Senators must answer the following questions regarding kavanaugh before they vote on Saturday.
1) Who do they believe more, Kavanaugh or his accusers?
2) Did the FBI do a full investigation and is it credible?
3) Did they lump all the accusations together to make Blasey Ford’s less
credible?
4) How much Political Cover do these Senators need to vote the truth?
5) Can Kavanaugh be impartial after his partisan outburst against Democrats
and the Clintons?\
6) Should Trump mocking the victim affect their decision?
7) If they vote no on Kavanaugh will it affect the Republicans in the
MidTerms?
8) Is it right for an applicant, to talk to his possible employers the way
Kavanaugh did?
9) Is it right for an applicant to be a Supreme Court Justice to lie to
Senators?
10) Is it right for an applicant to be so arrogant and obnoxious to Senators?
11) If you don’t believe Blasey Ford, then why is there two more women?
12) Why did Kavanaugh confront Durbin, and Klobchanor and not take a lie
detector test?
13) What about the over 600 legal professionals and their letters saying
don’t confirm?
14) What about his classmates, and their coming forward to say he lied about
his drinking and behavior and they will testify to prove it?
15) Last one, what effect will he have on the decisions concerning Roe vs
Wade, gun controls and Presidential powers of no charging a President?
I will close with this statement, I don’t believe a man who can sit before a
Senate Judiciary Committee should be allowed to lie to the Senators, be
obnoxious and arrogant, and still get a seat for life. Now you can not
believe the three accusers about the sexual assaults if you wish, but you
can’t deny his behavior at the Hearing, his lying at the hearing, or his
attacking Senators and his partisanship views, Does he deserve a lifetime
appointment and can he be unbiased on The Supreme Court?

If you allow Brett M. Kavanaugh to sit on the Supreme Court with allegations of Sexual Abuse and mistreatment of women against him and his lying before the Senate Judiciary Committee it’s just plain wrong! Add the fact now, of him owing it all to President Trump and the Republican party and you have a biased
Justice on the Supreme Court that will vote the way Trump wants all the time. He denied drinking to the point of blacking out, or forgetting things, yet friends from his school days have come forth talking about his passing out, stumbling around drunk and in a stupor. I didn’t make it up, his classmates state it for all to see on Television. Over 600 legal minds, Lawyers and Judges came together to write you letters recommending you not vote him to the Supreme Court.
I remind all of you Senator’s, you are the only wall we have against such a man being on the Supreme Court, one who drinks, protects the President at every turn and lies. Just so you remember there are other Judges on a list the president has, that can be nominated if need be. No Supreme Court Judge should have such partisan views like Kavanaugh has, he outright said the Clintons and the Democrats are responsible for the attacks on his nomination and that all the democrats are mad about Trump getting the Presidency. That’s all sad as hell!
I will say this, either way this goes, whether he gets on the Supreme Court or not, the blue wave is coming like a wall of water no one has seen before.It will sweep away many Republicans in both the House and Senate on November 6th, 2018. When it happens, The House and possibly the Senate will turn Blue and Democratic, when it does they will reopen the FBI Investigation on Kavanaugh and then use it to Impeach him and remove him anyway. His reputation is too damaged and tarnished and he is far too partisan to be on the Supreme Court and he showed it during the Hearing. Just in case Lindsey Graham, or any other Republican Senator is not listening, I am flat out telling you, you will lose in November of 2018, in the Midterm Elections and in the end Trump will not get reelected in 2020, don’t you even try to think otherwise.
Trump lies to the American People on a daily basis as it is, he lies about how he got his fortune, He lied about Taxes and evading them, he lied about dodging the draft also. He has no bone spurs in his feet, he only has a jelly soul and weak ass excuses not to serve his country when he should have, He evaded the draft five times with the same excuse, Daddy Trump paid millions, I am sure to keep his little boy safe.
