As we get ready for the Formal Impeachment Hearings to start tomorrow,I wonder what Trump and his team will really try to defend him with

His words do not match half the time, he stumbles and fails to explain anything he did, and in the end, he has found no way to defend any of it.

The Formal Impeachment Hearings will be held starting tomorrow and when they do will America listen and follow it all or not and if not why not?

I can say this, it has happened in the past Impeachment Proceedings, and in each case the results, did affect America’s future and how we carried on.

Andrew Johnson, breached a new law when he fired Edwin Stanton as Secretary of War. The Process took him to within one vote of a formal impeachment and removal from office.

Then, we come forward to Richard M. Nixon. He went too far for all of America when he attacked news agencies, set up a team to break into Watergate and commenced all of his cover-ups, in the end Nixon did what was right for the nation and himself, he resigned.

Clinton faced Impeachment over WhiteWater and of course the Monica Lewinsky blowjob in the Oval Office. He too failed to be removed from office, but was Impeached in The House.

Now we have Trump, who basically sold America to Russia, committed numerous offenses of Obstruction of Justice, then faced the Mueller Investigation and Report and now is neck deep in the Ukraine mess he caused using a phone call to ask for favors from another country. So what happens, now, in the case is still in question, for it will depend on the way The Articles of Impeachment are written and drawn up against him. The Senate must get Articles that are strong and with Evidence for sure or they will not even bother doing a regular trial in the Senate. As We await it all, I wonder, how far will America let Trump and his backers go,before they decide enough is enough?

I probably represent the majority of Americans when I say I am tired of it all ! I tire of the daily newscasts, the lies, the case being built and how it goes on and on, and nothing gets completed or passed in Congress, to help the American People who need it.

As my baby sister said to me one day, when Trump came up in a discussion, and I quote ” I have had enough of Trump, his bullshit, I just wish he would pack up and go home and get the hell out of Office”. Now only time will tell as the Hearings now hit public television tomorrow! We shall see!

It is Veteran’s Day Weekend folks, tomorrow is Veteran’s Day. As it dawns tomorrow morning, stop and say thank you to all the Veterans who served when you see them say thank you for the freedom you all enjoy, due to their service.

Across America there are so many Veterans, of all ages and both sexes. I remind all who see them without them America would not remain a Republic and Democracy. They don’t join the service for themselves when they do, and I guarantee, they don’t think of themselves when serving, they are thinking of the ones they are protecting at home that they love. No Veteran, doesn’t think of those that they left to defend, when they serve, we all did it and do it for those we love, for the country we love, not ourselves.

All have different reasons for joining of course, some are lost souls looking for help, others are looking for a way to survive and some go in for training and education and discipline, but in the end they all end up serving for those they love.

A Veteran gives up their family, their private lives at home, to Defend and Protect All who are America and the country they believe in. The ones who were drafted knew it and the volunteers of today know it too, once they start to serve. They become apart of a tradition, a service and a unit they become proud of and that makes them better men and women.

As you sit down to eat, watch tv, play a video game, use a computer, chat, play music or just live in peace, the men and women of the Armed Forces of The United States are protecting you, they put their lives on hold to do so, so say Thank You to Them, Veteran’s keep America Free and Ensure your Freedom and Lives and Rights.

I know I served, in three branches folks, Yes I said three, I started U.S. Army, Then Army National Guard, then I became a Sailor for 12 more years in The U.S. Navy. I would have done 20 years, but an injury from a fall aboard a ship took me out so to say.

Unlike Donald J, Trump, I own five Honorable Discharges, and I am proud of each one. I didn’t dodge a draft with four letters from a Doctor for bone spurs that are non existent in my feet I served. Big difference between myself and our current President for sure.

I am Proud to have served with many Veterans who have lived and died the Military traditions of American Service and Hope all who did are too.

I served and I am Proud, all Veterans should be and you all should say thank you when you see one of us. God Bless All of America!

Welcome to Saturday, the 9th, of 2019. The seasons are changing here in New England, and so are the conditions and sentiments in Washington, DC, with the Trump Impeachment getting ready to fire up new televised hearings come Wednesday.

The feelings I am getting is that the Trumpers think he won’t be Impeached, but they are wrong the majority in the house is Democratic, so he will be Impeached just like Clinton before him.

It’s the removal or conviction that is in question and that is the second half of the equation folks. The House Impeaches, and The Senate holds the Trial, to Convict and Remove a President! Since the Senate is a Majority of Republicans, they will defend Trump in every way they possibly can! In the end what will determine whether leaves office or is removed is How well the Democrats prove their case, with the Articles of Impeachment they put forth and all the evidence given to the Senate.

