Ukraine, Russia,Australia, China and other nations to investigate and dig up evidence and trash on his political opponents and people go oh no biggie. Wrong it’s a real biggie!

Each country that does this stuff for Trump, to help him stay in power will be looking for favors in return and they will ask him for them at the worst times for America and Americans. They will have leverage to blackmail the American President for whatever they want or they will expose him for the favors he has done for them. It’s not the way America is run folks and Trump really should be Impeached and Removed from Office.

Sadly, too many Americans make excuses for Donald Trump and his actions and statements as President. He didn’t mean it, he is joking, that’s just the way he is, bullshit! He means it and he does it on purpose, the proof is in the pudding so to speak, just ask The Syrians now who are being attacked by the Turks! He abandoned the Syrians and left them wide open to attacks by the Turks for no good reason, even Lindsey Graham his staunch defender said so and said Trump is wrong for doing so.

Look, it’s piling up folks, The Mueller Report, Collusion with Russia, 34 people arrested and charged, 10 charges of Obstruction of Justice. Now we have The Ukraine calls, his admissions of what he said and did in those conversations. It’s all public now and the House is still digging into it all. When will it be over, when is enough, enough? When will the House, The Senate and Congress as a whole grow a set and Impeach this man?

MItch McConnell be damned, Lindsey Graham be damned, and these Trump loyalist be damned. Trump has to be removed he is destroying, American Morale, America Morals, ethics and standards, running ramshod over our Bill of Rights and Constitution too. How far will Congress as a whole let this man go? Action is needed not later, but now, for the further it goes the worse the damage will become and the harder it will get to fix and heal it all.
