Former President Jimmy Carter suggested Friday that a full investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election would show that Donald Trump didn’t win the presidency.

It took the oldest longest living President to say it, but the truth is out. Donald J, Trump is an Illegitimate President, James Earl Carter thinks so at least and that means something to me.

As I watched the Democratic debates last week, I watched as Joe Biden stumbled and fell almost flat on his face unable to handle it all. I watched people like Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigeug, Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker and Julian Castro all have their moments in the sun to shine.

Trump is not a legitimate President in my mind and never was and never will be. Yes he got the Presidency with Russian help and Russian Rubles, makes him a non legal President in my book. Can’t change the fact he is in office now, but I sure can hate all he does or fails to do, properly.

Now the question is what is next for all of America. I will tell you what it is, it is Robert S, Mueller, on television testifying about his report. Trump has stopped McGhan from testifying, Hope Hicks he cut off at the knees and forced to say very little or close to nothing and others he is hiding from Congress and its committees.

When Mueller hits the air waves with the truth and it will happen come July 17th, we shall see what he says or doesn’t say. It will be interesting to say the least.

I watched Donald J. Trump weakly and playfully tell Putin not to mess with the 2020 election on television upon a reporter asking him to. It was a joke, a ploy, a game and Trump and putin laughed at it all. They both knew what he meant was it’s ok, you can help me again, if you wish. Watch it will happen once more, Putin and Trump are colluding in front of the world’s eyes.

I pray America will wake up to the fact Trump is a liar, con man, a failed businessman in many ways and he committed bankruptcy four times. He failed at Casinos, Steaks, Water, and so much more. Yet, people got buffaloed into believing he was a great businessman he isn’t. What did someone once say, if you say it outloud enough times you can fool everyone, even yourself into believeing it, welcome to Trump’s world.

Trump is a narcissist, a liar, a con man and a criminal in more ways than one. and sadly his die hard loyalistic supporters will still back him no matter what. I can only pray and hope a Democrat is powerful enough, strong enough and smart enough to beat him in 20202, otherwise America will belong to Russia or become a communist coutry under Trump run by Putin.

As Medical costs soar, food prices rise, gas prices start to go back up, and the cost for middle class citizens rises each year, the rich get richer is all that is happening.

I suffer from many things in life, a rough childhood, injuries from service, 6 herniated discs in my spine, a lost of a lobe an done third of my right lung to cancer and struggle to get by daily and monthly on a Military medical Disability payment and social security disability too. I watch as my wife fights breast cancer metastasized to her bones and has gone through years of it and still survives it, miraculously! We can’t work, but we survive, because we strive to only. but we are growing old.

As we age a new generation is showing up in the world and to me they lack commitment, courage and the guts to fight for themselves. They are too involved in video games and smoking pot and having fun to realize that they are going to be the hurting generation in a short period of time if Trump gets a second term. They will be without a system to give them protection and stability as they age, Trump is attacking Medicare, medicaid, Social security right now. he is attacking Roe vs Wade, he is losing in negotiations with Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq and North Korea, and more.

He has angered Mexico, Canada and the South american countries closest to us and below us. He has Tariffed Canada, Mexico, China, and others in such a way, they can’t handle him anymore and are returning the favor by tariffing us back, in an escalulating fashion.

His performance as President is a joke and so is the First Ladies also. Neither has the courage or strength and heart enough to realize how a Trump Presidency is killing America, Trump’s supporters will all cry foul at my blog I am sure if they see it, but I am honest.

I wrote saying I am hoping one of the leading Democratic Candidates, will beat Trump in 2020 and America can be put back on track and saved on FaceBook. I was shocked when some of my old Navy Shipmates said it won’t happen, they can’t beat Trump! It surprised me, who some of them were, and that they supported Trump’s collusion, obstruction of justice, lying and so much more like blind loyal puppies.

I love my shipmates from my Navy days, and I do respect them in many ways, but we disagree when it comes to Trump that’s for sure, and I am disappointed in them. We sailed the sea, we defended our country and we did it side by side in all ways to survive and to get the job done. I am proud of My Navy Shipmates, My Army Soldiers and the National Guardsmen I served with, and I respect their opinions. But I have a right as they do to agree to disagree and it happens in two areas with all who live in america, politics and religion. So, that lesson I learned decades ago and half a lifetime ago in my teens.