Many Americans do not understand the Impeachment Process, so it becomes an issue the Democrats will have to explain to the nation. Impeachment belongs to the House folks, the Trial and Conviction and possible Removal the Senate.

This situation now facing the nation as a whole is serious and many do not get it. They think the Democrats just want to Impeach Trump and overturn the 2016 election, they are wrong. The offenses Trump is accused of doing are deep and very concerning. I am a Disabled Veteran and in my opinion, Trump has basically sold out to Putin and Russia, Committed Obstruction of Justice hundreds of times, and now committed a Quid Pro Quo in the Ukraine phone call. The call alone is enough to warrant Impeachment for it is Bribery covered by the constitution of the United States. It’s sad to see a President go rogue and try to run ramshod over every lay and regulation and guidance supplied by the Constitution of the United States. He is breaking the Emoluments Clause also here on a daily basis. So what happens next will set a precedent for future Presidents who sit in the Oval Office. If one Prsident can lie, cheat, steal, and do the acts Trump is accused of and get away with them, the next will do the same folks.

I ran into a store full of Trumpers and they say no way he gets Impeached. Well, I think they will all be highly disappointed and angry when it starts on Television and it happens. I don’t see anyway Trump avoids Impeachment, Giuliani doesn’t get arrested and charged, and others go down as so many have already in the Mueller Investigation. You can’t run and hide, distract, distort, avoid the honest truth folks, it is coming and will be public very soon for all to see.

It is a Congressional Duty for the House to Impeach Trump, it is also a Congressional Duty of The Senate to hold the Trial afterwards too, until it’s completion.

As to the 2020 Election, if Trump is Re-elected, I think many may want to buy Editions of Babel the Language Teacher in the language of Russian, Trump is selling us to Putin and Russia and we are going downhill asa Democracy, Republic and Nation. It’s a sad situation for America, I can not understand how anyone with a brain can back Trump and for what reason they are doing so. But it is now a dividing line in America and sadly, it is a dividing line that will need healing after the November 2020 election. I only hope America is smart enough to make the right choice come November 3rd 2020, for if we don’t, the Republic, Ben Franklin said, would be ours as long as we protect and defend it will be gone!

Internet and telephone crimes are climbing in America as people get phone calls on Social Security Fraud and in sites online like Google Hangouts, people pretend to be who they are not and try to fish money out of innocent people and elders like myself. The criminals are getting better at what they do as they attack also.

They ask for money after warming you up and try to convince you, they are someone they are not. I had this happen to me recently in Google Hangouts, which I have never used before being enticed, by someone claiming to be Reba McEntire. I am a huge Country Music Fan and yes, I love Reba and her music and all she does,so I wanted to believe it was really her, because I sent her a message, proclaiming my fandom of her.

At first it was just words, then she started sending pics of Reba and just chatting in a way that was funny. When I became suspicious she, then sent me a voice recording and small video clips, saying they were her on her cell phone. After a while she then, asked me for a 200 dollar gift card from Ebay. Wait a second, why would Reba, one of the richest women in the world, want a 200 dollar gift card from ebay, I asked. Well, I need it for my website she said, end of conversation folks, right there and then, I said no gift card, I am broke and won’t go there.

These scams are growing folks, they target you if your a fan of a Star, they come after your Social Security accounts and your Medicare and Medicaid also. Don’t fall for the scamming phone calls, they reroute the phone lines also to hide themselves so the police can not trace them. They try to steal your credit card information these days, with scanners, when you use your card at a store.

I had my credit cards attacked recently also, by someone with a scanner. They attacked one card, and then another, placing hundreds of dollars of purchases on them. Luckily for me I had contacted the Credit Bureaus the first time and had them track my Credit Cards and Notify me if strange purchases were made like this. I did not pay for these charges of course, because I did not make them. The Credit Card companies cleared the problem and issued new cards to me.

Scams are out there big time folks, be careful if your elderly, don’t post your social security number online, don’t show your medicare or medicaid cards to anyone either. And make sure you keep some kind of protect on your credit cards like I did.

Scammers are everywhere out there folks, they will pretend to be anyone and try to get into your wallet and your credit. Don’t let them, say no, and keep your information safe!

I have a program now on my Cell Phone to block unwanted calls, that just keep coming everyday. Calls that should be outlawed and the people making them should be arrested.