I tire of seeing Republican Senators like Lindsey Graham throwing temper tantrums on television to support and defend a man like Brett M. Kavanaugh. Screaming and yelling at the Democrats how they want to tear down Kavanaugh, when he knows damn well that is not what they were doing, they were interviewing him and looking for weaknesses in the applicant. They found them in the Sexual Allegations, in his lies about drinking and parties in school days, they found his weaknesses in his partisain speech blaming the Clintons and The Democrats.
If Kavanaugh is confirmed to the Supreme Court, Roe vs. Wade will fall, if it falls you will set the women in America back a century in their fight for control of their own bodies. In their fight to protect themselves in the case of medical problems during pregnancies.
Here is my final say, on this as we all await the FBI results and the Senate’s decision on this issue, one that will affect the United states for the next 30 to 50 years. By Confirming Brett Kavanaugh, the Republicans are telling American Women, you don’t have the right to Abortion or to control your own bodies. You are telling Americans, anyone can drink and sexually harass,, attack or assault women as you please, you can drink like a fish, get drunk and forget what you did and we will all forgive you, no matter how bad it is, and who you hurt, you can attack Senators in a Hearing on National Television and avoid questions asked of you in anyway you want and still get away with it all. You can be aggressive, obnoxious and angry and yell during a job interview and still get the job, that is a lifetime appointment!
I watched the hearing, I watched Kavanaugh avoid, deny and point fingers at everyone else for his actions and what came out of his own mouth. I have heard many say, well you have no proof of what you are saying, you can’t prove the sexual allegations that Christine Blasey Ford, Ramirez or Swednic have brought forward, they can’t give concrete proof it happened. Maybe that is because the accusations are old, and time and trauma and PTSD kicked in here. Maybe these women were so traumatized they buried the memories of what was done to them, just as my first wife buried the attacks by her father for 38 years, before they surfaced. In the end here is what I will tell all the Senators, if you put Brett Kavanaugh on The Supreme Court, it will be on your conscious for the rest of your life. You will live with the decision you make here in this case, why rush through this man, why does it have to be filled now this seat on The Supreme Court? I will tell you why, in the end, Trump wants him there because he believes fully, he will not get another chance to do this, because he knows the Blue Wave is coming! He also knows he can nominate another and still fill the seat by January 2019 if he hurries, so lets rush the Vote, so he can do it, right!
Two Hundred Historians, have now voted Donald J. Trump the worst President in American History, so go ahead lick his boots, kiss his ass and give him his Nominee and mouth piece on The Supreme Court, but remember this if your Jeff Flake,Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins,and Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota and Joe Manchin III of West Virginia, you have to live with your conscious , and the results the rest of your life, politically or otherwise and Americans are watching. I know Jeff Flake. Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins are not worried about reelection this year, but the American Public men and women have a long memory and they won’t forget if you go along with this!
To Senator Jeff Flake of Arizona, I commend you Sir for the fight for a FBI Investigation into Kavanaugh on this matter of sexual allegations and his lying and drinking. I commend you for listening to women who were abused, and mistreated by men in power and in other parts of life. Yet if you vote for Brett Kavanaugh now, after this abbreviated FBI Investigation, you are voting to sit a Sexual Pervert and Abuser on The Supreme court, a liar who lied to you and other Senators during the hearing, an obnoxious, arrogant and partisan man. All I can say to you Senator Flake as well as your colleagues, in the Senate, Please Don’t Take a Chance and Vote Yes on such a man, make President Trump Nominate one with no cloud over his head like this!

America has come to a critical stage in its growth and development. We are facing many major issues,1) Racial Divides across the country, 2) Political conflicts, between the major parties,3) A Government being lead by a President who is incapable of handling the job he got elected to, 4) Political Interference from Foreign Powers such as Russia and China.
Domestically our law or legal organizations meant to set laws and protect the American People is failing and flaying in the wind being destroyed by a President who attacks them when they try to do their jobs. So many issues are at stake in the November Election on November 6th, 2018 and Americans need to vote in big numbers to change things and fix America.
