Now he has built a golf simulator in the White House, for himself? What the hell kind of president is this?

He comes out Declares a National Emergency, saying we are in a crisis on our Southern Border and tries to move money already appropriated and allocated to the Defense Department just for a wall? Whats even funnier is he says it during his speech to Declare his Emergency, he doesn’t really need to do it, but he is, so he can build a wall faster? Not an Emergency then Donald!

We are living in the Donald Verse now, an alternate reality where our President can do what he wants, when he wants, as he wants and have fun doing it right? Wrong and the Republicans in the Senate, including Mitch McConnell need to wake up and realize it’s a sad thing and a sad way to go backing this bullshit!

Soon, enough Robert Mueller’s report will come out, and you can bet Donald Trump knows it too. He thinks because he put William Barr in as Attorney General it won’t be released to us all. Well, it is being done and manufactured at the taxpayers cost and we want to see the entire report, not just parts of it. I think William Barr knows he will have to release it to Congress and the people too.

Roger stone has now been Indicted and gagged by a Judge not to talk anymore in public about his case or anything pertaining to the Investigations happening. Roger Stone was in contact with WikiLeaks, Julian Assange and Russia, and the Russia Investigative Team led by Mueller now has the proof. So what’s next folks? To me this proves collusion or conspiracy to steal the American Election in 2016.

His Emergency Powers are not made or written so he can get his wall as he wants, show me a national emergency that’s real like an invasion, nope not there, like a war, nope not there, show me a real emergency that can’t be handled by Border Security Personnel or Technical Equipment. There is none folks, there is no National emergency on America’s southern Border it’s fabricated, so Trump can build a wall with his damn name on it and get a Legacy, because he can’t accomplish anything else worth while in office.

Every business Trump has been a part of is under Investigation and being dug into now. I ask Congress and The American People here and now, isn’t it time to say Enough is Enough! Today is February 15th 2019, President Trump’s Deadline for his wall funding, and he is going to sign a compromise to keep the Government going today, but will not get his 5,7 billion for his wall. He intends instead to sign the funding bill then declare a national emergency or give an executive order to get the funding for his wall from other areas of the government. My question is this, can a sitting President using a Emergency Declaration or Executive Order actually move around fund that are already appropriated by the Congress?

Can a sitting President, with no war declared, no weapons being usd, no medical emergency, or no attack happening, just unilaterally make a decision, he wants a wall on the southern border of the United States and get away with it?

What is about to happen is simple Trump Declares a National Emergency, then he states where the money will come from and shows his hand, in writing to Congress. Congress then reviews it, and it is then up to Congress, to decide if the Emergency is real and deserves the outright funding. Trump does not understand that, it is Congress that controls the money and funding of anything, that’s number 1. Number 2 it is the House of representatives not the Senate or White House that holds America’s purse strings and appropriations in check or allows the spending. NUmber 3- The House of Representatives has a right to block or Veto by a majority any Declaration or Emergency Order from the President in Writing and by votes. Once the House says no and files in courts to block it as unconstitutional and unneeded, outlining the facts in point of why there is no emergency, the President will lose either in the supreme court or in Congress itself. For in the end how many Republicans in the senate already disagree with Trump’s Emergency on our Southern Border and how many are on the line already, with upcoming elections at stake in 2020?

If he declares a national Emergency for the funds for the wall he is in violation of the laws and the Constitution of The United States and Misuse of Powers, that becomes a cause for Impeachment. This President is already facing, The Russia Investigation to figure out how he won the Presidency in the first place, then add in the Southern District of New York’s charges and cases happening currently, add in Obstruction of Justice, Lying to the American People 24 times on Average a day and so much more, how far do you think even his Republican Senators will go to defend him, and risk their own careers and Senate Seats to do it?