I don’t answer calls from people I don’t know or numbers I don’t know either. I just either let them ring, or answer, hang up and block them. I tire of the scammers and their scams to get information and money aren’t you?

To all who write the news and all Hosts and Commentators of the news and all Americans, I would like to write a Eulogy for America, yes the United States of America!

The America I grew up in was courageous, it was full of vitality, it was full of promise, it was based on Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Equality for All, men and women fought for all of it and our forefathers did too!

John Adams, George Washington, John Jay, John Hancock, Ben Franklin, and so many others, put their lives at stake to create a country, with promise, hope freedom and so much more. Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence and our Forefathers created a Government for The People By The The People and for a greater Union. They stood by it, they made it work, and it became a country for good in the world and power in on the world stage.

Back in the 1770’s when all of it was happening, and before America became a Independent Nation, there was the Revolutionary War, when Americans stood side by side and fought the British Monarchy and overcame through perseverance and determination. America was born and our forefathers, had a vision for all of it and us.

The doors were thrown open, immigrants came from all countries across the globe to become american citizens and the great pot of nationalities become one nation Under God, Indivisible with Liberty And Justice for All. We all believed and should today that all men are created equal and should all be respected equality and treated the same, under the laws of the land.

What happened to that America? Where did it go, why is it disappearing as I hear many Americans and see them hanging their heads in shame over all that is currently going on in Washington, DC under the current Trump Administration and how Trump is tearing apart the very foundations we were built as a nation on!

Sadly, many in America no longer read, or care about History, if you asked many of them, they would have no idea who Alexander Hamilton was, or Aaron Burr, or John Jay, or John Adams. Many don’t understand or know of the dangers and risks these men took to form this country! History is ignored it seems in the face of the current conditions of an American nation in Terminal condition.

America rose proudly, and has stood for Justice, The Rights of people worldwide and here at home for centuries now. But like the Roman Empire, The Aztecs and the Persians and more, all Empires die out or destroy themselves, this is what is happening in America today. The forefathers put in place three branches of government for a reason, folks, they foresaw, a possible situation where one man, who thinks he is above the law and better than all the rest, may get the Presidency and try to rule like a king, or a tyrant or a dictator. So , they called it checks and balances and said, congress shall have the right to oversight of the Executive Branch and The Presidency, to stop such a person from doing just what Trump is doing!

As the days pass now in 2019, and we are now less than a year from the next Presidential Election, in 2020, I remind all, no man is above the law, no President should be able to go rogue, no President should be able to Abuse the Power of The Office of the Presidency, and use it for his own personal whims and wants and needs. No President should be able to Obstruction Justice, ignore subpoenas and order Federal Employees not to testify! No man is above the law in America!

Back in the days of America’s fight to become a nation, a Independent Nation based as a Republic and Democratic Society, Before the constitution, and Bill of Rights, the Revolutionary War was happening. America was a bunch of upstart individuals who had an idea for a free nation with rights for all and laws. Remember that?

In the 1700’s when George Washington was still a General leading the American Forces against Britain and the King, a another General wa there also, his name was Benedict Arnold. The story of benedict Arnold tells alot about what the Forefathers would do today if they lived to see Trump’s Presidency!

Can you Imagine George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, John Jay, Alexander Hamilton, and many of the Forefathers we all know, sitting ina room in Washington, DC, watching what Trump has done and is doing to American and what they would do to stop him?

Back then, when Washington, faced the betrayal of Arnold, he chased Arnold and tried to capture him, and Arnold fled to Britain, Washington said, ” If we catch Arnold, he would be tarred and feathered and driven out of the country on a pole!” Justice back then was such and deserving for a coward and traitor.

Our Forefathers would tell Congress today to find the truth, search it, verify it, and prosecute it and defend and protect the country.

The House is doing so right now under the Constitution and the Laws of the land correctly. The Right to Impeach and The Power of it belongs to the House of Representatives as granted by the constitution. They will Investigate and collect all evidence of any misdeeds and acts by the President, including those labeled High Crimes and Misdemeanors. They will write Articles of Impeachment and vote to Impeach trump, I have no doubt.

The Senate must then hold the trial based on those Articles of Impeachment as put forth by the House of Representatives. when that happens, the Senate must decide whether or not, those Articles of Impeachment rise to the level needed to remove the President from Office.

While many will cry this is a political scam, a hack job, or just an outright attempt by one party to play partisan politics and remove a President that they dislike, the crimes are real, this is not a game.