The current fight between Republicans and Democrats over the Nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to The Supreme Court of The United States is one such Issue dividing the nation and its people along strong lines. yet, the Republican Party is going to sit there and try to plow this man through to a seat on the Supreme Court with all of his issues he has. Listen, Americans now to Common Sense please, any person who has sexual allegations against them, whether male or female has issues with their reputation and will negatively affect the decisions of the Supreme Court, add his partisan approach and words of blaming the Democrats and the Clintons to it and you have an issue period, but the you add lying about his drinking, and his obnoxious and arrogant behavior on public television to Senators at the Judiciary Hearings, well you can get my drift, he is not Supreme Court Material.
The stupidity of this all is simple here, Kavanaugh refuses to step aside n matter how many allegations come against him, because he wants the Robes of a Supreme Court Justice and a seat. He knows he is flawed he admitted it himself, the allegations grow daily as old classmates of his at two colleges and some at his high school he attended come forward and talk about his drinking till drunk and the fact they know there were times he can’t even remember what was happening.
Knowing Kavanuagh will not step aside on his own, it then comes down to President Trump pulling the Nomination to stop this fiasco if he will. The problem is trump is enjoying this too much, he like sthe show Kavanaugh is putting on. If President Trump was a real President and had the ability to make a real decision that means something to America and the People he was elected to protect, he would pull the Kavanaugh’s Nomination and stop the embarrassing show that is happening and he would stop Kavanaugh’s humiliation and embarrassment too.
President Trump has a list of Judges hec an Nominate asa replacement for Kavanaugh, and he should pull Kananaugh’s Nomination and put up someone better.President Trump, np President is perfect and God Knows your not in many ways, but common sense and a stable mind would go a long way in doing this. Stop and think not of whether you win or lose in this nomination, or candidate you put up, but what you are doing to America by pushing him more into the public light, and what the world thinks now. Use you mind and common sense PULL KAVANAUGH’s Nomination, let him disappear into the shadows of America, enough damage is done now to him, his wife and children, and to the American People and Nation. As the FBI probes and Investigates into Brett Kavanaugh and his actions against women, America waits for the results. Even without the final proof of what he is alleged to have done to Blasey Ford, Ramirez, and Swetnic, I have to say Brett Kavanaugh lied to Congress and Senators on his drinking, his partying and acted non- judicial in many ways.
I remind everyone Clarence Thomas faced allegations from Anita Hill and he didn’t act out like Kavanaugh did he stayed cool, calm and collected and answered the question and then was confirmed. The difference between Thomas and Kavanaugh is simple, Thomas controlled himself and portrayed himself as a Judge, Kavanaugh portrayed himself as temperamental, angry,arrogant,and obnoxious. He raised his voice, he laughed at Senators, he wouldn’t answer questions, he even had the audacity to ask a Senator if she ever blacked out when she drank. Sad indeed. The Sexual accusations are bad enough alone to stop him from sitting on the court,but they may be forgotten or forgiven because of his age at the time. What can not be forgiven is his behavior and actions and words during the Hearing itself.
I saw the faces, the refusals to answer, the meanness and anger toward the Senators. If Brett Kavanaugh wants to be angry at anyone for the period he is going through during this Nomination and Confirmation process it should be himself and Donald Trump.
First off, Kavanaugh did not need to accept the Nomination by Trump he chose to. He was offered it and he gobbled it up like a child at a candy store, I want, I want, I want. While I am sure he was impressed and surprised and honored to be Nominated, he knew his own past, he knew his school days, he knew he was going to lie to Senators about his drinking and more, he is not stupid, just ignoranant and blinded by the powerful position he was offered.