I also learned we all have a right to free speech, and a right to our opinions and we can say what we please for we are Americans. No matter how we all disagree or agree on matter in the country and politics we wll I hope all of us who are Americans, Veterans and Active Duty, Stand United in the Defense and Protection of Democracy, and the Republic of The United States of America!

As America gets ready to Celebrate The Fourth of July 2019, the first Democratic debates have shown us who can unseat Trump.
1) Kamala Harris can
2) Elizabeth Warren can
3) Pete Buttigeug can if he gets help.
The rest were also rans some who should go home and stop where they are at!
Weed it out now Democrats, bring the above three best and lets kick Trump’s ass!

Sadly, Joe Biden’s time has come and gone folks, he was slow, he was offended too easy, he faltered and in the end he back pedaled to his days as Vice President and Obama’s era. You can’t win that way Joe sorry.

Bernie Sanders is selling the same old socialist programs and ideas and nothing new and sadly like Joe Biden he is stuck in an earlier era that does not, play today.

As for the rest of the candidates who debated I wish to say this,Julian Castro had his moment and did a great job at it!. Yet if we are talking of winning the White House, it may not be his time.

I admire all the Democrats for stepping up and taking a run at the Nomination and debate. Yet some are not ready yet and others are just not on the ball. I won’t name , names so to say, ok.

If the democrats want alternative choices besides the top three I listed above, I would go to Amy Klobuchar, who is a little too folksy and quiet to win, but can be pushed to get louder.

So in the number 4) position I would add Castro and number 5) Klobuchar

That is how I see the results of these two debate nights!

I want one thing in 2020, Trump gone! Let’s make it happen!

The first of the democratic debates was last night, as ten candidates stood on stage to introduce themselves and their deas to the american public.

I watched the whole debate and will watch the second tonight. Why, because I am looking for an alternative, someone strong enough, tough enough, smart enough and with guts enough to take on Donald Trump and beat him. Too many items have slipped by the wayside in the Trump Administration, too many crimes have been committed by Trump, from rape to sexual harassment,to Collusion and Obstruction of Justice, and constant lies and killing of Obama Care, attempts at killing social security and medicaid and medicare. It was a sad day in hell when Trump was sworn in as President.

No american President has hired more people and fired more people then Donald J. Trump. No President has failed at diplomacy and world affairs more them Donald J. Trump. No President has isolated America from the world more than Donald J., Trump and no President has ever been laughed at in the United Nations before Donald J. Trump. Hillary Clinton saw it coming, she called it and was ignored because so many hated her, but the truth is the truth, Trump is Putin’s Puppet and he proves it everyday.

The second Democratic debate will hit the television and radio air waves tonight and i expect some standouts in this one too. Last night, Elizabeth Warren stood tall, talked truth and honesty and hit us with plans and ideas, well done Elizabeth keep it up. Julian Castro, did well and impressed in many ways and I look at him in a clearer light today then before the debate. Cory Booker surprised me in only one way, I knew his issues were strong, but, when he lets himself as a person shine through and shows his emotions, as he did on gun issues he is at his best.

The rest to me were also rans filling air time and taking up space. If I were to pick a fourth place finisher in this debate it would be Amy Klobuchar, but to garner more attention and get better known on the issues she needs to be more forceful and not so homegrown folksy. Cute only works in small elections Amy, wake up get serious, fight back and tell truths. Cute won’t get you the Presidency!

Tonight we will hear from Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Bernie Sanders, and Pete Buttigueg, all popular candidates for different reasons. Others are to me like add ons, really, but we shall see if they can make a break through into the top contenders list.

I will be watching to see first if Joe Biden stumbles, mumbles or speaks unclear and how he carries himself, His issues and ideas are already known to most and it is more about can he handle it at his age or not. It is also how great is his memory and can he handle pressure!

Bernie Sanders is back for another shot, at attempting to win the Presidency, yet I don’t think he is going anywhere, I think he is spinning his wheels on the same old socialist ideas. Look, we have heard it already Bernie and socialist governments fail and fall apart for a reason.

Kamala Harris I believe has the most to gain from tonight’s debate. She is a strong contender for her prosecutorial background, her ideas and the way she conducts herself. If she plays it right she can move up in the contenders standing in this race tonight. She is smart, clearly speaks and she must use topics that affect all americans not just blacks or hispanics to do so. You, Kamala need to broaden your base, hit issues like education, foreign policy, health care and elderly people too. You also need to hit justice too but not at a rate it is all, you talk on. Broaden your platform and base a bit.