Obstruction of Justice at least 10 times, now numerous more times by blocking subpoenas and denying access to records and more. Asking Russia and China and Ukraine to interfere in the United States Election processes and asking a foreign nation for favor and withholding Military Aid to get it, is just morally, ethically wrong and illegal. A Quid Pro Quo did happen and it is real, and that folks is bribing another country to do something for Trump’s personal gain. That is indeed a High Crime and Misdemeanor!

So what do you think the Forefathers of America would do with Trump?

And what should America do today to save itself? Are we to go down in flames as Trump fiddles like Nero did as Rome burned? You the American People must decide now!

As the worry and concern in the USA builds over the Impeachment Procedures against President Donald J, Trump, the panic and confusion and lies keep coming from the White House.

Number 1, The Whistleblower should be left alone and no one should be trying to uncover their identity. The Laws were put into place for such an event and it covers the identity of the individual making the complaint.

Number 2, If President Trump did not commit a Quid Pro Quo, then he should have no reason for blocking the testimony of all these individuals who worked in the White House or under his Administration or for it.

Number 3, President Trump is acting like a child who is accused of a misdeed, when in fact he is a President who is accused of High Crimes and Misdemeanors, Abuse of Power and so much more. Why?

President Trump says he wants the Whistleblower to talk to him and reveal himself. Why, so he can fire the person and discredit them by name is all. It’s childish, adolescent, vengeful and vindictive is all.

Number 4, As this process continues, the House is trying to do its job of Oversight of the Executive Branch, ( Presidency). This is not a witch hunt, it is not farce, it is not imaginary or untruthful, it’s real America. I remind all, America is now 243 years old in this world, but in that time only Four Presidents have ever faced Impeachment hearings of any kind. This is history in the making and it is very important as to it’s outcome and consequences for future Presidencies and The Country and our Democracy and Republic.

Number 5, The Republican must come to realize by now, this is not apartisan plan by the Democrats, it is a necessary procedure, forced by President donald Trump’s actions and words. They must wake up and listen to the American people, the evidence and make a hard choice come the time.

Number 6, As Trump withdraws us from the world and isolates us all around, he is destroying the morale of the American armed Forces. Secondly by attempting to deny California assistance and money to fight the fires he is contributing to the destruction of acres and acres of prime soil and leaving homeless americans nad firefighters without help.

I state the above because these are real facts currently going on. A threat to shutdown the Government by Trump is real also and foolish if it happens. For what he does not understand, shutdown or not the Impeachment proceedings will continue. he can’t hide from them, The House has that power.

As we all wait for what comes next out of Trump’s distorted and unreal, reality, we all must wonder how sane is he, and how desperate will he get to maintain power?

President Trump goes crazy on Twitter daily, he sends out people to back him up constantly and tow his line of illogical reason. Does that tell you there’s something seriously wrong with this man’s mental abilities and his mental health? His fear of losing power is driving him to do things he has no business doing!

Are you tired of delays, distortions, denials and lies? Are you tired of distractions and a President who can’t even spell on Twitter or make sense half the time?

Look he tried building his wall or fence also, now the people are cutting through it with saws you can buy at a Walmart. the Wall is dud, a failure and worthless and a waste of taxpayers money, period. It’s a sad state of affairs that we as americans currently face, and must deal with very soon. The world is watching, as America withdraws, Isolates itself, and acts childish because it’s President does. Isn’t it time to act now, not later, how much further must it go? As my sister said to me,” I wish Trump would just go home and get out of Office!” ” Wishing he would disappear from the Politic Scene altogether”

Trump will more than likely stay in Office till his end of term, Impeachment or not. The fear is that Pence could take over as President and he is dangerous and a religious zealot.

The only question is, once Impeached in The House, will Trump win re-election or not?

I hope and pray he won’t, he is dangerous for America’s security, for the people he has done not a thing, and in the end he is lining his own pockets in every way he can, through being President.

His illegal acts are numerous, his lies unbelievable and so many it is a shame. American’s are like my sister says, “Tired of hearing about Trump and all he has done and want him to go home!”

I will not talk much more about Trump being Impeached and the evidence that has come forth, through the Mueller Investigation and now the Ukraine Phone call investigation that is driving these hearings, why because too many Americans are being stubborn, dense and foolish and do not understand fully what is happening here. Many do not even understand the Impeachment Laws or the actual way it works.