His views are well known, how he stands on women’s issues such as Roe vs Wade, Abortion, and the powers of The Presidency and whether a President can be charged while in office. I disagree with all of his stands on these issues, women are finally achieving the right to their own bodies and lives and the right to choose abortion or not is theirs not his or the courts or Trumps. Kavanaugh will vote to overturn Roe vs Wade there is no doubt in anyone’s mind now.
He went head to head with Senators Klobchnar, Durbin, and Booker as well as others over whether he would take a lie detector and he refused to answer or volunteer for one, Why? Simple he is afraid of one and knows it will show he is lying!
I watched his face, his reactions and his attitude as well as temperament and I must say he was outrageous, rude, angry and mean, and definitely defiant! His anger brimmed over when asked to take a polygraph test, when questioned about his drinking and partying. Sadly, this is not how a Supreme Court Justice should act or behave before a Senate Committee when interviewing for the Supreme Court job.
Now, Trump has others he can put up and Nominate,so why doesn’t he pull Kavanaugh and stop the madness? Well, Trump believes everyone he puts up or hires is the best there is period, fact is they are not. You want proof of this, try the following names, Flynn,Manafort, Gates, Papadoulis, and you can tell he is not a great interviewer or human resource manager.
I saw the act and temper tantrum put on by Lindsey Graham during the Hearing, he acted out like a child and little boy, screaming yelling pointing fingers at the other side, it was a sad moment in history, for him and the Senate. What gets me more is he says John McCain would have been worse then he, bullshit Lindsey and you know that, McCain had self-control, McCain was smarter and would have conducted himself better, behind the scenes not on national television for the world to see.
I say this to all who read my blog today,the hearing was a sham like Graham said, but the sham was not controlled or put on by the Democrats here it was put on by the Republicans as they tried to ram through a confirmation of a man they should have removed the nomination from. It was a sad show for Americans to see the Republicans gathered on the Dias, all smiling and laughing waiting on the vote and thinking they beat the Democrats only to watch them go sullen and sad and disappointed when Senator Flake got up and walked out and the long wait for his return began. It was even a sadder sight to see Senator Grassley’s face and Graham’s face and other Republicans faces when Senator Flake forced an FBI Investigation. They knew then, like they do today, Kavanaugh is in big trouble once the FBI investigates!
Which ever way this goes, once it is over at no time will Kavanaugh be accepted by Americans as the right choice for the seat he is trying to get. Nor, will Kavanaugh now ever live a life free of the cloud of sexual allegations and lying that will hang over him the rest of his life. My advice to the Republicans is simple here, cut bait and let Kavanaugh go, get a new Nominee and start over,Kavanaugh is done and will not pass muster, ever. If the President and the Republicans have two cents worth of sense left in them, they would pull Kavanaugh’s Nomination, put up a new conservative Judge with no allegations of sexual abuse and one who will not take on Senators and lie like Kavanaugh did.

Yesterday’s Hearing was a sham and farce I agree with Senator Graham, but the farce and sham was pulled by the Republicans. They are ramrodding Kavanaugh through to a vote today and tomorrow, yet you have two more women named accusing the same as Blasey Ford?
Investigate those allegations before you vote on Kavanaugh, let’s hear from these women too, and how about, the anonymous ones too? And why are you pushing Kavanaugh through whats the rush?
I saw two people yesterday testify and one a female who made the claims in question here, and i believe Blasey Ford. She was scared, terrified, and stated facts that add up. I believe she was abused and i believe her identification of Kavanaugh and his friend Judge.
Senator Graham’s display of losing self-control and getting angry and going off like a child in a tantrum, did what he wanted it to, which was change the air if the hearing to protect Kavanaugh. He had it a sham, a circus and a show, no one else.
What I saw of Kavanaugh was a man coached by the President and his Republican cohorts to come to the hearing and get angry and scream and raise his voice and accuse everyone else of something. The Democrats or Clintons did not set up Kavanaugh and if i were the Clintons I would sue his ass for defamation of character and false accusations.