Mayor Pete Buttigeug, while you are the youngest candidate on the stage and the only LGBTQ candidate in this race, none of that is going against you. Your problem is inexperience and you will be hit with it tonight I am sure. Your inexperience is going to catch up with you especially in world affairs, and you will be hit with how do you run for President if you can’t fix your own police force in your hometown of which you are the Mayor. Sometimes, some of the candidates in these race run too soon, I think you Mayor Pete and your Texas counterpart Beto O’Rourke both have that problem in this race.

The surprise of this second debate may be Eric Swalwell of California if he is given time to speak. he is a decent looking man, who carries himself well and has lots to say about the current state of affairs in america. The real question is how he can geta foothold to get in the top ten from where he is now.

As I said when I began this blog certain democrats will stand out and move ahead I am sure. the current leaders in the list are almost a shoo in so to say. Joe Biden will stay near the top if he flubs or stumbles anyway, because of he being Obama’s Vice President. Elizabeth Warren showed she can debate with all the leaders and control the topics and speak clearly and make sense. I am sure, Kamala Harris will show up and shine some, as will a few new ones many haven’t heard from yet. In the end it will be the top five or six who battle for the nomination, past September and no more. The Democratic will not be able to maintain this large a field for much longer than that, without self destructing if you ask me.

No matter what happens between now and September of the Democratic Convention next year, only certain candidates can stay alive long enough to get there. I am impressed by some an dother, I disagree with, but some issues should be major for any platform the democrats will bring forth. 1) America’s standing in the world 2) The Climate Change problem, 3) Education and costs. 4) Medicare for ALL, 5) Cleaning up and staffing the Government properly so it works again.6) The Biggest is to get rid of Trump and The Republican led Senate which is a disaster in my opinion. 7) Immigration Policies must be fixed and changed. No more caging people, let’s do it right and honor their rights too.

Is there a major issue all candidates should face on either side, yes there is. Justice for all means all should be equally treated under it. If it means a President must be and should be charged for crimes he committed in office once he is out of office it must be done. We can’t have double standards and we can’t have Presidents commiting crimes of rape, sexual harassment, collusion and obstruction of justice all while in office. We can’t have a bigot, who is racist in Office as President it doesn’t work. We can’t have a man in the presidency who has no respect for women, people of color, or anyone who disagrees with him. Trump must go and I am counting on these democrats to knock him out in the 2020 Election and you should too!

One last thing for all, Yes a Woman can be President and should be! If a woman can give birth, raise children, run a home, be married and work for a living, then she can multi-task better than any man can, and a woman can run America, and one should get the chance to do so in my book!

When was the last time America has seen a President and a mess so bad, as this one in American History? There has never been one that’s for sure up until the Trump Presidency. And yet men like Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham defend Trump, they don’t care if he raped a woman, and sexually harassed numerous others. That’s a sad commentary on the Republican Leader today in the Senate!

Women were harassed, sexually assaulted by Trump and these senators stand and support him saying well he denied it. Well Senators Graham and McConnell, are 16 women all lying and trying to make money off a book? That would be funny to see as they stumbled over one another for attention for the books they wrote, wouldn’t it?

The fact is none are making money off of Trump, or any book that includes him. The facts are they don’t even talk about him unless they have to, or are asked about him. Why would 16 women accuse one man of sexual misconduct and crimes without no basis for them, they wouldn’t folks, he is guilty of it all. Sixteen women folks, count them, compare their stories, listen to them and see for yourself, America Elected a Sexual Predator as president of the United States in 2016. No man accused of rape defends himself by saying she wasn’t my type. Rape is about power not attraction!

I have already stated many facts in my blogs that others have reported on The Mueller Report and the Investigation. I have reiterated those posts and given you facts from Mueller’s report, numbers, names and more, but the best is yet to come. Robert Mueller himself will hit America’s Airwaves on television on July 17th, 2019, as he testifies to Congress regarding his findings in his report. Plastered on National Television whether it is live or not matters not, for now all America will hear and see the facts for themselves, on CBS, NBC, ABC, MSNBC CNN and all major news networks. The Truth can not be buried forever, it can not be postponed and put off and delayed so Trump can win a second term as President. That is what Trump is trying to do here folks, he doesn’t want to have it known publicly this way and he wants to get a second term, while he can is all. he knows once the truth is released on his Colluding with Russia and his Obstruction of Justice Attempts, combined with his failures at diplomacy and negotiations with North Korea, Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran, the truth of what a failure he is will come out.