Facts are facts and here is one no one pays attention to and should whether you are a Democrat, a Republican or Independent, Election cycles are real, that’s number 1, we the people are watching. Number 2, a wall is a medieval device, it will not work, El Chapo dug tunnels under them, he used submarines to deliver drugs by sea to america and so much more. A wall will stop nothing, but it would look pretty if it Says Donald Trump on it right? Are Americans supposed to pay for a man’s promise he made to his followers and voters, when the fact is the wall is worthless and a vanity deal?

The Democrats and house of Representatives Led by Nancy Pelosi, will file to stop this wall and funding transfer in both the course and in a resolution against it. By doing so, the democrats will stop Trump’s wall demands. Once The House files a resolution stating they disagree with the funding of President Trump’s wall demands, and funding for said wall, whether it is a Resolution of in the courts, in the end the wall will die and so will the funding fight for it. A Resolution by the House will force the Senate to take up a vote on whether the wall should be funded by taking money from Departments of the Government where is was already appropriated, they will deny it I am sure, for most of what he is trying to move around has been appropriated for the Department of Defense. Sadly, he will weaken out Department of Defense and the Defenses of the United states of America by doing this. Any Senator with brains and a mind of their own and some balls will know, Trump is wrong and Vote against his Emergency declaration or Executive Order.

To The Senate and house i say this, President Donald Trump had two years as President to try and get his wall put through Congress when he had both Houses on his side and never acted. Why is that? Simple, his own party knows the wall is a useless vanity device, like the 66 percent of Americans who are against it do too.

It is time, The Congress, both House, The Senate and House of Republicans, grow a set so to say and finally stand up and tell President Donald Trump no. If he wants a wall tell him to fund it with his billions, not the taxpayers money! He promised it saying Mexico will pay for it, Mexico told him where to go when he did. So why should Americans pay for a wall we don’t want?

Lets see Congress, both Houses, stand tall and say no to an American President who has had his way all his life and is spoiled rotten, and tell him No Wall!

Yes Valentine’s Day is upon us for the Love Birds of the country and world. Candy sales will rise, roses will flow and men will embarrass themselves to save I love you, to their wife,girlfriend or lover, and whether you be straight, or gay, or trans, makes no difference, Valentine’s Day means something to you! Now that said and done, lets talk the coming possible Government Shutdown that Trump may start tomorrow. A Fact about this for all to learn and listen to here, 800,000 workers of the Federal Government were put out of work without pay, but the trickle down effects that happened affected many other businesses ad more than Uncle Sam is telling all of us. So, if it happens again tomorrow because Trump won’t sign the bill, be prepared for some massive response from the american People and a bill that will pass both Houses into law, that will be written to bypass, Trump’s Veto, by a majority vote in Congress both Houses. Congress doesn’t want a shutdown, the House doesn’t want one, the Senate doesn’t want one and the American People don’t want one either!

If Trump refuses to sign the bill to fund the government, then I suspect the 800,000 federal workers and all who will be affected, will be looking for soup lines and food lines once more, begging their landlords and mortgage writers to stay with them and let them keep their places to live. Car loans may default, bills will go unpaid and Trump will hold a private party and celebrate and tell his followers he won. No matter how you look at it, Trump is determined to build some kind of barrier or wall or fence on the southern Border, just so he can tell his followers he did it, he got his wall. No one needs the wall, no one is being invaded by immigrants, no one is bringing drugs across the Southern Border In huge amounts , they do bring drugs through the ports, airports, sea ports, that where the problem lies. No fence will stop what is happening with drugs or crime, they will tunnel, they will go around whatever you build, they will come over it too in anyway they can. Sadly, the picture that will be shown once Trump’s Wall of Barrier is built will be of a wall sitting there, with his name on it doing not a damn thing for anyone but him, because it will be Trump’s Wall and solve his vanity problem and as Coulter said his Legacy Problem too. He is just out to prove to Coulter and Hannity and The Far Right, he will have a Legacy with his name on it.