I saw a man, who is angry, who acted like an alcoholic, who is denying he drinks, in anger. He showed he drinks, he abuses it and acts it out in anger when he can’t have it to the whole world.
The Senate Committee today is voting to see if they forward his Nomination to the Senate House Floor and then they will try to confirm hiom on a Saturday, why?
What’s the rush here to get this man on the Supreme Court by the Republicans? What’s wrong with a few weeks or days for the FBI to Investigate? Why must he be pushed through now, what is being proven here?
The American Bar Association now says, delay the vote do the Investigations. I believe they are right, the performance yesterday by Kavanaugh showed me an angry, emotionally unstable individual who does not belong on the Supreme Court. Call your Senators, and stop the vote, stop the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh now before he lands in a Supreme Court Seat for life and changes the laws of America in the wrong ways.

As The Circus in Washington gets underway this am, I wonder are any of these Senators in this hearing, going into it with an open mind?
Too, many Republican Senators, don’t have the gall or balls to buck Trump! So as I see it this woman Christine Blasey Ford is taking a large chance testifying and talking publically. I am sure she has been told by her Lawyers that is she is lying she can be charged with crimes.So, she is taking a large chance doing this and she knows and is aware of it.
I can’t for the life of me, see any reason why a woman with children and a husband and a decent job that makes good money and who is well educated would make such statements. Stop and think about it, why would anyone make such statements if they were not real? I believe Christine blasey Ford, and now, there are 4 more women who came forward, same story, no way it can be lies, did they all get together and plan it, to take Kavanaugh down, I highly doubt it.
In the end what happens today will make the biggest difference in the Judicial System and Supreme Court of this country and the laws they set and decide on.
The Me Too Movement is vital for women in America and if this woman and the others who have come forward and signed affidavits, are all lying, why would so many being saying the same thing?
Women in America and on this Senate Panel, and across the world need to step up and support these women. These can’t all be lies, or stories made up, impossible.
Trump, coming on Television and defending Kavanaugh all the time is sad, why is this one man so important to Trump. Why not, pull his nomination, pick a new Judge and try again? It’s all in the timing folks, they want this nomination to go through, before the November 6th, elections. If it does go ahead and this man, Kavanaugh gets on the Supreme Court, they have pushed through a criminal to make laws in the land! Sad!
I remind America and women, the damage a rape, sexual harassment or abuse does to a woman’s mind and emotional make up lasts for a lifetime. This is a horrible experience for anyone and it changes lives and destroys a woman’s self confidence. Is it right for a man who did such crimes and things to women, belong on the Supreme Court making laws about women and changing their rights?

In the past few days and or week or so, other women have come forward about Brett Kavanaugh and his antics, drinking and sexual abuse of women. Others have stepped up and stated he had parties and was present at parties where he set women up for rape. Sad!
Mitch McConnell the Senate Majority Leader has stated on television and in the Senate, they will plow through this and Kavanaugh will be on the Supreme Court!. Lindsey Graham said he would not derail Kavanaugh’s life over one allegation of sexual abuse at a young age! Then the Republicans want to bring in a Prosecutor to question Blasey Ford, and they call it a fair hearing? That crap!
A fair hearing would include, more witnesses, open statements by all,questions by members of the senate of both parties and both sexes,the Doctor who examined Blasey Ford and can prove it happened, and any new witnesses or victims that come up.
What is taking place here is an outright attempt by the Republican Party to force Kavanaugh on to the Supreme Court, as fast as they can and their ride on the rails to the Supreme Court must be derailed, he doesn’t have the moral, ethical make-up to be a Supreme Court!
The man is a drinker, according to all his high school and college friends. He was a partier, who set females up, at those parties and took advantage of them. You still want him on your Supreme Court folks?
This man will affect women’s rights, by voting to kill Roe vs. Wade as soon as he can, if seated. Women’s rights will be set back a century if he is seated, is that want we want in America?