I am amazed to see american women of all colors and heritages, wanting to vote Trump for 2020. He treats women like play toys and like slaves and he rapes and harasses them. Women of America you have to stand up when the polls open on November 3rd, 2020 and vote this man out.

As to Trump’s replacement. the possibilities are numerous from the democratic side, and I know there are now 24 democrats out there. Not all will survive the debates and or the money hunt to keep going. Not all will pass muster with the voters in America of all colors, races, and both sexes, but a few may.

I personally am pleasantly surprised by some of the democratic Candidates out there now. I like a few for different reasons. 1) I like Kamala Harris, why, she is straightforward, honest and an ex prosecutor. She may not have all the answers but she makes sense with what she says and is tough. 2) Elizabeth Warren, a woman who makes plans, prepares and then tells you she has made them. She stands tall, is honest to a fault, and is not afraid of the men in the race. she stand up to Trump, Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden, and I like that. I also think a Women should be President and can be, if they can run a family and a home, work a job,give birth and raise a family they can run America. Period

As to the Male candidates I have my doubts on all the leaders here. Joe Biden tends to make bad statements and step on his own toes, so to say, he stumbles about. Is he too old for the job, maybe, is he too old fashioned for the position, I think so.

Bernie Sanders and his so called socialist platform, as even Trump said America does not need socialism to survive. I don’t care how limited he thinks it is or why he believes it, socialism ruined more then one country in the world ask around.

Pete the Mayor Buttigieg , well I can say this about Pete he speaks with a straight tongue, but his inexperience and lack of knowledge hurts him big time. I admire his truthfulness and his attempt at running, but I think he should come back in 2024 not now. if you need help straightening, out your police department in your town you are Mayor in, it should tell you you have a problem. It does to me, and I think you need to fix your town first before you try to take on the whole countries problems.

The rest of The Democratic field to me will have a hard time showing me what they are made of and that they are anywhere near ready for the job of President, that’s my opinion. Like many say, we all have opinions, and we all have a right to them, if ya disagree I am fine with it, but if you try to change my mind you better do it with facts not lies.

Last thing to note here, William Weld is running on the Republican side as an alternative to Donald Trump. if i were a Republican, of which I am not, of course, I would back William Weld over Trump. William Weld has no women pressing charges for sexual harassment or rape. William Weld did not screw up, or collude with Russia in any way or Obstruct Justice. Trump now has a lot of bad baggage attached to him and it is affecting him in many ways. He doesn’t want the Presidency to help the country folks,he wants the Presidency so he won’t face charges if he loses. He doesn’t like the idea they may arrest him if he loses, because the charges will still be alive. he gets four more years and a second term and he escapes justice folks, the time limits will be up on what they charge him with. Don’t let Trump escaped Justice, don’t Give Trump Four More years, Vote Him Out!

Are you 18 to 35 in 2020, and have the ability to vote?

Here are some facts for you to look at:

1. )Trump has virtually killed ObamaCare, leaving millions of people without healthcare coverage.
2. ) Trump is working on killing Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security.
3. )Trump isolating America from the world.
4. )Trump killed the paris Accord for Environmental Controls by pulling us out of it.
5. )Trump has harassed and raped women in his life time.And he has gotten away with it all.
6. )Trump has Tariffed our Allies Mexico and Canada, Britain and France and others beyond control and hurt the USA by destroying relationships.
7. ) Trump lies, and colluded with Russia to win the White House.
8. ) Trump has committed Obstruction of Justice at least 10 times, proven in the Mueller Report.
9. He lies to the American People on average of 24 times a day.
10. He has failed in diplomacy across the world, in North Korea, in Afghanistan, in Iraq and Iran.

Now I ask all you younger generation, what will you have left if Trump gets four more years as President. I will tell you, all the medical expenses for your grandparents, parents and your children will be heaped upon your shoulders, due to no healthcare coverage. You will need to pay for senior care for your parents also when they get older and need help. Otherwise medically you will be buried in bills and expenses.

With Social Security disappearing, you will have nothing left if you can’t keep saving in a 4k account or a saving account of some kind and how many or you will make enough to have something to retire on?

What about the 15 or 16 women he has sexually harassed or raped? Don’t you believe he should be charged and face those charges in court? I do and I am 63.

What about the damage he has done to our allies in the world, do you think they will forgive and forget if we end up in a war with Iran due to his stupidity? I don’t!