Seems many Americans today don’t read, don’t watch television news or news channels and do not keep up with the world or the country itself or what it’s leaders are doing. The Trumpers don’t want to listen to the truth, and too many of the new generation don’t pay attention to anything that is not on a cell phone, tablet or computer or the internet. They are too busy playing video games, chatting and taking photos and not caring what happens to the country or the constitution.

I get messages on my facebook everyday, Trump won’t be Impeached. Look he will be Impeached it is coming, the question is no longer if he will be impeached it is now, will he be removed? The house Impeaches folks, and they will definitely have the votes to Impeach him and do so.

The Senate is the second step, which is the Trial of an Impeached President. They decide if the President is guilty or not guilty of the Articles of Impeachment sent them by the House. So the Trial must take place in the Senate once the House Impeaches. All is part of the ongoing process.

As we all know the Senate is controlled by The Republican Majority, and led by Mitch McConnell. Since it is all Republican, the odds are Trump will not be convicted in the Senate and he will stay in office.

The only real question will be, does he get re-elected, for a second term?

My answer will probably be the best to this question, As I see it now, unless the Articles of Impeachment are strongly written and specific about each crime committed by Trump as President and convincing enough to sway Republicans, he stays in office. Then he will scream and yell to high heavens, how he was Impeached and not guilty of anything, during the re election.

If Americans remain blind and deaf, to the truths that he has committed these crimes, he may get re-elected. If he does Ladies and Gentlemen, we can forget the fact we are a Republic and Democracy, and get ready to become a satellite nation of Russia’s and all should get a speech program like Babel to learn Russian, because Putin will have won and defeated America.

But I am not going to preach anymore, yell anymore, or play attack dog anymore, I am tired. I will say this here and now. For the current Generation of voters from age 18 to 55, if you Re elect Donald J. Trump, it is you who must pay the price of losing the Republic and Democracy, America’s Forefathers built. It is your generation that will light the way toward America becoming a dictatorship, ruled by a tyrant and criminal, not mine, it is your children and grandchildren that will have to live under a country that is no longer free to choose its own rights and religion anymore.

Not mine, I am old and getting older by the day, and yes I can vote, but I am no longer the majority at my age, we are now senior citizens. Just like when your parents get too old to care for themselves and need medicare, medicaid and social security to survive and Medicare for All, it won’t be there, for Trump will kill it. Go ahead, it’s your children’s lives and your grandchildren’s lives and future generations, you are killing.

Impeachment must happen I agree, removal won’t happen. But Trump should never be re-elected, if he is America is not listening, and they will be wrong, to do so. That is my opinion folks and your all welcome to your own. I just hope, America listens to the evidence the Impeachment brings out and realizes the dangers to their future and America’s ,Trump presents. God Bless The USA. !

November 2019 began with a windy start and rain overnight and now a clear cool day. Welcome to November all, I hope all had a fun Halloween last night!

Well, we now have a Formal Impeachment Inquiry Underway Officially and as requested by the Republicans and President Trump it has been voted into effect. I hope he is now happy about it being Official, and that the Republicans will stop complaining about it not being voted on.

That being said, I remind the Republicans you can’t have it both ways, you can’t now complain because you don’t like the procedures in use, because in fact, they are the same ones you Republicans used against Bill Clinton and set up yourself.

As we go forward and get formal about this Impeachment Process and it come sto all Television screens soon enough I want all to stop and think what is happening here. History in America is vital and it records everyone’s actions and reactions to all that is happening on the political stage here. Every Vote will be recorded for history, every person who testifies will be recorded also and so will the reactions and actions of each Representative in The House and their Votes.

Important to remember at this point in time is the following: 1) IMpeachment Inquiries collect evidence and facts and present them as Articles of Impeachment to the house first and foremost. if The Articles are approved by the Committees or Panels, then they are written and voted on in the House, and if the majority say Yea, Trump[ is Impeached!

The Second Stage then begins in The Senate. Again All Articles of Impeachment must be read into the record, debated and talked over in The Senate, and then Voted on each in turn. All Votes are recorded, if the Majority of The Senate Votes Guilty on even on Article of Impeachment, The Sitting President can be removed from Office and wil be removed. If The Majority votes not Guilty then the President is Impeached still by The house but not removed by the Senate and is aquitted.

Many Americans it seems to me are not aware of the process and what each step means in it, which is why I have stated it as I have above for all to understand.