One last thing to consider here, Kavanaugh, is not even man enough to consider what this public exposure is doing to his own family, his wife and children. Imagine what his wife must be going through having to fight off these allegations or his daughters! You Ask me folks, he is stupid and only cares about himself not even his own family for he puts them at risk, as he tries to get on the Court. I feel sorry for his family, his wife and daughters who must answer questions about their husband or father’s character daily at school or at work or on the streets. Has he no common decency to realize the hurt and pain he is making them suffer through? Sadly, Brett Kavanaugh is not a biog enough man or person, to take into consideration the damage he is doing to his family! He should Step Aside Now! Because once the hearings start, it wil get so much worse on National Television!

I look around the cities and towns I live near or in and what do I see? I see brick and mortar stores closing, malls emptying, Sears leaving, Macy’s on the verge of going, JC Penny closing and more. Stores that have been with us forever are disappearing including KMart. Stop and think about it when you walk a mall for exercise of go looking for something the choices are fewer and the empty stores are more. Why if Trump’s Economy is great?
Then we have to look at the manufacturing and how it is disappearing still nowadays, since the 1970’s it has been happening. Where are the jobs going folks, and you tell me if you think Trump’s tariffs help us or not? I think not, it doesn’t pay to be in a tariff war with your allies and friends and neighbors does it? It’s crazy and outlandish that Congress and the Republican Party just goes along with it all and does nothing to stop it!
I want to say one more thing here before I finish, Wharton Business College is not a school to be electing a President from either. That was bad enough to see, but it gets worse when you elect an unethical, immoral,narrist, to the White House, who cares for no one but himself and his rich cronies. Trump is bad for America, in all ways!
I pray that the Democrats take the House and Senate back in November 2018, just so we can balance it out and get back to a decent life in America again, without make/female fighting, racial fights and more. he is a moral less individual, with no ethics, empathy or caring for anything that doesn’t put money in his own pocket, even his tax plan is a rip off of the poor to feed the rich coffers. Sad!

Donald John Trump has many things in common with Richard M. Nixon. The Abuses of the Office of the Presidency are very similar and intriguing to say the least.
Let’s face some facts that Congress which is Republican should now see , clearly and honestly here.
1) Richard Nixon was found guilty on three Articles or Impeachment they are the following: 1) Obstruction of Justice, 2) Abuse of Power, 3) Contempt of Congress
Two additional articles were in process and not used in Nixon’s case, because they were to hard to prove and beyond their reach. They were as follows: Cambodia Bombings and Failure to Pay Taxes.
Now comparing these between Trump and Nixon, the same top three Articles of Impeachment can be used against Trump.
It is already proven by the Mueller Investigation and Members of Congress that Trump 1) Obstructs Justice when ever he gets a chance, and has done so numerous times since elected and taking office.
2) Trump abuses the power of his office every time he steps on his Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and messes with Mueller’s Investigation period. There is no denying it.
3) Trump is in full contempt of Congress at all times, ignoring them and doing things his own way and failing to complete and fulfill his Oath of Office.
Now here is the difference between Donald John Trump and Richard Nixon for all to see.
Trump is a narcissist, a liar, a bully, and a racist. He takes from the poor by attacking Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and changing Tax Laws to benefit his rich cronies.
Trump fails at dealing in Diplomacy, and affairs of the State. He is disrespected by many leaders of other nations.
Trump’s financial and economic strategies suck, he is tearing down the economy and taking credit for jobs he never created. he didn’t create jobs or bring any back to America he took credit for someone else
the economy. His Tariffs wars are killing American Businesses and he is in fact making enemies out of our allies with them.
You can claim as many will that Nixon and Trump have more in common than many will realize. Both are power hungry bastards who want only for themselves. Both, fail to answer the American People in anyway and wanted to cover up past crimes they committed and would do anything to stay in Office as President.