Look, I am 63 and most my age understand what is happening here in america, but we are the older generation now, the baby boomer sof the 50 and 60s. We are older, smarter and wiser, but infirmed and hanging on and wanting to be able to pay for our own burial and not strap our children with it. We can’t because Trump is stripping Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security from all of us, who paid into it, Is it fair, you tell me? Trump is building a wall between us and the world not just Mexico folks. The wall on America’s southern border he wishes to build is not necessary and never has been necessary. he is building it because Fox News Personnel told him to and I quote, ” Mr. President you will have no legacy unless you build your wall.”, Ann Coulter. Fox News. It was backed up by Sean hannity and Fox News so Trump started fighting to build a wall, ended up with a fance and stole money from the military and other places so he could do so. Sadly all he has done is repair broken fences and paint some of them, yet he did get a Plague with his name on it saying it is Trump’s Wall being built already! Isn’t it sad?

Sadly, it looks like, trump is going to get a second term and finish destroying all he started to destroy. The only hope America has for survival now, is to beat Trump at the polls come November 2020 and prevent a second term. It will be up to the women or america, the elderly of america and those 18 to 35 who will suffer if he wins to stop him. Stop Trump now, grab a candidate Democratic or otherwise and don’t divide the votes either. trump must be removed from office before he finishes destroying our country from within the White House. For even though all who hated Hillary voted against her, they made a big mistake in 2016. Hillary told the truth on television and in the debates, Trump is Putin’s Puppet!

Reality vs Imagination, ever wonder why it exists? I used to love as a kid to live in my imagination and I was not alone as many will testify to.

Many children live in imagination instead of reality for good reason, they are escaping the pain of their home life and family.

Some escape into the woods behind their homes only to be seen when it is necessary to eat, clean up, or sleep. Others, escape into the imaginary worlds of books and comic books, they read and dream of being Superheroes. I know many parents would tell you, no such thing as a superhero right, well, in comic book land there are.

I escaped to comic book land long ago as a child, why because it was a place I didn’t have to face the family I grew up from in., and they seemed to let me be if I did. I grew up with favorite superheros and their stories made up by Marvel and DC comic creators and artists. Storytellers who did so in a graphic comic book, drawing characters and empowering them with powers.

Many children who grew up in my era did the same thing I did, they escaped into comic books and the characters became favorites of theirs too. We had Superman, we had Batman, We had the Green Hornet and Kato, Supergirl, Wonder Woman too. We had Marvel’s versions of these too, in The X-Men, Fantastic Four, The Avengers,and more over the years. The character list grew and grew over the years from these two comic book giants.

I would imagine one day I was Green Lantern and the next Iron Man or Captain America. I would escape into my imagination and make it work for me, and still survive in the real world and all the trouble and problems of it all.

Stan Lee, who died recently and who was maybe the greatest comic artist and creator of superheros, created some of the best. His work will live on forever there is no doubt. It has hit the big screen in big ways now a days. Iron Man Movies, The Avengers, The Black Panther all from Marvel and their comics and their minds. Children look up to heros folks, we admire them, we learn from them and we try to be like them in real life. Stan Lee gave each one of his heros a fault or two and as you read the comics back then, you learned that not even superheros were perfect.

DC Comics did the same with many of their comic book heros too. Superman, Batman, Batgirl, Robin, Aquaman, and yes Green Lantern. Each and every hero had a different part of the world they defended or reason for being. Green Arrow protected Star City, The Flash had Central City, Superman had Metropolis, and so on, Aquaman had Atlantis for instance. Each adopted or learn abilities that helped their cause in fighting for Justice and The American Way.

Stan Lee did the same with Spiderman, The X-men, Daredevil, Doctor Strange and more all out of Marvel comics. If it wasn’t for these two comic book companies, many a child may have gone astray, or gotten into trouble, without these stories and fables and imaginary powers. The idea is this for me, art work combined with imagination works folks, and comic books deserve a place in American History and Lore. Many will say, it’s childish to read them and imagine your something you can never be, don’t tell that to those of us, who know we can and have fun doing so and never hurt anyone doing it, ok.

Stan Lee, brought to all, a world of Marvel Comics, super powers and imagination few could ever do. His journey’s into other worlds, in comics like The Fantastic Four, The Avengers, or time travels to save the world and universe were great imaginary trips for children to learn values, and more.