I hear people screaming and yelling, Trump will never be Impeached, I remind all he can be Impeached, yet not removed from office. The Removal Part would come in the trial part in The Senate, not the House. Once he is Impeached in the House it sticks folks, if you don’t think so, ask Andrew Johnson, Richard Nixon or Bill Clinton. All were Impeached in The House, but not removed by the Senate from Office and acquitted.

In my opinion, at this stage, from my perspective President Trump is in serious hot water here and trouble. He has Obstructed Justice Ten time due to the Mueller Report, colluded with Russia to get elected and asking them to get her 30,000 emails also publically.

Add in the current crisis over Ukraine now and we have a mess larger than any of the above three Presidents above had all together. On Top of his Quid Pro Quo problem and the use of a Private Attorney for Government negotiations with another country, asking for a favor, investigating Biden and his son, and still searching for Hillary’s emails is not legal at all period and Trump knows it too. Sadly, The Republicans want to play Trumpers and protect him at this point, which is foolish. In the end, when the evidence hits on Television and hits the public I am sure it will change their minds.

If it doesn’t change their minds, it will be a fight to the finish on what happens in the Senate Trial. Sadly, one way or the other since The Democrats control the house trump will be Impeached in the next two to three weeks, as to the conviction and removal evidence and time shall tell!

As November continues and the political mess caused by the Impeachment Hearings and Procedures pile up and come on television, I remind all, we are now just about one year from the next Presidential Election, so the next decision must be made based on the candidates running for both parties. Whatever happens America needs a new leader chosen and new path ahead also. Who that leader will be will be up to all of us, as long as no outside interference happens in our election process here at home. All states should be forced to use paper ballots and to maintain them for a recount if necessary. Russia is still trying and practicing interference techniques in Africa and South America and will be attacking our process and systems shortly and have already begun. So, I suggest, we use paper ballots as a back-up in case of doubt or interference.

As far as what the result will be in Trump’s Impeachment, I have my own opinion and so does everyone else, and it will get heated out there if you talk politics now as this is happening, so I recommend for all, keep your opinion to yourself and hang on and watch it all happen daily. There will be no Civil Wars in America if Trump is Impeached, that just threats and bullshit. In The end what Congress decides to do, will be a step in history, that will live forever more. He is only the Fourth President now to face this process, in 243 years, and he joins a group of notorious Presidents to achieve it as a status. We shall see what happens next, soon enough.

For the good of America and the Nation as a whole, I hope it will be a peaceful process, no violence, no wars of any kind and Americans of all races, colors and sexes involved, and the outcome is good for the Country as a whole when finished.

Halloween 2019 begins with rain here in Connecticut in my area. As kids get dressed up and adults too, it’s supposed to be a fun day and evening for me and for you. Kids walking around dressed up in costumes, adults partying and having a drink together and laughing. It’s supposed to be a fun day for all involved and hopefully it will go off without any violence or deaths.

In the meantime, The Impeachment Inquiry starts to get more serious as more witnesses come forth to testify to Trump’s crimes and his High Crimes and Misdemeanors are now adding up by the hour and minute and being revealed.

The Republicans asked for the Impeachment Inquiry to be turned into a formal one by a vote and they will get their wish today, when the House votes to do so. The committees will then become formal Impeachment Panels, digging deeper and preparing Articles of Impeachment as they go and the public will hear and see all the testimony and evidence as it goes along. For the Republicans it gets to be, Got My Wish Day!

For The Democrats, it begins a long road of hard work and testimony gathering and evidence gathering and writing of Articles of Impeachment. As I see it right now the Impeachment Inquiry can write Articles of Impeachment on Obstruction of Justice, Misuse of Power, Lying to the American People and Public. and many more crimes committed by President Trump including Bribing a Foreign Country using American Funds awarded by Congress by withholding them from Ukraine. The Quid Pro Quo, is real, it’s there in the call and transcripts and testified to by numerous witnesses now and even stated in Trump’s own words in the call, and by his Chief of Staff.

Look, the country is now over 50 percent for Impeachment and Removal of Donald J. Trump as President. It has reached proportions equal to or beyond the same range of Richard Nixon’s days and his Impeachment Hearings. Sadly, the Trumpers as Trump likes to call his followers, will never stop backing him, but, I believe the tide is beginning to turn as more Republicans complain of his acts and words as time goes on. Trump is not an legitimate, or legal President!

Mueller’s report alone proves, Russia interfered in the 2016 Election and they bought it for Trump. It also, gives The Impeachment Process, 10 articles of Obstruction of Justice and Trump has blocked, stonewalled and given then many more reasons for Obstruction of Justice charges.