The difference is Nixon accomplished so much more than Trump ever will, he would never have worked with Russians to get elected either or colluded in anyway with them and Trump has.
Final word on this comparison for all to hear and see, Richard M.Nixon, had the moral and ethical fiber and brains enough to determine he messed up, went too far and he resigned from office. he thought of the well-being of America and the American people and left office.
Donald John Trump has no moral or ethical or empathic abilities in him. He doesn’t care about the American People, just himself, he is a selfish bastard is all.
You want to improve America, move us forward, away from socialism, and toward a more democratic republic, by and for the people, remove Donald John Trump from Office, Impeach Him. if we don’t, then I fully recommend we vote him out, and all of his supporters starting November 6th, 2018, or face the consequences of not doing so.
One more item to add here, The Kavanaugh Nomination and Confirmation hearings and the lack of the Senate to have any compassion or care for the accuser. My thoughts are simple on the matter and honest. I lived with a woman I married and stayed married to for 12 years who was sexually molested and abused by her father growing up as were her siblings. She bore me two daughters and I feel sorry for her today, for when her repressed memories of what her father did to her surfaced 35 years after they happened, it ruined her life, my life and the lives of my daughters. Repression of sexual abuse is common in all who suffer from it, they bury it and then something triggers it to come to the surface. This happened to my ex-wife and I believe this happened to Ms’ Davis too. The senate and it’s committee must hear her out, they must investigate her story , she is putting her whole life on the line to tell it and losing a lot. kavanaugh of course will deny, deny, deny in front of everyone, he wants the seat on the Supreme Court. In the end, if he did this to her 36 years again as a teenager, and he lies about doing it, as I am sure he is going to, do we want a denier, a liar and a sexual abuser on the Supreme Court? I think not!

I tire of hearing about the political game Republicans are playing, with the accusations made by Kavanaugh’s accuser. What you are doing Senator Grassley is telling this woman she has no right to be comfortable or to bring witnesses to prove her case and no court of law or even Judge would deny her that much. Fairness, equality are both important in this case, are we to have a man on the Supreme Court who did this to a young girl and may snap and do it again at anytime to another female? Fairness needs to be applied here in this case to Doctor Davis. Also you can’t force a victim to face the abuser in a public room at the same table at the same time.

His problem is simple though if he denies and lies in anyway and it is proven by her, that he did lie, his whole life and career is over. yet, he is so set on getting that seat, he will blindly wander into the hearings and questions and more than likely lie and in the end it won’t come out fast enough to stop his being given the seat. I remind you all, this is a lifetime appointment to a seat on the Supreme Court of The United States and will determine the future of Roe vs Wade, and questions such as does a President have the right to pardon himself, or be indicted for crimes while in office. many other issues are at stake here too, but here is the big one why the Republicans are pushing him. If he isn’t on the court by October 1st, 2018 and the seat is vacant they will have a hell of a time trying to kill Roe vs Wade, women’s rights and other things. They want him on there so they get their conservative court and decisions they want for their republican side, but at what cost to America and women’s rights? You Tell Me!

Ms. Davis deserves to be heard, she deserves to feel safe from her attacker, she deserves to have witnesses, she deserves to take her time and make sure she speaks clearly, honestly and can bring the doctor who treated her. Fundamental rights under the law say it needs to be that way, morally and ethically it needs to be that way too. Maybe, the Republicans fear the truth so much they are being biased and placing too much pressure on Ms. Davis? What do you think, should she have to live with threats should she have to move, lose her job and hide her family? Should she have to have the pressure of being humiliated, embarrassed and pushed by Republicans into the public light and her life destroyed? The women of America should stand tall, and call for the Senate Committee and the Republican Party, to allow her to speak, give her time to put together her witnesses and her case and memories. A Rush to Judgement in this case, can destroy and control the Supreme Court and the United States Legal System for the next 30 to 50 years!