I am now 63 years old and have been a comic book fan all my life, I escaped into the comic book imagination world decades ago. I have copies of old comics I save, my favorites being DC’s Green Lantern and Marvel’s Avengers and Iron Man series. When I saw it all splash on the big screen at one time or another in the 1990’s and on, I was amazed and ran to the theatres to see them all. I marveled at the stories, the special effects, the animation and in the end the humanity of each hero and how in their own way they overcame their fears, their faults, their own humanity to step up and save the world, their city, their country or universe. They cam from Outer Space some like The Silver Surfer, with cosmic power no ordinary human could have of course. Yet each character that were created, formed, drawn or animated, always ended up coming back to human faults, traits, fears, and solutions, including at times self sacrifice. I still love comic books and superhero movies and will till the day I die. I shook my head and felt sad when The Avenger;s End Game ended when I saw it. For heros are not supposed to die folks. Nor are heros supposed to leave us in any other way, they are there for a reason, because mankind needs them. Superheros may be imaginary and not real, but, they do affect many childrens and yes even adults hearts and minds in positive ways and make the world a better place to live. It give children with problems from Attention Deficit Disorder, and Hyperactivity, to cancer victims and more, a place to go to, when the pain is too much to bear or they can’t handle it no more and it doesn’t hurt or harm it helps.

Whether your a fan of DC Comics or Marvel Comics or any other comic book, or an avid reader of books, the arts of drawing, coloring or inking, story telling, help humanity understand it’s own fault, it’s own solutions and make some wish they too could be superheros in every way.

I write folks, and I do children stories many times or I do murder mysteries and no I am not great at it. I try and do what I can and i make grammar errors or typos, or I don’t make the story long enough or tell it properly for all to understand. It is indeed an art to write folks, it’s also a pleasure to tell a story in a way others may like to read it. Reading is fundamental folks to the survival or education and mankind and it does not matter what nationality you are, what color you are, where you are from or anything else. What matters is the learning process, the ability to lift yourself out of the bad spots and grow and advance in society. Use it folks, read again, learn folks, get the facts, make the decisions that are right in the world and prevent trouble, crime and injustices from happening. Mankind needs heros, we can’t have super powers, but we can be super leaders, super teachers, super individuals unique to ourselves and still help make the world a better place and mankind much better.

A debate and argument is happening in America at this time and I saw it splash across Internet headlines this am. Tear Down Robert E. Lee statues and civil war statues representing the South during the Civil War. I understand why the African American people want to do this in America, I don’t agree with them 100 percent.

America has fought many a war around the world and at home here. The Civil War, was a battle not just for freedom of slaves and to end slavery in America. It turned to that after it started folks, not from the beginning. It was about two different opinions on how America should be, one was a manufacturing base and the other a farming nation. That was the original argument and reason for the Civil War. Abraham Lincoln a white man who was the Best President in American History in my opinion, made it about slavery, when he wrote his speech. The Emancipation Proclamation!

Now I understand the cruelty and inhuman treatment of African Americans who were forced to America by our forefathers and many after them, I do. While we all, at least those of us with a brain understand slavery was wrong and painful and unnecessary, it was not done by the whole nation at the time. It was being done by Southern American Farmers to produce crops and get them out. Not the Northern half of the country, which worked to help slaves become free men and women, help them escape the slavery ways of the southerners by way of tunnels and more. So, why ask all of America to pay for the crimes of the southern half of the country?

My argument is not whether slavery was wrong, and it was and would still be today if it happened again, my argument is over who should pay for it all.

My second argument is over the tearing down and removal and destruction of all things related to the Confederacy of The United States. Many like Robert E. Lee had schools and statues built by Southerners about their lives and actions during the Civil War. Were they personally responsible for slavery or it continuing or ending, I don’t think so.

By destroying and removing all statues of Robert E. Lee and other Southern Generals and all references to the Civil War, people are trying to erase an important part of American History period. It’s wrong to do, if you don’t like the public display or use of their names or statues, then move them into museums, but don’t kill the history of what America is or was.

I am in fact a person who loves all history when it comes to America and I am a patriot, who served his country for 16 years in three different branches of service, I served side by side with African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Indian Americans, and all kinds ,to protect and defend the United States of America. We all love this country, and I don’t care what color you are, what language you speak, what culture or beliefs you may have, we are all Americans. We need to preserve the history of America and leave Americans to make the choices they wish to make.

We are a nation based on religious freedoms, gun rights, laws and the right to choose. We were started to escape being ruled by Kings who would tax us to pieces, who would force their religious beliefs on us and who would suppress who we are. We can not suppress or remove the history of America, regarding the Civil War, if you do you might as well wipe out Abraham Lincoln from our history books. Or remove the Forefathers from American History, who wrote the Constitution and The Bill of Rights and established American Government. Many of them owned slaves including Washington, Jefferson, and others.