His denials don’t ring true and the witnesses coming forward to the Ukraine call all collaborate what was said and done by Trump. He withheld funding from Ukraine, so he could get information on a political rival or two. He wanted Russia to get Hillary’s 30,000 emails, now he wanted Ukraine to find them also and investigate Joe and Hunter Biden his rival for 2020. he has gone too far, it is pure and outright Abuse of Power.

Many will say, Trump is innocent until proven guilty and he deserves a chance to defend himself. That is not what the Impeachment in the House is for. The House Impeachment is just a half of the process folks. They Vote to Impeach on the basis of the evidence period, once they Impeach him in the House, the second half begins in the Senate. The Evidence and charges come from the House and the tag of Impeachment then is attached, as it goes to the Senate. When The Senate gets the Articles of Impeachment the Trial begins.

The Senate holds the Trial of an Impeached President, reviewing, reading and debating each Article of Impeachment, which are the charges. Then witnesses are called if necessary and the President can send lawyers and witnesses of his own to refute the charges. When all is said and done it is up to the Senate to Vote to remove or not remove a sitting President.

I submit this to all who would fight said Impeachment and Removal of President Donald Trump, The High Crimes and Misdemeanors are numerous, the proof is enormous, the evidence damning and I honestly doubt in my opinion Trump can survive such a trial and a vote to remove.

But, if he does once Impeached he will be weakened and unable to do much at all as Congress will do it’s oversight duties at a higher rate, than ever before till he leaves the Office of The Presidency.

One other concern has come to mind, and that is what did the Vice President know and why did he not react to the call with Ukraine, or to the Obstruction of Justice charges or anything else? Is Vice President Pence complicit in the High Crimes and Misdemeanors of President Trump? If not what happens if he is forced to take over as President?

The repercussions of what is about to happen in America and its political system, will be far and wide and it will ripple through decades of American Politics and both Political Parties for a long, long time. Why did both Parties not gut check this sooner, why did no one on either side react to Trump’s words and actions sooner? Who is more to blame in this case of a President who has gone rogue without any tethers tied to him, to do and say as he pleases? In the end, when Trump does leave office, whether Impeached of not, how will it affect future Presidents in America? Will Presidents all be able to do as they please in office like Trump has and go their own way? Break laws, lie and cheat the American People out of cash, like he does with his hotels and breaching of the Emoluments Clause also?

If The Republicans do not act and vote to Impeach and Remove Donald J. Trump from the Presidency, they are making a grave mistake for the future. For when a Democrat or Independent President takes the oath of Office, and does what Trump did, they will have no say, for if Trump can do it, so can anyone after him!

In the end let me say this, Congress, the House and Senate both, have a duty for Oversight of the Executive Branch and The President. Both Parties Democrats and Republicans have a responsibility to handle Oversight seriously and to keep the checks and balances in force as put forth by the Constitution and Our Forefathers who created our Nation. If they do not act to Impeach and remove, they will be vacating their duties and failing their responsibilities to the Constitution, the American people too. In the end they will destroy their own powers of oversight and all Presidents will run ragged and free, like tyrants or kings. Is that what Congress wants to allow to happen, is that what we the American People want, to be ruled by a Dictator, Tyrant, or a King? Didn’t we the American People fight for our Independence against England to get out from under a King? Have the two major political Parties forgotten after only 243 years, what America was created for and is about?

As October 2019 rolls towards it end, and November 2019 inches closer, so does the Impeachment Inquiry of President Donald J. Trump. As the House gathers evidence and gets ready to hear more each day, others are I am sure preparing Articles of Impeachment from said evidence. The only question that remains is not if Donald Trump will be Impeached, it is when he will be Impeached.

As I have said before, this President, is the worst President in American History and History will reflect it forever. Sadly, what took place in the 2016 Presidential Election was an attack on America by way of the election process, by Putin and Russia and it succeeded, putting Trump in the Oval Office. Russian money and influence elected Trump not the American Voters, they spent millions upon millions, in social media ads,television ads and more, to get their puppet Trump elected.

I remind all, Hillary Rodham Clinton won the Popular Vote in America’s 2016 Election by over 300,ooo votes!

Sadly, the Americans who voted for Trump, the Trump loyalists, all will deny he is Putin’s Puppet and support him until he is either removed or voted out of office. They get angry, like he is their kid when you tell them, he is Putin’s Puppet and he has zero accomplishments. He has done nothing or accomplished nothing while in office, except to isolate America from the world, lose our place as the leader of the Free World and destroy the moral and ethical fiber of America.