The truth is this, President Donald Trump, your legacy is one of Crime, Collusion, Misuse of Power, Obstruction of Justice, 37 Indictments, The Russia Investigation, Robert Mueller. It’s also the Southern District of New York, Investigation all your companies, all your finances, all your actions, that is your legacy. Your Legacy won’t be a wall you can put your name on Donald John Trump, but it may be and it is looking it now, a Tag as the Most Corrupt President in American History and the first one to ever collude with Russia to get the office, illegally!. You may not be walked out of the White House in an Orange Jumpsuit to serve time, but, you did put all your children, Don Jr, Ivanka, Eric and your son-in-law Jared Kushner at risk for Indictments and prison time if convicted and not even the rich Donald J. Trump has enough money to stop the Justice Juggernaut thats coming for them. You will see, even if you finish your term, that no money, no position, no political backing by your 35 percent will stop the Justice system. It’s coming!

To William Barr, the next Attorney General: As an American Citizen and a Taxpayer, I request and demand, that the full Report from the Russia Investigation be released to Congress in its entirety and to the American People. We paid for it, we encouraged it, and we want the information as soon as humanly possible. We the american People, and we are the 85 Percent who want it, say Release The Report all of it, Redact nothing or only, those items that would affect the National Security of the Country. We want to know, when Trump contacted the Russians, how he got the money from them, how he gave information to them, how his people did it and anything else that has happened. We have a Right to All of it!

Well, in my case I am not and will never be a english major nor do I have a degree of any type, except for an Associates in Hotel Management I earned at 40 years old. Grammer, punctuation, spelling and rechecking everything takes time and effort I really don’t have the patience for or time. Am I asking too much, maybe I am. I am a 63 year old man, with a wife who is 16 years my senior and dying of Breast cancer. I have survived a rough childhood, a divorce and loss of two daughters, a Navy career that spanned 16 years till I was put out with injuries. Sadly, Sean Hannity and Ann Coulter will come out saying Don’t take the Agreement Trump. If Trump listens to them the shutdown happens come Friday and 800,000 workers go without a paycheck again. Hannity and Coulter are Television hosts not politicians who care about the American People, period. They are going to push Trump right into a hole and a very dangerous action here. If Trump says no and doesn’t sign the agreement he best be prepared for what happens next.

The Air Controllers and Security Teams will stay home if you shutdown the government. Meaning your Border Patrol Agents won’t show up, your water ports won’t show up either, so it will make our security system and personnel non-existent, and make the country vulnerable to attacks from all sides. Are you willing to do that Mr. President, and do you really believe you can still get a better deal, I don’t! So many workers will not come to work Mr. President, what will happen to America’s Security then?

In the end Political Pride and Face is not the issue here Donald Trump. Your losing here and it will only get worse for you as you head into the 2020 Election Cycle. Sadly, in the end Elizabeth Warren is right, you may not be President by 2020, nor may you be a free man either. The Mueller led Russia Investigation is closing in, as are all the other Investigations led by the Southern District of New York’s Prosecutors Office. If i were President Trump I would be looking for a way to save my Presidency and my children too. The fight over the border wall is not worth it anymore Mr. President wake up!

I care not what the extreme right is saying or telling you, if you shutdown the government on Friday and try to blame the Democrats this time you will fail miserably an din the end, you will lose more support period. As your sitting now all you have left is your die hard base to back you, when your President and go to El Paso, Texas and hold a rally and a man not even running for the Presidency yet, in Beto O’Rourke gets 500 or more people, more than you, you are in trouble and should realize it now. Face the facts, you had two years with Republicans controlling both houses of government and still you didn’t get it done, I doubt very much you will now.

Your primary concern right now should be survival to finish your term, and to save your children from felony charges and prison time. If you don’t pay attention to them and what is coming, you will indeed be visiting them in prison. Will, Don Jr., Ivanka Trump Kushner, Eric Trump and Jared Kushner avoid felony charges and prison time? That should be your concern Donald Trump, because you put them in the position they are in now! They will get Don Jr. I am sure, his indictment is coming. The rest will depend on how far the Democrats, and the Southern District of New York really want to go.