We are America folks, we grow, we learn, we change, we advance and we overcome, we don’t kill each other over past mistakes we can not change. What we do, do, is we learn and change and evolve and move ahead to create a more perfect union and nation that all shall be proud of. Don’t remove history or hide it folks, shine a light on it, and avoid doing it over, but learn, grow and evolve, or America will never be right.

Let me close this blog with what I believe is causing the most discontent, anger and fighting among the races in America and dividing our country, Donald John Trump. Trump has pushed racism, bigotry, and hate to a point beyond all measure in America. He is a sad excuse for a man, and the worst American President in United States History. If you want to change America, make America one again elect a President who will pull all together as one, all colors, all races all nationalities.

America has been around now for 243 years, we have advanced science, we have advance medicine, we have advanced all in all ways. how about we advance mutual respect, honor, caring and equality for all in America. How about we integrate all cities , all towns, all neighborhoods and schools. How about all of us no matter what color, race or nationality, admit we are human we make mistakes, how about we show each other we care, we bleed, we hurt and we feed as one nation not in seperate places or homes, restricted to one color, one race. I can say this, because i lived it in the projects as a kid, growing up among blacks, hispanics, whites and more, mixed neighborhoods are good for all involved folks. You learn from a young age to be considerate, and respectful and how to deal with people, not because of color but to treat them as they treat you, based on mutual understanding that all are human beings and all are on the same economic footing struggling to survive.

My final statement for today is this, Women can and should be President of the United States. I don’t care what all the macho males in Washington say, they are wrong. Women, can multitask better than men, they can work, clean a home, raise children, run businesses, and do all men can do. Women deserve to be President and in my opinion anyone not realizing this can kiss my ever loving rear end.

A woman President may be the ultimate President of the United States, for in the end if they can give birth, raise children, work jobs, run a household and a business, and still stand proud, well they deserve it and have earned it in more ways than one.

The Embarrassment of The United States Of America is sitting at the Resolute Desk in The Oval Office daily. His speech and rhetoric and the things he says and does embarrass and shame real americans. Those who voted him into Office should run and hide and duck in shame, this man, Donald John Trump is the worst President in American History.

He is also the most dangerous President to ever hold the Office, because he has no idea what he is doing globally and with our allies or with our enemies.

He lies on average 24 times a day to the American People, publically on television too for the world to see.

He stood on stage before the world and America during the 2016 election asking for Russia to find Hillary Clinton’s emails and 5 hours later Russia attempted to do just as he asked. Yet he says he did not collude with Russia, liar. He used Russian Rubles to buy ads on Twitter, FaceBook and other internet websites and television and newspaper ads too, to get elected. Claims he had nothing to do with it, point is he did, he allowed it to happen and encouraged it too.

He Colluded with Russia and Putin and Hillary Clinton was correct, Donald John Trump is a Putin Puppet!

He has actively been Obstructing Justice from the day he took Office and tried to protect Michael Flynn. He lied to all Americans about the size of the crowd at his Inauguration folks, that should have told ya something right there. He is vain, he is selfish, he is a loose cannon on the world stage. He failed in Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq too, then add in his failure with North Korea and you have an incompetent President. He does not deserve to be the Commander in Chief of The United States Military, he never served one day and he is a draft dodger too. It’s a sad, sad, story for all to see.

His Tariffs are tearing the world apart and costing Americans billions of dollars. Farmers can’t sell crops, Automotive makers are laying off white collar and blue collar workers, the steel mills are not coming back folks, he lied. Even the commercial store and retail industry is shutting down in America, JCPenney, Macys, Kmart/Sears, malls are closing their doors and the ones that are open have so many empty spots it’s sad to see. Malls now look at like graveyards of stores.

I understand Nancy Pelosi who says she doesn’t want to Impeach Donald Trump, time is a factor and so is the Senate not willing to grow up and see the truth because they are Republicans. She is right Trump must be beaten at the polls come November 2020. The best way is to have the people vote him out and then, arrest and charge him for crimes against the American People.

I did not vote for Donald Trump, and would never have period. He is now and was then a phoney, a con man, a liar, a narcissist, and a fool. He is destroying America from within under the instructions of Putin and Russia. sadly, too many American still want to believe in him, desperation will not save them, for sure.