Trump believes he can do as he pleases, because he is President, and he hates anyone who tells him he can’t. He thinks because he is President, his word is law and what he says goes. again a falsehood, he holds dear, to himself.

The United States is a Republic, Mr. President Trump, not a Monarchy, not a Dictatorship, and you are not allowed to be a Tyrant! We did away with all of that when The United States became an Independent Republic and we won our Independence from England, in the Revolutionary War! We are a Republic, run under democracy rules, and laws and our Constitution, of which you seem to not know, a thing about.

Sadly, it seems to me, you either skipped history classes in school or paid other kids to do your homework. You don’t understand The Constitution, you don’t Understand the check and balances system or our government , and you don’t even know geography either, for you have messed up and confused, states in items you speak about, from where Colorado is, to where Alabama is!

I was speaking to Veterans in the West Haven, Connecticut Veterans Hospital as I was a patient there recently, as an in patient. As the other Patients in the Hospital told me regarding you and your Presidency, your a failure Donald J. Trump. They disapprove of you, your mouth, the fact you have four letters of being 4f and never served for bone spurs and now being the Commander in Chief of our Armed Forces. I agree with them totally, your a coward and a draft dodger who’s daddy kept out of serving his country.

It is not the only thing Veterans are angry with you about, but it is indeed the biggest. You screwed the pooch on the economy, it was never yours, it belongs to Obama and his Administration and all you do is claim it as yours. You promised to bring jobs back from overseas, never accomplished, your promised to revive the factories and auto industries failed again. You can’t even keep the hospitality and retail markets strong as stores and malls are now going under and disappearing country wide.

You attacked Obama Care and basically killed it and you promised a replacement for it and it never came into being, again a failure. Millions of Americans who are elderly, disabled and unable to work now have no health insurance and you still have no answer for it all. Why is that Mr. President?

The above are just a few things I am pointing out that are obvious enough for all Americans to check for themselves.

Your so called wall, you were going to have the Mexicans pay for on our southern border is a failure too. So you repaired a few hundred feet of it and painted it, claim it is being built, but, the Mexicans aren’t paying a dime and never will, Failure again!

I remember a statement from you President Trump before you were put into Office, “I will be so busy in Office, I won’t have time to play golf!” Guess what another lie, you have more hours on the golf course than any President in history now. Sad!

I still fully believe and fully agree with Hillary Rodham Clinton, when she looked at you and the American People on television during your debate with her and told you to your face, ” Your Putin’s Puppet! “

Your a weak man Trump, a sad man, who has failed at all you do, bankruptcies follow you around like a dog carries a bone. It’s sad to see.

What I find even funnier than all of the above Mr. Trump, is you’re so vain also, that at seventy some odd years old, you still use a comb over to hide your bald spots! That’s as sad a statement as any about you! You can’t even admit to losing your hair in your seventies and earlier like so many men before you have, it’s sad.

Well, the lies continue, that started the day you entered office and claimed your Inaugural Crowd was the biggest ever through Sean Spicer, till now.

Your a coward and a draft dodger, Donald J. Trump, a Con man and a liar Donald J. Trump, a cheater and a womanizer and harasser too. Add in all your High Crimes and Misdemeanors as President, the Mueller Report and now the Ukraine Fiasco you perpetrated and what we have is the worst President in American History.

Andrew Johnson was Impeached but not Removed by one vote in the Senate, for firing Edwin Stanton.

Richard M Nixon, was Impeached and almost removed from Office by the Senate and was at least man enough to Resign the Office of The Presidency for the good of the Nation and to save his own ass from prison.

Bill Clinton was Impeached for a blow job in the Oval Office and Whitewater and he stayed in office.

I remind all who read this Donald J. Trump committed worse crimes than any of the above three Presidents who went through the Impeachment Process in the past. His High Crimes and Misdemeanors include, Collusion with Russia to win the Presidency, Obstruction of Justice 10 times in the Mueller Report and numerous more times by refusing to cooperate with Congress and refusing subpoenas. Then add in the Ukraine Situation filled with Quid Pro Quos and more and the lying, dodging and avoiding of all question regarding it. If there was ever an American President who should be removed from Office for High Crimes and Misdemeanors it is President Donald J. Trump.

I hope it can be accomplished soon and fast, before we get into a new mess and it interferes with the next Presidential Election Cycle in 2020.