As others have told you, Don’t ShutDown the Government again! If you don’t you can search for the money among the other departments and places. So If I were you and you believe you can find that money elsewhere, go for it. Do yourself a favor don’t shutdown the government again. The numbers are not in your favor Donald Trump, nor is public opinion or your favorability ratings!

Adding to the Agreement will only hurt you! The House and The senate must approve!

Trump’s Crimes and Misdemeanors alone should be enough, add in Collusion, Obstruction of Justice, Misuse of Power, an Average of 24 lies per day to the American Public, his phoney tax plan and revision, that is costing average americans over 600 dollars a shot, well it is obvious to me he is a bigger criminal than all three above.

You want grounds for impeachment of President Donald John Trump well there there are in black and white for all to see! Sadly, Congress is afraid to step up and take action on Trump and his Presidency, why because they fear Mike Pence more than Trump. Mike Pence knows how to pass bills and write laws, and he has experience in Congress. That is why, Congress hasn’t impeached Trump and Trump knows it. Pence is a religious zealot who wants abortion killed, and more, his views are dangerous to women worldwide, not just in the United States.

I am hoping each day, that Mueller and the Russia Probe ends and is released to The American Public soon. I am hoping the State of New York’s southern District of the Judicial System charges and indicts Trump too and turns it evidence into to Mueller and the American People. Because once all is released and made public to the American People, then will they all understand why, Trump must go!

America is teetering and being rocked by the crimes and lies of Donald John Trump, he won’t stop unless Congress acts against him. If Congress and we the American People want Trump gone, we must now go to the next step, that step is simple, Indict Donald Trump Jr., Indict Ivanka Trump Kushner, Indict Jared Kushner and Indict Eric Trump too. Each one is guilty of felonies against the United States Government it is time to take them down and Trump too. Give Trump the choice Resign or have his children all indicted and charged and tried. See what he says then, I know he is unstable, more unstable than Richard M. Nixon was, Nixon at least had the brains to Resign, I doubt if Trump will at all. Donald John Trump will let his kids go to prison for him and it won’t bother him, he is a narcissist and will overlook it. Sad!

As the candidates line up to run against President Trump, I wonder, is there one out there who has the guts to call Trump the crook he really is and the illegal bastard he is?

Is there a Candidate, who can stand up to Trump’s name calling tactics and his harassing style of campaigning? I saw Republicans fall one by one against Trump and his attacking style in the last Presidential Election cycle. Each Republican whilted under Trump’s pressure, it was a sad thing to see. Then he went head to head with Hillary Clinton, and cheated her out of the Presidency with Russia’s help along the way. It was sad and illegal but he didn’t care, he just wanted the Oval Office. He got it using Russian Rubles, and Russian help in all ways he could, he even had the guts to go on national TV and ask the Russians to find Hillary’s Emails for him, that was ballsy and he got away with it. Americans still voted for the most corrupt man in American History to ever hold the presidency, it wasn’t because they loved Trump, it was because they feared Hillary is all. And that is the bottom line for so many of the Trump Voters. The question now is simple with Hillary not running, this time around come 2020, what will people say or do now? I remind all, Hillary warned us all, Donald Trump is a Russian Puppet of Putin, no one listened!

We have had two years now of Trump and his illegal ways, and his crimes for all to see, from 1)Misuse of Power 2) Obstruction of Justice, 3) Breaking the Emolument Clause 4) Lying to the American People on an average of 24 times per day. 5) Six major players in the Trump Campaign Indicted and arrested and some convicted now. 6) Collusion with Russia is practically proven now, as Russian Agents are Indicted and Russian companies too. 7) He is pushing fear, anger and is really an incompetent President is all ways. He has placed tariffs on our allies in Europe and Canada and Mexico. 8) He has had babies removed from their parents at the borders.9) And he acts like a petulant manchild, trying to get his wall between America and Mexico. The Wall is not really needed to the tune of 5.7 billion dollars or anywhere near it. Repairing what is there is fine and adding what is needed is fine too as well as using technical improvements and personnel. But a 5.7 billion dollar wall is not. Does Trump realize that by building a wall on our southern border the way he will, he is alienating the Mexicans and putting a dividing line between us they will challenge everyday they can, along the way from now till it comes down again? Just wondering here!