As the 2020 Election Cycle begins and Trump comes back for reelection shouting the same old bullshit he did before on Immigration, and The Wall and how he hates Hillary Clinton, I hope Americans get the facts straight next. He has no economy that is his, he is living off of and claiming an economy built by Presidents before him. He has done nothing worthwhile for the middle class or below either, He did kill ObamaCare, which he claims as a victory, but in fact is not really, for he left millions of people with no healthcare coverage or ways to make ends meet. So they are getting stuck with medical and prescription costs that are burying them alive.

Donald John Trump does not belong in the White House, nor does he belong with the Title and Position of President of The United States! He belongs in a cell, in an orange jumpsuit staring out from behind bars, he is a liar, thief, con man, sexual harasser and pervert. He is a danger to the United States !

For those who Voted Donald J. Trump into Office as President, you should all hang your heads in shame!

I am a diabetic folks and I know I don’t look it, but I am. I am only 5ft 8 inches tall and around 205 to 210 lbs. these days at 63 years old.

I never had much for health problems in my life, with the exception of my back and neck injuries from my Naval Service. Diabetes knocks me for a loop if I am not careful about what I eat these days. One second I was fine and the next bam it hit me, I took a blood sugar test with a meter and wham I was at 163, on the scale.

I get that high and my head pounds, my body aches in pain and I will pass out and sleep for at least an hour or a little more before it all comes back into normal range. I have never in my life felt so physically ill before in this way.

I have a Doctor at the Veteran’s Hospital who has me on Metformin and Fatiomodine, both drugs meant to control my blood sugar levels. I have also been given lipitor to help control it all. Yet, it gets me at times, because foods today contain too much sugar and are processed.

I will be looking for alternative ways to eat to stay alive now a days. What foods to avoid, what ones I can eat, and what ones I can’t anymore. It’s a daily struggle when you have never really experienced it before and it suddenly comes at you.

I am told the best for me as far as my numbers go should be between 80 to 120 on my meter. Since I had the bout yesterday where it raised itself to 163, I got up this am and made my coffee and took my glucose level and it was 104. My head is no longer pounding, my body is feeling close to normal and I know I must be very careful from now on.

How long will I last under the diabetic problems I have and health problems I have otherwise is unknown to me. I know now what my Doctor told me at the Veteran’s Hospital, I am going to have to take care of myself, if i intend to take care of my wife, who has breast cancer metastasized to her bones. Each day is a struggle for me, and I have my PTSD, and my back and neck injuries filled with arthritis too.

I still have to shop,clean, and take care of the house and cats and my wife too. Limiting what I eat is the next objective for me, otherwise I believe I won’t last too long. So, I will have to research a diabetic diet that stays far from sugar products and possibly any processed foods. American food is filled with sugars and carbohydrates is a main part of the diet in America. I have to shift from that to more natural foods and manage portion sizes for myself, cut back on snacks and be very careful.

I have heard before of Diabetic Living Magazines and books and advice columns and basically ignored them, because it didn’t really affect me, now it does. Slowly I will have to look at alternative ways to eat and live if I want to keep living.

I have to limit my intake of sugar products and carbohydrates, which contain natural sugars which affect diabetics also. I used to love cold cereals and found out I can’t eat them anymore now, for one bowl full set my blood sugar level to 163. I suppose to save my life I will have to change my diet in many ways.

Breakfast will have to become an egg or two now a days. snacks will have to go bye bye, and become something better for me like yogurts. And suppers will have to include a portion sized piece of meat or fish some veggies and I will have to stop eating potatos, I think. It’s not easy changing your lifestyle is it folks?

My head pounds if I eat too much sugar and my glucose levels rise. My head feels like it is splitting in two, and my chest does too. More than likely I will have a heart attack or a seizure in the future if I am not careful. I hope to and pray I can avoid it, but, all one can do is try each day.

I have lived a decent life if you ask me. I helped all I can, and I bothered no one unless I had to. I served my country and did my job there. I tried to keep my marriage together the first time and failed and if I failed anyone other than myself, it would be my daughters and I am sorry for that.

As my time gets closer and my health begins to decline I tend to look back over my life and hope I did what I could, when I could, for whom I could and took the best care to do so, I could also. If anyone I knew or know today, thinks I did them wrong or hurt them in anyway, I am sorry I don’t think, I ever did.

Regrets we all live with folks no matter if your a man or a woman, no one is perfect, so we do the best we can. Now I fight my diabetic condition and my wife’s cancer all at once and see what happens next and accept the fact, I can not control when the Good Lord Calls, but I can control only my life and how I behave.