Will we see more candidates crumble under Trump’s onslaught of bullshit and pressure and tension and him win a second term next, or will Americans finally stand up and vote him out come 2020, you tell me America, what will it be? Will Americans give Trump another four years as President, or are you waking up yet?

Matthew Whitaker the Acting Attorney General, does his appearance at the House Committee and argues with the Representatives over his answers, then is found the next day entering and exiting the Trump Hotel in Washington, DC?

Who did he see at the Trump Hotel and why? That is my question folks! As he was testifying to the committee I sat watching at home and said to my wife and myself, I bet he will run right to Trump and his people, bingo!

While he made his testimony, all an argument with the Representatives, he gave very few answers and I believed he lied to them too, bold faced. He refused to answer any questions about conversations he had with President Trump, period avoiding the questions and delaying the answers, till he ran the five minutes out on each Representative. His strategy worked really, they got very few answers and a lot of bullshit. Never in my time of watching hearings, have I ever seen a committee allow a witness to tell the hairmen his time was up! It was a sad thing to watch and see.

Will the committee recall Matthew Whitaker under a subpoena when he is out of Office as The Acting Attorney General? I hope they do and place him in a position of answer the damn questions, tell the truth, or face jail for Contempt of Congress. He will report all he knows of all investigations he has controlled or oversaw as Acting Attorney General to Trump in one method or another by phone, text,email or messenger or someway I am sure. So what was Matthew Whitaker doing at the Trump Hotel on Friday, the 8th of February 2019?

The Matthew Whitaker saga as Acting Attorney General will come to a close shortly, and most probably with a thud, today. As he sits to answer questions from a Committee headed by Representative Nadler. He argued over whether he should be served or not served with a subpoena, as if it would make any difference to the committee or the American People, or his tenure as Acting Attorney General under Donald Trump, it wouldn’t.

Whitaker was never approved by the Senate or Confirmed by Congress, he was placed in the position by a President who has done so many illegal acts that he is now under so many investigations it is the saddest period in american history to date. That said, why was Whitaker picked by Donald Trump, what was his purpose that Trump wanted him to do? Why put an unqualified individual in a position of power in the Justice Department?

I am sure the Committee will question Whitaker on all of this and any actions he took as Attorney General and any interactions of conversations he had with Donald J. Trump as President. I am also sure Whitaker will try to claim Executive Privilege so he will refuse to answer any questions on his conversations with Trump. Yet what Whitaker may not understand, is the following, one, he will be found in contempt if he takes the fifth, or claims executive privilege, and he has about one week to ten days left in office. Once he leaves office as Acting Attorney General, he becomes once again a private citizen and will be then subpoenaed then, so you may as well answer the questions now. I am sure he will show up at 9:30 am today with a great Attorney by his side and his Attorney will claim or cry that the conversations fall under Executive Privilege of the President and he can’t speak on them. In the end it will fail though, for he will get called again once a civilian and if he doesn’t answer then, well jail time will come and what a fall from grace that will be, from Acting Attorney General to king of a jail cell.

The main questions I would ask Whitaker, 1) Why did Donald Trump choose you? 2) On what basis were you chosen and what conversations or promises were made between you and Donald Trump? 3) Do you understand not answering the questions of this Committee, puts you at risk for charges of contempt? 4) What qualifications do you have to be Attorney General of the United States?

IN the end the Questions will come and be fired at Whitaker today, and if he doesn’t answer right and honestly, he better know the committee is doing their homework and they are not only representatives in the House, they are also Attorney’s in their own right. No Attorney asks a question, they are not sure of knowing the answer to themselves, so if i were Whitaker I would answer, honestly, truthfully and not try avoiding anything. It will all come out!
